Hello, we bought 2 of our used cars there and they treated us well and the cars were older cars but we needed help and we got. Later when we needed service for our cars, They have always been good to us.

Sales process and salesperson met my expectations ...

Sales process and salesperson met my expectations but the Service Department was unacceptable. I had running boards put on at the dealership prior to delivery as part of the deal and the tech snapped off the bolts that support one section of the running boards on the passenger side and sent it out to me without saying a word. I discovered the issue a couple of days later and had to take the truck back to Nissan for repair. Then I was left in the showroom by the sales manager, Chris, after he said he would meet with me to discuss the problem. I was told he would be out to see me shortly and 1/2 hour later I left, frustrated and disappointed.

Update: The dealership responded to my concerns and made everything right. The Service Manager, Paul, was stellar. My salesperson, Daniel, was attentive and professional. Thank you.

This was my first new car ever purchased. There were deep water spots all over the vehicle (2019 Sentra) the Dealership is remedying the problem. They came to my workplace today to pick up my car and left me a loaner. They I hope are doing everything possible for me to be 100% satisfied with my purchase from them.

Now, about the car. Nice. Good gas mileage, nice smooth ride, came out of a Juke which has a very stiff sporty suspension. So far have had the car just a few days and, so far I think it will be a good car for me. First car in many years, as had Suv's for many years.

The car I was originally looking for didn t work out, but they took the time and care necessary to make sure that my needs were met and because of this I had an excellent buying experience, I would recommend this place to everyone that is serious about buying a car, also I want to thank Jorge Valensuela for making sure I got the financing I was looking for. 10/10 would recommend!

Poor experience. Everything was going well until I said "I want to buy this car." From there I waited for hours before finance would see me, and then when I did see finance I was harassed and pressured to buy their stupid warranty and service package. I probably said at least 30 times that I didn't want any of it and they brought I second person in to pressure me into buying them. Eventually they said that I couldn't get the price that was agreed upon by myself, the sales rep, and a manger of Peoria Nissan. So at that point I walked out of the office and found the manager who came in and "figured out" how to get me that price without the warranty. It was truly unbelievable. I take my Toyota 4runner to the Toyota dealership down the road and have had a great experience. I probably would have done the same for my Nissan, but not after that experience. In fact I would steer anyone away from that place.

Walter listened to what I was looking for and what I wanted to do with my current vehicle and worked an amazing deal! I absolutely love my new 2019 Armada! I had such a horrible experience. I'd give it a 1 star had the sales team not been so great. I purchased my vehicle 09/02/2020. 09/24/2020 I got a notification that my old car payment was due. I called Angel Luna from financing and left a message. He did say that email was the best way to reach him so i did that. He said he sent the payoff already and would verify this. I followed up with him and didn't get a response. I called the lender for my sold jeep and they said they received the check dated for 09/29/2020... 10/19/2020... I called Jeep because I got contacted by collections. They informed me today 10/20/20 that the check was sent after the 7 business day window to recieve the payoff and resulted in the payoff not being able to be applied to my account. I emailed Angel again and still have not received any response. I called Nissan financing and within 4 hours, Chris was able to assure me they had contacted Jeep to get this resolved. For anyone conscious about their credit, you know how unsettling this is! It absolutely disgusting to have a rep drop the ball, not respond or even follow through after sending a payoff 27 days after the vehicle was sold... im beyond frustrated and wouldn't recommend closing any deals with Angel Luna...

Update: I have been hung up on, transferred to the wrong department and had the wrong payoff provided. I ended up selling the car to Gateway Chevy, where they informed me that Nissan s rowed me on my interest rate! I have over 760 credit and they offered me 5.95 where as I received 4.09 with Chevy. I cant explain how disgusted and robbed I feel after dealing with Nissan. I wouldn't recommend them at all. They overpriced that Nissan and left me to deal with all the issues resulting from them sending the payoff a month late.

I was given all of my options regarding type of vehicles to choose from. I wasn't pushed to buy the vehicle that was on the lot longest and had the highest sales spiff. Tharith never rushed me into a decision and the deal we made was as good or better than I expected. I love my new Rogue!

