Worst experience and dealership I have ever worked with. Played games with the numbers to where I had to go back and get a refund. Where is the zero star option?
Our sales representative Rick was extremely helpful and patient with us while we made our decision. Thank you very much Peoria Nissan!!
Whoaaa! Best experience EVER! Adrianna, Cory and Their manager! Great people! Great price! THANK YOU!
Peoria Nissan sales and service are the best! Professional, courteous, and consumer-oriented. We've always been pleased with their service!
Excellent dealership. Didn t buy on my first visit because as a consumer I wanted to explore my options. In the end, Peoria Nissan was the most adaptable to what I was looking for with ZERO pressure at all. The next day I returned and purchased my new truck. The exact truck I wanted was not in stock anywhere in AZ. So Peoria Nissan has given me a brand new Altima as a rental until my truck arrives.
If you re looking to buy a new Nissan, Peoria is the way to go. They truly treat you well without the pressure you get from anywhere else. They were more than willing to work with me and get me exactly what I wanted. Thanks again!
Internet fleet department was great, made buying easy. I would recommend Heather Donako and her boss John Okinowski. They were so helpful. Love my new Altima
Best car buying experience ever!!! Looks like I m a Nissan driver and they got a customer for life!!! Great staff and super helpful and made the dreaded car buying experience so much better!!!
Great folks at service at Peoria Nissan. Efficient and friendly.
The worst experience of my life!!!!! If you want to get ripped off I suggest you go here .... otherwise take your business elsewhere! My experience from day one was a disaster.... and I'm still having to deal with them
Bad very bad customer service after the deal was made..
I went in for an oil change and mentioned that I had a leak in one of the tires. They said they would check it out. When i picked it up I was told the tires were fine. I stopped for lunch afterwards and found a nail in the tire. I'm upset that they either didn't find this or ignored it.
Very accommodating. Worked me in even though appointment didn't get registered. Did everything I asked and more. Would recommend them.
The staff are very friendly and easy to work with. Would highly recommend Peoria Nissan to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle. Love my new Rogue
The used car manager Pat is cool to work with and most of the people seem nice.
Service Advisor needs more personality. Not very friendly. Would like a different Advisor in the future.
You guys are amazing when it comes to customer service. Keep it up.
Purchased my Nissian Frontier at Peoria Nissan. My truck has been broken into. The wheel lock key was stolen. Took the truck to Peoria Nissan. Bought new wheel locks. See Debbie in service she was absolutely awesome. They put the new lug nuts on at zero cost. Please go see Debbie and service. If you have any problems with your Nissan at Peoria Nissan.
Recommendations for Debbie in service.
Janel was an absolutely outstanding job when I was looking to get a new truck. Very professional and upfront about everything. Highly recommend to seek her out.
Tom was great. He made the whole service process a lot smoother and his customer service is phenomenal. Will definitely call him up the next time I need anything done.
Always get very good service here, from purchase to service. I will buy my next car from them.
I have always hated taking my car into dealerships or any other repair shop, just cause of hassle and bad experience. I have recently moved to Peoria area and had to take my car into the dealership a few times and always dealed with Dustin Jager. He has always been forward and trustful with me and helped me out. He has made my experience at Peoria Nissan easy and better than any other place i have been. i will continue to bring my car back to this location.
Everyone we dealt with was beyond kind and we would recommend Peoria Nissan to all our friends. We feel we received a great deal and the process was very quick.
All dealers deserve negative stars. This was the 2nd least worst experience I have had with a dealership. I purchased a used truck a few weeks ago, and survived the usual BS lies and salesman shuffle. I got a phone call from someone who had found an extra key so I went in early on a Saturday morning to get it. After fighting the traffic, I had to get through at least 5 vultures lurking in the doorway. They were all nice and smiles until they found out I wasn't there to buy a car, then they all soured at once. Then there was an older woman at the reception desk was indignant that I was even there. I got her to reluctantly give my address to the right person, who, surprise! , wasn't there. 2 days later I got a FedEx package with the key. Today they sent me a text at 6pm to come back and sign additional papers they forgot .
EDIT: Kudos to Terrence, my salesman, for bringing the paperwork to my house that required signatures due to typographical errors. 4 stars to him.
