Don't buy a used car from this place. I made the mistake of doing so and the following day took the car on the freeway and noticed the car was shaking(happened to be on a Sunday). The mechanics were off that day. I was unable to return due to some medical issues until the following Saturday. I explained the situation and also let them know that I hit a curb due to the hard pull of the car. They refused to help with the situation because of that. I wasn't expecting a totally free service but they weren't even willing to help with the matter. I will take my business elsewhere from now on and make sure I tell everyone I know not to purchase a vehicle or have repairs done there. Their shop is extremely overpriced.

I bought a new Nissan Rogue at Peoria Nissan on 91st Ave and Bell Road. I love it! But get all your ducks in a row and have a good night's sleep the night before! You'll be jumping through some rather huge hoops. I just refinanced a few days later, as it was not like I wanted, when I had time to look at everything... It's one of those places where you aren't really given time to read anything. Just sign, sign and sign again!

We just bought a new car from Peoria Nissan. No high pressure sales and they bent over backward to get the vehicle we wanted from another dealer on the other side of town. Eldis the sales rep was very nice and easy to deal with. If you are buying a new car from Peoria Nissan, recommend that you ask for Eldis, he will take care of you. Paul the sales manager really helped us out too by giving us a final price that was too good to pass up. If you are in the market for a new Nissan, definitely recommend Peoria Nissan.

On May 24th, 2020, I wanted to purchase a new car. I had been searching for weeks and I finally found a Jeep Grand Cherokee that I liked at Midway Nissan. It was used, but I have always purchased used and that always worked out great for me. I wanted to work out as much as possible before going in there since we are in a global pandemic. We agreed on the number, I gave them my trade information, we completed the credit check, the only thing I need to do was test drive the car. When I went in there the person, I was greeted by the sales guy who immediately said, why do you want a used car, why not a new Nissan , I simply told him that I want the Jeep, he then got the sales manager and they were selling me pretty heavily on a new car. I am typically pretty good at not giving in to car salesman, but I will admit after driving the Murano, I fell in love. I told him I was still interested in the Jeep more (even though at this point I never even saw the Jeep, let alone test drive it). I was being firm in my decision and not giving in. Then the manager comes back and tell me I will need double of the amount down then I was originally planning if I wanted to get the Jeep. After going back and forth, I finally decided on the Murano, because it is a nice car and it was brand new. I finally make it back to Finance to sign final papers and was pressured heavily into getting a new warranty. I told him no that I do not need it, it s a brand new car with a 4 year warranty. He told me that if I didn t get it then they would take less off my trade (unethical, and got my money back for it once I found out that they cant do it). The last thing about the sales part of the story is that they did not send my payoff to my previous lienholder and I ended up getting a 30 day late on my credit (this was not fun or easy to get off).

So now onto the problem with the vehicle, within the first week I began to have problems. The first time this issue happened, I was backing up in a parking lot and the sensors began to go off from the back, alerting me that something was behind me. I looked around, checked multiple times and there was nothing so I proceeded to stop. I tried backing up even with the sensors going off, and the emergency brake comes on stop my vehicle and I am no longer able to back up. I thought that I hit someone or something, we got out to check the car and there was nothing there. I have brought my car into Nissan 7 times in the last few months. Within the first 60 days, I was without my new purchase 32 days because it had been in service so many times. Today, most recently I brought my car in because I finally have been able to get another day off to deal with this (even though spending my entire summer wasn t enough time). I spoke with Alvaro and Peoria Nissan and he refused to give me a loaner even though I reserved one online. He said that if Nissan cannot duplicate the problem he's calling me in two hours. He also said to me "I didn t wake up today wanting to fix a car that isn t broken". Yeah, well I didn t wake up on May 24th, 2020 and want to buy a LEMON. I am getting treated terribly by service members at Nissan and they are not even willing or trying to fix my car, because they don t see the problems for the few hours they have it. I did get a lawyer, and Nissan has responded to them one time offering me $1000 but they are still not willing to replace or fix it.

