I've purchased 4 vehicles at Peoria Nissan. I felt valued as a customer. I did my research every time on their products and they didn't try to lie to me. The trust factor in purchasing a car is very important to me. Very fair. Pleasure doing business with them.

By far the best car buying experience. They were friendly and accommodating to my needs. The managers did a great job and getting me to where I wanted to be. Cristian was a great salesman, was never pushy and knew what he was doing. All around a great experience. Highly recommend Peoria Nissan.
I LOVE IT HERE. GREAT ATMOSPHERE. A LOT OF PEOPLE HAVE WELCOMED ME INTO THE PEORIA NISSAN FAMILY AND THE ENVIRONMENT. I HAVE BEEN AROUND AND SEEN A LOT OF THINGS BUT THE JOY HERE IS WONDERFUL. GREAT STAFF AND GREAT CUSTOMERS. CONTINUE SHINNING.
This was my first experience with this particular dealer. The service that I received from Elijah was very professional and very non intrusive. I do recommend this dealer's service.
This was my first time buying a car and I never could have imagined it would be so easy! The staff is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. They were able to answer any question I had regarding the vehicle I bought, finances, etc. A special thanks to Frank Jarosz and Bobby Davies for guiding me through the entire process! I am extremely happy with my new Nissan Rogue and highly recommend the Peoria Nissan dealership to anyone looking for a car.
They do a lot of untruthful talking about helping get u into a car. I don't think any of them have an honest bone in there body. They keep asking you for more money and they will also throw one of the people on the contract under the bus. I wouldn't trust them to buy a car from
Al is the BEST! He''s super nice, & always takes care of me! He rocks! He deserves a raise! He''s an asset to your company! Make sure he doesn't go anywhere! Also I would love to lease a new Rogue, but unfortunately you don't have that great lease deal for $189 a mos The Rogue Thunder, it was black.
Scott Clouse has been my service advisor since I bought my Versa Note in 2015. I have been so pleased with my car and the service Scott has provided. I have found him to be professional, reliable and follows through on timely service.
This is my first Nissan, and my firstly experience with their service department. Debbie Arnett was fantastic to work with! She made she sure that she understood my concerns and addressed each 1! Very easy to schedule my appointment and drop off my car! She kept me informed on the work to be done and updated with the progress! When it was all done, she reviewed each of my concerns and what her team did to fix them! Outstanding experience from first phone call to me driving away in my clean car! Thank you!
I had a great experience with my recent purchase. Katie helped me from beginning to end, none of the sales people were too pushy and made sure I was a happy customer.
HORRIBLE! I went to go car shopping for my grandma, and these people are just the seediest car sales men. Absolute sharks. Think of your typical seedy car dealership with them bombarding you, and bingo. Let alone they do not listen to you whatsoever. You give them your needed check list and literally try to show you a car immediately that has nothing that you want or need. Also they lie about pricing. You can't tell me a car is 23,000 then they say it's 37,000. Do not buy from this dealership.
Eddie our sales rep was pleasant to work with and was knowledgeable and helpful with showing us the features on the altima. Unfortunately our bad experience started when financing was brought up. Before talking numbers on the car, they wanted credit application filled out and were very insistent on asking how much we were putting down. After settling on price they took us in for financing. We went knowing we wanted to go through a loan that was approved through our bank and even showed dealer our pre-approval paperwork. We did shop on the weekend so we were required to get a back up contract on financing till our bank could run the vin on the new car and send out a check. We were under the impression thats what we were doing because thats what we had told them we wanted. We have contacted financing department daily to see about getting some help even left name and number for manager to give us a call back and we have yet to hear from them. Now we are currently stuck with a much higher interest rate provided by them until we can receive plates and statements to transfer loan. We felt pressured by Mark (in finances) into purchasing gap insurance and extended warranty even though we had mentioned to him we will still be getting gap through our loan. As first time buyers, we weren't very knowledgeable about the whole process, and put our trust into them, which we now regret. I do not recommend going through them for the simple fact that once you purchase what they want, they can not seem to help in resolving the issue.
Terrible experience. Will never, ever go back. I was disrespected because I am a woman and apparently don't know anything. The sales people are abrasive and rude.