This 4 Star rating is for the Service Department! The sales team really disappointed and tried to not give me all they promised but the service team here is excellent! This was my first oil change on my new vehicle...I was in and out fairly quickly and Scott with was very friendly. The only complain i have is I asked for a replacement screw to be added to the back of the front wheel well due to it being loose and missing the screw and this was not fixed.
I live in El Paso, and Peoria Nissan was the closest dealer that had the Xterra I wanted. Both the sales staff and the finance crew went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service, and a great deal on my truck! I highly recommend them!
On March 25, 2019 I went to Peoria Nissan in Peoria, Az in hopes to get out of my rental and into a new car. With the help of the Sales Rep the car I chose was a Used 2018 Nissan Altima in which I financed for $23,000. The minute I drove it off the lot a Front Radar Obstruction alert came on beeping. Mind that there was NO collision. The next couple days the alert began to go off every 5 minutes. During this time I saw a post on Facebook that the 2019 Nissan Altimas were on sale for $18,998 for one week only. I reached out to the Sales rep Seivion at Peoria Nissan to figure out what I need to do to get out of the Vehicle as the defect was giving my son and I anxiety thinking a car was going to hit us. Seivion confirmed that they were having the new deal and stated if I was interested I could come back and Unwind the deal. Before I came in I asked him to ask the MGR if that would be 100% possible with 0% down just like the deal I made with the 2018 Used Altima. And he confirmed. On March 28, 2019 I went back to Peoria Nissan and chose a White 2019 Altima with a huge $18,998 printed in red letters on the window. So right away the Finance rep Dominique meets with me to discuss Monthly payments then took me back to his office. We sat down and immediately he said since I was just here and went through the process to go ahead and sign everything and he d go over it at the end just to make this a fast/easy process. We begin discussing discounts that can be applied as I was told $1000 is applied towards the car as I am a returning customer to Nissan after my car was totaled and a CBRE employee discount. I get to the last page and see that it says $35,000 under financed! Immediately I question how did we get from $18,000 to $35,000? And he says OH you didn t QUALIFY for the deal! I told him this deal was discussed and approved before I came back in and he said there is nothing he can do since I SIGNED THE PAPERS! I take the envelope with papers he gave me, leave and call Corporate. The next day I get a text from Seivion stating that I need to come back because they gave me the WRONG TEMPORARY PLATE. I said that because of what they already put me through and it being THEIR mistake, they need to come deliver the correct plate as I don t want to risk any legal issues if I get pulled over as I am driving around in a car that I have no documentation for and a different VIN #. He told me NO that I needed to come get it and get the correct paperwork as well.
I went back down on March 30, 2019 and they had me sign the damn contract again! I told them since I technically signed the contract for the wrong car I don t want to buy it. Yet since other papers were still signed i had no choice. They folded up the papers and put it in another envelope. I was told this is a new contract and he gave me a Finance amount of $30,000. I called corporate again and was told by Brandon that they couldn t do anything since Peoria Nissan is a privately owned dealership. I go back down to Peoria Nissan with my Grandpa on May 5, 2019 to discuss the breakdown because i still was not understanding the numbers and we first speak to Charlie (Sales Mgr). He comes to try and quickly go over the breakdown. He mentioned that $6008 was added as what I OWE to the car that I had traded in. I told him I did not trade in a vehicle. Instead of unwinding the deal like I was told they traded in the 2018 Altima with defects that I owned for a few days.
He then stated that he doesn t quite understand the breakdown so got the Finance MGR Chris to go over it. I repeated the whole story and he states there is nothing he can do since I signed the contract . He then gets Seivion whom I had the initial conversation with and he admits and apologized for telling me they would unwind the deal and sell me the car for $18,998. Then Chris passes us to Tim who is right under the Owner who begins arguing with me that I signed the contracts.
BAD EXPERIENCE..we got a coupon from them for a test drive because we bought a car there last year. The deal was $25 giftcard for driving their Altima. We were getting our car serviced there so decided to try out this coupon during the wait time. We told the rep that we just wanted to do the test drive because we got the coupon and all. After the test drive the sales rep was trying to sell the car real bad, we told him we don't want to buy the car today but he kept on insisting for us to buy the car for more than half an hour. He started getting angry at us when we said we don't want to buy the car today and started to give us attitude for nothing. My question to this management is why are you sending this bogus coupon, May be you should mention get a gift card $25 for buying a car and not for a test drive. Horrible horrible experience.
