The staff was very nice, the restaurants were great. The wine prices at the bar were very high, though.
Best vacation spot, good food, and awesome services. Definitely recommend it to anyone.
Awesome place to to stay at the beach!
Good food and good service.
Awesome views!
Everything you need is within the area. The beach, Flora-Bama, bars. The pool is great. No complaints about the room. Wi-Fi could be more reliable, but if you're having a good time, you won't have much use for the Wi-Fi network.
Great place for family vacation! We had a wonderful time. Club level had a great breakfast, lots of snacks and drinks that would have been very expensive otherwise. Beach access was fantastic and not at all busy. The employees were all very nice and so helpful. We'll definitely be coming back!
Great hotel ! Wonderful location. Bar was great!! Room service was wonderful!
I was so impressed with Perdido Beach Resort at our recent conference. All of the staff went above and beyond to meet our needs and facilitate the conference. Front desk staff, catering/restaurant staff, maid service staff were all excellent. My hotel room was beautiful, clean and comfortable. The complimentary valet parking was so appreciated upon arrival! The food at all meals was wonderful. The lobby, with live music in the evenings, was such a pleasure.
Looking forward to returning.
One suggestion I would make is to get rid of the plastic table attached to the balcony railing in the ocean-front rooms. It obscures the view - not so much when you're standing in the doorway, but when you're seated in the room, it really blocks the view. And, while I see the benefit of the bar-height stools on the balcony, for enhanced viewing while on the balcony, they are very uncomfortable after about 5 minutes. I have a bad back. I called the desk to request a regular height chair for the balcony, but none were available. I ended up buying a chair to use on the balcony - left it in the room, as I didn't have room to take it with me. If you're planning to replace the rest of the balcony chairs with the plastic bar table and bar stool chairs, please reconsider - maybe offer both, or have some regular chairs available, upon request. If you've already committed to installing the balcony bar table, please consider moving it to the edge of the balcony so it doesn't obstruct the view so much from within the room. One small suggestion in a wonderful stay.
There was a very long wait (45 minutes) on the phone to make a reservation. We had to phone in to get the conference rate. Once I reached a reservationist, everything was great.
The live music in the lobby was most memorable. It just made me happy every time I walked through. The musician did an excellent job.
This place deserves 5 stars! My husband and I got married last weekend and we chose the Perdido to stay at. The staff are down right amazing. They are polite, respectful, and help you with your luggage. I only had one panic moment and that was the day of our wedding my husband kept the ticket to get the car and they refused to bring up the car. I had to call 4 times but they finally came through for me after I talked to a young lady that remembered me. This wasn't a bad thing though. You never have to worry they will give your car to a stranger. I made it to my hair and make up appointment on time,so life was good! I highly recommend this place! My husband and I are already making reservations for our next vacation here!
Attended a wedding and 4 course dinner reception. The food was lovely and the service was great.
Just finishing up 7 nights here for a large conference. The staff has been excellent and very accommodating all week! The room has been very comfortable, the food excellent, the meeting venue perfect...and did I mention the wonderful staff?! Kudos to all!
I think this place was built in the early 80s and I suspect it was inspired by Magnum PI. It's a handsome facility with real stucco and Spanish tile, a professional staff, etc. It's usually a steal too.
Ate dinner at the Voyage last night. Food was phenomenal and a great way to celebrate a loved ones birthday.
Voyager restaurant was absolutely amazing. Excellent in every way!
Awesome resort! Service was outstanding, the hotel is amazing, you really don't have to leave the resort to enjoy your vacation. Best trip my family has ever taken
First impression great. Allowed us to check in 4 hours early and had extremely quick room service!
My only complain is most other hotels in the area offer free breakfast, hey maybe this is a idea Perdido Beach
Very nice resort, beautiful kid friendly pool. Good food at the resturants. Live music by pool, paino bar at night. Beautiful Gulf of Mexico views. Free easy access parking. Has a nice fitness facility, but I rather run on the beach.
Very clean room nice people we have had several aiada conventions here beautiful place and view of beach great restaurants would definitely recommend anyone stay here
Our view was beautiful! The staff were excellent! Marvin was our waiter at Voyagers on Saturday night, and he was outstanding! He definitely has a servants heart! What a joy and pleasure he was to be with! Eddy Soto is an exceptional Matri D and very pleasant! Cyela was also a very kind and efficient servant! Thank you all for our wonderful experience!
Great place, great location, staff was awesome ... Bed was a bit hard on the back, probably just needed to be replaced. Other than that, great vacation for the family or just a get away for yourself.
