We very much enjoyed our 4 night stay! Everything was clean, and everyone was very friendly. High five to Stacy, our mixologist in the piano bar. We had good intentions of leaving the resort for cocktails/dinner but were having too much fun with Stacy. We ended up ordering food at the bar as well which was fabulous! We will be back!

We love Perdido Beach Resort.
A great place to stay. Stay clear of Latitude 30. Extremely slow and no where near worth the money

Perfect size set up. Not too big To enjoy and not small. Food areas are a great set up. Awesome pizza In the basement, 2 wonderful restaurants lobby and a breakfast buffet that s wonderful. The gentleman that does omelets is a fantastic omelet maker. Tip him well. Everyone and everything is worth the trip and stay. We are in the west wing and love the afternoon sun on our angled view patio. It s been a wonderful trip so far and thankfully we have several more days to go here. It s a good place to put on your bucket list. Here with the Shriners and they are treating us royally.

It's a pretty nice place. Very convenient to have shops and restaurants on site. Beach access right off the pool is great. The beach is very well taken care of.

The chairs and umbrellas on the beach are for rent. We got out there early and we weren't away of that so we were told nicely to move our stuff. We didn't rent from them as we had our own things but the option is great.

The pool is a pretty big size. It was too cold for us enjoy it though but so was the beach. We went 5/23-5/27. It's not a heated pool. Wish it was and we could have enjoyed it. The temperature when we went was high 70s, 14mph winds and felt amazing outside of the water. If the pool was heated, it would have been amazing. The kiddie pool is also nice but also not heated.

We stayed in room 601 and Our room was nice, room service and house keeping were great. We didn't have enough towels or know how to turn on the shower on but we called house keeping and they were there in seconds with more towels and shower us the shower. (You just pull down on a fixture directly under faucet lol and to turn it off, you just shut the water off. I felt a little dumb haha) Our room had a fridge but no microwave. Beds are super comfy. But oh!!! The sliding door had me about to rip it out. The sliding balcony door has a frame that is above the floor. I stubbed my toe on that frame at least 15 times while I was there and by the last time I did it I wanted to rip out that door. My daughter also stubbed her toe a few times and cried every time. It hurts! So beware of that door. Not sure if all the rooms are like that but 601, yes. I warned you.

Breakfast buffet was super good! Definitely give it a go. Priced well too. The pizza downstairs is also really... Really good!

This was our first time to Orange Beach/Gulf shores and it was nice. If you plan on chilling on the beach of resort the whole time, I would recommend this place. We didn't find much else to do here. Yeah there's a park and The Track is pretty cool but I was expecting to see a bunch of restaurants and activities. None of that here. It's nothing compared to Destin which is just 90 min away but if I go back, and the price is right, I'll stay at this resort again.

Staff was super friendly and helpful. From the time time we checked in to the time we checked out, we felt super welcomed.

One of our favorite places to stay in OB. We love everything it offers. Voyagers (our favorite), Perdido Pizza Company, The Splash Bar (delicious shrimp po boy and a literal beach bucket full of nachos!) Latitude 30 (awesome breakfast buffet!), the piano lounge bar, the pool, the hottube, in there is always something to do without even leaving the hotel.

Great spot on the beach. Indoor outdoor pool. 2 foot pool for the kids. It has a gym, and live music. It no longer has the arcade. The rooms are a little small and dated. Has a mini fridge a flat screen tv and soft clean beds. No microwave though. The food is expensive for the portions but when your in this area everything is.

The only three things positive we had to say about our stay in April was that it's located on the beach, the pool area is really nice and the beds are comfortable. The "breakfast buffet" was basically a $14 continental breakfast none of the food was heated just in those silver food holders everything was cold and the grits were like half cooked. Very overpriced place to stay especially when we immediately got to our room in the west tower and were hit in the face with an awful mildew smell. We waited an hour and opened the outside door to see if it would help...it didn't front desk sent up a housekeeper with a bottle of fevreeze. She can closer in and said oh no there's something wrong in here. So we moved rooms still in the west tower same smell just wasn't as strong. We will never go back plenty of other places to stay on the beach that are much nicer. This was a big mistake.

We stopped here for a break in driving. Wow! The very best thing was the beach. Only hotel guests could use the beach and you could pay to reserve our seating by the water all day. It was so great relaxing by the water or playing in the sand with the kids. The water was on the colder side but once the sun broke through the clouds it was tolerable. I bet during the summer it's perfect.

We showed up close to midnight so there wasnt a valet available. The hotel staff simply let us park under the front entrance. It's a big drive way so there was plenty of room.

The morning breakfast buffet was excellent. Everything you would want plus the staff was incredible taking care of us.

The pizza place was also great. Perfect for after swimming and feeding hungry family members quickly.

