Waste of time, they low ball your trade in, bump up price from the internet advertisement. Snake oil sales reps, buyer beware....to add, I offered full asking price, offer on my trade was $13000, but stealership says below they gave me kbb trade in price? LOL

Service problem solved, Engine light and problem with passenger seat both problems solved by service department, Also informed rear shocks leaking and brake lines rusting. Satisfied with service.
Worst dealership I've ever been too and so rude and bunch of guys who lie. End of story. I'll never take my business there and I'll never recommend anyone to go here
I decided to Purchase a used Toyota Highlander. I found 4 of them online that I liked. We ended up purchasing from Peruzzi Buick GMC. Everyone was extremely nice and helpful. Mark Schrob was the salesman we dealt with, he was very helpful and transparent with everything. I would definitely go back in the future.
Brought 4 cars from here my wife love this place in Anthony she lisa and I'm on there site now as we talk looking at trucks Peruzzi is the best can trust them very friendly staff
While the sales staff is knowledgeable and there are good salesmen there, Cliff for one, the managers are terrible. The service manager, Young, is for one awful to work for, and two is at times very rude to customers, yes I have seen that first hand. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone.
Very dishonest service department! They quoted $1600 to fix a power liftgate that was not working. Took to another dealer who fixed it for only $116 as it only needed programming. Out $365 in diagnostic fees. Beware!
I feel like they do check everything on your vehicle to see if anything is wrong, and that's good, but I feel they try to take your money and just nickel and dime you for things. My mom went in for an oil change and the basic oil change turned into almost a $1,000 because they said it needed other stuff considering they just inspected it no more than a week before. It's not a bad place to go because they check everything, but feels like they're money hungry and want you to empty your account.
Unwilling to accept cashiers check/wire transfer for full purchase price without in-person visit to dealership to sign paperwork. Treated rudely on phone insinuated I would somehow fake notarized paperwork from Wells Fargo bank, stated it was Pennsylvania state law that all purchases must be done live, which is not accurate, hung up during live conversation. Suggest a more customer focused approach to solve issues.
UPDATE: Unfortunately, I am not able to make an in-person purchase as my wife is rapidly approaching her due date and I am unable to fly in to Philadelphia and drive back on top of the fact that the cost would be almost double rather than arranging an auto transport. In the future I would recommend allowing remote/pre-selected notaries to process paperwork if an in-person transaction doesn t work to better accommodate your customers.
First time at the dealership. Was getting an oil change for a newer Chevy (not my truck, a family members). Called Peruzzi Nissan to see if they could get me in and the person I was speaking with said he would call over to Peruzzi Buick GMC to see if they had availability. They had immediate availability, I brought the truck in, the paper work was filled out quickly, the truck was serviced and available at the time expected, the price stayed as communicated, and because the truck is a business truck payment was made via a 3rd party which was handled seamlessly. Good job! Thank you!! Happy Holiday!!!
My wife and I recently bought a 2017 GMC Acadia and we love it. Our salesman was Nick Talerico. He was very thorough and knowledgeable with the vehicle we chose. The whole team at Peruzzi were very polite and made for a great experience. Thanks again and we look forward to doing more business in the future.
Mike the salesman was great, but after 1 day there were so many lights on it looked like a Christmas tree.Took it back and they replaced the alternator that wasnt even the problem.Check engine light is on 4x4 check light goes on and off cant even get it I to 4x4.Traction control light is on etc etc.I work as early as 5 30 to 6 everyday explained that I cant get there but on Saturdays which they do not do diagnostic tests on Saturdays. Mick is a ego filled rude man.He wouldnt even help me told me to be quite and stop talking.Promiced a rental than drove there and he said none was available because they were not going to pay for a sunday rental..Compared working at a dealership to working with emergency cases where animals might die.He said he has emergencies as well.
I arrived at GMC Peruzzi on a busy Saturday morning with no appointment scheduled. I requested to have an oil change. They could have easily turned me away and requested that I schedule an appointment. Instead, they gave the option to drop my car off to see if they can complete my request in which they did. The entire staff was very courteous. I had a great experience there. What great customer service!