What a wonderful morning! We had an awesome breakfast at L30. Food was delicious, view was breath-catching and our server Donna was outstanding! All worth to come back and experience it once again. New favorite stop. A+
Top shelf accommodations & Voyagers restaurant is hard to beat.
Had a conference at PBR. Awesome service and staff. Comfortable and clean. Great amenities! Ask for Emily English for all of your Event Planning needs she is the Best!
We thoroughly enjoyed our honeymoon here! Rico from the voyagers restaurant was really personable and classy! Caleb from latitude 30 resautrant was really a joy to talk to as he served us our food and let us know the status of our food! Marvin from the latitude 30 breakfast buffet was also a very good server. He was on top of everything and checked up on us regularly! These servers made our time here very special and unique. The whole resort accommodated to our needs and answered any questions we had. We hope to return here as regular guests.
Love the size of the conference rooms and the flexibility of what size is needed. Also staff is friendly and hard working. Would love to come back
The resort is a very nice facility overall and there is a nice section of beach where you can rent pairs of chairs plus an umbrella from 8-5 for $35, they do pick up all their folding chairs, cushions, and umbrellas by 5 even if you want to stay on the beach longer, the wood loungers do stay out though. Be careful, even under the umbrella be sure to use sunscreen. The white sand is HIGHLY reflective and the umbrella does not block all the UV light (I'm a novice beach bum), which I learned with a shirt-shaped sunburn (basically the parts that did not have a base tan already) and I stayed in the umbrella shade the entire time. There is no food or beverage service out at the beach (unfortunately, that would be really cool) but you can bring your own cooler or walk back to the resort (not far) to get food and drink to bring back to the beach.
The biggest complaint I have is the shower. We had 2 rooms in the east wing on the 7th floor, and they had standing showers with sliding glass doors. They look great, but they were VERY narrow. I am a fairly average size guy, and my elbows touched the wall and the glass doors when my arms were down at my sides. The shower is the entire reason for it being a 4-star instead of 5-star review.
I would give an extra quarter-star for the EV support. It is there and could tip the scale between two otherwise equal options, but it is really poorly done. There is a single electric vehicle charger that my Tesla Model Y showed as a 22mph charge rate (196v @ 30a), and while kind of slow it is sufficient if you leave it charging overnight one night. Access to the charger to park or retrieve your car requires an escort, and it is in an engineering space that you must back into. The entrance is rather narrow and you have to shift to the side after you get through the entrance. If you have a Tesla be sure you bring your adapter as it is a J1772. Just moving the charger to the ground lot immediately outside the engineering space would be an improvement. I was nervous about my car getting minor damage as it was obviously an active engineering space, I was happy to have it parked overnight when there was not much activity rather than during the day.
Breakfast buffet was great. They went to a lot of trouble to bring me a birthday cake and i must say it was delicious. Waiter was awesome.
Love the beach..and this place is beautiful. I was lucky to stay at a nice place.. easy to get to the beach the restaurant and store the fishing boat all are with in a few mile.. Love the location great.!
Honest review. This resort is pretty tired and looks like its had better days about 20 years ago. It's definitely not worth what they're charging per night. The buildings are old and have visible issues in every corner you look at. As soon as I walked in the east tower it took me back to my college dorm days, musty humid smell, concrete walls, and lots of noise. No matter where you are at it is noisy, especially pool side where it is either the radio or some performer blaring until 10 PM. Music around the pool is good but it doesn't need to be so loud. Staff at the resort were very nice and so were most of the people on vacation. There are also plenty of trashy people to go around. Rooms are small, humid, and just not that great. My AC was terrible and had to call someone to fix it. Beds are lumpy and uncomfortable, mine had 2 valleys in it. The bathrooms are miniature and because of this, in order to provide clearance for the bathroom door to open, they had to install the smallest toilets I've ever seen. Very unpleasant and like going through a doughnut . I wouldn't recommend this resort and your hard earned money is definitely better served somewhere else. We liked it so much here we cut our vacation a day short and left early.
Hard to find. They need to improve their Google instructions. Restaurant was over priced for the quality. Their pool renovations blocked access to secondary entrance
Loved the resort!! Absolutely beautiful!! The staff were phenonimal, so helpful and very friendly. (except the light haired lady in the gift shop, who was very rude). Beth, concierge, was the best!! She helped us with everything, from tourist attractions, to restaurants , answered ALL our questions and always with a smile and very bubbly personality. We just loved her-she needs a big bonus!! Please let her know us Missouri girls (with the white vw jetta) made it home safe and sound. We'll definitely be back!!
We stayed in the club level and enjoyed free drinks and snacks. The pools were great and the food was good as well. Price was a little high. Probably not worth the extra money for club level.