Worked with Kevin in the Service Department on getting the Transmission in my 2009 Sentra replaced. So far i must say the experience has been awesome, they have gone above and beyond to make sure I am well informed, and all parts were covered under my warranty. They even hooked me up with a loaner car for the 6 days that ive been out of a car with no extra cost. As long as the car comes back in working order i will be a very happy customer. Thanks again!

So I purchased a used vehicle from here. I loved our salesman Eddie. I have a couple issues. One is that in the 4 hours we were there no one so much as offered us a bottle of water. The second is I was informed by the finance person Dominic that he would get us a better rate and we would hear from him, we heard nothing. I have also never received the information on the warranty I purchased. Overall it was an okay experience but it could have been better.

I want to thank Peoria Nissan for bringing back Customer Service to the Car Dealership industry, the staff was great I was greeted at the front door instantly and taken care of right away, my car was serviced and everything that was done was explained to me in a way that was easy to understand, I loved the report card (as I like to call it) I received about my car. What a Great Experience!!! Keep Up the Great Customer Service.

Elijah was so awesome. He got me in right away to take care of the recalls on my Altima. There were a few extra are/ need to be addressed but he didn't pressure me to do anything. Instead, he helped me to prioritize what needs to be done first. Then, on top of everything else, they gave me a car wash before I left. Thanks guys. You're awesome

I was in the market for a new vehicle as I was getting rid of my motorcycles. This dealer only called me once after a test drive and it was to confirm that I would be returning (I had said I would bring the bikes in for a quote). After that they left me alone until the day I brought one of the bikes in for a quote.

A couple of days later, I brought in the other bike to get a quote for it. They gave me exactly what I was asking for the bikes. However, the price was pretty far above invoice. So I showed them a printout from USAA with the dollar amount I would like to pay. They matched it without reducing how much they would give me for the bikes.

I had mentioned the exact vehicle that I wanted and they found it at one of their other dealers, but it was pretty far away. They said they might not be able to get it until the following week due to how far it was. Little did I know, they had already brought the vehicle in and stored it in the lot in the back. So, I was genuinely surprised when they pulled it up next to the side door for my inspection. I had thought they had just found the same color that I wanted and wanted to make sure I liked it. Upon getting closer to the vehicle, Jim Fisher (the person I was working with) said, with a big grin, "This is the one you were looking for." Sure enough, it had the options and color I asked for. They said they had it moved in and wanted to surprise me - it worked.

There was an issue, as things were getting busy in the office later in the day, with the fuel not being filled up. However, Jim and another associate and manager were able to get that fixed pretty quickly.

All-in-all, my experience with purchasing a vehicle was one of the best I have had - if not the best. I would suggest checking these guys out for yourself, instead of just reading the reviews here. The worst thing that could happen is that you don't like them and you don't buy from them. Well, that was my attitude anyway.

Great experience, no pressure sales. Hugh took the time to explain things and then we went for a test drive. He even bought us a sandwich because we decided to buy the car and hadn't been able to eat. This dealership is very relaxed and nice...not the typical dealership "feel" of being swarmed by salesman. Very disappointed lately with the service departme...

Very disappointed lately with the service department. Took my vehicle in for a simple oil change...after waiting all day, yes all day, i drive away with the oil pressure Gauge acting erratically. Also on a previous visit, was in for the recall on my passenger side air bag. Was told they could not fix it, but recommended a couple of places I could take it to have it done...at a cost to me....Really, i should pay for a recall. Looking for a new place to take my vehicle for service. One more thing...when waiting for repairs to be completed, I don't need a sales person harassing me about trading for a new vehicle. Very disappointing service past two times.

First time I've taken my car to Peoria Nissan for Service. Already am amazed at the level of customer service I was provided. Elijah is great. He didn't treat me like someone who didn't know what I was talking about. Would definitely recommend him. Bill shuttled me home and is an awesome guy as well who should be rewarded for the way he treats customers. Working in sales/customer service for a financial company, I know all about what it takes to earn a persons business and I think I'm gonna stick with Peoria Nissan from here on out. Thanks guys! A level above the rest!

Robbed and the worst dealership ever been too. I never even received my signed documents which should have been mailed at minimum to me. They let the cosigner take the car prior to the main borrower see or discuss this which is me. The APR was also supposed to be lower by 3 percentage points. This guys are professional scam artists and am very dissatisfied with the car and this place. Choose Toyota on camelback for sure!

