When they want to sell you something, they are very attentive, but after you have made the purchase and if you left something pending, you have already scrubbed yourself because customer service is fatal. They tell you many times that they will call you back, they never call you, when you call agency to ask about something there nobody knows anything is more or know the name of their own coworkers, the racist receptionist to the fullest, since she does not understand Spanish nor does she do anything to find you a translate simply ignores you, I am sincerely disappointed.
The customer service fron Al and the rest of the service advisors was great.
EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE SCOTT COLLINS!!!the people that work here are wonderful First when i got to the place a very nice gentleman help me to park my car.(cause im not best at it)haha the lady outside welcome me with her nice smile and when i came inside everybody was asking me if i want water or anything to drink.then i met MR.scott collins a very honest man help me to find a car that i want.with his help i end up getting my new awesome juke 2016:) this place is amazing i could not ask for more.also special thanks to ms.jamie in finace who help me with my paperwork as fast as she can.
Scott in the service department was amazing and professional.
Vic, Leslie and Timo were all amazing to work with while purchasing our new vehicle. They were helpful and understanding from the moment we called the dealership. We went there looking at a used truck they had on their lot and ended up leaving with a brand new titan. They found and applied every rebate that we qualified for, as well as, gave us more for our trade than any other dealership. Their competitor right up the road said that because we just moved to AZ, we needed 3500 down with a HORRIBLE interest rate, but Peoria Nissan got us approved with no money down, a low interest rate and a way better vehicle. Finding Peoria Nissan was a WIN for our family.
Oh, and katlin in finance was amazing, extremely funny and just a great person to work with. She made signing papers on a new car note extremely fun; well as much as it can be lol.
Had a great experience, my car was done and I was on the road in the time promised.
Dealership is good. They give good discounts service is also good. The problem with sales department is that they keep calling you even if you tell them that you re not interested and they would say that you ll take out your number but call you next day and every day after that. Irritating
David mcguire jr took real good care of me everything came out good I appreciate everything you guys did thank you very much
Best 3 experiences we have had buying vehicles thanks to our friends, Mike Choate, #1 salesperson and Scott Clouse our service advisor.
I clipped my passenger side mirror. I called for an appointment. I don't think I was very clear or understandable. Went to appointment, he ordered the parts. I was in shock at the price of parts. Repaired the next day. Picked up in AM following day.
Their dishonesty and greed might be exceeded by their ineptitude. My experience in Peoria Nissan Service Department was shameful. They could not keep a single commitment ... Not one. Should you need Nissan service you would be wise to go somewhere else. Can't be trusted
Service department truly cares about all aspects of your vehicle
I'm very satisfied with the service I received. Of course, I'm very happy with my Frontier PU so I want to be sure it gets the best care and I know that will happen when I take it to Scott at Peoria Nissan.
Our vehicle trades went well last June and we haven't had an issue until now. The vehicles we traded in are being driven in Washington state - or the old license plates have been stolen and on vehicles driving - you tell me? Why these plates are still registered to us, after we traded in these vehicles is a mystery to me. I've gotten my second toll violation citation, from washington state today, forwarded to me by the US Post office. Clearly I am not driving in Washington state, with my old vehicle plates.
My question to you, Nissan of Peoria, why the heck were the vehicle registrations NOT changed??
Seemed at first like I was getting a good deal on a used vehicle but within the first week of driving the vehicle the check engine light had came on multiple times. Each time I took the car in to the service team they managed to get the service light off long enough so that they could get me out of the 15 day period. Now 1 month into having my new car it still has the check engine light on and none of my issues been resolved. Be careful when coming to this place I d advise to go else where.
Excelent service.Elijah provide excelent service.a very friendly.person. the best.
Dave, Service Manager, handled my ABS recall and bumper pop out issue very professionally and quickly. Used Uber to pick me up and take me to another destination. When work was completed, he called me and sent me a text with a link for Uber to take me back to Nissan. The Uber drivers were very nice and efficient.
So the gentleman who helped us find our car is was serg. He was absolutely fantastic. Made us feel comfortable right off the bat, so comfortable intact my 2 year held his hand crossing the parking lot. He was very well informed of the car and features and found exactly what we were looking for. The only reason I'm not eating this 5 stars is because of how pushy the other guys were about pricing. But aside from them it was definetaly a good experience and would recommend for sure. I left there in a 2017 Nissan rogue and a smile on my face.
