Voyagers is hands down the best dining experience on the Alabama Gulf Coast. Took us 10 years to find but will never forget!

Excellent! Donna Bates Chair of the Elected Committee of Vendors Annual Training Conference got the most affordable Group Rates! The Resort is luxuriously perfect!

Everyone was very friendly. Rooms are nice, pool was well maintained but cold. Wonderful access to the beach

Well maintained with plenty of amenities, which makes you forget that the hotel is probably a little older. I attended a conference here and stayed the night. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Worst "Resort" EVER they have BED BUGS RUN!!!!! I wish I could upload the pictures of my bites. The manager was suppose to contact me Monday and has yet to contact me. We stayed there Fri 9/20/19- 9/22/19. I'm so upset the service was horrible and I WILL NEVER EVER GO BACK THERE AGAIN. DO NOT GO THERE! If I could give them no stars I would! PS! This is NOT a real Resort!!!!

We chose this hotel for a beach wedding.Could have picked lots of others, but this seemed the best. Bride was given room # 9003, which had mildew in several places, including the framed print! Requested a clean room and was put in #9009, with mildew also, 2x2" spot in the print on the wall! For $100 extra ea. nite, they would change us to a larger one. Declined! The set-up staff waited until 4:00 to start moving things off the beach, and then put in place the 30 chairs and bamboo pavilion! For $1,300 , we were given less than 1 1/2 hrs. to decorate and shower and be ready for our daughter's wedding! The staff must have been watching a ballgame because they sure weren't doing the job we paid for!Now we are waiting on a refund for the overcharge for dinner!

The restaurant, Lattitude had horrible service. The waitress, Nettie was very rude when she taking our orders, she took customers' orders first that arrived much later than we did. The manager didn't come to the table to address our complaint. There was an older lady that walked out after waiting over 15 minutes or more because her order wasn't taken after she was given cold coffee. There were only three tables with guests the entire time. I wouldn't ever eat at that place again, and the shrimp Alfredo wasn't that good.

The staff is very friendly and pool side view is very beautiful!

Great location, nice beach, pool, on site dining has many good options. But don't count on housekeeping to be prompt or thorough . It's the only thing that was below par.

This place is gorgeous. Their staff is superior. The food from 5 on site restaurants are second to none. Best location, directly on the beach, with amazing views and privacy. I will be returning soon.

Best bang bang shrimp on the island! Marvin is the man

I first stayed at the Perdido Beach Resort within weeks of its opening. Our family has returned frequently since that first stay. During my recent stay, I unfortunately arrived with a stomach virus. I called the operator, Celly, and she immediately volunteered to bring me medicine and enlisted the help of Joann in bringing me fruit. During my entire stay, Celly and Chandra at the front desk checked on me regularly to ensure that I was recovering. Perdido Beach Resort is a great place to stay whether you are there for a vacation or for business.

Loved our week there. Friendly and very helpful staff.

We usually stay at Turquoise, but this was a last minute trip with plans to fly out of Pensacola in a couple of days, so this place was perfect. Didn't have to go to the grocery store, don't have to cook, just enjoy the beach, pool, other activities, and order room service or eat at one of the restaurants onsite.

Great place, especially for families splurge get the parlor suite. Sleep Quality Poor mattresses need to be replaced housekeeping offered to adjust for more firm , but you could feel every spring. Will return again

This was a beautiful vacation resort. It was extremely reasonable and very, very comfortable. Service animals welcomed.

It was a clean, family friendly vacation spot. The staff was helpful and kind! Nathan, the bell hop, was awesome and customer friendly. Would definitely recommend staying here!!

Love the resort minus the smoking at the pool. Its a shame I can't relax by the pool without someone polluting the air with there cancer stick. Ban smoking throughout your facility and I'll give it 5 stars.