My wife and I had such a wonderful experience with Hugh and the internet sales team. I think the manager's name is Erick? My wife does not like going to dealerships at all!!! She was amazed by how easy Hugh and Peoria Nissan made things for us to purchase a new vehicle. We will refer and all of our friends, family and peers to Peoria Nissan to purchase a vehicle.

My sales guy ezzie was so nice and I wasn't feeling presserd to buy a car he took his time to make sure I got the car I wanted and made sure I was happy with my payment !!! And the financing lady was so help full to explain everything to me !!! I don't know of any other dealership that the sales guy would go out of his way and buy u dinner !!! He has a medical condition and he told them that and they unlawfully sold him this car. They made so much money off the deal there are laws against this type of greed. I just bought my very first Nissan yesterday!! I was beyond nervous walking in there alone as a young girl but I ended up having the best outcome I could of possibly wished for. I know that everyone has rough times in their lives and we are just looking for some hope... I gotta tell you that with all of the battles that Peoria Nissan had to go through to get me out of my previous situation I had with my prior car dealership was something I didn't think was possible until now. I had the most positive, motivational, and strongest sales man by my side!! I just wanted to thank Jeff Pordes with my entire heart!! He literally stuck through the journey with me and didn't give up one bit. I am currently going through a rough patch in life and was loosing faith on where I could of turned for help and this man turned my life upside and reassured "If there is a will, there is a way!" After handing me keys to my new Altima I couldn't help but shed a few tears of happiness. If it wasn't for Jeff Pordes sticking it out with me in a very sticky situation I probably would of left hopeless with no way out. You are AMAZING and your service was REMARKABLE and I wish I knew a way to thank you more than this.

Another great experience with Peoria Nissan, getting an oil change that turned into some much needed maintenance on my vehicle.

James Piasecki went WELL above the call of duty with his customer service, insight into the services my vehicle was in dire need of and even stay slightly beyond business hours to ensure my vehicle was serviced, cleaned and ready to drive home same day.

I have been assisted by James previously on a trip to Peoria Nissan for service and that also was a great experience but the level of attentiveness and effort that he put into my interactions with him today have guaranteed I will not only be returning to Peoria Nissan for all of my service needs, but also asking for James every time I schedule an appointment.

Couldn't ask for a better experience. Salesmen are very professional and don't bombard you as soon as you pull up. Got us into 2 great cars. Only negative I can say is i couldn't touch the GT-R!

The little ways in which you treat customers says a lot about about an organization and can speak volumes about a business. I wasn't a customer here, I was just accompanying someone who had purchased a used car that needed service.

Upon arrival we were greeted by sales people before we stepped out of our car. Ok, fine, that is expected and can be a friendly gesture. This, however, was pushy from the start and when we explained we were just here for service the reception turned ice cold and we were simply pointed in the direction of the service department. Thanks, I had completely missed every single sign pointing that way. It just felt that the moment we weren't a possible commission, we weren't worth the time of day.

While this was a bit rude, this would only have been at a 3 star rating for me and could have been turned around. The treatment from the service department is what sealed the deal.

The person bringing the vehicle to the service area had only bought the used vehicle a couple of weeks before, but it quickly developed an issue that, based on our assessments, could have been a potential safety issue so we wanted it looked at. Once at the service bay, the person who came out just wanted the keys to take the vehicle back. Wouldn't it make sense to find out why we were there? Apparently not, just get it back. We had to actually be a bit rude ourselves just to pull info on if there was an estimated time or even if warranties applied. We felt that the whole goal is to get money from everyone as quickly as possible. Get the car and taken apart before price is set, that way you can charge what you want to put it back together again. Well, not everyone is clueless about working on cars. Once we were informed that warranties were expired, we were more than happy to get the car away, roll up our sleeves, and do the work ourselves.

The final straw was that it took pretty much all day (they tried to make it an overnight affair) to basically identify one worn out suspension component. Honestly, I believe a competent mechanic would have had this identified in an hour or so. The only way we were kept informed was by calling back every couple of hours.

At no point were we made to feel welcome, appreciated as customers, or even made to feel like Peoria Nissan would be a place to come when looking for a new vehicle. I, personally, own a Nissan Sentra, so one would assume customer loyalty would have me returning to a Nissan dealer when the Sentra is due for replacement. Thanks to the bad taste left in my mouth I will gladly drive a bit further to find someone a bit more appreciative of the fact I would be looking to spend a small fortune at their dealership.