Good people working here,. Service department well organized
I WANTED TO LET ANYONE LOOKING TO GET A NEW CAR, KNOW THE REWARDING AND EFFORTLESS EXPERIENCES I HAVE HAD AT PEORIA NISSAN. MY FAMILY AND I HAVE ALWAYS BEEN OLDS BUYERS UNTIL WE CHANCED INTO PEORIA NISSAN DEALERSHIP. FIVE TRADE INS LATER FOR NEW CARS, THESE GUYS HAVE ALWAYS MET OUR NEEDS AND CONTINUE TO DO SO.WHATEVER YOUR SITUATION GIVE THEM A TRY . ASK FOR OUR GO TO GUYS ERIC OLSON OR JOE G
We worked with Nick Aronson, he was great, we recommend him to anyone looking for an honest, upfront salesman. We are so pleased with our car and the financing we got.
When you go in here, look for Andy Hempy. He's one of the nicest salesmen I've met, and I've worked in sales, so that's saying something.
Great place. Fernando helped me get the perfect van.
Worst time every, was approved by my bank and gave them the details of the loan. Picked a car they said would finance under the banks conditions. Signed all paperwork in finance and drove home to be called back 3 days later saying they cant approve the car cause the bank. When i come to find out from the bank, they messed up the paper work. When I went back they didn't want to work on the deal for the car i wanted and wanted me to get into a smaller vechile. Bad management and communication.. you can try but i found better deals else where.
These guys are really sketchy. We went online on their site and saw a 2013 Altima SV up for 15,079. When we got there they told us the cost of the car was actually going to be over 20,000 base. Then the finance guy actually said, "well yeah, we're going to list it for a couple grand lower to get people out here." We had driven all the way from Tempe. It was completely ridiculous. We ended up going down the street to Moore Chrysler Jeep and getting an awesome deal on the same exact year and trim Altima with 10k LESS miles. DO NOT waste the drive on Peoria Nissan.
I stopped by with my family to take a look at an XD Diesel Titan and the salesmen attempted to strong arm me back to a desk before I could even look at the truck. Basically they were more concerned about getting my information than treating me like a potential customer. These kind of sales tactics will only drive people away especially people who are looking at spending $55-65k on a new vehicle.
I was treated very well "like a potential customer" at Liberty GMC and Larry Miller Toyota down the street, please give them your business!
They were amazing at figuring a deal and when I said no they didn t push it I got a brand new vehicle over the weekend and just love it
Very satisfied with the purchase of our new Rogue. Sales and service we're both great. Serge was very helpful. Would recommend to every one.
This was the worst dealership experience I've ever had. I went with elderly parents to this dealership to buy an advertised car. When we go there, the seller tried to push us into buying another more expensive model, but it was a nice car so we entered negotiations. We were then subjected to numerous games and tricks, rather than receiving a straight forward answer to our counteroffer, whose value was already higher than I had planned to pay for when we got there. They then tried to push me into buying another older, used, and less valuable car, but I refused. We left. Minutes later, the seller calls to say she had my driver's license. 10 miles far away, we made a U-turn and went back there to retrieve the license. If that was another of their tricks to get us back, I don't know, but I didn't want to give them a chance, so I got there, quickly retrieved my document, and left.
During the week they kept calling and texting. I finally answered them and made decisive arrangements over the phone. I told them I would only go back there if we had a final price compromise over the phone. I didn't want to travel another 30 miles (I live that far from them) just to get there and have to go through another round of dumbfounded negotiations. Over the phone, the seller and a (phony?) manager guaranteed me that the negotiated price was accepted and confirmed and that I could come at that hour to close the deal. They told me I didn't need to worry about anything possibly going wrong once in there. When we got there we soon realized that they had pulled more tricks on us. We were forced to wait again, asked to test-drive the car again, even treated with despise. Then, when I said we could not wait any longer, another manager came and began to have us going over another round of negotiations. I and my parents looked at each other and we could not believe what was happening. He insisted on trying to talk us into overpaying for the car for many minutes. We told him about the deal over the phone, but he would not listen and would not honor the negotiated price. After some time, my father then suggested me to wait a few more days until they honored their offer, but I said I would no longer come back there for more. At that moment, the manager stood up to say goodbye. I was so upset that I refused to shake his hand. We left and I was shocked to realize how unethically these people conduct their business. Needless to say, I lost all trust in them. After all, I and my parents were completely distressed and we drove away from the worst car dealer experience in my parent's 50 plus years of buying cars. I hope that one day these sellers change the way they do business and treat people. It will certainly make both our and their lives better.
