First I came in to buy a 2015 Sentra and was not happy with the financial guy because he switched some stuff to get me to buy it. At the end of the day I was happy because I got the deal that I wanted. Then 3 months later I was getting towed because supposively I had not paid the car for over 6 months. Well they gave me a wrong VIN that was another persons car. I went to Mexico during that time and I don t know how I didn t get caught. I called very upset and they did sent me a brand new car and that would be mine. I told them ok and I would pay the same amount of loan but not to run my credit and they did run my credit. Also they told me they would give me a couple free oil changes but when I came for the second one, it wasn t in the system and good thing I had all the paperwork. Bad management in part of this dealership. Really bad experience. The only good thing of this was the new car that I would of never had if another lady would of kept paying her bills.

Have an issue with driver's side seat making noise. Was told by dealership that nothing can be done. Called Corporate and was told the same thing. Truck is still under factory warrantee and only two years old. Last Nissan I will buy. They don't really care about the customers.

My experience with Peoria Nissan in purchasing a car was excellent. Starting with sales, Tonna Yutze was professional, personable, and sensitive to my needs. She took time to listen, assess and assist without using scripted responses throughout the process. Everyone on the Peoria Nissan team from finance, business and service demonstrates the value of customer service continuously beyond the delivery. Awesome! From the time you walk in, it's evident to see why they have been number 1 for so many years.

I had to get an oil change and the tires rotated on the vehicle I bought here in October. Originally made a weekday appt. but had to change to Saturday appt. When I called to change the appt the week before, I was offered an appt for the next Saturday without any problem or transferred from Dept to Dept. I arrived about 45 min early. Again no problem. Staff was pleasant and neatly dressed. Waiting area was clean and comfortable with refreshments available. Service was completed timely and accurately and included a free car wash. Highly recommend. PS I'm a 65 yr old widow and appreciate their honestly and respect.

My service experience at Peoria Nissan was more than I expected at a dealer ship. Paul Watz Jr was exceptional in addressing the concern I had with my 2005 350z with low miles. It had a slip indicator light coming on around corners that started after I took it to a different dealership for only a oil change. I was pressed for time to have my car repaired and I needed a rental vehicle to keep me going while I was waiting for the repairs to be completed. Paul was quick about getting me taken care of in a rental car, had the problem solved in less than 24 hours and he did a little research about my vehicle prior services. When I returned the next day to get my car he informed me that he was the advisor that had serviced my 350z in the past with the original owner, he knew the service history and informed me that my car is in great condition. Paul didn't try to up sell me on unnecessary services, didn't pressure me to make repairs not needed and made me greatful I went to Peoria Nissan to service my car. Thanks Paul Watz Jr for a great experience. See you soon for my next service needs.

Will call you back multiple times after taking vehicle to come in because of multiple errors with documents. Will also try to get more money out of you by having you "fix problems" on paperwork. If you get to talk to Erik, do not be fazed by the way he verbally attacks you,he is all bark, and does not know what customer service is. Never be afraid to walk away or say no. Will definatly direct others away from this dealer. Though it was great at first, but wait a week or so until they come at you with their games.

Jon Deprue WAS GREAT! He is the ONLY SERVICE PERSON since 2012 that seemed to have any integrity. Long story short my NISMO 370Z had a coolant leak. My performance shop couldn t find the leak but Nissan did on a busy Saturday at 10am within 2 hours. I felt like Jon and the glass consultant guy built rapport with me and I appreciate that. 4/5 because I am still VERY VERY skeptical of Dealerships as I have a performance sports car that is 7 years old. They took care of me.

I would not normally take the time to write a review, however I'm making an exception as dealing with car dealers is normally a pain in the ass but not in this case.

We had the experience with dealing with Jeff Pordes from Peoria NIssan who in my option is a top notch professional sales he would make it an information journey as we weren't really sure what we wanted to see. He sat down with us asked the about what was important to us in the car, our budget etc. Jeff understood our needs and wants and showed us a few options. He was truthful and a no nonsense type of guy who answered all our questions honestly which we didn't find at other dealers, he kept us in line with what we wanted to spend, and provided us with all the necessary information in making an informed decision.

