We went in for an oil change on my 2018 Nissan frontier. Was over due and they got us in the same day. They did a wonderful job. Would highly recommend them. Price was reasonable.

Had an appointment with a specificsalesmen, got there and he took another customer and wasn't available for us. Also went in for a 2018 Rogue, didn't have one but said they would give us a great deal on a 2019.....wrong!!!!! Not a great experience as a returning customer....
I've been going there for a decade...only one bad experience. But otherwise no issues. Service center is great! Ask for Scott 3/22 They still impress me! Scott Clouse is the one to see in the service department. He/they really go above and beyond!
Love Peoria Nissan! I'm from Goodyear and I prefer driving the extra 20 minutes to go here; service staff is really nice and they always make sure you are well taken care of

I had a service appointment for a powertrain concern, I took my vehicle in on a Saturday morning, the vehicle was "diagnosed" for a few hours and I was contacted that everything was fine. No issues, all the updates were already installed. The gesture that made me question everything was when the service guy said "we also had it washed for you" I was pleased from everything I was told at this point, when I went outside to drive away I saw the same bird feces I drove in with. I decided to get a second opinion at the Nissan in Tempe because of the powertrain concern, indeed they informed me that the vehicle was missing an update for the computer etc etc. One of the service managers even test road with me so I can duplicate the issue, the guy at this Peoria location refused to have someone ride with me. You get paid to do a JOB, I wonder how many other customers get the ol bait n switch.. especially those who know nothing about cars, people get fired for far less. I hope one of those in a higher position at this location can talk to the team there, unethical and very unprofessional. First and last time at this location.
I just have to say how amazing Ben is...He took care of my family and I and helped me feel so comfortable and happy with my decision! His boss Brandon came in and helped us get a better deal and we couldn t be happier! Dealing with financing is always stressful but Nick made the experience amazing and fast and Really nice he knew how to handle my toddler by giving him a coloring book and crayons and made him smile from ear to ear! I don't understand why this place has good reviews. If you know exactly what you want but want to spend 5 hours of your time at a dealership for no reason, then head to Peoria Nissan!
I have bought a handful of cars in my day, but this experience was by far the worst. Our sales rep Scott was great, but everything else was terrible. We came in knowing exactly what we wanted, and already had a pre-qual ready to go, yet it took us more than 5 hours to leave with the truck. I know that it was a busy weekend, but it should have been much smoother. The initial negotiations were ok, the fees were a bit higher than I thought. Then sitting in the back room for an hour getting sold a warranty I didn't want, after being there for 4 hours already, was the kicker. I was trying to be blunt in what I wanted, but kept getting pushed after saying no I don't know how many times. We eventually settled on something just because I was starving and wanted to leave.
On top off all that, when I left the dealer, while on the highway, I realized that the car was on EMPTY, and had to pull off to full up. The low pressure tire gauge also came on the next day. We only received 1 key without a transponder, so we will have to order a few of those. Some accessories that should have came with this model were missing, like the tie downs in the bed, and some nicks in the plastic really should have been fixed especially for a "certified used" car.
I hate car dealerships. I HATE them. But there was something different about Peoria Nissan. I was not the usual "Hey look at this car its fully loaded and you need it. It was" hey, want do you want to pay and I work to get you as close as possible." I was not the run of the mill buy all this because you need it. I was "hey, you should buy this; but these you might want but its not a life or death thing. Eric Olson and Arthur brown made buy my first car from a Name brand dealer so easy, my friends and family are jealous about it.
Leased a car from here and at first was not happy with some things. Went back after three days of having our brand new 2019 nissan. My objective was to give the car back. After talking with a manager and they took my chrysler for a trade in so i didn't have to surrender it to my old finance company and mess up my credit. Let me keep the new car and had me at a 4.09% interest rate. Our car payment was higher but we have a 6 year warranty. Me n my family left happy and proud to become a member of the Nissan family!!!! Thanks!!!