Everything was amazing. David is my Service adviser and he is like family to me. We can talk easily and he understands how to take care of things. There is nothing that needed changing or improving except, that he needs a raise!!!
Everyone at Peoria Nissan is great and they all deserve a pat on the back. So, here is their pat on the back from me.
James is the best. Can t say enough about the guy. He makes you feel like a vip and doesn t come off as insincere.
Scotts Clouse was an excellent customer service provider. He clearly explained and suggested other services needed. Service was done on time. And, I love that my car came back shiny clean!
Came prepared, and had a good experience buying the car that I wanted.
I purchased a used vehicle from this dealership. They use very high pressure sales. after taking the car to my mechanic they showed me a sheered off lug nut and bad leaking shocks. The dealership told me its just one lug nut no big deal. After threatening to cancel the deal they finally agreed to fix it. now one week later my breaks are broken. DO NOT SHOP HERE! Also 2 weeks after buying a car and agreeing on a price you will receive a call telling you your payment has went up.
Kyle really took great care of me and all of the service staff were friendly and helpful.
Vehicles are over priced and most likely won't inform you about the car fax until your in finance.
Went for an oil change and the employees there were cursing and acting inappropriately.
I would like to applaud the sales person (Serge Angounou) who helped me with picking out my Nissan Rogue. Serge was so patient and kind and he went that extra mile to show me the different features of each model. His easy going nature made me feel calm and confident in being able to relay my concerns to him. He was very understanding and thoughtful; he put my mind at ease by showing me all the features that come with the new models.
I had gone into the dealership just out of curiosity and was very pleased with what he was able to show me. Serge truly listens to his customers.
I went back to Peoria Nissan the next day. Serge had made sure that the car I was interested in was parked under the tent and ready for another test drive. Serge showed me more features and took the time again to show me how to set the cruise controls, and many other features of the car.
He stayed with me during the negotiations and then for me to drive off late in the day. Serge is a stand up salesman that Nissan should be proud to have on their team, and I am grateful he was my salesman. I m happy with the SUV that I settled on and appreciate him showing me this one.
Great service and great service personnel. Recommend this dealership.
Thanks to rich beattie my go to guy I had a great experience in purchasing my new murano at Peoria Nissan. The whole staff was outstanding.
I was looking to buy a car and ended up leasing with option to buy, it was better because the payment was cheapper to lease. And that is what I needed. The employees helped me with what I needed.
Kecia Mitchell at Peoria Nissan is the best I love the fact that not only does she work to satisfy her customers but she has an awarding winning smile to go with how friendly she is. If you are in the market for a car whether you are looking for new, used or even a lease she is the person to go see.
Chris Rippery is the man. He was helpful and really did a good job explaining everything.
Let me Start off by saying how grateful i am for the staff at Peoria Nissan. I was very scared while buying a car simply because I m young with no credit. My salesmen Scott S And Sultan were GREAT . Scott made it his duty to make sure i was comfortable throughout the entire process. They did everything they could to work with me . I m glad I decided to purchase my first car from Peoria Nissan .
Worst first car buying experience. I came into the dealership wanting a 2006 Toyota, the idea was to have small monthly payments boost my credit and have a vehicle I could drive while while I got in a better position to get the car I really wanted. I needed a small portion of the car financed they told me I was denied which probably was a lie. I was told based on my credit score I could get into a newer model which was around 18000 pay my monthly payments boost my credit and do it in a nicer car. I don t know much about cars and financing which they took advantage of. I looked at my car sales contract to see in 3 years I would be paying almost 39000 for This car more than double it s worth. I was bamboozled and hustled it s a very unfortunate feeling. As a woman or someone who may not know a lot about cars or doesn t have a man with you this is the result. I regret my experience and all people I encountered Scott Collins the car salesman as well as Dominique Dennis the finance manager. Yes I m was less than smart to not review all aspects of my contract but I thought of Nissan and it s financing company as a respectable and reputable dealership and company not a loan shark
Very friendly staff and they make sure to get you the best deals!
I had a really great experience here. 4th of July sale. Greg Reiner listened to what I wanted and needed. There was no pushy sales, no crazy upsell to something I couldn't afford. I got the price I wanted and needed for my trade in. It was smooth and completed in one afternoon. Patrick in finance was great also along with his manager. I got the gap and extended protection I needed and wanted at the price I could afford. Greg also sent me a thank you card with birthday wishes since my birthday was a few days after we purchased. I'm amazed at how well this car purchase went and the customer service was impeccable. I always shop for my cars in Peoria and Nissan was by far my best experience.