I am not surprised with the negative reviews below and with my experience had to rate it 1 star . I agree with all the negative reviews given for Customer Service, Knowledge of Sales folks, their unprofessional attitude and LYING habits. Mine is a long story, but to shorten it, it started from 10/11/2014 upon my first visit till yesterday 11/14/2014 .Obviously the trend now a days is to accept the mistakes immediately and give apologies and then keep on repeating mistakes again and again. So many folks involved with my worst experience starting from sales representatives, to so called sales managers, internet manager - Adam, Rob, James, Eric, Edie, etc. Folks here are just focused on selling more no. of cars and for that they will make fake stories to give you good deals and will make you visit their dealership as per their convenience as early as 8 AM on a WEEKDAY and to your surprise you come to know about the lies after reaching there and still the lies continues till you are there. On 11/14, I came back irritated, frustrated with the unacceptable careless attitude of sales folks, I called off the deal but due to their repeated requests and apologies I decided to go ahead with the deal again yesterday at 3 PM but again they came back with surprises at 6 PM in the evening when they were supposed to deliver the car at 6 PM. I had to cancel the deal finally but by that time they did run my credit check hitting my score down WHICH WAS THE VERY FIRST THING I TOLD THEM AT 8AM IN THE MORNING NOT TO DO UNLESS THEY ARE READY TO CLOSE THE DEAL AS DISCUSSED. Now I did not get the car and bearing a hit on my credit score after wasting so much of time and almost a complete day yesterday. Though I have reported this to the Senior sales manager Tim last night, as expected I got apologies over phone and promises to look into the issues, which I think will be considered as just another incident at their dealership and will go in vain.
Had a bad experience with a greasy salesman here so I went to Coulter Nissan in Surprise and bought a car from a 17 year military veteran named Dave Dummer.
Made an internet request and I was reached out by Sales Manager by name John Breeser and he helped me with price negotiation and purchase of Leaf 2019. Was helpful but had go through a long stretched conversation and negotiation and you feel bored with such a lengthy conversation on price.
I wish sales manager are empowered to negotiate on price to have a better customer experience which would significantly reduce time to purchase a vehicle. Otherwise most of the sales folks have to go in and out to reach out to glass room bosses to confirm on price.
I had a good experience and hence 4 stars but not convinced on trade in price as these folks throw low numbers and present as if they are giving a better price.
Few learnings - do your research first on new and trade in vehicles and have a better price negotiation.
Thanks to John for his assistance and enabling us to purchase a car.
I always have a great experience when I am getting my car serviced through Peoria Nissan. Peoria Nissan always takes great care of my car and I, and ensures that my car is in great shape and running well. I have the best service agent, Paul Watz Jr., as Paul always makes sure I my car and I are taken care of. Amazing customer service!!
Service is super, they are extremely accommodating, and this is important to me since I work. They dropped me off and picked me up when my car was ready. I never had to bring my car back after inspections or general upkeep of my car. Paul my service guy is a gem and so caring. I definitely would recommend them and will continue to use them to service my car.
They are only nice in the process of taking your money etc... after the fact if your vehicle needs serviced out of their pocket they go to the greatest extent to not reimburse you your money despite them promising to do so.
Update: reply on here says to call Emilio tapia.called the number: no answer, left voice mail. And still no answer or call back.
I purchased my last two Vehicles over the last 7years through Peoria Nissan. I will always be a repeat customer due to the fact that the sales people, financing, and service department are the best I've ever had to deal with. I've dealt with same service manager Scott C. Whenever I have a question or issue with my vehicle he is on it. I highly recommend Peoria Nissan for any vehicle you may be intrested in. I bought a Jeep Rubicon from them, so they have a wide variety of different types and styles for you.
Initial visit was to have a recall item replaced & serviced for free. From the start the experience was AWESOME! The combined team of James Piasecki, Service Representative, with Mechanic Brandon made me feel welcome, valued, and free to ask about other Nissan service needs. I returned 2 days later to have 2 more major service items replaced and repaired. Thank you, Peoria Nissan, for hiring these great representatives!
