I have just had the BEST car buying experience I have ever had!! Everyone I have dealt with at the dealership have been so professional and nice not always a common experience when buying a car!!
However, I must tell you that the most important reason I bought my new Titan truck from them was how exceptional and sweet my sales woman, MELO CONTRERAS, was to work with!! If you want to have the best buying experience, too, ask for Melo! She is amazing!! I expect we will continue being friends going forward as she was so incredibly personable and.she was NEVER pushy or insistent.

So we went back to the dealership and they were able to get her the white one she wanted. We were in and out with in 2 hours which made us very happy that we didn't have to spend all night there. I went to get an oil change on my 2010 nissan maxima, made an appointment at 1130am, i arrived and 11:15am and left at 2:58pm. When i made the appointment service guy stated it would take approximately 1-1.5hrs. Service adviser never informed me of the status of my vehicle and after being at the dealership waiting for my vehicle for over 3hrs, i was never explained on what service was completed or anything, he just said sign and pay and that was it.

Found a used car advertised on their website for $13k. Test drove it then sat down to talk numbers. Their first offer was over $16k just for the car, over $3k in options, and an out the door price of over $21k. The options included paint protection that was supposedly already applied when every panel was rough to the touch, the rear deck had visible UV damage, every panel is full of swirl marks, and the UV protectant on both headlights is broke down and they are clouded over. So in one offer they pulled a bait and switch and lied about having applied paint protection. Car is still for sale over 2 weeks later.

My brother and I came here to look at cars. We had a few dealers on our lost and this was our first stop. We looked at a 2011 Altima that was a little pricey. We wanted to leave and go see another car and they basically told us no. After telling them for over 20 minutes that we wanted to at least go see another car. They immediately started bashing the other dealership and putting down their cars. We went and looked at the other car which was far better than any other car they had and Ben came with a factory Waranty. They called us a few days ago and we told them we found a different car and where no longer in the market.
The sales person called is "suckers" and that we are screwed and that our car will break down and leave us stranded.
I was astounded. I record all my calls and will be talking to my lawyer and filling harassment claims if this dealer or anyone from their organization so much as mails me a letter unless it is an apology.

Melo treated my time with the highest importance and never once was I uncomfortable. Negotiation was smoother than any other I ve experienced. Her follow ups are appropriately timed and never inconvenient. Peoria Nissan is top-notch and absolutely cares for their customers, I d highly encourage anyone to go there and to also ask for Melo, if possible. I called early in the week (Tues or Wed)and scheduled an oil change and a detailing for Saturday the 4th. I scheduled it early because they said they would need the car for a longer period because of the detailing. I arrived 15 minutes early 10:15 AM (was scheduled for 10:30am). Only for Vince to tell me that they do not do detailing on Saturdays. Why wasn't I told this when I made my appointment? I even told him he could keep my car for the whole day if necessary. He said he would try and get it done. When I picked up my car at 2:15 PM he said they were only able to vacuum and wash the car. (They did not do this to the backseat or floor of the back seat). He did offer to get the detailing done during the week. But as I told him I work in sales and need my car during the week for my sales calls. Never did he offer a loaner if I was to bring it in during the week. Every time I bring my car in there has always been an issue. Last time I had an oil change they didn't check the air in my tires nor did they fill my windshield wiper fluid. The car wasn't cleaned well either, so I was offered a detailing for those reasons. Now here we go all over again, and I still can't get the detailing done. What would you do???

We purchased a used 2016 Cruze with 72,000 miles. Everything since then has been a mess. They needed to replace a windshield and the casing for the rear lights. This took them 5 days. We were even told the car was done, when it wasn't and wasted our time going to the dealership to get it. We were told the car would be detailed, it wasn't (my wife made them go back a second time).
Less than 2 weeks later I find a leak and take the car back in. At first they said that I could come back another day because they were busy. I refused to leave and they took the car and gave me a rental for my trouble.
They water pump was replaced. However, 11 days later the check engine indicator comes on AND the passenger side actuator went out at the same time. The check engine light was a loose gas cap (we were told) but they wanted to charge us over $200 to replace the actuator. This was supposedly AFTER they waived the labor costs. I found a mobile window repair company to do the same work for the same cost. When we complained about this, the sales manager Jason simply said "You shouldn't have bought a car with that many miles" and continued to try and upsell us on a Nissan. This would require our payments to go up almost 25%. The entire process since buying this vehicle has been a nightmare and I could not recommend this dealership to anyone.

Luis in parts thinks he can get away with ripping you off on parts! Guess what ..... not everyone is an idiot! Some people know the MSRP before they show up. They may reserve the right to charge OVER MSRP, But we have plenty of other dealerships around with a fair price....