Typical dealership, the salesmen lie to make their commission, and it takes forever to get outta there even though they say it's gonna be soooo quick. Regardless, I got a decent used vehicle. I'm not sure I would recommend them, but there are definitely way worse places you can go.

Everything was handled exceptionally from the trade in, sale and Finance. This is the third car I have bought from Hugh. He s amazing and makes the process enjoyable. Angel in finance was kind and explained all the paperwork to me. Scott in Service is the man I call, he makes sure I m taken care of and gets me in and out in a timely manner.
Another amazing experience at Peoria Nissan. Thank you Hugh, Angel & Scott. You are my go to guys and I highly recommend each of you to anyone looking to buy, finance or service your new or used vehicles.

Yes, I practacully dispise going to the Car dealership. But when I went into Peoria Nissan the other day, I literally didn t want to leave. Eddie & I hit it off & he made my experience the best I ever had at a dealership. I treat people how they treat me. So it was like Eddie pick up my vibe & made it so we were trusted buddies for yesrs.
I really appreciate the loyalty, intergerty, hurmor, compassion for my case, as well as professionalism. Adam was great as well.

I give the SERVICE department a five star. Service guys are smiling and very attentive as soon as you pull up. The drivers who pick you up or take you home when you car is being serviced are very helpful. My car broke down two different times and each time Scott took care of me made sure I got picked up and dropped off also made sure I had a rental ready, when needed, (which made things easier for me with a two yr old). He also kept me informed as much as he could, always greeted with a smile and made sure I had what I needed. Thanks Scott for all your help. If you need your car serviced go to Peoria Nissan .

My wife and myself have purchased 2 cars in the past 2 years from the Fleet and Internet department and both have been a seamless process and great customer service from the sales person to the management staff. I did my research knew what was a fair price and they exceeded my expectations both times. I also like that they give your first oil change free. Service department was effecient and friendly as well. You always get further with honey than with vinegar. Great place!

I was disappointed when the traction battery for my Leaf was ordered in correctly and delayed my replacement by over 1 week and then forced me to return to the dealer for another inspection prior to reordering. With my limited range, traveling 70 miles round trip and the time it took was difficult. Scott was helpful and provided a rental which was welcome. My car has the range I was hoping for and should provide me with many more years of driving in my 2013 Leaf! My only recommendation is to have a Leaf service person who is more knowledgeable of the EV; it doesn't give you a secure feeling when the customer knows more about their car than the service technician. I am happy with the results and will gladly return annually for my battery checks

I have been with Nissan for over 4 years now. I have always been treated with the upmost respect from this dealership/ service center . They always listens to my needs and they always find a viable solution to any situation or issue I have with my GREAT car. This dealership always treats me like one of the family. I just took my 2006 Nissan ( have to say is running like a champ! ) for an oil change and was very impressed at how fast and efficient they were. Kevin was great to work with and very knowledgeable. He knew the answer to every question I had ( and there were a lot ).

Bought a certified pre-owned Maxima from them and the car is missing the SD card. I go back the next day and I'm told no problem we will get it ordered. I'm told I should be able to get it in a couple days. It's been a week and I call back to find out it was never ordered. So my car has no memory, no navigation and many other things do not work. There is also an error that keeps happening which stops the cruise control from working. This car is supposedly have gone through this great inspection to make it certified and it is nothing but problems and their staff doesn't even try to help or keep you informed of what is happening. Do yourself a favor and find another Nissan dealership to buy your car from cause this one is awful. Oh and I told them to take off the Zaktek protective sealant add on but they snuck it back in my final contract. That kind of shady business is disgusting. Hopefully one day I get the card so my car works...about to just go to another dealership.

Jeremy, my sales rep listened to what I wanted. He had the vehicle available and only had to test drive. It was awesome. The finance department worked for me. The documents department made signing quick and efficient. I have bought my 3rd vehicle and HIGHLY recommend Peoria Nissan!!?