Recently purchased a used vehicle and so far so good . I had issues with battery a week after buying and they were helpful.i will update my post if anything changes so future car buyers can know what to expect
Scott Clouse is a great person to work with, he is friendly and accommodating!
Great service in a timely manner. The ability to schedule online is convenient.
They were amazing and quick. My schedule is very busy I was able to get in and out in 4 hours and that's with me finding a cat I liked for 3.
Great experience service was great thanks to Mark Hicks!
Had a great experience buying my new truck at Peoria Nissan my sales girl was wonderful. Very helpful with me getting everything done Heather was a pleasure to work with.
Busy place. Lots of selection
Good people to work with.
Worst place ever, do not even try to go there. Too much lying, all kind of bs, they made drove twice from Casa Grande, 1st time they insist yo do credit check and after they did, they never called me back, I kept calling over and over but ko feed back for a month. Then I sent many emails try to reach yo a manager and after a month, one if the managers replied to and apologized and we discussed the price and after several calls. I drove 2 hours in traffic and another 2and half hours with salesperson, they wanted to sell me the truck with $16k extra. When I told them this price is over the MSRP price and you guys playing, they kept back and force and in the end they told me the manager was mistaken in the price and the price is giving me is the correct one. FYI, the truck MSRP was $42700, with $8500 repeat that make it $32200 and that was the agreed price with the manager. But they wanted to give it to me at $38800. I just left them and went to Bill luck phx, and with in one hr I had the truck, no bs, salesman was very helpful, honest, straight forward, trying to sell not to steal.
Serg has taken good care of my Fiance and I for the past few years. This was our second experience and 4th closing deal with him. He's easy to work with, funny and professional. As long as he's working there we will continue to do business.
Harassment
I went into Peoria Nissan Friday evening around 7:00 PM to discuss a Nissan Versa advertised in their preowned selection. I do not enjoy the haggling or dishonesty in car shopping, so always insist on having the price quoted first with only advertised price, title, tax and license. The car salesman was nice, but the two other men working there were being difficult about giving me a total out the door price I requested. They finally provided a price I was willing to negotiate on, so I test drove the car. When we returned to the lot, I made an offer at 1k less than the total price. Ricky was one of the earlier men who provided some pricing information. He came in the cube trying to justify their price using Kelly Blue book and their supposed cost. I clearly said I wasn t interested in anything except the final price to me and if they didn t accept my offer we did not have anything to discuss.
I got up, left the office area, and called my daughter to tell her we did not make a deal on the car so she didn t need to continue driving over. We were on the phone when Ricky (Ricardo Beltran) followed me out to my car. I opened my car door and told him we have nothing to discuss. He stepped into the door space wanting to show me the papers with Kelly Blue Book price and I told him to step away from my car. He didn t listen, so I yelled at him to get away from my car twice more and he didn t move. It is incredibly intimidating to have someone standing right in the space of closing your car door. The exchange scared my daughter who was listening to me yelling at this guy to step away from my car. My heart was racing and stomach started churning. I was in complete shock that he was still standing there.
I finally grabbed my door handle and slammed the door shut. He had to take a step back. I was so upset at this physically intimidating behavior I had to say something, so I went back in the dealership office and asked to speak to a manager. I was in utter disbelief this had even happened; shaking my head in amazement waiting for the manager to come up front. I quickly recapped how Ricky was being physically intimidating and he said okay !!! There is never an excuse for pushing yourself on another person, but the fact he stood there when I told him to step away and was even yelling at him to move without a response by him that is harassment.
I don t know what was wrong with Ricky he should have stepped away the first time I said it. There is absolutely no excuse to keep standing there after I was yelling at him. The manager s indifference to physical intimidation is unreal. Normal people would be shocked and his reaction was okay ! Ricky and the manager on duty should be reprimanded at a minimum although firing is more appropriate when you try to physically pressure someone or refuse to address that behavior by an employee.
They cannot modify their behavior to have an inkling of respect or honesty. Shop somewhere else.
I appreciated the service we received from everyone on the sales team.
James was extremely helpful at Peoria Nissan! We were visiting from the east side of the valley & our car battery died. We got a ride to Peoria Nissan, they sent someone to jump our Murano & drive it back to the dealership. James looked up our vehicle & said the battery was still under warranty, so they put in a new battery and sent us on our way. James also printed out everything that has ever been done on our 2014 Murano - nice to have for our records.
