Hell to Peoria Nissan!!! The worst experience I have ever had purchasing a car!! Their service is just horrible. They won't even care once you buy car. AVOID Peoria Nissan!!!!!
Hell to Peoria Nissan!!! The worst experience I have ever had purchasing a car!! Their service is just horrible. They won't even care once you buy car. AVOID Peoria Nissan!!!!!
DO NOT GO HERE! These people harassed my mother to get a car today. The guy followed her out of the dealership, then REFUSED to get out of her way as she was leaving. I was on the phone with her and I heard her tell him to get out of her way multiple times and he would not move. As she finally was able to get in her car, the guy stood in the way of her closing the door. It was INCREDIBLY threatening and intimidating, and the manager was just as bad as the sales guy. Needless to say my mom is filing a harassment claim with Nissan and the Better Business Bureau. Harassment is UNACCEPTABLE!
I wish there were a selection to give this place a ZERO! They are on you like the sharks that they are before you even turn your ignition off. Breathing down your neck and bombarding you with questions as you re simply just looking around. When the first guy can t close they deal, they send in a more pushy salesman. He was rude and very argumentative. I had to walk away and tell them no thank you. Once outside, the pushy sales shark comes in and out of the store throwing ridiculous numbers in my face. Three times I asked for my keys and was ignored. I asked the first guy for my keys and he simply snapped at me saying he has nothing to do with my keys, but continued to breathe down my neck and tried to make small talk. I had to walk to my car and WAIT for my keys where the pushy shark is still throwing numbers at me. I received my keys and had to pull my door shut on him because he would not move! They clearly get off on being pushy, rude and manipulative. Definitely will never step foot on their lot again, nor recommend anyone waste their time or money there. They are only out to fatten their pockets! They don t care what they sale you, or how!!
Always a pleasure doing business with Peoria Nissan
I called one time to ask a question and then they put me on a calling list. I asked to never be contacted again and then I was put on a texting list.
The reason I took my car to this dealer is: in the past, when they kept my car overnight, they gave me a loaner car. This time they didn't, despite keeping my car for 8 days during which time I missed 2 doctor's appointments and ran out of the food I am supposed to eat. It is now a week after my car was returned and I am still dealing with the medical consequences that happened during the 8 days
As always Scott Clause Had everything set up for my visit which cut down the wait time greatly. He i8s truly an asset to your organization.
I had a very great experience, i was interested in the Nissan Rogue but after driving one I releazed I only needed something smaller. I picked the 2019 Nissan Sentra SV and I love all the features. Plus I'm averaging 47.5 miles per gallon driving on the 101 freeway to work. Thank you Marrisa in sales and Nick in Finance for making this a happy and less stressful experience.
My Daughter was in an accident which left her car totaled. We went back to the dealership were we originally purchased the car that was totaled. And Wanted to buy another Nissan sentra, we found one and purchased it. And after 7 days still have no car they say a title problem they have her money for the car but wont return phone calls etc.. I would not buy another car from this dealership again customer service is terrible. Lawyers will be probably involved. Beware just saying!!
Too bad I can t give it a ZERO.... the skinny lady didn t know much about any cars, just that they are sexy cars as she says over and over again. No knowledge. & too add to it, she wasn t shy enough to tell me and my husband that she will take her pants off for any deal.. kind of scandalous in our eyes. We just wanted to get a new car and go the most uncomfortable visit ever. Really wanted to just go get a Camry but got no knowledge on it at all, do better next time when someone wants to spend thousands of dollars, rather than to talk to me and tell me how lonely you are... weird
Absolutely terrible and waste of time. Aside from sales woman Adriana, worst dealership.
I had the best experience ever! Everyone was so nice and the sales person that I had was amazing! He made sure that I had everything that I needed. I honestly recommend anyone that is buying a Nissan to go to Peoria Nissan!
James P. was very professional and really detailed for our recall procedure, they also did a thorough exam of her Nissan Versa Note, pointed out couple of items eventually needing to be done, the whole experience was very enjoyable, they were quick, efficient, courteous, thank you James.....
I have found my new service go-to guy! HIs name is James and he is in the service department. He was funny, friendly, very helpful, and he got me in and out of there in record time! I will definitely call/text him anytime I need regular maintenance or a major repair done for my trucks! Thank you James! AND thank you for Peoria Nissan for hiring James!
The service department has a good play area for kids (2 of them actually). I like the fact that you can view the vehicles being serviced through a window! They have complimentary bottles of water, and this last time they even had donuts & coffee. There is access to the popcorn machine in the front of the dealership as well. Vending machines also available.