We originally went to this dealership on a Saturday, just to look, NOT planning on purchasing a vehicle yet. I was interested in the Acadia. When a salesman came out to help, even after explaining that we were just looking today, he still was very helpful and didn't make us feel like we were wasting his time. He also explained that if I don't actually need a third row of seats, then I would be paying so much more money than I needed to. That being said, he showed us the Terrain, which is equally comparable to the Acadia as far as features, minus the third row, which I don't need. Even though I wasn't ready to make a purchase that day, he was kind enough to take the time to run some pricing numbers for us. I explained that I still wasn't ready to make the deal, so he offered his business card and invited us back when I was ready. Later that night, while looking on Peruzzi's website, I found another vehicle I was interested in. I emailed the salesman and we set a time to come back on Wednesday. When we went back on Wednesday, we found out that salesman was not there, but another fella (Mike Marshall) was more than happy to help. Mike showed us the vehicle I saw online, and I ended up not liking it anymore. But then I spotted another one on the lot, took it for a test drive, and asked if we could run some prices on it. Mike was very helpful in getting the price to where we wanted it to be, including the extended warranty and the Peruzzi protection plan. Even though just 4 days earlier I wasn't sure if I was ready to get a new car yet, I now fell in love with this Terrain, and the customer service Peruzzi was providing was more than exceptional. The whole process was less than 3 hours (the quickest amount of time I ever spent buying a new car), and there was not one moment where I ever felt pressured. Mike was extremely personable and helpful, and I certainly recommend him to anyone looking for a new car. Thanks again to everyone at Peruzzi GMC for being so helpful and making my car buying experience a positive one!!
My car was picked up from my place of employment and serviced while I worked. Later, it ws returned 1 hour before the end of my shift. I absolutely love this type of convenience.
Jordan and Bill were a pleasure to deal with and provided excellent service, answering all of our questions so we could feel good about the overall experience and transaction.
I had a very positive experience with the service rendered on a very difficult problem. My Service Advisor, Mike McKinney was excellent. He brought in all of the necessary resources that were required to diagnose and resolve the problem. He kept me informed of the progress daily as well as recommending additional services that were appropriate. I have always had very positive experiences with Peruzzi GMC Service but this instance went above and beyond expectations. I want to thank all of the professionals who were involved in resolving this very difficult problem.
I bought a preowned 2014 Subaru Impreza from Peruzzi, Mark was our salesman. It was a great experience. I had some concerns buying a Subaru from a non Subaru dealership but my concerns quickly went away as our salesman had a lot of knowledge about the car and was very transparent through the whole process. Every one we dealt with there was pleasant and helpful, we never once felt anything other than pleased with our choice.
I ve since brought my car to service for a few things and again had a great experience. Ray is especially helpful, knowledgeable and upfront. They really went above and beyond for me and even though they are a bit of a trip from home, I will continue to bring my car back when needed due to this exceptional service.
My Peruzzi sales and service experience (since 1997) has always been excellent. Gary Fields as the service manager always interacted with me to make sure I had a positive experience with the service performed and now as the GM he is as dedicated to excellent customer satisfaction as always. My interaction over the years dealing with all the sales personel, service personel, cashiers and management was that they always acted in a professional manor and I could depend on them.
Staff were knowledgeable about vehicles and allowed me time to make a decision without pressure to make a purchase without looking at options. Over all great experience!
Went in for an inspection. There was a mix up with my appt, had to go back later in the day, but no big deal. As always they were accommodating, friendly, quick and efficient.
I spoke to a sales person about a 2020 Sierra on their lot and asked about trade in value on my vehicle. After several missed calls back and forth, I texted the sales person and told her I would call the next day. She said call and ask for Jason. I called the next day and requested Jason and some other guy answered. I told him what I was calling about and he had no clue who I was or what was going on. Even said I was not in the system. I told him a would call the sales person on Monday. I didn t call her back at all. Why didn t Jason answer the phone and say he was busy and say so n so would talk care of me. Why didn t the person answering the phone , say Jason was busy and he would help me out. Not hard things to do, this was basic and simple customer service. I choose not to call the dealership back because of this poor performance of customer service. The sales person called me today and I told her what had happened and why I didn t call her back. She didn t seem to care and wanted to hurry up and get off the phone with me. I told her that they still did answer my question on trade in value.