Well, after a couple of test drives, he won us over and we purchased a 2015 Nissan Altima at an excellent price without all the back and forth nonsense one would expect to find at a car dealership.

It was the best car buying experience I've had in my 70+ years, and without a doubt the most professional sales person we come across.

My wife and I would certainly recommend Jeff Pordes and Peoria Nissan when your looking at purchasing your next car. I would give him a 10 star review but google only allows for 5 stars, he went above and beyond to give us a good car buying experience.

NEVER setting foot in this or any car dealership AGAIN! I have bought cars for 40+ years and it's getting worse every time. I don't have enough time or space to say it all. Bottom line...4 or 5 times I was called back in to correct their "mistakes". On my last visit, one of the managers said he would "help" me in a review. Of course it was all 5 stars. Hmmmm....Used this dealership for the last 3 cars since they are familiar. Looked at other places, but it's all the same. Not worth the stress anymore. Carvana here I come.

Two things matter in life, honesty and integrity and your dealership has both . I am a loyal customer because of your great service department, specifically your service representative, Debbie. She knows her business and makes you feel like family. She is an amazing employee and you are fortunate to have her. I recently bought a new car so kudos to your salesman, Walter. He did an outstanding job. He too was knowledgeable and very resourceful. I never once felt I wanted to run out of your dealership because l felt pressure. In the end, I bought a car because of Debbie and Walter. They deserve praise and recognition.

(Edited) This place is a joke! Do NOT buy here, I regret. Or at least don't work with Scott Collins! All they care about is making a sale and once they do, they can care less how happy you are. My dad and I bought 2 cars from them on the same day. Both Nissan Rouges 2016 & 2017. All he was saying is how he's going to help us get the car we want then turn around and tell us a story about how his manager tells them to put them in a crapier but cheaper car just so they qualify and get the sale. The car I bought was keyed before buying it and was promised that they would attempt to fix it. I went back 4 days later to have it fixed (I live over an hour away which he knew and I even called ahead letting them know I was on my way!) Once I showed up, he took my keys and brought it back to get fixed. We asked 3 different people for water (1 of them was the manager) not one of them brought us water. 20min later he comes back and says "oh well the guys that usually fix the scratches left" handed me my keys and walked away. so we drove over an hour for nothing even when we called ahead. My boyfriend had to go back the next morning and he said Scott was just sitting on his phone texting for like 15min before coming to help him. Scott also pretended he was doing us a favor and not charging us for the 2nd key when clearly you get that one for free. Nobody apologized for the inconvenience when driving back. Overall bad experience and will go to a different Nissan dealership. ***the night I wrote this Scott called my dad and asked him to do a survey for him*** the very next morning Scott txt my dad saying "Because you marked I didn't use an IPad you cost me $1,000".. if you didn't use an iPad and want us to say you used one, that's your fault for not telling us in advance. Not our problem. I called the service manager told him what happened and he said he would speak with Scott and call me back... never did. 2 days later I got a call back about this review apologizing about what happened and if they could do anything to fix it in return of me editing this post. They had already "attempted" to fix the scratch before I posted this so nothing else was promised. Yes they did try and make things better. Still doesn't change my mind about this delarship. One positive person I enjoyed was Chris from financing!! After spending 8hrs that day at the dealership he was very kind when signing all our papers!

Purchase a vehicle there and they will forever keep calling you to sell it back...no matter how many times over the last couple of YEARS I've told them over the phone to take me off their call list, they still do! They call at least monthly, sometimes twice per month. Most recent has been the most persistent, left a message, calls me less than a few days later just a couple minutes shy of 9pm to which I answer it is inappropriate time to call and to also not call me back, then calls me back AGAIN and still doesn't end the conversation when I say I'm not interested while I clearly state, "DO NOT CALL ME." I have no interest in purchasing another vehicle from this dealership because they do not listen. We actually purchased another vehicle from another dealership earlier this year and we don't get pestered with all these phone calls.