If I had one suggestion, it would be to have healthy snacks available :-) Bananas, oranges, apples, granola bars, etc. Donuts are great, but give my kid one and he'll be swinging from the chandelier! LOL
We purchased a car here for my daughter she was 16 years old and looking for a first car, everything from the first website visit through the picking out the vehicle to the paperwork and Beyond was absolutely amazing cannot recommend this dealership High Enough
I had great experience at Peoria Nissan trading my two vehicles in for a new Truck. Salesman Eduardo was knowledgeable about all the vehicles, didn't try pressure me, took time to answer all my questions, and even bought me lunch!
If you want a high pressure, unprofessional experience with all the tricks, come here. I m also in automotive sales and I still was treated as if I knew nothing about how the car shopping process should be.
Everything was fine until it came time to work numbers. At that point they held my keys and driver s license hostage, tried to make me fill out a credit app before agreeing to terms of a deal, and gave me a lowball offer on my trade.
After the grueling grind, they got me pretty close to my target payment, but I was so turned off by the experience that I purchased at another Nissan store (who beat their deal anyway).
The whole experience left a bad taste in my mouth, and I can t imagine how much worse it would have gotten had I decided to purchase there.
Steer clear!
Purchased an Nissan Armada 2017. Extremely pleased with the customer service given by the sales consultant Eddie Ysasi who was vastly knowledgable with all aspects of the vehicle. No pressure sales. Had to negotiate the price of the vehicle and the trade-in with the sales manager but we came to a mutual agreement which was acceptable to all. The finance manager was thorough and expeditious and all paperwork was available and in order when we were ready to purchase. The vehicle was beautifully detailed when we took possession.
Highly recommend Peoria Nissan and will give it a Five Star rating.
As usual Debbie provided excellent customer service,
Vince Kropatch was simply outstanding. Continuous communication at every step. He made the experience as painless as possible.
Had a great experience! Very helpful at the tent sale and all the way to the finalization of the paperwork.,.
We got a great deal on our 2018 Nissan Armada. We have been very pleased with the whole experience! Our salespeople were very good and helpful. Overall a great experience!
James was a very tentative and thoughtful for the life of my vehicle.
Just traded in and got my 3rd car from this dealership. I drove all the way from WA to continue supporting the dealership that has always treated me well, while is here at Peoria Nissan. You are in great hands with these guys.
I called and was helped by this great gentlemen named Paul which helped me from start to finish. Paul let me know in detail how everything would Happen when I dropped off my car for servicing. When I got there I was greeted immediately helped I didn t wait not one moment. Paul then came out explained the process once s more and even got me an Uber to send me home. Paul let me know my vehicle had recalls that he was going to take care of while my vehicle was there. It was great to have someone go above and beyond and look further into my car and make me feel like i was in good hands. When I came back my car was in better conditions then when I got it wash and clean. Some of the best service I ve received. 5 star service it felt like I was at a luxury vehicle shop thank you Nissan. You got a customer for life know this kind of service you can t just find at any place!
Good service provided coupons showed me issues rather then telling me only this was a vehicle purchased a couple of months ago from bell road toyota... peoria Nissan is great
Worst experience ever never coming back again I don t know if they have better sales people there but when we went the guy was just talking outta his as* going in and outta the rooms felt like he didn t know what he was doing he had our bank card and didn t wanna give it back we had to physically go and get the card he never tried to talk to the bank just pulled numbers outta his as* so never gonna give them my business just because of that sales man Eddie Y never deal with him
Jason was my advisor and he was very helpful and pleasant and knowledgeable to work with. Thank you Jason
Debbie was very professional and had everything in order by the time we had arrived. We simply needed to sign paperwork and that was it. She also went over and above by staying past the closing time to make sure we were taken care of. Thank you, Debbie!
They gave me a car without the USB CARD THAT GOES ON THE SCREEN TO BE ABLE TO PROGRAM, FUNCTIONS I CLAIMED THEY TOLD ME IT WAS A USED UNIT AND THAT I HAVE TO BUY IT. WITH A COST OF 200.00 DLLS. I UNDERSTAND THAT THEY HAD TO INFORM ME UNTIL I DIDN'T COME, AS THE CAR WAS RECEIVED, IT WAS VERY LATE AFTERWARD, THEY WERE NOT WASHED, THEY DID NOT GIVE IT ANY SERVICE. CHECK VERY WELL WHAT YOU RECEIVE, IN NISSAN PERORIA BY BELL RD AND 129.