I would never purchase a vehicle from this dealership. My husband and I called this dealership about a truck that we found on Facebook Marketplace. Asked about pricing, warranties, and how they value trade-ins. They told us the price we see online is the price of the vehicle and they use Kelly Blue Book to value trade-ins. So my husband made the 2.5 hour drive to purchase this truck. When he gets there the price of the vehicle suddenly goes from $46,000 to $50,000. Then they refuse to give fair trade in value for our car because they agreed to give us the internet price. This was a total scam, guess they thought we would agree to their scam pricing because we drove so far. Nope, we drove right back home without the vehicle. Buyer beware! Not a trustworthy car dealership.
I certainly appreciate the response. However, I specifically asked if auction values were used on trade-ins and I was told no. Secondly, you absolutely increased the price by adding your dealership warranties, which are of no value to me based on where I live, and your sales associate made a huge deal about taking them off the price. I also specifically asked about warranties when I called to get information on the vehicle, this was never mentioned. That I certainly consider scam pricing.
We drove 1.5 hours from N.J only to find out that the car we wanted to see had a dead battery and was rather dirty on the outside. Now I'm thinking this is starting off bad already...however our salesman Will Grey quickly took care of this for us. He was apologetic and after we decided we wanted to purchase the car he kept us informed regarding the process, gave us a snack, and provided a lively conservation while we waited. Will and the Finance team didn't give up on us after running into a few obstacles with financing and provided us with a very good interest rate and price for the car....Will you da man!
On another note ... you guys need more bathrooms in that place since customers will need to use one considering the time they'll have to spend there when buying a car. I also agree with one other customer regarding your detail department...it's horrible. Our car came back looking like nothing was done to it. Part of the appeal that lures in buyers is the outward appearence of the vehicle. Get a new guy or send him to detail school if there is such a thing.
Overall my experience was not bad at all considering the time we had to spend there and I think we owe it all to Will our salesman.
I been looking for a buick lacrosse for awhile... found one here went to go see it and i loved it...the saleman me and ny wife had was wonderful ( joe).. they worked hard to keep us comfortable and happy. And at the end we drove away in our new car...thanks guys.
Mike Marshal and his mangers were a pleasure to work with - no pressure, but insistent that they could make a deal for me that would make me happy and they did. I really appreciate the care and concern they took in helping me pick out a car for my daughter.
Didn't purchase a car here. 4 wasted trips bait and switch tactics car online says great condition only to find out dry rot on tire chunk out of tire car was in a accident. If you do decide to buy a car here talk with mike marshal and only buy new everything else is overpriced. Automobile dealers are forced to do business with CARFAX at grossly inflated prices, only to have CARFAX spend these inflated revenues on ads that disparage dealers as dishonest, when it is the automotive shopper who is being misled into believing CARFAX ads that claim its vehicle history reports contain accurate data. CarFax has limited access to insurance and accident reports and is unable to verify all information in these reports. So Basically you guys just went off the car fax and missed the accident and huge chunk taken out of the tire. So basically you never inspected the vehicle in question....... A car will not pass inspection with a chunk taken out of the sidewall and is downright dangerous.
Good Day, Hope all is well. My experience was fine. I always dislike the waiting part. May the Lord be with your business and the employees . Thank You, Norm & Patty Kline. See you in December for another lease. Hopefully we can get the Buick Encore GX with remote start and the color blue. With our payments at $239 a month no money out of pocket. Our Buick Encore we are leasing from you now has 14K miles on it and is in excellent condition.
From start to finish, Peruzzi delivered on what the internet sales person then floor salesman said they would. I am more than satisfied and would highly recommend them.
Awful. A few months ago I went to test drive a specific used car that I had seen online and was almost certainly going to end up purchasing within the next week. The salesman I spoke to was great, friendly, no pressure, straightforward. I made it clear that I was not going to be purchasing the car that day and I had come to evaluate the car's condition before arranging my financing.
I get the salesman's card with every intention of returning later that week to work out the financials. On my way out the floor manager starts with his shtick... oh boy. I know it's a car dealership and they have to do their jobs, but I really did not care for the hard sell this guy was pushing. He clearly thought I was someone who could be bullied into immediately buying a car using their financing. He was very demeaning, and with every breath he used I was less and less interested in buying an automobile from this dealership. When I finally just left, I found that my car had been blocked in by an empty car trailer. Really? That old trick?