From the beginning Tonna was keen on understanding my situation and willing to go the extra mile. She's definitely earned my trust and future business. **Update** it's been 4 years since my last vehicle purchase here and this week I came down to Peoria Nissan with my trade and purchased a new Titan. Went to dealership and they "sold" me on the car before talking money, then added more than $2000 to the price because of the "extras" on that car. I told them I wanted the car for the price advertised but that indeed was the car, and I should have expected there would be "extras." They kept me for 4 hours promising to work something out and used the time trying tro convince me that the car was worth it at the price they were selling it. They were the worst stereotyped car salesmen manipulators I have encountered. Stay away from these bums. By the way, I bought 3 cars at Tempe Nissa over the years and they were as honest and straightforward as as a business can be. I was surprised how the same company (Nissan) can be managed by such different characters. Peoria is deceitful and manipulative.

I normally do not write reviews however I felt the service department deserved my effort. Brought my car in for a simple oil change and lube and as always my service advisor greeted me in their driveway ready to handle my needs. I instructed what service I was in need of and I went home. with in a short time my advisor called to tell me my car was ready and back to the dealer I went. Peoria Nissan does a great job taking care of my car and they get it in and out so I don't waste a day waiting like other experiences I have had at other dealers.. Great job guys and thanks..

I was having problems with the transmission of my '14 Altima. Took it to my normal mechanic and he recommended I take it to the dealership. Not ever having good experiences with dealerships in the past, I was very leery, but I needed my car fixed. I called and spoke with Scott C. and explained everything to him over the phone. He gave me best case and worst case scenarios based on what I told him, but needed to see the car to give definite answers. He was able to schedule me for first thing next day. When I arrived the next morning, Scott came and sat down with me and gave me some comforting news. After we had spoke, he found that my year of Altima had a factory recall on it for a transmission issue. I was very impressed that he continued to find ways to cut the cost of my potential work even after we had spoken. The integrity that he showed really impressed me as he could have just told me that I needed a new transmission and charged me $3K. Turns out that it just needed an update to the computer system. They did a full check of my transmission, updated the computer and sent me on my way free of charge. Couldn't have been more happy with the customer service that Scott provided or the outcome of my repairs. To date, the car runs great. I will certainly be going back to Scott and Peoria Nissan for repairs in the future.

We were able to get a lot of things taken care of over the phone and though email due to my chaotic schedule and he came in after hours and before hours to meet with us. Purchased new car from Long Beach, CA. Moved to AZ. Needed a new dealership to service vehicle. Took car in for 10,000 mile check up. Almost 300 dollars for an inspection, tires rotate and oil change. Free car wash though. However, one of my windows was down about 2 inches while they washed it. Waiting area was nice. Complimentary drinks and treats. The children's toy area was a little dirty.

As soon as you drive onto the lot, the "Lot Lizards" go into full attack mode. They pretty much insist you go inside so they can gather your contact info, financial status, and the scent of your underwear before you can even "browse" for a car. All on the false pretenses that they want to "narrow the selection" only to find they are personally un-knowledgeable about their inventory. Then if you have the patience to make it that far, they will over promise, play the back and forth game and ultimately not give an inch. Steer clear of this place. Pun intended.