The Feeling of Dishonesty
Look, we all know the typical car salesman tactics. This place is no different. As a matter of fact it is so stereotypical, it's almost funny if your wallet and sanity were not at stake. If your looking for a no pressure buying situation, honest sales team grounded by reputable management avoid this place like the den of flesh eating Walkers it resembles. From the moment you arrive they surround your vehicle. Offering handshakes, and free bottles of water. Don't be fooled by this, as it is designed to bypass your guard revealing your soft underbelly. The only reason I ran the gauntlet was they had the exact certified pre-owned vehicle I wanted. But I came prepared to do battle. It took three separate trips to close the deal. Each one more treacherous than the next. Revealing character after character, manager after manager to try to wear you into submission. All I can say is don't give up, and walk away(retreat) if you need to. Whatever they promise you, get it in writing and get a copy of that before signing the final paperwork. Everytime you think you have reached a deal, you will have to sign your name on scribbled peices of paper. This means nothing, as it will be rejected by the men in the "glass room". Get ready to have paint protection forced upon you and demand a full tank of gas if your buying pre-owned. Double check your getting two keys, and an owners manual. These are my notes for survival. Godspeed and good luck.
Avoid this place. Rude Rude Rude salespersons.
UPD. 9/5/2016 I was fool by giving this guys 2nd chance. We were looking for Sentra. Person by name Buzz offered 2016 Sentra AT for price of MT. We drove it. After test drive they rejected giving this car for offered price. Been there over 2 hours spoke with 6 different agents. Wasted time, pulled credit history and no car.
My car was experiencing unusually fast battery drainage. I had the battery tested twice at a local auto parts dealer. It checked out okay.
Decided that it would be a good idea to have the electrical system checked.
I went to Peoria Nissan without a prior appointment on a Friday. They got me in right away and determined the battery had a couple of cells that were not holding a charge. They also discovered the positive battery terminal cable was overly corroded.
They replaced the cable and I was on my way in two hours.
The price of the cable replacement was a little high, but the time they saved me in fixing it myself was well worth the price.
I know where I am going the next time I need dealer-level service.
I have always had better experience at Nissan but this time was horrible . A small job turned into a 3 hour wait, just to find out that the technician was given incorrect instructions to do the job. Really ? Not sure if the tech was frustrated or not skillful but regardless seems like they were experimenting on my SUV. If not this than that scenario . I would have to think twice before returning .
I had a very good experience with Eddie from the Internet department. We did quite a bit of the legwork over the phone and then I was able to go to the dealership to test drive the car and eventually settle on what was agreeable with little haggling
I bought a new 2018 Altima! It took a fair amount of discussion, but we finally came to a deal that both of us could live with. As usual, good people and a lot of respect for their customers.
I arrived at the dealership to set an appointment to have my Nissan Sentra serviced and some repairs done and my service manager got me right in that day without an appointment now that's what I call customer service they took care of me and gave me all the information I needed treated me with respect
Experienced and efficient. They took care of all of my needs and even gave me very good financial guidance. I couldn't be happier. This was through the Internet Services online.
I had my 9 month old daughter and wife with me. They took care of us and always made sure we were comfortable. It also helped they found the perfect family car we needed. I always have a great experience walking into Peoria Nissan. Everyone in there is very helpful
Great service, great value, and great price. The entire staff was extremely friendly and easy to work with. Due to their extensive inventory, my wife and I drove four hours to purchase her new vehicle and it was worth the trip. Their no pressure sales approach actually made the experience fun and exciting. How many dealerships can you say that about? If you are in the market for a vehicle I would suggest contacting Rick Melara, their Internet Sales Manager. He made sure that my wife drove off in the car she wanted, for a price I was willing to pay. I will definitely be returning to this dealership. Keep up the great work!!!
From the moment you drive up and park, you are greeted by a salesperson who is willing to help you with whatever you may need. They are fast and friendly while still providing truly exceptional service. I take my car here for service and have my own service tech, who has been dealing with my vehicle since 2011. I know im not being taken for any extras, unless it is truly damaged. The wait in their service area is also a wonderful place to pass time with free coffee, donuts, popcorn and drinks. I recommend Peoria Nissan to everyone for all your automotive needs
Staff was very knowledgeable. Adrianna was so helpful and did not pressure me. The dealership is very lucky to have her.