Almost 8 years ago I went to Peoria Nissan to purchase a vehicle. I ended up getting a 2007 Nissan Altima and I must say the overall buying experience was remarkably spectacular. There was no drama nor back and forth negotiation and I loved it--thanks to Frank Jarosz! Last Friday I went to visit Frank at Peoria Nissan to see if I could lease a vehicle and he suggested that I test drive a vehicle of my choice to make sure I like it and then we would go from there. I went ahead and drove a 2015 Nissan Altima and actually liked it so I decided to put in application. The whole process was so smooth and seamless; plus and the offer he presented was too attractive to pass on. The hardest part was trying to convince my CEO (for married men out there you might know what I'm talking about) that the color of the vehicle is 'Stormy Blue' but not gray as my 2007 Altima--great job Sultan Washington for pointing that out cautiously without being bias. And Frank, please know that all the time spent over the years assisting me, family, and friends with our automobile needs goes beyond getting a deal and excellent customer experience. You truly made a monumental impression on my boys, especially the oldest, that will stay with them for a very long time. Thank you for always being honest with me. That's extraordinary and is much appreciated!

I do want to let you know that though I was happy with your sales person Jeremy Johnson but I'm absolutely disappointed with Kevin and Ossman (finance person). They both had no respect for my time and on both days. I had with me my wife and kids and they would not appreciate any of our time. We spent about 8hrs on Sun when everything could have easily been expedited. There was not even a glass of water as you guys ran out of water (can't believe). On Mon we spent about 4hrs waiting for a 5mins conversation with Ossman. I was at a point that I was going to cancel the purchase. Thanks to your sales person JJ who held around and requested me to hold on to my order. I understand that you have many customers and I'm not the only one. But you should also recognize that to come out and chose you as a dealer to deal with when there are umpteen out there is also a choice that I made. This is not my last car purchase and I don't think I will make a choice again to go with you if the after sales service does not improve. Particularly Ossman was completely disrespectful. You should consider moving to digital signatures.

Used this dealer back in 2012 to buy a little Tacoma pickup. Paid $9,000 cash, as a single mom, so it was a long-saved-for, big-deal, kind of purchase. Fast forward a year, I had to sell it when I needed the extra cash and couldn t because it had been in an accident. I was told by dealership that it had a clean car-fax but that they couldn t get a copy right at the time of purchase. I was young and stupid. Oh well. I ended up being able to sell for half of what it was worth but I definitely learned my lesson. Dishonest sales rep even let me ring this gong thing they had on the sales floor to celebrate my purchase. Feeling a little stupid now that I look back on it.

Still under Nissan standard warranty, the crew at Peoria Nissan were able to diagnose and repair the issue in under a week.

Jon Depue, my service adviser, went above and beyond to answer questions, provide status updates and put me in a Rogue while my truck was being repaired.

The team at Peoria Nissan provided exceptional customer service to such a degree that I believe it to be worth noting.

I've tried other places, but found myself saving money by going to the dealership that understands my vehicles needs without the tricky up selling strategies and unprofeasional work other places I've gone to by trying to spend less....not worth it! Kyle greeted me with a smile. As soon as I walked in.
He was very helpful explaining to me where the nail was in my tire and showed me exactly where it was located. Needless to say I needed a new tire.
He then showed me inside three different areas where I can find a comfortable spot to wait while my tire was replaced.
Everyone at the service shop was pleasant and helpful. I would recommend other Nissan customers to go to this location.

BTW Nissan should think of a senior citizen discount. I can get more people in there. 10% would be good.

Went to Peoria Nissan on 11/2/19 to trade in our van for a different vehicle.
We found a Buick we liked, so we gave the sales person Jay Jay our keys to the van and
he gave us the license for the van. Deal done we thought..On 10/22/20 we found out
that the van is on our credit for 8000.00. We were super confused on how this could
be since we traded in our van for the Buick on 11/2/19. I called Peoria Nissan on 10/26/20
and the manager and sales employees said that the van was not on the trade in paperwork
and there was nothing they could do. which I am not excepting that answer so I emailed
the general manager and the next day, I got a voicemail from manager Jin Lee saying he
would like to talk about what happened on 11/2/19 per my email to the general manager. I
returned his call and he said the van is not on the paperwork and that he has a recording
of my husband saying it's ok to drop the van off at our house. We are still waiting on
that recording (which they don't have because my husband never agreed to that).
I would not recommend doing business with them. They need some serious training at that
location.