I recently purchased a new truck from Peoria Nissan had a little issue Marc and Dusty from the service dept contacted me within one day and took care of the problem with pride and efficiently I highly recommend Peoria Nissan both Marc and Dusty represent the dealership with excellent service
Amazing expiernec at nissan Peoria!!!! Great customer service I worked with Kevin S. on their service side he had great customer service/ helpful !!! The whole staff there was friendly. It was truly day and night experience compared to midway nissan which i experinced poor customer service n they lack the importance of helping there customers when vehicle getting worked on. I'm so happy with Peoria nissan and I highly recommend going there for service !!!!
Peoria Nissan definitely knows how to treat their customers! Adriana was wonderful, I appreciate the time she allowed me to show my husband my new Rogue, prior to purchasing. Shopping and going through the process of buying a vehicle is never easy, but felt it went fairly quick. Everyone, from my sales assistant, managers and finance department were great. I would recommend Peoria Nissan to everyone I know. You guys are the best. Thank you for making my car shopping/purchasing experience enjoyable!
They are the ultimate used car sharks and probably use the same tactics selling the new ones! Stay away from this dealer! I told them twice I wasn't paying for their paint protection add on ($397) but they kept adding it to the purchase price. Finally had to just leave and the so called sales manager is following me into the parking lot still trying to make a deal when I had given them two times to get it right. I didn't have the time to play their games and know there are more professional dealers who are more respectful to the customer and work to earn their business.
They were very helpful I called to set up my appointment with Dave he let me know the service that was going to get done on my car was actually going to be aloy longer then what the recall letter said which I was glad he told me so I could set up a ride he called me to later to let me know my car was ready went to pick it up and was on my way super easy no problems and was done sooner then expected overall great experience
Bought the new 2017 Nissan Rogue in the Midnight Edition! Upgraded from the Altima and I love it! Peoria Nissan always makes buying a new car hassle free and I know I m always getting the best deal and service!
This was my first time here for service as i had just moved to the area in May. Rian, my service advisor was fantastic. He explained everything that needed to be done. Fast and friendly service. They wash your car too!
Thank You to the awesome friendly staff Jeff Pordes & sales manager Rick Beltran, I was able to get into the new car I wanted with a monthly payment within my budget and a great interest rate. Thank You all for your Awesome customer service!
My car salesman DJ was more than great. I feel he listened to want I was looking for in a car and delivered just that. He made experience stress free and with no pressure. As a woman you think when you go to by a car on your own that the dealership or salesman will try to take advantage you. Never felt pressured into making a deal. They made me feel very comfortable and confident in make the deal. Peoria Nissan I would highly recommend
The service is HORRIBLE, AND UNPROFESSIONAL. I would never recommend anyone to buy a car from here. I bought the extended warranty and NO ONE EVER TOLD ME in order to keep the waranty valid, that I must do all of the maintenance required. A waranty is a waranty. That's it. Their service is expensive and it takes forever to get an oil change or anything else. When my car was "done" they pulled it up to the front with the hood still open. I watched the parts/service guys while I put down the hood on my own car.
When I complained about it taking 2 hours for an oil change, they finally gave me a discount, but I think they should have compt the whole thing.
While I was waiting, inside the waiting room, I overheard the employees talking rudely about another customer then, laughing and joking about it.
Bait & switch sales tactics! Management allows their sales team to promise you more then what their capable of giving. To add insult to injury, after leaving the dealership, angered from being drawn in by false promises the manager sends out an inquiry email asking how they fell short of providing you with the deal & vehicle of your choice! Also advising you to call them immediately to discuss specifics. You make that call and unfortunately get the run around! They're either not available or not in for that day..
Nissan was our first stop Saturday morning, five hours later we walked away with a new car. During the time there, we experienced top notch customer service from Eduardo Matesanz, and his colleagues. I highly recommend Peoria Nissan for all your new and used car needs.
Kind, courteous care. A bit pricey for the service but i know thats the case at dealerships across the board. Wait time was long, but no longer than they predicted.
