Beach is way far out and there's a drop off at the water. Food places here only serve at certain times. Internet is crap.

Excellent service from everyone!!! I accidentally dropped my keys down the elevator shaft and the staff promptly began to retrieve them and had them waiting on me when I returned. Of course we all got a good laugh out of it because this had never happened. Thank you and good job to the entire staff! Of course there was a beautiful view from our balcony!!

Love this place!! It is super nice and clean! The staff is amazing! I can not wait to book here again!! (word to the wise- if you need a microwave, be sure to put that in the comments when you book. All rooms have mini-fridge, hairdryer, iron board, and iron)

Fantastic experience at this property, starting with our bellman, Nathan Searcy! Loaded everything (we own between 4 people) onto one bell cart, brought it to our room and unloaded it, all with a smile and a "no worries" attitude. Thank you for such a smooth transition from our vehicle to our room.

Our stay was primo at this resort. Nothing outrageously fancy but everything we could ask for in a weekend impromptu beach visit. This "end" of the beach was not crowded (in early May) possibly due to the jetty we were situated near, as the property is near the waterway and bridge. This actually made for an awesome location! We perched till sunset and enjoyed the view.

Our family of four enjoyed three nights at this resort. I especially liked the large pool area with plenty of seating and lots of shade in the morning and late afternoon. Our double room was nice and roomy with a small balcony to watch the water and beach. Complimentary coffee in the lobby was appreciated.

We went to Perdido Beach Resort for the 1st annual Halloween extravaganza y'all were having. We were quite excited since this was also the first time we were coming to the resort, having want to, but never getting around to it. After arriving early because we wanted to check out one of the restaurants, we were happy to see that one of them was having Halloween specials for drinks (win for adults) and food. After getting seated and taking longer then usual to get our drinks (it's the first time this event was taking place so I know there's kinks to sort through) and when we finally got the food and drinks they were amazing. We were very happy with the friendly valet attendants who took pictures with the kids, the ones running the haunted house, and running the games.

What wasn't a joyess experience and almost ruined the entire experience causing me to never set foot in this establishment again, was our server in the restaurant, Rhonda. The way she talked to us and others sitting in the restaurant, and even told us she was glad she was finally receiving help from another server, which is VERY unprofessional. We wanted to be helped by the other server because she was very lovely and sweet. There were also sweets set out in the middle of the table and we weren't aware of what they were for. Of course two 8 year olds wanted some and since it's Halloween, why not. Rhonda proceeded to say very loudly and in her awful tone, those cost!!! Okay, how much? I don't know I have to check. Really? After we told her we were ready for our checks she asks if it was altogether and I told her mine was separate and she yelled across the restaurant, What did you have? Again, REALLY? After that encounter with her, I was officially done.

PBR is a lovely place with an incredible view but sometimes that isn't enough when there's people who can't clearly do their job correctly and can turn that incredible view into an eyesore.

When greeted by valet. Lady was 101 questions and then need my your keys. At the front desk ask to make sure that I had conjoining rooms. Then going to the elevator I fall (I walk with a cane) nobody except my family and other guest helped me up. They did not come to make sure that I was ok. So I say that is poor customer service.Get to my room not conjoining. Called front desk, they said that they would work on it and call me back. Well I had to call them after 45 minutes. Sorry we do not have any available. Ok. Then at 3:30 in the morning it sounds like a stampede and loud kids or young adults. Better yet around 6:00pm going to dinner there was yelling and crying and security got called to a room. To top it all off 9:00pm the wedding party is playing loud music. Sorry for length. It has been one thing after another. Some have good experience and some have bad experience. Would not even given 1 star.

Try the Impossible burger in the restaurant downstairs. It really does taste like real meat. Ask for Donna. She is attentive and has good recommendations. The hostess, on the other hand, #Eyeroll.

Our visit was strictly for business to attend a conference. Apparently the property has undergone quite an overhaul as many former attendees of this conference spoke highly of the renovations. The cost for our visit was fair and the service due to COVID was sparse but always pleasant. The food offerings from the poolside bar and grille and the Lattitude dining room were tastefully prepared but at the same inflated cost one comes to expect from these venues. Attending a conference here was alright and we would do that again. Making it a destination spot for a vacation? Not so much.