Scott is an amazing service writer. He helped us every step of the way & guided us thru every repair. The reason we will not be buying a new vehicle is because we are moving out of state.
Praise God.
Paul and Connor did a great job once again.
What a Blessing Peoria Nissan is.
Enjoy a Jesus-Filled CHRISTmas and 2020.

Sadly i have to update my review for Peoria Nissan.
Everything was great , payments were good and we were QUALIFY. We sign and took the car so happy and excited for our first time car as a married couple..... but few days later we get a call that They need more information etc ok it was fine. No big deal right. We ask before theres no problems right nothing is changing as payment etc they said " NO" not to worry. Long story short: Bad news we werent actually qualify and our interest was from 12% to 20%. So high i was really upset how come they didnt tell us in the beginning of the process.i felt terrible to a point i cry because our hopes were broken for THERE MISTAKE NOT OURS. Also, to top it off... I didnt appreciate there comments like: " IS NOT OUR FAULT or WE ARE HELPING YOU BECAUSE NO OTHER COMPANY WELL or
I OWE THIS NISSAN CORPORATION SO IM HELPING YOU BECAUSE REALLY YOU DONT QUALIFY... Really how are you helping? THE numbers they gave us was for there own benefit. Really bummed out! I understand now why they HAVE 2star RATE dealership. John whos the financing person was nice and i dont have nothing to say about him. I dont think i would be coming for my 4 time and waste 6hours more when at the end they arent honest and break a deal. It was humiliating and experience i want to forget soon. Thank you
I've never purchased a car from these guys. But I'm giving these guys a one star because they do not leave you alone. I was in there looking for a sporty car since I've seen so many commercials about how their Altima and maxima or so sporty. The problem is I want a manual transmission. They told me that the only cars they have manual transmission are there Sentra and their 370z. I test drove the sentra and it had absolutely no power at all. I didn't test the 370z because it doesn't have a back seat and I have a child. I told them if they find something used and had a good price, low mile and with maybe turbo and absolutely needed to be manual transmission please tell me and then I would come and look at it. Many times they emailed or texted me pictures of Corvettes and one time they had an HHR which was old and high mileage. I finally told them if they even bothered writing down what I was looking for because they keep telling me and showing me things that I don't want. They totally didn't listen to my needs and wants. It got to one point where I finally told them to leave me alone b/c they texted me saying the 2016 maxima are in and they are super sporty. I instantly asked if the car came with manual trans and they said no but the cars were auto with shift paddles. Totally not what I'm looking for. They told me the 370z were manual again. I reminded them that I needed a back seat and they said yes no prob. Well when I was online last I saw the 370 had no back seat at all, but I though maybe the new ones did since I didn't keep tabs on that specific car. Went online to see and I was correct, still no back seat. In the end this dealership doesn't have a clue and doesn't listen to the point that they ignore what you ask of them and "stalk" you.
Update: Nov 2017. My evidently dumb butt went here again. Joe g is who I'm working with now and has been working hard for me which is fantastic and he even was able to talk in his managers or whatever to hold a specific car I'm looking for until I can get my husband to come and look at it. But a different manager would come out of his office every once in awhile and very rudely bark orders to everybody that was under his area. That slightly pissed me off. Then on the other sidd I also overheard to the right of me a lady who had called a customer and was legitly screaming at the customer that it doesn't make sense that he didn't want to purchase the car. The one he want it suppose. So I hope it doesn't come to this with me
I bought a Chevrolet truck from Peoria Nissan. This is one of the friendliest places on Earth. The Sales Manger, Andrew, and finance engineer, Angel, were very cooperative and understanding in getting my deal finalized. Also, internet salesman, John, was helpful and I m glad I know him. Semper Fi.
My service sdvisor, james piasecki , made my visit great and easy to navigate
Never ever trust these guys. They lie through their teeth. Went to their dealership for new Nissan Quest, which was advertised as having 30 miles on it. But to my surprise it was driven 850 miles with stained interior. On top of this, their salesrep had really nasty attitude. I think Heather was her name. I would never ever recommend this dealership to anybody.
Excellent customer service by Paul, kept me informed of all needed work on my vehicle.