My mother brought in her vehicle for an oil change, left leaking oil as they had not tightened everything correctly. My vehicle had oil change and tire rotation, the minute I pulled out of parking lot tire pressure light came on, pulled back in. Tire needed replaced. RIIIIGGGHHHT. Interestingly the same thing happened on a prior visit to another lady in the waiting area. Service manager said he paid out of his pocket for my replacement tire to keep his reputation but as he had told me multiple lies right to my face I do not believe a thing he says. Then service advisor did not want to give me a copy of MY paperwork on what was done to MY vehicle. I eventually got it by refusing to leave. We have bought multiple cars there and serviced our cars there. Not again
Worse experiance i ever had at a car dealership!
Started off good got the car went home two weeks later they call us tell us to come in and sign some papers. Upon arriving they take the car from us and give us our trade in back. At that point you know it is what it is. But when you come out and they are showing the car to someone else before we can even take our belongings out. Would never recommend this place to anyone. Looking for a nissan dealer go to ABC NISSAN on camelback
I have mixed feelings about Peoria Nissan.I went to the tent sale in October with a desire to buy a car in the 7000 to 10000 dollar price range, and our Sales Professional Jeremy from Peoria Nissan was very professional and patient as I test drove several cars. He was never pushy, and seemed to care more about my interests than making money. Finally I settled on a 2009 Versa. After the deal went through I was satisfied, but the car had engine problems and a day later began to smoke and knock. To make matters worse, I also knew the car had been flat towed by an RV (it had RV hookups on the front) and I took it back to Peoria Nissan. The service desk said that I could be looking at serious transmission issues. They were very professional and after seeing the engine was blown offered to let me get a different car. They even let me drive a Hyundai home until I had time to come back and find the new car. They also promised not to cash my 500 dollar down payment check. I was feeling pretty good about Peoria Nissan.
After looking at the inventory extensively there were no cars available at 10000 or below that matched what I was looking for. It was at this time that my parents offered to give me there 2007 chevy. I was elated!
The day before going back to Peoria Nissan they cashed my 500 dollar check. I figured this was just a mistake.
When I went back to Peoria Nissan to tell them the news, I felt sure that they would understand my desire to back out of the deal. After all they had nothing comparable in type and price to the car I originally purchased. I felt sorry for taking Jeremy's time, and planned to give him a gift card to red robin as a way of saying thankyou for all his help.
After explaining my decision I was turned over to Frank, one of the managers. He was not so happy, and not so understanding.
He was very direct in his demeanor and he told me that I had signed a contract to buy a car from them and that I would have to either take the Versa (with a fixed engine) or buy something else. "You signed a contract and you will be held to it one way or another," he said.
I explained that the Versa was a lemon, it had engine issues and possible transmission issues and who knew what else, and that I no longer felt good buying it.
In the end I was stuck with three choices: buying a lemon Versa, buying a different car I did not want, or paying an extra 3000 for a car that I at least liked, all on threat of being reported to credit agencies and collections. (which he did actually threaten to do)
In the end I left with a 2009 Toyota Matrix. I got a good deal on it, but also paid about 3000 more than on the Versa, and ended up with higher payments and a longer loan term.
Jeremy was very nice, but in the end this was a bad experience.
Very courteous and showed genuine concern that we were taken care of.
I was in for an oil change and was met by my service agent. Steve was friendly and very helpful. I would recommend him to anyone for service.
Great sales personnel! They worked really hard to help us out .
I am disgusted. I was in the process of a salesman greeting me, mindyou I had not even been able to look at a car yet before I see a salesman talking to another salesman and referring to a white customer as a cracker and it looked like he was recording on his phone. I asked what his name was and I was told Sayveon. Now I am not white but I do take offense to any racism or racial slur. I know Nissan can t control what their employees do but maybe have some sort of standard when there are people around.. I have decided to shop at another dealership as there are quite a few here today.
I was already upset because the Autonation Chevrolet next door told me I was wasting their time. When I came to Peoria Nissan it was a completely different experience. It was an uphill battle because my credit wasn't the greatest. I knew that coming in. Not only was the experience great, the financial part of it was better than expected. These guy made me forget the bad experience next door and exceeded my expectations at their location. I highly recommended Peoria Nissan for a new or used vehicle. They'll take care of you the right way.
I bought three Nissan's from here and had a wonderful experience each time. I enjoy working with Paul in the service center and highly recommend working with Paul.
The folks at this dealership are really going out of their way to be courteous, kind, and appreciative of customers.
Hard to find. This dealer ship has salesmen on the phone all day. Beware leaving them your number.