Staying here was the best decision ever, this resort is spectacular, a perfect 10! The resort is beautiful and sparkling clean from the welcoming lobby to the fabulous guest room with a gorgeous view. The entire staff is phenomenal, special shout outs to Crystal and Chris who made our trip outstanding. The awesome private beach is stunning as is the fantastic pool. There was wonderful live music at both the pool and lounge. The restaurants are incredible, especially the desserts at Voyagers, special shout outs to Eric, Fernando and Joni who were amazing. Also had a blast on an afternoon dolphin cruise. Stay here, this place is heaven on earth, highly recommend!

Came in for Mardi Gras ball - super facility w/clean rooms, great views, lots of amenities, and amazing staff. Will be back

Absolutely loved eating at The Voyager! Eric was a fabulous waiter. He was attentive and knowledgeable of the menu. Portions were appropriately sized. I ordered the filet topped with crab and baked potato with a side of melted butter. It was AMAZING! I ate the potato WHOLE! At the end, my friend and I mentioned the fact we don t like chocolate...so we passed on dessert. Eric came out with fresh strawberries as a little thanks for our patronage! It was so attentive and well timed. Come eat here and enjoy the best meal of your vacation!

Walking distance to The Gulf where the food is on point!

We have stayed at this Resort twice now and have booked again in 2021. Wonderful property and staff.

Fantastic place to stay! Clean rooms, excellent facilities, restaurants, and a great pool! We will definitely be returning to stay here again.

DON'T OVER PAY -- I paid for the king pool view thinking it was a room with a better view. I stayed in room 2009 (2nd floor) and could see the beach from my room, but not the pool. The only thing I could see near the pool is the rarely used hot tub/children's pool because the roof of the restaurant obstructed the view. I didn't complain because I could see the beach (and honestly, I didn't remember the quirky rates). It wasn't until the night before I checked out that I went to the hotel website to confirm the check out time. That's when I saw that my room was a king angle view beach room that was at least 50/night cheaper. The hotel staff refused an adjustment saying it is a pool view room, just on a lower floor (check the picture - you be the judge). You may be able to see the pool from a room directly above mine, but I think managers should take this obstruction into account. They also said they were booked to capacity and that I should've said something on the night I checked in. What difference would that make if you're booked to capacity????
I'm writing this so future guests don't get duped. Don't pay more for a pool and beach view (pool view room) when you can pay less for an angle beach room. The view from the room below is considered a "pool view".

There was a wedding right next to our room and the music was very loud. There was litterally a dance floor next to our balcony. No mention of this during check in. Staff did not seem empathetic at all when we complained. I would not pay extra for the gulf view, pool view looked great. You can even see the gulf from there as well.
On the good side, the beds were comfy and the beach was nice. I think the resort is a bit overpriced.

It was good I just wish they were a little more strict when it comes to mask policy

Beautiful beach front hotel. Loved the restaurant and great service - ask for Marvin he's excellent!

All staff were very helpful. The staff at front desk, pool side bar and grill and restaurants were all great. The food was excellent. The view from the room was great overlooking pool and beach. The whole atmosphere was great. One of the bet places to stay. If you did not want to, you would never have to leave the resort property.

Perdido beach Resort. What can I say? Beautiful, clean, PEACEFUL. The entire staff, from valet people to housekeeping were friendly and smiling. A server at the Latitude 30 restaurant, Marvin, was especially attentive and chatted with us when he had time (we showed up at odd times, well out of busy times, so he had time) The pizza at the range Beach pizza (the supreme deluxe thingy) was worth the trip alone. We were there the first of may for several days. I took so long to post this because I lost the card with Marvin's name on it and wanted to be sure he got credit for his extra friendliness and attention.
PS for those who are a bit frugal or forgetful, there is the most BEAUTIFUL Walmart just a few blocks away, not to mention plenty of other regular stores, not tourist traps with high prices. . A win-win

The resort was excellent. We stayed five nights and what made the stay so great was the staff. The Bellman and Valet attendants were most helpful with suggestions on dining, fishing, shopping and golf. Our room faced the beach and the pool area was awesome. I will absolutely book with the resort in the future.