This dealership played a price game with us for 3 hours until they came back with a cash price of $10,339.41 out the door for the 2013 Silver Avenger that we had been looking at. It was about 7pm and I had asked them to clean up the car since it was a recently obtained trade in car that had not been detailed and was a mess . I told them that I would go eat , and then come back in about 40 minutes to see how the car cleaned up , and if the 2 big scratches on the hood would come off. They absolutely agreed to that and the sales rep drove the car back to the clean up bays. 40 minutes later I come back, drive back to the clean up bay . I see the car parked there , but NOBODY EVEN REMOTELY NEARBY . So I get out , walk up to the car, and I see that it hasnt been touched at all , not vacuumed, not fixed door panel , scratches on hood not touched . Now upset ( We had a deal) I call the front and ask whats going on. 10 minutes later about 6 people arrive acting as if their trying to get the car cleaned up. The sales manager who gave me a written price of $10,339.41 , and agreed to have me come back now,,,,,,HAD NOW LEFT APPARENTLY !! How do you make a deal, agree to it, then go home for the night ?? Anyways, Still somewhat interested , I tell the other salesman that once it cleans up the next day, then call me , and I'd come down. The next day, around 3pm a sales rep calls me and tells me it's all cleaned up. I come down. Now in the light, and cleaned up , I see 4 very large dents all across the trunk of the Avenger. Still interested , I ask for my sales guy, I was told he was off today , Okay who do I speak to then ?? This guy comes out ( Scott Smith) , I show him the dents and ask if he would go lower because of the newfound damage. He tells me $11,590.46 !!! Wait I have the paper that offered me $10,339.41 last night, Now we have damage, and the price goes UP NOT DOWN ??!! I showed the paper , and again asked them to call the sales guy that was working with me,REFUSED
I have tried now for 2 days calling and getting a hold of the General Manager Chuck Morris so that I could speak to him about this . For whatever reason my messages either aren't getting thru , or Mr Morris could care less about his customers treatment . His receptionist has even told me that she would e-mail him with my info , no luck there either. I have the paperwork that told me the price would be $10,339.41 out the door TT&L , The next day EVERYONE sees the damage that was previously missed , and rather than lower the price a few hundred , They ignore even the agreed upon price of $10,339.41,,,,,,,AND RAISE IT $1,251.05 ??!! THAT'S SCAMFULL!!!
BEST new car purchase experience EVER! From the moment we arrived on the lot, Alfonso was a breath of fresh air. Unlike the high pressure sales tactics used by other dealers, I would recommend Alfonso & Peoria Nissan to anyone in need of a new car without the sales game drama. Couldn t be more happier with my purchase!
I had some huge repairs done on my Nissan rogue and they took great care of me. I love almost 2 hours away and the crew picked me up and brought me back to Peoria Nissan when the repairs were finished. That's a 6 star service!
I have bought many Nissan's because of the wonderful customer service we have received. Peoria Nissan has changed how I feel about customer service at Peoria Nissan. Bought a Rouge on Friday night. It needed touch up paint, mirror fixed, and the protection for the paint put on. No problem bring it in at 8am Monday. I told everyone along the way that we are leaving for the summer on Friday and need all this taken care before then. No problem.
Monday 8 am bring the car back. Sean M was not there as he said he would be at 8am and no one knew what was going on. I waited for one hour while they tried to figure out what was going on and then left. I had left proof of my insurance at home (because of the change from the old car to the new car. I had given a copy to the dealership on Friday night and asked if they couldn't get a copy from that to use for a rental. They could but everyone was in a meeting and so no one could give permission for that to happen) Got a phone call from Sean at 10:30 he had left instructions in the service department but no one there seem to know. Please for give me and bring it back in. I did at 1pm on Monday again said I need it ASAP.He also said I will keep you updated on the progress. Will take 2 days. Heard nothing.
Wed at noon went to Peoria Nissan and was informed the car was NOT ready it had been at the body shop for two days and now putting on the protection. Asked Sean about the update call and he said the service people said they were going to call me. NO CALLS. Now was told to come back at 6pm.
This whole mess has left a nasty taste in my mouth for this dealership. Seems like one department doesn't communicate well with another. A lot of "sorry" but would be very hard for me to go back to this dealership once I get my car out of there.