This Hotel Resort is beyond Amazing! Breathtaking views, Awesome decor ,Friendly personnel!! Swimming pool & Hot tub or the Blue Ocean. You dont want to miss this vacation wonderland!!!!!!!!
Clean rooms, very nice service. Just a little expensive for a resort with no meals including
The rooms are very nice and clean very friendly staff inviting environment
Perdido Beach resort is a hidden jewel of the south... The resort was in clean and beautiful condition, also the employees were professional and friendly, I will be returning with my family soon...
No comment provided when I last reviewed, this wife and I just stayed there again this year and we noticed mattress is old and bumpy.
My review is limited to the Lattitudes 30 Restaurant at the resort. My wife and I ate there earlier today and the food was excellent. In addition, the staff was great as well. Our waitress, Brooke, went out of her way to make us welcome. She was terrific.
We are locals and chose to celebrate our wedding anniversary at Voyagers Restaurant. We love the atmosphere! The food is amazing AND the staff / service is first class. They always make us feel special. Thanks for a great dining experience!
Fantastic. Food was excellent and fresh! Will definitely return again!
Nice resort with great food options and a big pool. Prices are reasonable and it's right next to the pass if you're gonna go out on a boat for fishing or leisure.
Great place! Very clean, very nice. Couldn't ask for any better. Can't wait to go back! Plenty of restaurants within short distance. The beach was beautiful and the weather was fantastic.
Great place and great hospitality by the staff. It has direct access to the beach and the view is perfect.
Beach was great. Went down for summer vacation. One of the best places to visit.
We had to find a hotel for one night during my daughter's cheer competition. We stayed the remaining nights in Pensacola. Our stay is was FABULOUS. I would recommend to all families. The moment you drive up, you are treated like royalty. Free valet. The workers are amazing. I walked up to the counter and Destiny was exceptional. She immediately gave me information about all the amenities that were offered at this location. I have never been treated with such kindness. She was patient with all my questions. I grew up visiting the Orange Beach area yearly, but haven't been here in ages. The best welcome back. This is our new vacation location. Destiny went over and beyond to make our stay a great one. You are blessed to have her. The breakfast was amazing at the on site dining (Latitude). My girls loved the ice cream parlor downstairs. We had to make frequent visits. This resort has EVERYTHING you need. You wouldn't have to leave for anything if you didn't want to. I would stay her again and again. LOVED, LOVED, LOVED!!!!
Ashlea and Damon were exception! Very enjoyable trip and great location
This place was great. The food at the restaurants was good and no wait time at any of them. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. We would definitely come back next year.
Great property and awesome staff!!! Can not wait to go back!!!
Beautiful rooms and great amenities! Fabulous price for upscale rooms with everything offered here. Only place I'll stay now!
Looking for a great AL Gulf Coast vacation, you NEED to consider this resort. Great rooms. Great food. Great pool. Great beach access / beach. Great live music around the pool. Great breakfast option that you can include with your room - highly recommended. Special shout out to Robbi in Latitude 30 - one of the most welcoming / friendly people happy to make your made-to-order omelette each morning. The hotel is lucky to have this gentlemen on their staff!
Everything there was nice clean. Staff help full food was like a first class restaurant rooms very clean l would go back
Great location for an off season stay. This part of the beach I'm sure is unbearable during the summer with people from all the large condos but on a random warm day in January we came it was perfect. Much of the hotel was under renovations, obviously for when we came, but it was not much of an inconvenience. The elevators were kind of dingy and rough. The indoor part of the pool was very nice. Love the beach location on the end near the bridge and is easy access to jump to the beach on the other side if you like.
We went to eat at latitude 30 for the all you can eat pasta and Brooke was amazing! Make sure you ask for her! The pasta was made fresh and you could choose from so many toppings!!! Would definitely come back!
What a fabulous New Year's Eve party y'all put together!! The food was outstanding, the service and personnel were top notch, the band was the BEST, and our enrire stay was a blast!!! CONGRATS TO EVERYONE INVOLVED IN THE PLANNING OF THE BEST NIGHT EVER!!! We'll see y'all next year!!!