The first time I came here was to address a weird sound with my 370Z. They couldn t find an issue so my boyfriend had to diagnose the problem himself. My AC compressor went out and your service techs couldn t figure that out? My boyfriend isn t even a mechanic and he found it. Not to mention they didn t check my fluids and my car nearly overheated on my way home.
Also, Tim the manager doesn t leave me alone about wanting to buy my car off me. I ve told him no many times and I STILL get phone calls every couple days. Tim even hung up on me one day after trying to get me to come in to trade in my car after I said I m not interested. I dread coming here every time I need an oil change. LEAVE ME ALONE TIM. First of all I would like to say that our sales man Travis Garber, ask us very important straight to the point question on what we are looking for in a vehicle. We were very direct so he knew if we would not be able to trade in our vehicle and get it paid off we would not even bother to continue to look at vehicles. So once we knew that our trade would get paid in full we were ready to make a decision on continuing the buying process. Travis is very knowledgeable and took the time to work with us. The delievery process of our vehicle was not what we expected which there were lots of spots all over the vehicle, window tint was bubbling, paint on all tires. I was told we to take as is and anytime we could bring in to get these issues fixed and a loaner would be provided and also the Finance manager name Kevin said we would get a gift certificate for dinner for me and my husband. I call Travis, he said he would call me right back, because he was with a customer. One hour later I did not hear from Travis so I called, he proceeded to tell me to bring in on the next day or two day later. I said that does not work for me you said we can bring in any time and I need to bring in now. I called back and spoke to a manager name Eric and he said bring your car back in now we will have a loaner for you. So I did bring in to get all the issues fixed. They gave me a loaner. On Friday, all items listed were fixed and I turned in loaner. Looks great. Travis went to Albertson's to pick up a gift card and gave to us. When I got home I check the balance of the gift card and the numbers on the back of the gift card did not work. I tried three time so I called Eric he asked if I could take a picture of the gift card and send to his cell phone so I did, the texted me back and said, "I never seen one of these with an invalid number. We can get you a new one on Monday (need to get on from accounting office) or you can go to dinner send me receipt and we will send you a check. Make it $100.00". I said I will pick up on Monday from you I have already started making dinner. Monday is now here I texted Eric this morning he has not responded as of yet it is now past 11:30am I tried to call Eric and he said he would call me back when they have the new gift card. I was able to get a hold of Eric and he offered a Black Angus gift card, I told him we really enjoy Outback Steak so he was so kind to go to Albertson's to pick up another gift card and they also took the time to verify that the card was activated and will work. He called me to pick up, I meet up with Travis and we spoke about this whole ordeal and since Eric and Travis made this right I feel better about the sale of our new vehicle and I am glad we were dealing with such a professional team. Thank you for every thing.

After taking my truck here for a simple oil change...

After taking my truck here for a simple oil change I can honestly say I will never being it here again. First of all it took an hour and a half even with having an appointment, and secondly after getting home I noticed my truck was spewing oil. After having it towed back they now are trying to weasel out of any responsibility claiming my truck had a preexisting condition that caused it to lose over a quart of oil in less than a day. It seems awfully convenient doesn't it? Their irresponsible, accountability-lacking staff now want to charge me $900 to fix their mistake. I think I'll take it to a real mechanic to fix and I'd advise anyone else to do the same.

I think both the salesperson and Asst Manager were personable, helpful and respectful. I would recommend both of them. I also think the dealership was one of the better dealerships that I have dealt with over many, many years.

I went in and found a car and then the finance team put me in another car without talking to me. No one is on the same page. Been over 20 days and they still never sent the paperwork over to my co-signer. They are getting the car back due to there fault. The sale rep and finance team had no issuse that i was on furlough and come to find out the head of finance team said you can not get a car while on furlough. I have never been so mistreated afterwards. I will never go back

I hate being a former customer of these guys. They call every week, without fail, wanting me to trade or buy a new car. I've asked them repeatedly to stop calling - they never really call at a good time. They will not stop. It seems they will never stop. After years of me asking them nicely to stop calling me, I have given up, and will take every opportunity to tell people to not buy a car here unless they really enjoy never ending sales calls. They don't even pretend that you are a customer, you are a dollar sign. Avoid!

I was called and told that they checked my breaks while there for an oil change and they were real bad and should be replaced . Thankfully I declined the service as I knew my brother could change them while my brother goes to change them he tells me WHO told you these breaks were bad, because they are still in great condition. They tried to take advantage of the fact that I was a women and in hopes I'd just say yes change the breaks. Sad sad sad! Am sure so many have fallen for this so sad!

We went to a tent event up in Phoenix. We ended up purchasing a Nissan Versa that night that we were told was towed for most of its life and so didn't really have any "road miles." It wasn't until we pulled into the driveway that the engine started clunking. We took it in the next day to the dealer who sold it to us, Peoria Nissan, only to find out the entire engine was blown. I was amazed that a dealership would knowingly sell a car with a blown engine, and if they didn't know it was blown then I am amazed that they could not adequately locate what should have been obvious to a car dealership mechanic. When we told them we didn't want to do business with them they had two guys come into the office, close the door and pretty much corner us into another car. We told them they gave us a bad car and that ethically if we didn't want to go through with any more business with them, they should let us just leave. The guy then said, "You're right, we can let it go. But we're not gonna do that." Quite frankly, the language these salesmen then used toward us in that room was not BBB worthy, hence the closed door. They then proceeded to try and get us into a vehicle with a higher invoice price, but we moved right past that obvious maneuver, and once we figured out that they were going to keep the jerk-card going, we settled on another used car, a Toyota Matrix. Then there was the usual trying to up-sell when we got back into Finance. That was awhile ago and while it was infuriating in the moment, I'm just glad I'm done with them now and I don't even have that car anymore. So overall, if you're looking for the stereo-typical used car salesman attitude with a hefty side of politician-grade business dealing, then this is the place you'd like to be.