The service was fast and the service technician was extremely friendly. The expected waiting time for when I got there was an hour and half, but they were extremely busy. But, they got the job done. The waiting area is clean and has a children's corner. Water and coffee is provided for free with vending machines for snacks and soda. There is also a TV set to the Auto Network to keep the ambiance from getting stale. The service was great and premium. I recommend bringing your Nissan vehicles, even not under warranty to get the best service your vehicle can get.

Take your time and find exactly what feels right for you. Very large selection of Vehicles away from street view. That is where the vehicle was waiting for me. Just like choosing a puppy dog. It needs to feel right. I recommend seeking out Ashley to find your vehicle.

I walked in to purchase a new 2014 Nissan Sentra. I visited the dealership on three separate occasions before I selected the trim I was happy with.
I called the day I had at least a six hour window before I had to be at work. Rachael the saleswoman I worked with was so nice! She was helpful and really helped me find the car I liked. It went completely downhill from there.
I had been quoted a specific price on my prior visit and brought the deal with me the day to sign. My credit had been run and I was ready to get going on it. Over the phone I had been told I could get their promotional 0% financing. They had run my credit already and Rachael spoke with the financing office to verify they could do 0%.This is the whole reason I ended up deciding on this dealership.
Suddenly, not only was the car three thousand more than originally agreed, but there is no 0%. There is 4.5%. Fine, I'm annoyed but I like the car enough to spend it.
I proceeded to spend three hours waiting. Just sitting there. Waiting. Three hours before I made it back to the financing office to sign all the paperwork. There, I find out my "new" car has 1600 miles on it. What?! I should've just left then! But no, I proceeded to call out of work to finish signing for the car and then waiting another hour for the car to be detailed.
I do my inspection of the car and there is pocket change in the console. So under the impression they never even looked at the inside or did any detailing.
I go home, love my car, and am miffed about the experience.
Suddenly, I'm called over ten days later to tell me the financing fell through. I need to bring the car back THAT DAY to work out a new deal. At this point, I am beyond enraged. The man on the phone became very firm that I absolutely have to bring the vehicle back to the lot. So I go home, pull my stuff out of the car, and get all of their dealership stuff together and go back after work.
They want $1000 down and a cosigner. What?! They ran my credit, proceeded to tell me they had found me financing, and suddenly the whole thing changes? I said no, honor the deal or take the car back. They refused to honor their agreement, and then became upset with me saying I hadn't met their requirements. You ran my credit and you gave me keys! Needless to say, I handed over everything. I was then brought outside in the RAIN to stand there IN THE RAIN while they inspected the vehicle for damage. At least an additional half hour.
Before leaving, I wanted documentation saying they were severing any contracts and that I was no longer financially responsible for that car. He tried to convince me he could try another financing option. No, I want proof you're going to stop running my credit. So he goes inside and I proceed to wait outside. He never comes back out. I flag a sales person and they go in and find a piece of paper he's scribbled on.
No apologies whatsoever. Twelve hours total of my time completely wasted. I will be complaining to the BBB. I have told everyone I know to never come to this bait and switch dealership. You have lost my family's business for life.
I am now the proud owner of a vehicle purchased from Autonation. Whole process took three hours with a better rate and no cosigner or anything down.
AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP. They ran my credit THIRTEEN times! I have never experienced an utter lack of customer service in my LIFE.