Well, I gave them as long as i could stand. Here's the TLDR version. Liars, and thieves, at least the sales department. Service department was good, albeit slow and inept. Long version to follow.
I was foolish enough to believe them that they said they had a second key. During the paperwork signing they said they couldn't find it, but they would get the second key to me, they didn't. I contacted about a dozen times and got answers either dodging me entirely, or claiming they never got it from the prior owner and that they weren't able to get it from her, but they would keep trying. Almost a year later, and i'm without a second key. I asked if they could help me remedy the problem (hoping they would at least split the cost, since i was lead to believe i would have one in hand) and was told I could buy a new one for something like $400. I know i should have gotten it in writing that they would provide me the second key, but i was foolish enough to think they would stand by their word. First mistake.
They told me my car was worthless and would be sent straight to auction and only gave me $500 for my trade, I came back to the dealer three days later (another problem i'll explain later) to find that my traded car was on their lot for $8000!!!! Hopefully some unfortunate soul did not get scammed buying that.
Then there's the reasons I was back at the dealer a few days later to witness my highly marked up trade in. There was an engine light that popped up when i test drove (it's a 2016, how bad could it be really), i can't remember what they excused it as, but they cleared it and everything seemed fine. Got it home, popped up again. Brought it in, was told it was nothing, cleared it and sent back home. Didn't even make it home and it popped up AGAIN. I got it checked myself at autozone, some kind of engine shutter dampers or something. I took it in and told them i had it read and what the problem was and they finally fixed it, although they now had to keep my car for a week when they should have never put it on the lot like this.
None of this should be surprising, because we've all gotten accustomed to the idea of the scummy lying car dealer. Naively i thought in 2017 that may have changed. This dealership is absolutely not to be trusted, don't trust them at their word, don't trust the vehicles on their lot, and absolutely don't trust their prices, or their valuation of your vehicle. If you choose not to heed my warnings, prepare to be scammed.

BEWARE OF USED CARS. Even though it was a certified preowned car, I was sold a car used by a chronic smoker and both sales and service team knew about it. They used Air Freshener or something for the test drive and the WORST SMOKE smell came back in 2 days. When I reached out to the sales team they said they can t do anything about it. With two kids in the family suffering from this smell, it is REALLY bad experience buying this car. The salesman knew about kids as well but he still SOLD it. UNETHICAL BUSINESS PRACTICE.

Rich was very helpful in showing us multiple cars and prices, but after we negotiated, test-driven, and decided to buy one of the cars for $15,000 + tax and other fees, the sales manager subtly changed his mind about the price we agreed upon, even though Rich contacted him first before lowering the price by $1000. To add insult to injury, some idiot decided that stapling my debit card to some paperwork through the magnetic stripe was a brilliant idea... If I could gush about the service adviser for a minute: Paul Watz, what a dream. He represents what all working class men should strive to be. A gentleman through and through, made me feel at home, and explained everything to me that I didn't understand (and believe me, that's a lot!) If I had a nickel for every compliment I would have for the dealership and my experience, well then, let's just say there would be a new billionaire running for office next year! I have never been so impressed with a car dealership! My friend and I came here last week after a pretty crummy experience at Surprise Ford. We were looking for a Ford Escape, but she ended up falling in love with a 2017 Rogue. Our salesman, Dean, was a pleasure to work with. Very laidback, kind, funny, and knowledgeable. The negotiation process was so easy, it was the quickest negotiating I have ever been through! We came out getting exactly what we were looking for. Don't explain anything of their paperwork. HORIBBLE PLACE FOR ANYONE TO BUY A CAR FROM. They need to train better their employees on how sell and be honest. What really impressed me happened after the sale. Cameron helped me move several hundred pounds of dirty equipment from my old truck bed to my new truck. This while dressed in slacks and dress shirt. After 3 days of hassle being told I need a co signer and 10% down even with a pre approval and a clean clear trade I decided to investigate with my underwriter for my pre approval. Everything that was submitted to my bank for approval was COMPLETELY different than what I had agreed upon in the store. Purchase price of the vehicle was 2k more than agreed and they hid my clean clear trade somewhere in the deal (never got an answer on where this money went in the deal, if it was) After calling the gm and speaking to him I was told I was wrong and and they knew what they were doing after asking questions on questions with the managers beating around the bush I told them I would bring a check for the purchase amount of the vehicle we had agreed upon. Shortly after that I was told that no longer they could sell me the vehicle I wanted because it did not make Financial sense to them
So needless to say the staff was awesome but I wouldn t trust them holding their hands. In my personal opinion this place should be on rip off reports. After all they are stealerships right?

We waited for almost an hour or more and no one offered us help. Latter we asked the receptionist to call for an employee, but no one came out. A lot of people work in this building, but it feels like no one is doing business. Our deal was only for 2 minutes, which we had been waiting for a very long time!
This is not the first time! Employees are not competent in many issues, because of this we have to spend their time waiting.

Since moving to the Phoenix area in June we have been exceptionally busy in settling into our new home and sort of fretting about our Murano lease which was expiring in October 2018.
In a proverbial nutshell, we met three remarkable people. John B., in Internet, Caitlin with Finance and Paul W. in Service. The conumdrum as always with a great vehicle, is to buy or turn in the Leased vehicle. We loved the Murano.
The three sat with us for over an hour to provide honest and thoughtful answers regarding what we considered very important long term questions about the Murano features we would be purchasing. Continued Warranty, depreciation, and Paul discussed any possible service needs.
We made new friends and took care of the actual purchase that evening. We have now done our complete inspection and are good to go for quite some time.
