I would have given a 5 star if I didn't have too bring car backt the next morning. Car was not checked before handling me the keys.BAD BATTERY. Also no military discounts or g as fill up Unless a new car purchase.
Just went in for oil change, rotation, James Piasecki the Service Advisor was great, will be back again for service and get a new Rogue when my lease is up
Chris was awesome! Was in for 2 recalls and and oil change, and he got me in and out quick without trying to upsell anything. As a matter of fact, he found a nail in my tire and just took it upon himself to fix it for me at no additional charge. Will be back for all service needs!

Its Van Tuyl most people in business will understand. LOVE the GM Chuck Morris but I wasn't impressed with the lack of communication and high turn over rate.
My sales guy was perfect. He worked with me and got me some really great savings and discounts. He was very knowledgeable and patience with me since this was my first new car purchase. He gave me top dollar for my trade in and free oil changes for 3 years. I ll never shop anywhere else.. Thank you for the great customer service..
My experience began from a salesman named Eduardo approached me. Everyone else was sitting in the shade and he was out in the sun. It really showed he was ready to go above and beyond for his customers. After he approached me, he didn't do it like a volture, instead, it felt like a friend had came up to me. We quickly became freinds and throughout the rest of the buying process, he helped me in any way he could, even after the deal was done, he countinues to check up on me to make sure everything was going good. I setup an appointment for 7am on Wednesday, 10/30/19 with a representative by the name of Scott Clause. When I pulled up, he wasn't available. Another rep helped me. I never spoke to Scott. Not once. I took my vehicle in for an oil change and tire rotation. I noticed 45 minutes to 10am my phones Bluetooth connected to my car. This only happens when my car is on and near the phone. Someone pulled my car up but no one came to inform me. At 10am I went to the front desk and asked for an estimated time my vehicle would be done. I let the rep know I've been there since 7am. She pulled up my info and a look of shock was on her face. She said my car has been done. She went over to another rep(Scott) who had my account locked so she couldn't check me out. He didn't look my direction or apologize. He was on a call. He didn't message me after the fact. I wasted time and he didn't care. It was a horrible experience and unprofessional to say the least.
First, I just want to say thank you so much to Peoria Nissan. Where others failed they came through with flying colors our situation wasn't super Grimm but challenging we were in a vehicle with payments that kept breaking and my wife does in the hospital care industry which means she goes to facilities everyday and must have a vehicle that is reliable. the thought of my wife breaking down somewhere in the middle of nowhere while on her way to a client always had me on edge. Peoria Nissan got us what we needed which was a brand new 2020 Nissan Rogue blue and beautiful my wife is extremely happy and my life is much better straight shooters if they can get you a vehicle they will if they can't they'll tell you so don't go in with a bunch of high expectations and super poor credit with no money down and expected buy a vehicle it's just not legit. Save your money go in with a reasonable down payment and I'm sure that you will drive away with a car I cannot speak for one person here because not only where the salesman absolutely fantastic but finance was good as well no BS and I like that I'm a no BS type of guy. I'm not supposed to say anything but my wife and I are going to treat the boys at Peoria Nissan very soon for helping our situation improve after all one good turn deserves another thanks again Peoria Nissan you're" Great". They increased price after improving interest rate. Also they said special insurance I bought covers any damage to the car including window elevator, sun roof and console. It came up it was a lie.