My salesman 'Brian' was just exceptionally professional and very friendly with great sense of humor and good customer service. He deserves a promotion. His manager worked with me and did an execellent job. Awesome reception.!! So far so good they were incredibly u understanding and friendly
Very neat environment.
I liked the part where u hit a steel for a new purchase. Professionals everywhers
Sure will recommend.
Problem with battery, not sure it was under warranty. Paul Watz fixed me up and got me on my way in less than an hour.
Had a great experience with There service department...
Brought car in for 10,000 mile service. Everything was done quickly and attendant was friendly and nice.
This was a wonderful experience from the time we walked on the lot. Darien, the initial salesperson, really went above and beyond to make sure I found what I wanted. I initially wanted a Rogue but as I was starting the test drive, I passed by the Kick and was really interested. Darien was patient and took it all in stride. He quickly found keys and we were off. He was knowledgeable about his product and was able to point out even the smallest details. When I returned, Shaun, the finance manager was patient and did all he could to ensure I walked away with a deal I could live with. The car buying experience can be frustrating but in this instance it was well worth the trip to Peoria and I will definite recommend Darien, Shaun and Peoria Nissan to my friends and family.
Thank you.
Connie Alexander
I worked with David he did an excellent job a big thank you
Don
I
Thanks to James for working a rental for me and same day service
Great place!! Always treated with kindness and respect.
Was welcomed by staff very nice. David did a great job assisting me and explaining everything that was getting done. I had no issues to complain about all staff deserve a pat on back as far as I'm concern , and what I saw in lobby customers seam comfortable.
The WORST car purchasing experience! BUYERS BEWARE.
My husband and I were complained to the entire visit about how all the employees were so tired from the recent tent show and how multiple employees called out that day. Nobody seemed eager to help us at all.
My husband and I have been loyal customers until this visit. We did not lease or purchase a car here as Scott and Kevin would not come to an agreement on any option for us.
Peoria Nissan employees then proceeded to hold my debit card for the next FOUR days, they would not return my phone calls or acknowledge that they had my debit card!!!!!
Bottom line: CALL NISSAN CORPORATE to report negative experiences here! I know I did! DO NOT PURCHASE AT PEORIA NISSAN!!!!!
Scott Clouse in the service department is the best Adviser one could ask for. He remembers you, is very thorough and pleasant to work with. He thinks of things that I may have overlooked and advises me of them. Always polite and professional. He is the best by far. He is the reason I keep buying my Nissans at your dealership.
I had a great experience with Alvaro Barroso in Service. Thank you for the great job! Keep up the good work!!!
I went with out an appointment, they took care of the problem within 5 minutes , they are great people, I appreciate that.
Javier Juarez was a phenomenal salesman. He made me feel comfortable and appreciated throughout the whole sale process. He answered any questions that I had, and gave me piece of mind while looking for the perfect car. This experience was amazing, and I plan on doing business in the future.
I traded in my 2013 Rogue in for a 2017 Rogue on Thurday, April 11th. Was at the dealership from 1pm to 7pm and didn't even get to leave with the vehicle. We were rushed off into a loaner. Apparently the Service/Detail employees didn't know that they needed to communicate with the agent handling our sale that our vehicle would not be touched and they left for the day. After a failed promise it would be ready the next day and it wasn't, then tires had to be ordered. (You mean I was test driving a vehicle with bad tires?) So I was told it would be ready Saturday, April 13th. There was no sense of urgency to finally give me my Rogue. I was promised it would be ready, sitting out front on Saturday and when I arrived after a full days work, it STILL wasn't ready! I lost my cool and when I raised my voice, the manager threatened to call the police. I told him I wanted him to call them so I could tell them how Peoria Nissan was ripping me off. After an hour of additional waiting, I finally received the Rogue I purchased two days earlier. Love my 2017 Rogue, but will not buy from this dealership again. I have never had this type experience in buying a vehicle. Yesterday, I received a call from a Peoria Nissan agent who asked me if I still had my 2013 Rogue. Seriously?
I live 3 hours away, I called before hand and set up a price on a red 2018 nissan altima with charcoal interior with 3400 miles. When I got there I test drove the car and was ready to buy it. They had me wait around for a couple hours then told me they sold the car I came to look at and the one I test drove would be $1600 more. The one I test drove was a 2018 red nissan altima with charcoal interior with 3600 miles. I think it highly unlikely that they have two of the exact same car with only 200 miles difference and even if they did why would the price be so much different. They wasted my whole day driving down there and my gas and wear and tear on my vehicle. I will recommend people away from them.