I'm an undergraduate in my junior year of college and was looking for a cheap but clean and pleasant place for my friend and I to stay for a beach trip over Labor Day weekend. It took me a long time to decide on Perdido Beach Resort, but I finally decided it was the best "bang for my buck." From the moment we pulled in (at 11:00 PM) to now on our third day here, the staff has been nothing short of amazing. They are all kind and hardworking and very helpful. The night manager Natalie was fantastic! I booked a king room on the beachfront, and Natalie put us in a corner room, giving us all but a panoramic view of the beach. The room is enormous, the bed comfortable, the bathroom clean. All around it's perfect, and worth every dollar I spent and more! The entire resort is this way - the lobby is gorgeous, the pool is nothing short of impressive. The food and drinks are a bit pricey, but are wonderful all the same! The location is perfect. The beach and its white sands and warm waters are only a short boardwalk away. The beach is clean, and chairs and umbrellas are provided for you to rent. Not only that, but the resort is a very short drive from The Wharf (which is amazing!) and attractions like Waterville and Adventure Island. It's surrounded by many places to eat for any budget, and supermarkets as well. We haven't had to go far for anything. In short, the resort is perfect in every way. It's convenient, comfortable, located perfectly on the beach, and has a better staff than I could ever ask for, and all for a more than reasonable price. I look forward to our last night here and know that I'll miss this place, but I also know that I will definitely be coming back!
We made a reservation through Expedia since the hotel website was jacked up. When we arrived, the hotel was clueless - sorry, no reservation. Same thing happened to the friends we met there. On top of that, we got a room with a fantastic view of the parking lot and street for $275/night.
Banquet servers are not screened for health issues and need to be.
We enjoyed our weekend get away we definitely comming back guest service was great friendly atmosphere everything was perfect thank you
Great hotel, clean rooms, fair price, and perfect location!
Pool is great. Easy access to the beach. Very clean! Friendly customer service.
The resort was great! I hadn t been there in 20 years and had expected it to be outdated, but it was actually really nice.
My only complaint would be that the bar closed super early on Saturday night and we had a whole crew of people drive over.
Resort has nice rooms with several places to eat. The pool is pretty big, with a inside part that is next to one of two hot tubs. On the inside there are a few shops and a pizza place, while upstairs is where you can get some bomb breakfast and dinner.
For the money that they charge for a room it's not worth it the air conditioning is old style runs all night. The room is not all that.
Went here for the Annual Multi-State Manufactured Housing Convention. Had the SEC themed get together on Saturday and the dress up awards banquet on Monday. Found them very accommodating of my husbands wheelchair both the ballroom area and the restrooms were very handicapped accessible. Valet, left something to be desired. We drive an old blue Tahoe, this is a very upscale resort, they acted like they really did not want to have anything to do with my truck. After I got his wheelchair out and handed them my keys we enjoyed the rest of our evening. Upon leaving that evening it was discovered that valet had mislabeled our keys and had to find them. It took them a good 10 minutes to locate them so their tip was considerebly less than what I wanted to give them. Upon our return for Monday nights banquet, we opted to not put ourselves through the embarrassment again and opted to park in the lot. The parking was very good and the entrance, which is at beach level, was very accessible for my husbands wheelchair. We rode the elevator to the lobby area and enjoyed the rest of the evening. The food for both nights was absolutely superb and the service was great. We enjoyed the people and decided that we would make this a weekend destination to stay.
Our stay was enjoyable but check-in was not so good. We had made a reservation December 27,2019. The Alabama Clay Conference was in Orange Beach at Perdido Beach Resort. We were excited about being at the beach. We have been going to Perdido Key and Gulf Shores for years.
When we made the reservation we upgraded to ocean front with a handicap bathroom since my partner would be spending a good deal of time in the room. We called in January to confirm reservation and was told it was secure. We also called in route to let them know that we would be a little late. Again they assured us our reservation was secure. We get there about 5:30pm for Crystal, the evening manager, tell us our reservation had been given to someone else because we were late. They offered us the room that we had upgraded from which we told them was not acceptable. Crystal proceeded to tell us that was all they had. We had paid for a night on reservation made in December of last year to be told weno longer had that reservation. Not happy.
Jacob a young man stepped in and offered a solution. He showed us the smaller room and we told him no. He then showed us a room overlooking the pool and the ocean. That is the room we choose and we're compensatd for the lost room.but my concern ics reservation was made December 27 2019. Confirmed reservation January 2020 and called the day ofthe reservation to be told it was ours! To get there at 5:30 pm and to be told it was gives yo someone else is not good business.
Crystal later apologize d and we accepted apology but it did us no good with our initial reservation! Concerned and wonder why even bother with a reservation and guarantee one night?!?!?!?
I would like to compliment Jacob (front desk) and ayoung man from the Vallet parking group named JD. They were both helpful and made a frustrating evening better.
We ended up having a good staybut did not like the way it started out.
Housekeeping, servers in Latitude Dining room made for a better outcome!
Very frustrating check in.
Thank you for your time.

My grandson and I enjoyed our Sunday brunch at Latitude 30. Donna was our server and she went above and beyond to make sure everything were to our liking.Definitely will be back
This place was awesome! The southern hospitality was great. We will definitely be back.