Just bought a used 2014 Rogue SL. Great customer service, no pressure, Brian was knowledgeable about the features, and if he didn't know, he looked it up! He was very thorough in explaining various features. From start to finish, it was the best experience I've ever had buying a car, and I've bought a few! I love my new car - will definitely shop here first next time, and recommend Peoria Nissan to my friends!
I bought my car here but I'm still largely unsure of my rating. The customer service is excellent. The accuracy of information, not so much. Information is inconsistently accurate, and I have been given misinformation before with regards to some very important situations. This rating is just today. I needed service since my car wasn't starting and I was told by a newbie that I'd have to call my own tow company, which from what I understand now is unusual, since they normally call one for the customer. Now, it's not going to be covered by any insurance I have because I should've gotten a receipt. How am I supposed to know that when Newbie said they'd do that for me? I'm not happy with Newbie but I got my car back today. I'm very happy with Abraham and Scott. They did everything to fix Newbie's mistake and get me reimbursed.
Paul Watz was stupendous and made me feel welcome while taking very good care of me and my auto. I already have told others about your great service team and I will continue to return to Nissan Peoria! Thank you. I would give them 10 starts if I could.
I ended up with 2 cars from here in the past year. First, was a 2011 Versa Hatchback that I loved until it was totalled in a car wreck. That was my first time at a major dealership and the process was very smooth. After my accident I went back to Nissan and explained everything Robert Bell helped me on the deal. Robert was able to work out a deal smoothly and get me to the same guy in Finance, Pete that I worked with the first time. Pete was wonderful, again. Overall great customer service, knowledge and product. I would recommend anyone to Peoria Nissan....Ask for Robert Bell and get Pete in finance if you can!
I've been coming here for may years and have never been disappointed. The service is always accurate and the people are very friendly. I recently called and dealt with the service manager who pleasantly walked me through a minor problem I was having with some of the newer, sophisticated options on my car. I was impressed that he personally took the time to help me and was very patient with my issues. Nissan is a great car, I would highly recommend this place.
Peoria Nissan is amazing. My salesman Alvin was very caring and listened to all my concerns. Dominique was so kind and answered all questions. Angel Luna also was fantastic explained to me all questions. This dealer rocks!!!!I highly recommend them you wont leave dissapointed!
James was the best, I had to take my car in a couple of times, James made sure I was taken care of each time. He was professional and always explained everything to my understanding. I needed a new transmission (just bought the car 5 months ago) I had no issues. The repairs cost a few thousand dollars my cost was 0. I'm telling all my friends and family, Peoria Nissan is the only way to go (:
Our salesman, Walter, was incredibly friendly and down-to-Earth. He gave us a great experience and was very memorable. The second person we talked to (manager?) felt a little condescending and was difficult to deal with
I came in not knowing if I was going to buy a car or not. You're always wary of leases, but they were very assuring and upfront with me which is something that I wasn't necessarily expecting. Frank Jarosz was very helpful in offering me lots of different options to choose from, which were all very fair. It's refreshing when a salesman doesn't try to sell you to high or disengage when they see that you might not be the most attractive buyer when it comes to buying their specific products. The process of picking a car, getting all the paperwork and driving it out the lot was a long process, but that's just how it goes when such a big investment from both sides is being made, I completely understand. Otherwise they offered me a great yet realistic deal and I was able to drive out the lot at the end of the day with a brand new car that I am more than happy with.
Its one star cause it wont let me put 0. Yes i have bad credit but the only way they said financing would work is if i have a co signer which i got the next day. We applied they then ignored us and let us sit there for an hour till i said whats going on. I was told we need better credit sorry. Then the salesman walked off. Also the sales man the day before bragged about his navy service said he made e7 in 5 years amd gpt shot 3 times and also got to tale his service weapons home.ya bullcrap dont lie about service
I could not have asked more from our sales men and the staff in whole. Mike Neve was great and worked with us until everything was all said and done. He was upfront and honest and lead us into the best car possible. Caitlin is awesome in financing best experience I have had when dealing with this part. Peoria Nissan is our new place to buy cars. Great staff awesome deals and over satisfactory.
Elijah was great, he spoke with genuine care for his customers. Elijah also showed me my car s air filter and explained why it was fine for me to replace it. Definitely will be looking forward to my next appointment with him as my service representative.
Excellent service! I hardly ever write reviews but I feel SO strongly about the quality of service at Peoria Nissan that I had to write one! I bought my car at Peoria Nissan back in 2011. I had a great experience with the sale process but what has kept me coming back is the service department. After taking my car to the Peoria Nissan service department for years, I moved away and had the hardest time finding good service in my new city. When I moved back to Phoenix after two years away, the Peoria Nissan service department staff remembered me, listened to my concerns, and provided great customer service as always. I will seriously keep buying Nissans just so that I can keep bringing my cars to the service department here at Peoria Nissan.