I had a major service done that put my car in the shop for over a week. I was not offered but was continually refused a rental car because "the dealership won't cover it". Initially, I was never told an end date of when to expect my car and the communication was lacking. I had to call a couple times just to check the status because my service guy or the service manager was too busy to update me. Another issue was while my car was in your shop, they broke the pins to my axle and they made me pay the entire cost of repair for the damage that I did not cause. I would have split it happily, but I don't think I was handled very ethically or fairly. I am highly, highly disappointed with the service manager, my representative, and the technician. They were all nice guys but they definitely were lacking my ENTIRE experience.
My husband and I stopped in to check out one listing we saw online. We will never be back here or recommend it to anyone.
The car was very obviously owned by a smoker previously, which wasn t listed at all.
When we tried to leave because it took longer to show us one car than we planned and our 5 month old baby needed to be fed, the salesman disappeared and came back as we were stepping into our car and had us explain why we were leaving to his manager. All while my baby was screaming his head off.
Ever since we went in( last month) I ve been getting one phone call, every single business day, for a month. I blocked their number after the first few days of calls, and even when my number was going straight to voicemail they were STILL leaving me messages! (I have screenshots of this)
When I finally called to stop the calls... I was questioned about why I wasn t in the market for a car anymore among other annoying questions. Just stop calling me!
If you like going to a high pressure hold your keys hostage type of dealer..... Peoria Nissan has got you covered. Please DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE! Their staff was trained in a basement with the Mafia. Absolutely no morals in any of these people. Yes, a business makes money that's how it works. Definitely not rocket science here people. But they will try & rip your head off(in salesman lingo-- 5,6,7 pounder on you). This means make several thousand dollars of profit off your ignorance to a car deal. So going forward use your head & drive right by their entrance. And BTW they pay their new car salesman to make fake reviews on here between cold calling. Good Luck
Took my Pathfinder in for regular service and there was a recall on it I didn't know of everything was fixed and I was treated great. Thanks for the Uber ride to and from my house really appreciate it.
Received phone invite to come in and take a look. Was given some options and incentives over the phone. Received those incentives without a runaround. Pleasant experience
Peoria Nissan has been an excellent car buying experience for my family twice now. Rick M is always so nice and makes purchasing a car easy. I will return to Peoria Nissan in the future and recommend to everyone I know.
I have purchased my last 6 vehicles with them they always listen to what I want, no matter how ridiculous my demands are and do the best to make me happy.... I always ask for Katie Wright even though she has a new last name.
Rick is the BEST. Low pressure sales; sells you what YOU are looking for and not what he wants to sell you. Open and honest. Very fair deal! I cant recommend them enough. Awesome and smooth deal. Before you buy or commit, see this dealership. Very happy experience. We went there first; went to 6 other dealerships and went back for the best deal because of our sales person.
Peoria Nissan made my car buying experience easy and I did not feel intimidated at all. I went in with low expectations because you hear how long and exhausting the car buying process is, but let me tell you I had so much fun! I didn t know what I wanted and Alvin showed me different models and I fell in love with the Sentra. I had a tight budget but he made it work! Alvin had me laughing and made it a stress free experience. Thank you to everyone at Peoria Nissan! I highly recommend this dealer and especially Alvin as a salesman!
My daughter and I had the best experience at Peoria Nissan, their service department is professional and kind, from my scheduling phone call with Paul, to having my services completed. I would highly recommend this location.
As a manager of a small buy here pay here dealership I have to say that my experience at Nissan was amazing. I make sure that I treat every customer as if they were family and that's exactly what Nissan did for me. I got to give it up to my sales person Walter and my finance guy lol. I was in a tough situation and they knew exactly how to handle it. Once again thank you guys for everything.
I would like to thank Elijah for such a great service. Took my 2017 Pathfinder in on Monday oct 21st because of a weird noise coming from the back. Just by test driving it he assured me it was an easy fix, sure enough it was the spare tire! Thank you Elijah for the great service and humble person that you are!
We totally enjoyed buying a car from Peoria Nissan. The sales person was excellent and made our experience very pleasant. The dealership had good inventory so we could pick out a car that was just what we wanted. We would go there again when we decide to get another car
My first visit. Chris did everything I requested. Very happy with my Rogue and service. All my service cost was covered by 1st visit, so don't know if pricing is good. I surely hope it will be, as I was very happy with customer service.