Not sure which mechanic/technician completed all services but vehicle is running smoothly and I feel safer knowing that special care was taken.
And super good job on complimentary car wash and inside cleaning & vacuuming.
Luv ya all at Peoria Nissan
Brenda Murray-Schroeder
This service call was good including my initial call for service and then Kyle taking over at check in. Kyle seemed to care, friendly and knowledgeable. I will say in 2yrs using this dealership it's the first time i witnessed a friendly service desk. Glad to see the improvement. Keep it up.
Awesome service! Very fast and efficient. I had some issues going on in my Jeep and they looked at them right away for me. I am a proud Peoria Nissan buyer.
Ezekiel made our shopping experience at Peoria Nissan very pleasing. His can do attitude and "bend over backwards" approach made the car buying experience pleasant instead of a chore.
lets just say not quite the service we've received in the past. It's not that the person wasn't nice enough. To much to write. Its a car Dealership, and they take up lots of time. They sometimes say things but don't follow up. Sometimes it cost them returning business but I don't think they're to worried about it..
Oil change, a filter of some kind (can t exactly remember.) Scott and all those guys do such a great job every time I bring my vehicle in.
Got a car yesterday. Took my husband about 3 days to agree to a deal Lol .. Jeff Pordes was really patient , helpful , understanding & persistent . Would highly recommend him ! Peoria Nissan is great although you have to be prepared to be there for a while!
I sat in car 5/6 min and no one come out to see what service I needed. Also one vehicle was complete I stood at service desk while rep looking at phone looked up at me and proceeded back to their phones, finally a guy walked in and asked d could he help me and checked me out.
Please keep in mind I pass 2 Wal Mart stores and 2 Nissa dealers along with other dealers to come to Peoria Nissan.
It appears Peoria Nissan has sufficient business and want miss mines.
Excellent service. Took care of all the issues I had brought to their attention. Went above and beyond, and even washed my truck before returning it to me. Would definitely recommend them to anyone.
Peoria Nissan has grown in our family we now have 5 Nissan's between me and my children. Peoria Nissan has great staff in all departments it is always a pleasure to go into the Peoria dealer and see friendly people and also get greeted by everyone when you walk in.
Words cannot describe the exceptional experiances I personally have had on all my purchases and leases from Peoria Nissan and Chuck Morris. Being a REALTOR I need a comfortable and reliable vehicle that my clients will enjoy riding in. Chuck Morris has always been there to ensure that I have just the right car and the right financing / lease program. My new 2015 Platinum Murano rocks and is the coolest and the compliments I get from my clients is just way out of this world. A great ride for sure. I have personally recommended quite a few very happy clients to this dealership and will continue to do so. It is always a pleasure to walk into the dealership and be known by the staff and know that when I drop off my Murano for service that it will be completed professionaly and quickly and done the right way the first time. Peoria Nissan you have my buisness for life.
Thanks for being a great dealership.
Never again will I trust any dealer ship. Had my wife go down there and test drive the vehicle we were supposedly approved for. Then had us go with the finance guy to his office. Sat down she signed some documents and then was asked if she could pay the down payment which she did. Then was told that she would get a call the following morning to finish up the paperwork. Well not until 5pm the following day was told oh sorry the deal was canceled and it will take sometime to refund your money. Totally unprofessional.
Called in after my blower motor went out on Tuesday, Wednesday morning they had me in at 7am and Warrantied it for me. I definitely recommend this service department for anyone looking for fast, reliable service!
They don't stand behind there word , service no good
Back back in October I took my 2018 Nissan frontier in for an oil change and tire rotation, at first everything was great. I left to go help my dad and I got a call about an hour and a half later stating that I needed my brakes flushed and it was / manufacturer specifications it was supposed to be done prior to the mileage that I had. (which was only 16k miles) me being as busy as I was at the time said go ahead if it needs to be done I'll get it done. $250 later I get my truck back and do a little bit of research and found nothing about getting the brakes flushed as early as I did. And this isn't the only reason I was upset. Like any other dealerships they called me about 2 weeks after my appointment for a customer satisfaction survey that would be reported to the customer service manager.I let them know my frustration with what I found out that they push me into getting this done prior to needing it and I expected they would reach out to me at least say sorry you know the business savvy thing to do. But to this day two months later I have yet to hear anything from them.