I've bought 7 Nissans through the years, the last 4 from Peoria Nissan. My last service experience was rather surprising because of the "extras" that Peoria Nissan wants to "add on."
For instance, a "Minor Service" now for only $89.95? (Introduced with a pretty new pamphlet!) Since when has it been necessary to have an "Oil Conditioner" installed? Especially with modern day oils? Or why "Reset Base Engine Idle Speed?" Really? And other services that should be a basic part of an oil/filter change service, checking and topping off fluids, checking tire pressures, etc.
I don't mind paying a bit more to have my car serviced at the dealer, but don't insult me by frivolous (expensive) add-ons.
This is NOT the way to earn the loyalty of customers.
Christian and Scott did wonders on my trade in and got me until 2018 altima. Christian and out with me pretty much all day to make the deal happen and Scott got me almost $4000 more on my trade than the original offer. They get an A+ from me.
Update: Forgot I even wrote this review. So two years later I absolutely regret buying this car. I've had many issues with it that really shouldn't happen on brand new car. Service department is trash as well. One guy will say one thing and another will say something else. Forget about asking any questions over the phone.
I brought my car into Peoria Nissan because my 2016 Nissan Sentra that I bought from another dealership wasn t driving as well as it should have. Turns out, that my transmission was having problems.. I wish I could give 10 stars because Vince and all of his team were friendly, and provided me OUTSTANDING service. Vince was in constant contact with me, letting me know what decisions were made or needed to be made. I will always come back just because of the excellent service I received!
We bought a 2007 Murano from Peoria Nissan this past Saturday. Pulled into the parking lot and we were greeted by Jeff P. Told him what we were looking for, under 10k SUV/crossover/large sedan, and Jeff quickly came back with some keys and took us to look at a car!
Jeff found us a great car, for a great price. I would highly recommend seeing him if you need a new/used car. We talked to a few of the people there (JJ, Andy B., Jeff P.) and they were all very friendly and tried to help us out. My wife is currently 8 months pregnant and they made every accommodation they could to make her comfortable and took an interest in us as people as well.
I gotta say Perfect perfect service !!!!!! Would recommend them anytime best dealership ever! Very friendly ! made us feel so welcome and helped us in every way possible. Went out of their way to accommodate us in every way, specially Mr Edward Ysasi !! Saw an ad for a car online. I called the dealership and spoke to Ramon. He told me that they still had the car and to come on in. Upon arriving, he started asking me what my price range was, which I found odd because he knew I was there to look at a specific vehicle. He left to "go get the keys" and then came back with a set of keys and started walking me outside. While we were walking out into the lot, he decided to break the news that the car I came to see had already been sold. I didn't stick around to find out what car he had gotten the keys for, because I have played this game before. It is a predatory bait and switch tactic that shady dealerships use to get people in the door. They post up a great deal online to get you in the door, but that car never existed. Then they try to sell you some beat up junker that they've marked up to the same price.
Just purchased my fourth vehicle from Peoria Nissan and once again the service was great! Jason Hilton was fun, professional and very knowledgeable. The atmosphere of the dealership was fun and people seemed to want to be there. Will definitely go back and would use Jason Hilton again.
First time visit for an oil change and the overall experience exceeded my expectations! I was greeted right away when I arrived, their staff were incredibly profesional, their waiting area was clean, well kept and stock full of goodies. My service advisor was Scott Clouse; clear communicator, friendly and accommodating, He was prompt to get my car in for service and even got my car washed!! The waiting wasn t long and I received the full description of the work performed included a complimentary tire rotation and full inspection of the car fluids and such. I will certainly be returning for all my car service needs and I highly recommend them!

Just bought a 2017 Rogue and couldn't be happier. John Breeser from the sales team was great to work with. Everyone at the dealership was very friendly and very helpful from the second we got on the lot u til the time we left. Even the finance team was a pleasure to work with and that is saying a lot. Also I went back to get the Zaktec interior treatment done and the service team was amazing. This was by far the best experience I have ever had at a dealership!

Surge is a great salesman and all around good guy he is the reason I'm giving 5 stars and the reason I bought my car at Peoria Nissan! Paulie in finance needs to be more professional with potential customers almost didn't buy my vehicle at this establishment because of her attitude. When my Insurance company and I called in she rushed us off the phone because she was off at 6:00pm and needed to go when all I needed was a simple answer. She also gave my USAA agent and attitude and tone which I did not like!

The service center is a disaster. One of the service managers his name is Ken trullio, or something like that, lied to me all day telling me somebody was looking at my car when no one had ever looked at it. I had to talk to the general manager of the service center to get a straight answer I was a new customer with a Nissan and I will never be back...
Had gone on a road trip. On returning noticed "humming". Was immediately identified by Arturo, service representative, as possible transmission problem. The diagnosis was confirmed fairly quickly by the service staff. I was provided with a rental car and the repair was done. The service I rec'd was professional and thanks to the warranty encouraged when I bought the car, the cost to me was minimal. I really appreciate "Art" providing such smooth service for me.
I walked in there hopefully they wouldn t try and just get money out of me, but gentleman who helped me finance my car got me exactly what I wanted and was super upfront with me with what s best for me as a customer and a mother of 2. Thank you Peoria Nissan!!!

Went to get some service done on my 2014 Pathfinder. Debbie the service advisor was helping us out. She was great and communicated with me every step of the way. She also found some items that needed addressing that was fortunately still covered under warranty. If you need service, I definitely recommend this place. Fast and efficient. Leo