The rooms were well kept with a great view of the ocean. The bathroom was just a little crowded.

Dinner was okay. We ate at the same place we had breakfast, 30 latitude. Everyone ate well but we may try to find another place next time. Our waitress was awesome!

After dinner we went back to the pizza place that also had icecream. They seemed a little short staffed. They also could have done a better job handling the money and food.

We will definitely be back when in the area.

Room okay. Definitely not a quiet hotel, so the star deduction. One evening there was a party in the pool area and the hotel staff said they can not do anything about it, so no sleep for many people until after midnight. There are significantly better hotels in the for the price.

There was nothing we didnt like about our stay! In fact we extended our stay one night. We especially thought our morning breakfast waitress Shea, was just the best. She was efficient, friendly and made us feel at home. She truly was glad we were visiting there. She liked her job!!

This place is amazing! If you book, try to get a room on the 8th floor. It's very restricted and you must use your room key card to even get on that floor. It also has a lounge where they offer cocktail hour and free breakfast every day. Also you can go in at any time and get free canned and bottled drinks, candy bars and chips. This hotel also has beach towels to use on the beach or at the pool free. The rooms are very clean and nice. The beds are so soft and comfortable. The landscaping is beautiful. The staff are all so friendly and willing to help in any way. It's the only hotel I will go to when I return to Orange Beach! Please like my post! Thank you!

We stayed at the Perdido Beach Resort over the Thanksgiving holiday to be near family and it was spectacular. We stayed poolside room 7011 in the west tower and the sunrise view is to die for. I found myself getting up early just to watch it. The staff is friendly and helpful with every question and concern. The rooms were immaculate, our group had 4 different rooms and each was as pristine as the next at least until we moved in ;-). The breakfast buffet in Latitude 30 is a terrific way to start your day. Glinda, the Omelette Queen will make you whatever egg/omelette you desire and cook it to perfection. Kate was our waitress and on our 2nd visit she remembered our drink preferences from our previous breakfast. The only ding I found was a minor one and that was that the TV's didn't have an HDMI port for my Apple TV. After the first night that didn't matter at all because there is so much to see and do around the resort and surrounding areas. We didn't get to try it this time but we are planning a return trip in warmer weather to try out the Aquatic Adventures offered by the resort.

Have not stayed at the resort but have toured the facility and we use the restaurants. Parking- Quite large with drive through covered drop off. Pool area- expansive with covered and shaded areas. Snack bar and pool bar adjoin the pool area. Beach Access- a few steps down to Beach from pool area. Restaurant- there are two. One is family priced with a fairly broad menu. The other is upscale with gourmet menu and formal service, live mood music most evenings and gulf view.

I was not going to write this review because the manager seemed to be very thorough about addressing my concern with Miss Joanna a rude hostess on site where I was told it was the breakfast area and not being told beforehand by the restaurant or the hotel that I would be charged for the breakfast.

However their word was not honored when they said the type of discount they would provide. When I asked the manager what type of discount would be given if I drove out of my way 15 minutes there 15 minutes back so that they can do this because they said that my physical card needed to be there in order to be refunded a discount instead of just simply sending a check in the mail so that I am not further inconvenienced. I was told 50% for a full refund would be the easiest.

However when I got there I waited for maybe 10 or 15 minutes also receive a discount of $2.99 from a $16 bill. The rudeness and the amount of time it took to correct issues that should not have even occurred is way more upsetting than the actual money I lost especially when a couple of spoonful of bites cost me over an hour of my time when I add up the time I waited in the morning for them to originally contact the manager, having to have deal with this on the site where I was meeting a client, driving to and from there, to wait again even though I called and told them when I was five minutes away, plus the $13!

I d rather pay more in the beginning than to be lied to treated rudely have my entire morning and evening sacrificed and surprised with hidden fees!

Just ate at the Restaurant for breakfast and the food was EXCELLENT. The woman who prepared the omelets was extremely friendly and made one of the best omelets I've had in awhile. It was made with LOVE. Thank you to Marvin, our waiter. He was very attentive to us as well as professional. We still have one day left.
Can't wait to return in the summer

When we checked my 21 month old grandson was playing in room he went into the closet came out with something in his mouth. I asked him what it was he spit it out. Come to find out it was some kind of prescribed pill. I immediately went down to front desk to let manager know. All I got was Sorry luckily he only took the coating off. What if it was heroin or something else. She had security come to check the room which I already did thoroughly security guard took our phone number said he would check on him at later time. Which never happened realized a pack my cigarettes were missing. I feel like they should of offered something. Luckily my grandson. Was ok.

Absolutely loved my stay here. Staff was very professional and greeted you with a smile each time. The only reason I could not give 5 stars was due to a minor issue with our room. When taking a shower the tub would fill up with water instead of draining. Like I said other than that a great place to stay!