I take my truck to four different dealerships across the valley all being Nissan dealerships and have had nothing but great experiences with them. I will never go to Peoria Nissan for any of my buying or service ever again and I will tell everybody not to take their vehicles there they will be lied to and treated poorly as I was.
Melo is the best of the best.. made me feel comfortable and not rushed.. I would 100% buy from her again..
First time at this location for service, don t think I ll be going back. My service advisor was not friendly and I didn t feel welcomed
Feeling Really Crapped on after all these years ! So loyalty to them is what they want but loyalty to you - We don't care - My Experience ! After purchasing a new 2011 Altima . had a few hiccups with service . after a while that got better , So I decided to purchase a Truck from them . 2010 25000 miles in 2012 . got the deal done . got the paperwork . warranty was written wrong . was suppose to be 8 year 100000 mile from date of purchase . it was written 100000 miles on odometer . went in talked to finance Manager , and sales and was told Sorry for mistake . It will be fixed ... I assumed it was done , Never Assume . and after all that dummy me purchased 2014 Altima . so that's 3 vehicles in 5 years . So long story short found out a month or so ago warranty was never changed , called , went in , called 12 or more times . left messages for Finance Manager . No return call . Had to go to Service Manager and he made someone call me ! so we are working on it , old manaf=ger retired . So yesterday I called back again . WAS TOLD . NOTHING THEY CAN DO . THEY DID NOT OFFER TYHAT BIG OF WARRANTY IN 2012 . Talking about pissed . I politely told the guy . that this would in deed burn all bridges with the dealership and that I will not be purchasing the 2016 Titan XD nor would I be trading in My 2014 Altima this year . I WAS TOLD OK . Sorry you feel that way . What a shame that the would treat us this way . It was the sale and finance fault and Now no responsibility what so ever after all the money we spent in cars , service etc . SHAME ON YOU !
I am happy with the deal, but the wait time to see the finance person took to long. I liked the sales person, he was very helpful.
Efficient salesperson (Walter), very likable, very friendly.
The rest of the staff was very professional - quite different from most new car dealerships.
Would highly recommend.
Hire employees that care. Sincerity sells. If you get a lemon car to someone who can't afford to fix and make payments, take care of them. Simple. You guys ruined my life
We always have a great experience at Peoria Nissan. Kevin in the Service Department is always exceptional. Fast friendly service keeps us coming back.
My wife bought a car from here about a month ago and everything was perfect everybody was really cool and then on the second day she had it the splash guard fell off and drug under the car for a mile or so it was pretty tore up. They wouldn't replace they put it back on with zip ties. The service manager said they dont care which was a shock. The gm kept calling me to ask how our experience was i told him the problem. He had the nerve to say things happen and compared his 97 pickup to my wifes brand new car its like really so there real cool till the sale is finalized then they dont care. I bought a ten year old truck from trucks only and they had no problem fixing anything that messed up for the first couple weeks then i starting using my warranty i bought. So thanks trucks only you have awsome service unlike peoria nissan.
Elijah was an awesome guy to work with in services. My 2nd visit there i forgot to get the name of the lady but she works in services, she took care of me and she was very kind and so was everyone else
01/18/2014, Rachael Evans at Peoria Nissan did a fantastic job in helping me locate and lease my Nissan Pro 4X. The whole process was professional and painless. Thanks Rachael and Peoria Nissan!!
Scott was very helpful and they got my car fixed the same day. The free car wash was a nice perk too!
Higher pressure sales. The man we were working got impatient and rude toward the end. If I am going to be dealing with your company for the next 5 years or so, I would prefer to be treated with more respect.
Elijah was my service advisor. He was very nice. I took my 2016 Frontier in for an oil change. I had a great experience.
Came randomly in Peoria Nissan was greeted right away by Steve Hollon . Had some concerns about my 2018 pathfinder Steve handled the issues right away with his team . Loaner car was very clean Steve called right away after my car was looked over . Highly recommend working with Steve Hollon at Peoria Nissan ! Extremely nice awesome experience at this location Thanks again ! 5 stars !
I ve bought two cars from here and I love them. Super helpful, very knowledgeable on all vehicles, Sabrina Tellez is one of the best car sales representative I ve ever had the pleasure of coming in contact with. Also David McGuire in service is my go to guy, he s taken care of my boyfriend and I for a few years now. He s awesome, very attentive, always willing to work with you on things, very understanding. If you go down there for either service or buying a car I HIGHLY recommend the both of them!