Horrible , The closer tried to sell a truck with over 250,000 miles for almost nine grand ate something and then all of a sudden when we said no he dropped it down to $5,000 a total scammer. But I do have to say the salesman was absolutely wonderful his name was Isaiah and I think he's too honest for that place.
DON T buy a car from these frauds. PLEASE READ before you buy a car.
They sat me down and ran the credit and said I was approved. Then we started taking prices on the car I wanted. I gave them an estimate of how much I wanted to pay a month and they said, no problem, we can work with that and get it at that monthly price. Awesome right? Wrong... I signed the papers for THAT PRICE and a week later they said, oh no, the banks won t do it at that price and bumped it up 200$ more than what it was agreed upon. So basically, they let you walk out with a car thinking you got it for the deal you signed with but later give you bs about why they couldn t do it. So why let me sign for a price you weren t even sure about? Oh wait, to make money. Kaitlyn in finance should be fired. She let me walk out with a deal that she wasn t even 100% sure about. I tried calling and getting in touch with her for over a week. I left her numerous messages and even asked a manger to make sure she called me back. She didn t, not one phone call! I called David Johnson who sold me the car, not one phone call the whole week. I m starting to think it s because of my ethnicity because I m being singled out. Anyway, they gave me a brand new car with no mats, owners manual, and no lugnut. I got a flat tire at 3 am and I couldn t do anything because I didn t have the part that is SUPPOSED to be in the car. Nissan didn t get anyone out to help me until 9am. How ridiculous! I had a sick family member in my car and I had to walk 2 miles to get orange juice because their blood sugar was 40.. oh by the way.. the nissan insurance doesn t kick in until 30 days. Yeah, they neglect to tell you that. So you drive off with your new car thinking it s covered.. it s not for 30 days. They have a lawsuit for all the crud they put me through. I m sorry but I should have stuck with Honda or another dealership that has decent employees who actually do their job. I called corporate.. this is unacceptable. Especially since the manger there said it s not his fault all this happened. You sold me a car with no parts and didn t show me any features about it. That s your job. All they want is to shove cars down your throat and they don t care if they screw you over. I m calling my attorney if corporate doesn t compensate for all the trouble I ve gone though. Please go to another dealer ship. At least at Honda where I bought my previous car they didn t lie to me. They got me the prices and when it was signed I was all set. They have better deals and insurance. I m so upset I came here!
This is the most unprofessional dealer I have ever worked with. We purchased a truck from them with a signed a contract for that VIN and paid a down payment for a truck coming from a different Nissan dealer. The following day, we are informed they already sold the car and never had the ability to sell us the car to begin with. They are in breach of contract and at this point are holding our down payment fraudulently. It took 30 hours for the first sales manager to call us back to tell us they don't have the car. We're now going on 4.5 hours today since they opened without the General Manger reaching out to rectify this gross negligence on their part. This is unacceptable and please stay away from these guys. We have no choice but to reach out to the BBB and Arizona Office of the Attorney General later today for consumer fraud.
John Breeser is a fantastic salesman and he is willing to make great deals to get you in your dream vehicle! I was able to trade in my truck and buy a new vehicle in less than 2.5 hours this is a literal miracle because my last vehicle took almost 11 hours to get! I solely recommend him for the job. Always consider your options, of course, but he s the best so keep that in mind!
Always great, honest and trustworthy with Paul Watz!
They worked with me and gave me a good deal and threw in a extra I asked for . It wasn't much but they were willing to work with me and that goes a long ways. Thank you Peoria Nissan
My husband and I had the best experience buying our car. Melo was our salesperson and she was in charge of explaining the entire process of buying our 2020 Nissan Altima, she took care of us as a family, she had cold drinks and even snacks to calm our hunger.
They did not take advantage of us, on the contrary, they explained everything and the best in Spanish.
Peoria Nissan thank you for your support of Latinos !!!!!
I waited almost 3 hours for an oil change and inspection. I was supposed to get a tire rotation as well but was told they did not do it when I got my keys back. I was also told my battery was outputting low voltage even though I got it replaced BY NISSAN less than a year ago. They saw this and should have replaced my battery FOR FREE while I was waiting 3 hours. The advisor was subpar, not communicative at all, not very friendly. I'm tired of Nissan as a whole.
They make having your oil changed a delightful experience. Wonder waiting area with snacks and drinks. Very helpful and knowledgeable staff.
The Sales associates(Dean & Richard) where great. Just unhappy of was offered to get us in to trade our vehicle and went through the process to find out it was more than what was offered initially.