I went to this dealership because I liked all the signs with deals, so my mom and I gave it a shot and we had an awesome salesman named Arthur Brown!!! He wasn't pushy or bossy, he really has the customers interest at heart, and the coolest part is he is from the same state and town we are.... That doesn't happen all the time, so we had a connection from the start. But the financial people are the pushy ones. Long story short we ended up with a preowned 2016 Nissan Versa. I will go here again.
Worked with a salesman Rich got a number they would agree on. Went to get the information needed as in blank checks in my truck I was trading. During this time they were closing. So John Breeser and I hurried to submit my stubs and proof of insurance. He comes back saying banks are closed and we would have the final answer tomorrow.
3 hours after opening the next day I call to check the status. No one is reachable until I called back the first salesman and he tells me it is sold.
HOW THE HELL IS A DEALERSHIP GOING TO HAVE ME COME BACK HAVE ME SUBMIT ALL MY INFO. THEN TELL ME THE TRUCK IS HERE AND IT'S NOT GOING ANYWHERE AND THEY WOULD CALL ME BACK TOMORROW. IF IT WERE SUPPOSEDLY ALREADY SOLD LAST NIGHT!
THE OBVIOUS REASON WAS THEY BS ME OUT THE DOOR BECAUSE THEIR SNAKE OF HEAD MANAGER CAME IN AND KILLED THE DEAL BECAUSE THE NUMBERS DID NOT SUIT HIM TO HIS LIKING OF BEING PROFITABLE FOR HIM! AS THE SALESMAN COMMENTED HE WAS QUOTE ON QUOTE "A DEAL KILLER"