The original salesman we dealt with at the tent event was Jeremy and he was a great guy. I really believe he did not know about the car and he looked so floored when we walked in the next week with our engine situation. In the end, he took good care of us as much as he could before his jerk management team took over. So if you do want to take a shot at this place then ask for him. But in comparing how he was with us to how his management treated us, I doubt he is there anymore. He was a considerate and patient salesman.

Seriously, there's selling a car and then there's being just a rotten human being, the latter of which I do not respect. If you have any more questions about this experience feel free to ask me. I'm more than happy to help you make the best decision in your purchase. I left the names of the jerk managers out of this review (Frank was one) :) but I'd be happy to give any more information anyone wants.

On a side note, the last car I bought was at San Tan Hyundai and they were not sales-ey with us at all (they were my liberation from that stupid Matrix!). I wish they sold ALL cars. Now I guess I have experience at both sides of the spectrum.

I have had such a bad experience with this company so far. I knew exactly what I wanted a 2018 Nissan Aramda. I drove from Flagstaff and the sale went super smooth or so I thought. I was promised by Nick the finance guy who did the deal with us that my car I was trading in would be paid off by October 2nd the day the payment was due. I have great credit and made it clear how important to me it was paid off in time. I called on the 4th and my old car had still not been paid off. I called Peoria Nissan someone said that Nick would get back with me i never herd back. I called again Monday the 7th in the afternoon again they said Nick would get back with me and again I herd nothing back. I called again Tuesday the 8th in the morning and spoke with a finance manager who assured me that they would get back with me that day. Tuesday around 5 I called again because I has still not herd anything. Mind you my payment is now 6 days past due and my bank is calling everyday for payment. Finally a finance manager gets on the phone with me Tuesday afternoon and tells me that they have the check cut sitting to go out over night with Fed Ex. I waited until Friday October 11th called my bank and still no payment. I called and left a message again for Nick and still nothing back. I called again Tuesday the 15th and got passed around. Finally I got on the phone with a lady named Pollyann she was very helpful and said that they sent the check to the wrong bank. How can the send the check to the wrong bank and not catch it. I had to be the one to call multiple times to figure this out. This is the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. Pollyann assures me that the will stop the payment on the check and get a new check sent out and overnight-ed. She told me she would call me no matter what by the end of the day Tuesday the 15th with a tracking number for the overnight-ed check. I also complained to her that Martine my sales rep said he would replaced or fix the mirror when I bought the car and she promised as well I would here from them by the end of the day for that. Pollyann also stated that she would call my bank to make sure I did not get reported to the credit burrow and to let them know whats going on because I am also now getting calls from my bank not only am I super past due but also the insurance was canceled because I know longer own the car but they are going to make me pay for there insurance because they still show me owning the car. Its now Friday the 18th my old car is 16 days past due and still no payment. It was not overnight-ed no one ever called me back including Pollyann as promised or Martine regarding the mirror as promised. My bank has also not herd from anyone. At this point if the car is not paid off by Monday i am going to seek legal action. I am also reporting this business to Nissan and the BBB. I have never in my life had such a horrible experience and felt so undervalued. I own a business and I would never ever treat a customer this way. I will never recommend them or use them and the unfortunate thing is I received a warranty from them and also a package that they will reseal the paint and leather every 6 month and I don't even want to deal with them even in regards to this. I am so upset and disappointed I have bought several cars and have never had such a horrible experience. DO NOT trust or believe in the company everything they say is a lie and they don't even care enough to get back to you to fix it. Once you sign the papers you are nothing to them any more.