I called Eric Olsen, he tried to sell me a car i told him I already got one and to make things right he could reimburse me $300 for my mom's and my wasted trip down there. He has yet to get back to me
We went to Peoria Nissan to look at the Juke. After we did a test drive, we looked at the Versa note.
We knew nothing about this car and we were interested in finding out more. Peoria Nissan offered us 10k for our trade and had the Versa down to 17k. We told them we really wanted to test drive a Ford Focus wagon before making a decision. Nissan offered to bring a Focus over from across the street the next day, which we agreed to. We came back the next day to find out the Ford was not coming over, the price of the car went up to 23k and the trade price went down to 7.1k The salesman, Mike, was great.
The sales manager was a jerk and lied to us.
I've been a service dept. customer for more than 5 yrs They are consistently great.
Jin Lee general sales manager was very nice and polite, Got me taken care of and couldn't be happier with my new Truck. Good place to be right here.
Bought a car there last year. No problems for a year then battery died and pads are corroded. Fixed and did extra services to keep our car running top notch. Today the car started shutting off at stop lights. Mechanics couldn't find problem and did a rest and so far no problems. Nice people
They have the worst sales team I've ever dealt with. I went to trade my car which I also bought from them a while back. Bad treatment. Bad deals. I was promised a deal from the manager himself and he told me to come in and make it. After I went it. They changed their deal and gave me a bad deal. They didn't keep their word. I already talked to Nissan about it and I'm never coming back. I already got the deal at Bell Rd Toyota. Don't get an Altima. Go for Camry, or Accord.
I have always taken my Nissan to Peoria Nissan for all my service. They do a great job and they have a wonderful waiting area.
Annoyed very unhappy. Call to check on a vehicle and "Rich" says c'mon down would be happy to show it to ya. So 2 hours later I show up and ask for him, am told have a seat he will be right with ya. Then his manager about 10 minutes later says he on a phone he will be with you soon. Then another 10 minutes goes by and "Charlie" comes and says "Rich" has already left I can help ya. So we go back and I explain why I am visiting. He goes into I guess the typical spiel and I tried to explain I would like to see vehicle before we do anything. Had to stress that like 3 times. He then says ok let me check with my manager. He gone at most 15 seconds to say oh said vehicle is going to auction and is gone. So now I am furious and leave. As I am on way back to my small business I own in Peoria as well he calls my place of work and my employee says he "Charlie" called looking for you. So I get to my place of business and call back. Ask to speak with someone else. Well I got a "sales manager" this time. I explained what took place. He says we have said vehicle it is scheduled for auction let me look into it I will call you back. I say so you have it? He says yes let me see what I can do will call you back. So again I am excited. I wait almost an hour call back. Ask the I guess 4th person about said truck and what do you know. It's now gone again. Just a sad excuse for a dealership!!!!!
I would like to put zero stars but the salesman I had was helpful. I don't feel many customers walk away from a deal once you are in the finance office but this was the case for my wife and I. Long story short, I located a used vehicle that was shared by the dealership online without any interior photos. Upon arriving at the dealership, the salesman was helpful and did locate the vehicle that was in their back lot. After a quick drive the car interior was a mess and it was personally hard to secure a deal due to the damage and too many unknowns. After many negotiations with the sales manager a price was settled upon "if" the vehicle was satisfactory after detail and further inspection. After this deal was made, every response i got was, "We can't help you anymore, we are losing money on this deal." I was placed at a 'prime rate' of 6.99%, far above that every bank and credit union I personally applied for in two minutes with 3.4%). Lesson learned, and Peoria Nissan (a very large corporation from my view) lost one customer (the Gong was hit many times during our 8 hours of wasted time so the money will continue). No big deal to them, but I will share this experience with everyone I know. Although those I already spoke within just over the last week already had the same and worse feelings about this place. After making a purchase of the exact same vehicle (better color) the best thing I have done during this process was to walk out of the Peoria Nissan finance Office of Mr. Tex. We would not want that corporation to lose money to simply satisfy a customer by ensuring something as small as a second key was provided when the key in hand was half missing. AND if you don't take Tex's Extended Warranty, Not only will he not attempt to improve your finance rate (LOL), your car will break down and you will bury yourself with the purchase.
What an amazing experience! We drove from Georgia to Arizona where my car started to act up. Our service rep David McGuire was the best person for this job. He made everything effortless and easy! He is truly an Angel. If I didn t live in Georgia, I would come here all the time. Truly amazing service!
This is the best place to get a new and used car...hands down with great customer service