Both my daughter and I have now bought 4 cars from here and absolutely love the service we received. First bought 2 cars then a month later upgraded (long story). Our sales woman Tonna was fantastic! She paid attention to the details of our needs in a vehicle and got us both into the cars we wanted! The manager Kurt was amazing too! Everyone involved in our deals was such a pleasure to do business with. We will upgrade again in a year or two and wouldn t think of going anywhere else. Customers for life!
Man where do I start, First off they will completely lie to you just to get you to come in. I was told by another Nissan dealership that they are bad to do business with I figured they just wanted me to go to their dealership so I thought I would give it a try. Waste of time. The sale rep kept telling me come on in we have more rebates and we are giving 125% towards your trade in. The rep was not there when I showed up so someone that work with them helped me. When I asked about the additional rebates I was told that I was lied to by the other sales rep. I brought my car in I was offered $925, I wanted to laugh these guys hope that you are stupid and and try to kill you on anything. If you are buying a car don't go here waste of time. if I could give them a zero I would.
I just bought an altima. I went in with needs & wants. Trey & the team worked hard to meet those needs & wants and then COMPLETELY EXCEEDED THEM!! It's our 2nd car from Peoria Nissan and we received a great deal first time around which is why we came back. But this time around was far better for us!! Thanks Peoria Nissan!! We will definitely keep coming back for our future vehicle needs!!!
I have given the management of Peoria Nissan more than enough of an opportunity to make ANY attempt at having a conversation about my unsatisfactory experience prior to leaving this review. It has now been 17 days since writing to the general manager of Peoria Nissan and CEO of Berkshire Hathaway Automotive the email below, which was in response to an email I was sent following the very poor visit to this dealership...
"I understand that this is an automated email, but I still find it quite laughable. You're desire to demonstrate an 'outstanding shopping experience' was not conveyed in my visit yesterday afternoon. The experience I had during my visit to Peoria Nissan was what most would expect from a car dealership, and that is not a compliment. If your desire is to live up to the negative stigma that surrounds car sales, Peoria Nissan is doing well. Many other dealerships have begun to realize that being baited, made to wait in a small room while being passed between four different associates, each with their own obviously rehearsed tactics is not the car buying experience people wish for, and are attempting to find more authentic means of selling cars. So, I suppose kudos to you for sticking to your guns.
To the specifics of my particular visit, I was disappointed to not have had the opportunity to meet with Greg Reiner because he very well may have followed through on his word, but as it stands I was either flat out lied to by him or I was lied to by the rest of your sales staff that I had the misfortune of dealing with during my visit. As I explained to Greg in our email and phone conversations leading up to my visit, the Nissan Frontier was one of a few options I was exploring. I was very straight forward with my finances and expectations, which he seemed to appreciate. He explained that he had the ability to bring the price of the Frontier lower than advertised. I told him that I was going to another dealership first, but depending on how things went, Peoria Nissan would be my next stop. Long story short, I was ultimately told that regardless of what Greg had said, the price on the vehicle was not going to go any lower than advertised, nor would other incentives be applied.
Your email states 'I will do my very best to not waste your time...' Yesterday, I visited four dealerships including yours, and I can conclusively say that Peoria Nissan was the only one of the four that wasted my time. If your staff had met my needs, or at least followed through on their statements, I could very well be the owner of a brand new Nissan Frontier from Peoria Nissan, but as it stands I am now the proud owner of a brand new GMC Canyon from Yates Buick GMC.
Perhaps losing my business will make no impact on your success whatsoever, but for the sake of not wasting your own time or anyone else's and for the sake of simple morality, train your staff on what being a salesperson means in this day and age, and stop making a bad name for those who are actually reputable."
At this point niether Greg Reiner, general manager Chuck, nor CEO Jeff Rachor have followed up to even acknowledge my concern. Clearly they feel that they're doing fine with such sleazy tactics.
Maybe you can still fare well with them, but fair warning of what you're in for.
Went with my niece as she purchased her car. Tim Ianos worked with us, and hung in there as we worked to arrive at a price for her trade-in and her "new" car. We are very pleased with Tim and my niece's car and with the perseverance and patience exhibited by Tim.
Absolutely everything has gone smooth because of everyone on the back end. The only thing that I d say is feeling of rushing through checking the car out.. granted it was hot outside but there had been several things I had mention to my salesmen that weren t taken care off by the time I left.. and had to drive the 40 minutes back to get the simple things I had pointed out fixed. If you re dealing with a sales person make sure to be VERY assertive. Their service team has been great tho, I would highly recommend their mechanical protection program when purchasing any of their cars.
The first thing that I noticed about the reviews: most of the recent reviews are either 1 or a 5. Due to the lack of 2s, 3s and 4s (which I believe should occur more in an unbiased environment) I don't even believe that the 5s are real.
I bought my first certified used car from them three years ago, which was a big mistake. Duue to my short credit history, they got me into a deal in which I overpaid at least $2000 if not more. Two years later they started calling me with deals and one time I went in to take a look at the cars and they started the bargain with a $2000 above the actual price and 12.59% interest rate (I pay only 2.59% now). Two hours later I realized that I was not going to buy a car that day and I asked for my debit card and they kept us for another two hours. Few weeks later one of the representatives called me saying that they are okay with my conditions and when I went in, they started with the higher price and 12.59% interest. (On the phone, I was told that I qualified for 0% interest rate). I gave them one and a half hours to get the deal ready - they not only failed to do that, but they started ridiculing me by saying this is like you are coming to Walmart and take the best TV and say I want it for $100. Since I was told that they accepted my terms, and drove 120 miles to the showroom, I told them to put me on a do not call list and interestingly I received a couple more calls recently. Now, unfortunately I cannot believe whatever they say on the phone. So I won't drive that 120 miles even if they say that I won a free car.
Deb was amazing!! I came early (hours early) to an appointment and she made sure I was seen as soon as possible. Very accommodating and wonderful to work with. I will request her every time I get service!
We just purchased our 4th vehicle in 8 years from Tonna. She always makes the buying experience fun and pleasant! Tonna values the relationships with her clients and takes the time to get to know them and that s a big reason why we are client s of hers. I view Tonna as a consultant who helps me get what I need and want when purchasing a vehicle. She s honest and tells you like it is, no games and I appreciate that I am able to complete a deal without 3 other Closers coming in at different times of the negotiation process trying to force a deal down my throat. I am also very impressed with Christopher Drobney in finance. He arranged financing on our last two purchases. Chris is a pleasure to deal with. He presents you with options on everything from extended warranties to life & disability payment protection and is not pushy at all. He also conducts himself as a consultant trying to help you obtain the best financing you can qualify for as well as the extras if you choose to add them.
Peoria Nissan is an excellent dealership that hires and developes professionals in every position/department and it s no surprise to me that the sell the volume they do and are ranked as high as they are. They ve been taking care of me and my family for over 8 years now and I hope it will be for many more to come.
This Wednesday I bought yet another Nissan from Peoria Nissan, a 2017.5 Murano. So far I love the car. Thanks to Frank and John Breeeer I was in and out and a little over two hours. Apple CarPlay is very cool ... All Nissan's should come with it.
I leased my first Nissan Altima from Peoria Nissan in 2004. I have now leased 7 Nissans from them since then and I have to say - they are the best dealership I have ever dealt with. Most of my deals have involved Frank Jarosz who is now the General Sales Manager and is the one of the greatest car people you will ever deal with.
I have had the pleasure of working with just a few sales folks that Frank has always hand-picked and they have been excellent too. The most recent being Robert Jones - who I would recommend anyone contact.
The service department at Peoria Nissan is excellent. If there is a problem, the Service Manager, Emilio, will be more than happy to address your concerns and make sure it gets resolved.
Have you had a dealership invite you to a customer appreciation night and not try to sell you a single thing? Didn't think so. Well, Peoria Nissan had a red carpet event for many of us and not one sales pitch. Very impressive. Gave away some great prizes too.
On July 5, 2014 we bought our 6th Nissan - a Leaf and then in August, 2014 we bought are 7th Nissan - an Altima. We love both cars and again - couldn't say more about the entire staff at Peoria Nissan and how great they are to work with.