I went to Peoria Nissan to have my oil changed. When I bought my car it was explained to me if I got my oil changed at the dealership, the first one would be free and then I would pay for the next one and then continue with free, pay, etc. which I felt was a good deal. When I pulled up I was met by "my" service agent (didn't actually know I had one) who explained what the visit would consist of -- oil change, top off any fluids, tire rotation, pressure check... I told him I was happy about that bc I was just about to take my car over to have my tires rotated at Big O or Discount Tire (free rotation and alignment, bc they are hoping when you need tires you'll be back). Out of curiosity, I asked what the cost would be for the "oil-change" and was told $109, which shocked me since I was expecting to pay under $50 since I usually go to Jiffy Lube. I told him that this would be my last "oil-change" at Nissan bc I felt it was too expensive. He explained that it was due to all the "extra" things it provided but if I didn't want them, he could have them do just an oil change and it would only be $44. I told him I did want that but I would still go to Jiffy Lube next time bc they automatically topped off all fluids as part of their change and I could take my car to the other tire places to get an alignment and rotation for free. I asked for the cheaper oil change and they topped off my fluids and washed the car. I also needed a new battery and bought a warranty for $29 which provided a free oil change. I do like everyone I have dealt with at Nissan since buying the car in 2015, except the narcissistic financial guy, whom I never plan to deal with again. So, overall I think it was a good experience. The jury is still out as to whether I will return for the next oil change since Jiffy Lube is much closer to me. We'll see...

I can t believe I didn t post this months ago. My wife came into get a quote on repairs. I let her know that I knew she needed a new washer reservoir and a skim plate because I ran over a hub cap on the freeway. A few hours later she called to let me know it was an 5800$ fix. When I asked how I realized they preyed on my wife as a female who knows nothing about cars.
They claimed her car with less than 10000 miles on it had a serpentine belt, so in need of repair that she could not drive it any further or else she would be stranded on the side of the freeway. Also, apparently this replacement belt costs 600$, which is odd to me. They quoted a repair to the bumper at 4500$. It did not need replaced and you could barely see a scratch but they claimed it would fall off, be stuck under her tire and she would, you guessed it, be stranded on the freeway. Long story short, I went elsewhere where they let me know this happens all the time and I got the water reservoir and skim plate fixed for 450$.
I also checked the belt, just as sturdy and beautiful as the day I bought it. THIS PLACE IS CROOKED!

See my review below. Well I retract that statement as not long after I was asked to do a survey and upon completion was told that I did it wrong and cost the salesman bonus money!!!!

I had a great experience on 4/20/19 walked in with a goal and with the help of the the great staff especially Rick Melara. He went above and beyond to make sure we walked away happy. I recommend Rick to anyone that visits Peoria Nissan.

This is my second car I have purchased from Peoria Nissan. The first experience was great. 2 years later I came back to trade in my Altima for a new one and my salesman was Arthur "Chino" Brown. He was awesome! He was friendly, knowledgeable about the product, and was entertaining. The girl that helped us with our paperwork, I believe her name is Kaitlyn, was efficient and very upbeat and made it a smooth process. Huey, one of the finance managers, came in to thank us for our business and made me feel like a VIP. To top it all off, they had a BBQ with hamburgers , hotdogs, chips and soda. Good Times.. I will be back in 2 more years for another trade in:)

I always get excellent service here. The service employees all appear to be wearing masks so I feel safe. Not so much the sales staff. Barely a one had a mask on except for the receptionist. Most were all youngsters , maybe they don t get the implication of Covid? So four stars for service. No comment on sales.

Went for a repair for an issue that appeared on the LAST DAY of my extended warranty. While waiting for the oil cooler leak to be repaired, we looked into the cost of purchasing another warranty on our 2013 Rogue. The cost (for 2 or 3 more years of warranty) would have been about as much as a down payment on a new Rogue, so we decided to look at them. I can't say enough about Serge Angounou, our salesman. He is so knowledgeable about the cars, and very personable and easy going. It was a pleasure to work with him and make our first NEW CAR purchase in 36 years! I love the comfort, power seat and power lift gate in my new Rogue. It will make my life so much easier!