Loved this place! Went for my birthday and let me say it had a beautiful view of the gulf. Great access to the beach. the beds were so comfortable and the shower for once stayed hot. the pool is nice and cold despite being almost 100 degrees outside and they also have 2 hot tubs in the inside pool area. fitness center looks amazing. I will say I loved our room the most. at first we got lost on the beach floor just looking for a bathroom but you figure it out eventually.

My family and I had a great time and we enjoyed the food and Donna took great care of us!! We will definitely be back....great Service at L30

Nice beach front hotel. Limited dining due to the season. Nice music in the lobby in the evening. Easy access to the beach along with onsite pools.

This place was amazing. Latitude 30 was so good we ate there every night we were there. Marvin was awesome

I always enjoy sending conferences here. One day I'm going to break down and stay here. I live locally do I can't justify the expense.

Great resort, best customer service I've ever had. On our last day there they let us return our room key and still use the facilities and go to the beach even though technically we were no longer guests. Very friendly and helpful staff. Drinks were strong, which made me content with the prices Kid friendly, nothing about it was inappropriate, not even other vacationers. They have an outdoor pool, that is awesome!! Indoor pool and hot tub(s? There may have been more than one hot tub) There was also an outdoor kiddie pool, which is where we spent most of our time when we weren't at the beach. Resort has easy access to the beach. Shower half way down the walk so you can rinse sand off. Very nice place, would recommend to anyone and everyone. The only complaint I have is no smoking on the balcony, but who cares really?

It's our go-to beach place. We have kids aged 5-15 and there's something for everyone. No cleaning fees!

Garret, one of the bellmen, was extra personable and conversational, extremely polite and helpful. My luggage wouldn t have made it to my vehicles so hassle-free, streamlined, in one trip (nor in one piece, likely) without him. He gave great restaurant recommendations as well. 5 starts for Garret, a delightful young man! Thanks G!
I also want to give reviews for the other gentlemen who were outstanding bellmen Austin and Tyrone (I believe was his name). I had previously reviewed them to comment on their excellent service; my review isn t visible for some reason. Without their help throughout my stay, I wouldn t have had such a pleasurable experience. From start to finish, their service undoubtedly contributed significantly to my 5-star review! Keep them around, PBR.

Bathroom had hairs everywhere from previous occupants. I can only imagine what's in the carpets. It's looking old and the rooms need a little refurbishing.

Marvin is an awesome waiter. He remembers your beverage order from visit to visit. He takes the time to stop and visit with you.

My friends and I had breakfast at Latitude 30 and our waitress was Donna. She met us with a smile and constantly checked on us throughout our time to see if we needed anything else. i would definitely come back to have breakfast here.

Wow! We were fortunate to have a wedding at this great resort! Tyler B., Social Sales Manager, was an absolute joy to work with. She handled every detail and made our event such an easy and wonderful experience.
The entire staff (valet, bellhop, front desk, bar staff, restaurant staff, bonfire attendant and anyone else we encountered) at the resort were fantastic! We could never thank the staff enough for all they did to make us and our 48 guests feel like we were the only guests at the resort. The views from the room, food, drinks and hotel accommodations were great, too! I would highly recommend this resort to host an event or just relax with family and friends.

It is a great resort, the pizza place is great...and not very expensive. Me and my family loved it here

Great location and resort. The staff is incredible, the property is nice,and great amenities. And again, the staff is superb!

Stayed here during the Hangout Fest... Rooms are really nice and clean. Awesome beach access and a nice pool area. OK, so we did get asked to stop diving after footballs in the pool by hotel "security" - but to their credit, we were doing it right under a big sign that said "NO DIVING OR JUMPING." Doh!

Really loved the breakfast buffet here! Honestly, I usually don't expect much from hotel buffets but the food was actually outstanding and VERY reasonable priced. Bloody Marries from the bar were delicious too. Bar area in the pool is nice too.

Would not hesitate to stay here again in the future.