I feel I received a very good deal on my used car and on my new car
The sales team really outdid themselves this time in my book. There sales team, has always provided the best experience . I thought I challenged them with my needs and wants, but as usual they went above and beyond! I never felt pressured or mislead. They have made Nissan my family's vehicle choice. Thank you Peoria Nissan team!
Pushy. Don't try to trade here. They appraise lower then book. They will also steal your keys and do everything they can to not let you leave. There are better dealerships in Phoenix to buy from. They all have the same vehicles, go to them.
Very professional & courteous. Answered all my questions and was very helpful. Oil changed and battery replaced in good time, for a great price. (had a coupon) Didn't try to sell me things I didn't need! Thank you!
Heather was great I did not feel pressured by her. It was like checking out cars w a friend instead of a salesperson. Also the other service people remembered me from a previous car I have bought from u. Feels good to feel preferred. P.s. keep up those gift cards I love em and its great I use for service or for fun yay!
Lisa Gulino
My wife and I went in to buy a car. We ended up being helped by Jason Hilton who was very patient with us. He let us look at all the cars that we were interested in and explained the different styles and trim levels. I was extremely pleased with our new vehicle and service from the sales staff.
Juan is the best salesman! Hands down he helped me find the car that I wanted and he gives great customer service !
It was a service visit. I loved the Uber option to get me home. And Debbie was fantastic, as always!
This was one of the least painful car buying experience's I have ever had. Eldis the salesman was great and the financing was straightforward. I really appreciate Peoria Nissan and will not hesitate to buy there again and will refer all my friends and loved ones.
Took over two hours to flash my engine control module for a recall. This process shouldn t take more than 30 minutes they love to waste your time and make you sit around for nothing. I have seen ecm flashes take 3 minutes on certain models. Never coming back here again. My time is valuable and Peoria Nissan is wasting it.
Dropped in for oil change. Waiting to hear from my nissan manager about warranty issue with my tires. He was very friendly and helpful
Went intoPeoria Nissan to trade in my current Nissan and walked out with a 2017 brand new car for the payment I wanted
Most straightforward and seamless car buying experience ever! Very knowledgeable and genuine team at Peoria Nissan - always looking out for the best interests of the customer and their experience. Thank you!
Enjoyed working with John Breeser, who was very knowledgeable about the Nissan Leaf. I was comparing it to the Chevrolet Bolt and he answered all my questions, plus I was given a price that I was comfortable with.
Peoria Nissan is by far, the absolute worst dealer I have ever been to. Too much to list but here is just one of our experiences. We had a 2001 Maxima which belonged to our grandma. The car was in pristine shape and garaged all of it's life. After she passed, we received the car with just over 75,000 miles on it. Keep in mind that we frequently rode in the car and knew that grandma took great care to maintain it. When the breaks began to squeak, we took it to Peoria Nissan to have it looked at. We were going to wait at the dealer because we did not have a 2nd car at the time and so we were about to walk the lot to pass the time. We were approached by a saleswoman who very abrubtly told us we were not allowed to walk the lot. We were shocked and that immediately gave us a bitter taste in our mouth over the dealer. After some time, the same sales woman located us in the showroom and told us that our 2001 Maxima was a total write off and that the entire front end of the car was "dissintigrating" and therefor would not even recommend driving off the lot. We knew immediately that they were attempting to sell us another car because our Maxima was as straight as an arrow, one owner, well maintained and drove flawlessly; we knew it was a total lie. All the time saying it was too dangerous to drive, they feared we would wreck if we simply left the lot. Of course, we took our Maxima and left without an issue, it is a great car that my wife uses to go to Tempe from Peoria every day.
Elijah is absolutely the best Service Advisor I've ever gone to. I will only go to him.
Thanks! David McGuire Jr Service Advisor, the service was done in a timely manner and David kept me informed of the progress.
We experienced the best service at this dealership. Our Sales agent Tonna was AMAZING!!! She showed us numerous options, wasn't pushy, and gave us exactly what we wanted. :) Every time we go to Peoria Nissan they always treat us so good and I wouldn't go anywhere else! :)