So basically Peruzzi ruined a sure thing through the unfortunate behavior of their used car floor manager. It really is too bad, as I loved the car, and the salesman was top notch. But I really do not need to be talked down to when I can go and buy a similar car somewhere else. I would not give them my business.
Car came In For service due to an issue with a clogged drain. Car had 4 of water on floor of back seat. Rugs were removed and dried, however car was return to me filthy. Both inside and outside. I guess it was parked under a tree so definitely has to be washed especially the windshield as it has some kind of film on it
Sales depart people are not truthful be careful buying used cars there. Get everything in writing or record your conversations. There service depart is good that's why they got three stars
We are long time customers and we will never return to the service dept at Peruzzi. We have a 2006 G6 which has had brake light issues (the brake lights work in reverse)over the years they told us it was the brake peddal sensor and we've had it replaced a few times after a few months the issues would return so we gave up and figured their was no REAL fix for the problem. Finally in 2015 we find out that GM has recalled my car for this brake light issue, we take our car so the recall can be preformed well a few months later the same issue returns. I call Peruzzi's service dept and inquire if this recall in fact will permanently fix the problem the service tech advises me it does so I ask then why are my brake lights working in reverse after my car had the recall done he back pedaled and tells me it was indeed done but it may be another issue bring the car in to be looked at ...Ok so I bring my car in and now we are told its the sensor AGAIN and it won't calibrate so it needs to be replaced at a cost of over $300 dollars on a recall that was to fix the problem he would give us a break on labor cost (how nice since this issue is part of a recall and GM's issue not ours) we decline service knowing that this is not the fix and it never was. So apparently this big recall for the brake lamp issue does not fix the ongoing issue and we still have a car with brake lights that work in reverse .Fast forward to May 2016 its time for our car to be inspected ( this car is not our main car and we only put 2768 miles on it from last year at inspection time) we are told it need rotors brakes and a new suspension costing over $1000 apparently those 2768 miles we put on the car from last year really caused a lot of damage we once again decline service and took it else where to be inspected,no suspension issues
UPDATING MY REVIEW AFTER PERUZZI 'S RESPONSE....You the service manger can dance around the facts if you like because you don't like my truthful review but INDEED the issue with my brake lights is apart of the recall and to say it isn't is false your service department did not make good on fixing it and you should have.My brakes lights work in reverse, when I apply the brake the lights do not illuminate and illuminate when brakes are not applied.. The below is directly from GM and states the same exact issue I'm having with my car. My conclusion would be either your techs did not do the recall, did it improperly,or their is no fix for the issue
" 2.44 million 2004-12 Malibu; 2004-07 Malibu Maxx; 2005-10 Pontiac G6 and 2007-10 Saturn Auras to modify the brake lamp wiring harness.
GM said the vehicles could have corrosion in the wiring harness for the body control module, which could result in brake lamps failing to illuminate, or could cause brake lamps to light up when they're not supposed to."
As for the inspection the car is 10 years old with low mileage and I'm not upset about my car needing repairs just the false claims..The car did need brakes rotors etc I didn't deny that BUT what it DID NOT need was a new suspension at a cost of over $1000. Furthermore if you pride yourself on customer service you have failed and your arrogant response to me a long time customer just proves that!
I wanted to take the time out and express how satisfied I am with you guys services. I went in on a Saturday to purchase a car I saw online and man, throughout all the years of car purchasing, I have never received such quick services EVERRRR! I was literally in and out. Went over some paperwork and boom got my car. Not only was the services fast, but the customer service was A++. Everyone was so friendly and did not make me feel rushed. If you are thinking about buying a car here I say YES!!! I highly recommend and I will forever and always be a loyal customer in the near future. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!
This is the 3rd vehicle we purchased from Perruzi. We have had the same salesperson Bill Her on each time. We like the selection, the knowledge, and the ease of the entire process. This last purchase was to replace our terrain which was totaled in a crash. We were pretty sad to need a replacement, but very thankful they had one.Highly recommend.
My 2nd purchase from the Peruzzi family and both times, they've absolutely blown away the competition. There is nobody who works harder for your business than these guys do. I'd make a point to use them if at all possible.
Jason, the GM, went WAY over what was expected with his offer to me.
The team is top notch, and I highly recommend them.