Came here for a Birthday getaway. Latitude 30 had the best food and the Club Level Lounge is a must every stay. The free snacks and beverages really helped my fiance and I from having to go out into Orange Beach. Every thing was right where we needed it!

We went back to the resort for the first time in many years to celebrate my wife's 62nd birthday although we thoroughly enjoyed our first visit when we had our children with us the return trip was better than we expected. The staff is wonderful the layout of the resort itself is well-designed and there is plenty to do for everyone. While we only ate at the resort a couple of times the service and the food were both fantastic. Try the gumbo at Latitude's. We're looking forward to our return trip.

We absolutely loved this resort. We were here for three days and we haven't had to leave the resort because they offer great entertainment and fine dining at a very inexpensive price. The staff was over the top friendly and helpful. The food was phenomenal! Chris the bar tender at the Latitude 30 Restaurant was the best bar tender we've ever had. He was very attentive to our needs and made the best drinks ever! He was so nice and took care of our party with the highest degree of customer service. We will definitely return next year to the same resort.

We had an Angle King Room. For the price, it's a good deal. You get a partial view of the beach but it is a "value" meaning you get what you pay for. Our room was a bit dated but it was the cheapest of all they had to offer. Other than the dated bathroom and room decor, we had a great time and loved the amenities. If you're budgeting but really want to stay directly on the beach, this is a good spot to be.

This was by far the best hotel experience we ve ever had! The outside didn t impress much but once you walk it it was like a dream. The staff was absolutely amazing and I don t think there was much they wouldn t do to help us make our stay the best it could be! The pools were very nice, and the indoor pool does not have a closing time which is great because we usually save swimming for the end of the day when we get back after exploring. It was about 55-60 degrees but the outdoor pool still felt nice because it s heated. Inside has 2 hot tubs! The room itself was pretty standard, but the view was unbeatable (after they upgraded us free of charge just because they had the availability!) the beach is absolutely beautiful as well. The location is great because it isn t too far from gulf shores or Pensacola. They offer free valet parking as well which we would have used more if it was busier but we were able to just park ourselves

Our family has stayed at Perdido Beach Resort for several years. The pool (indoor and out) facilities are nice, clean, and spacious. Access to beach is close and the resort has several dining facilities on site.

This place was GRRREAT!! I have to point out 3 people that I truly adored because they helped us tremendously. Toyesa, Tosha Lashun, and Cashina. These ladies went above and beyond to help us at this resort. If this rating was based on them I would definitely give them a 5. The only reason I didn't give a 5 for the resort itself is because they need to upgrade a little and get some washer and dryer units. VERY small things. The rooms were comfy and cute, accommodating to my family, and convenient. My husband is a "burger" man so he liked the burger at Latitude 30, but absolutely LOVED the burger at the Splash place. I am not sure what was the difference. We had a beach view, although the balcony was small, it was just right for my husband and I. The pool area was nice and neat, the walk to the beach was a little lengthy BUT not a biggie on our behalf. My kids stayed at the pool our entire stay there; trust me, my kids are picky about "nasty" places and pools.

WOW. My girlfriend and I, of 40 years just stayed at the PBR from July 30 through Aug 2 and all I can say is wow!! When checking in the staff was very friendly and very professional. The room was absolutely beautiful with an awesome view. Love the cafe' and coffee shop as well. But I will leave the best part for last...VOYAGERS!! The food was amazing and the atmosphere was fabulous. Excellent service with everyone coming by speaking and always checking on us. Phenomenal!!! Hands down the best seafood and steak I've had in a very long time. The PBR will definitely be on my to go to place in Orange Beach. Would highly recommend this place for Families as well as just a Couple wanting a fine experience.

I am from out of town and met up with a friend at Voyagers for dinner. The food was excellent but the service was even better. Our server Marvin recommended the stuffed chicken and a bottle of wine that matched perfectly. He was very friendly and helpful, definitely made a great impression and I hope he will be our server next time too.

The staff was all very friendly and helpful! They have valet parking and you use an app when you're ready to leave the premises. It's super easy and efficient. Our room was a 2-Queen bed one. Very comfy. We had a mini fridge too. Breakfast was not included in our room package. A continental breakfast was $12 and their buffet was $15. We didn't have our breakfast at the hotel.