Everyone want extremely friendly when I first purchased my car , today I got my car serviced for the first time and the man who helped me out with that Scott was so nice and I would definitely recommend there team of friendly people
First time my vehicle has been in for service since I bought it. It was such a pleasure at Peoria Nissan. I was getting my oil changed and tires rotated, it was done in less than 35 minutes on a busy Monday morning. They even washed my car which had gotten dirty from a weekend storm. Will definitely be back for basic car care
Went in for a complimentary oil change and a free wash. Got out a lot quicker than I expected so that was good. However, they didn't wash the car or detail it or whatever they were supposed to do. No big deal though since I washed it on the way anyway. Other than that it was good. My car still runs and nothing is leaking out of it so it's all biscuits and gravy.
This place sucks. Never go here...Worse service ever, actually I should say my car wasn t even serviced on because the service technician didn t even do anything to my car, it sat there for 4hrs and I had to call them to see if My car was ready for pick up?? When I called the guy that made the appt for me said that he had no information on my car being serviced , but he did see that I had my appt @3pm. When I showed up to get my car because I was extremely pissed when I heard this on the phone.. he told me that his co-worker didn t give him no info that I dropped off my car to get serviced and that guy was already gone so he had to look for my car in the lot to see where it was. I could not believe him. They didn t offer me anything for having been treated like this. He told me that feel free to call and complain to the manager tomorrow when he s in the office. I sure did call the Manager.
My experience was great and everyone treated me weary well specially Cisco. He was very helpful from the beginning to end.
BY FAR THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!! Very unprofessional and unethical environment. I went through the normal process to find out that they kept changing my trade-in value. Nobody's word means anything or a recording for this matter which I had.
This was a two day process in which the first day I had two offers from the finance/sales people from $5-10K for my trade in. The next day I get an offer from the Sales GM of $2k. Its simple math that does not add up.
GM came back and questioned me if I really think my trade in is worth $10K. I am a smart person, I don't think it is worth that amount but for some reason your front line employees offered that much.
Pretty much you are telling customers that your sales/finance employees are incompetent, have no form of training, or/and don't have any kind of permission to offer anything so why are they in that position anyway? We should be going directly to the source and cut the people that really can't do anything. In addition to the obvious monetary de-value, they with-held my keys from me for 40 minutes to find out that the person forgot and left this is an emotional experience and you made it the worst possible experience.
Be careful when approaching this dealership. They are the best example of the worst customer service experience. If numbers is all that matters, then corporate you are doing the right thing because like Peoria Nissan employees overstated they have the highest revenue in the valley.
Very pleasant experience, no pressure and work very hard to complete our purchase.
AS USUAL SCOTT CLOUSE IS FANTASTIC. HE IS THE ONLY REASON I DEAL WITH PEORIA NISSAN
High pressure, failure to listen, don't give them your phone number they won't quit calling even after I told them to quit
Great experience. Diagnosed and fixed my car in no time. How nice they offer to Uber you hone while your car is in the shop.
If you like dealing with dishonorable sales managers. This is the place to go.
Response to owner: Since you can see my name on this post. You can speak to the honest salesperson Gisselle about this.
If you would like to get ripped off .. come to Peoria Nissan
I purchased a vehicle on 1/14/2020 and John Ahumada the sales consultant that I had the pleasure to meet was phenomenal he knew his info about the vehicle I was purchasing he never once pushed or made me feel like I was under an obligation to purchase on the spot. I would highly recommend John A for any of your vehicle purchases in the future.
Best place to buy a car everyone there was so helpful and nice.
I worked with James at Peoria Nissan in the vehicle maintenance department and had a wonderful experience. I purchased a Nissan Rogue and wanted Peoria Nissan to check it out after I purchased it. They ran a comprehensive check that was totally complimentary. My vehicle needed 1 part and they ordered it for me and when it arrived, contacted me immediately so I could bring my Rogue in for the switch. Service is friendly and efficient. The first time I brought in my vehicle, they also gave me a complimentary wash! Definitely going to continue using Peoria Nissan.
Chuck Morris and his team do an exceptional job taking care of their customers throughout the buying process.
One of the best car buying experiences ever!! Proud to own a nissan..love the staff and the service
Please go see Josh Kervin! This is the first time I have ever had an enjoyable experience buying a car! He was knowledgeable honest and worked hard to get us the deal we needed. I would highly recommend going to Peoria Nissan and dealing with Josh Kervin!!