If I could give this place zero stars I ABSOLUTELY would! Very bad communication throughout this whole dealership! I was getting into a new car, got talked into a used car that I really wanted just to find out it's harder to get loans for used cars. Nobody could explain to me for what reasons I wasn't approved. Never had the same person working on my file so each person I spoke to had a did story for me. They put so much pressure to buy and ended up screwing me over in the end. They had completely no sympathy didn't care to make things right all they kept saying saying was good question, I wish I could answer that for you. I was sending 2 friends over but after this I would NEVER recommend anyone to Peoria Nissan . The financial dept is such a mess! Biggest mistake ever!!!
I was hustled into buying a car that was traded in the same day I bought it. Never been to a dealership like this and fooled into thinking I bought a car in good condition. Had the car less than a month and the ac started ticking. Took it in to get checked out and was covered under my warranty, which I was told it was that's the only reason I bought the coverage. $2,500 to fix. BS don't ever go there
I had some of the same experiences here that other people did. I told them I had to leave at a certain time and they held my keys hostage. Apparently they must do this to a lot of people. Broken promises and false hope the extended warranty guy is a liar.
I bought my 2014 Nissan Murano at Peoria Nissan back in September. Chuck and his whole team took the time out to go over features and explain financing to my husband and I. They were so welcoming and answered all of my questions. I was very happy with their service and everyone at the dealership was extremely nice and helpful. Got 2018 Nissan Rogue SV White.... Sales representative was more than willing to listen to me and make the deal happen rather than pushing for what they want me to agree upon... I was explained about the car and on top of that car was delivered to my place as I had to drive back my existing car... 3 hours total - In and Out.. Good experience.. I recently purchased my new Altima from this dealership and I couldn't be happier. My salesman Sarko saw us looking at a car outside and was getting us some information about the car when I saw the 2018 Altima Midnight edition that they had on the showroom floor. He saw my interest in it and we were able to get an amazing deal on it. He helped me set up my phone and garage door opener in the car and was professional from start to finish. My parents got their car from this dealership, I got mine, and I'm pretty sure my family will too going forward.

I want to thank you Debbie and her beyond excellent customer service. I contacted Nissan repairs less than 15 min their closing time. An angel called Debbie answered the phone and without any hesitation she said to me come over ASAP . I got there literally 3 minutes before they close the store. She had my new battery waiting for my arrival. 15 minutes later I had a brand new battery installed and my suv was ready to go. I have such a relief and a worried less off my shoulders. I will never go back there again! Way too expensive on their stuff.went to another reputable place they showed me the things that were wrong with my vehicle. And only charged me half the price.
The service department offers what can best be described as "strained-smile" service. It's as if they barely tolerate questions from customers. This is why the only time I go to Peoria Nissan is if I have a coupon for free service. I will never give them one penny of my money.
