We all know buying a car is far from a fun pleasan...

We all know buying a car is far from a fun pleasant experience! But I can honestly say the Nissan team sincerely went over and beyond in every aspect from as simple as making sure we were not thirsty or hungry to compromising on my car deal! Thank you Nissan I would definitely send friends & family your way! Loving my 2017 Nissan Maxima!

The day of buying the car went smoothly but after they sold the car everything went down hill . I bought a 2017 Armada platinum and when I drove it home I notice the tv doesn t work on one of the head rest. I took the car in today to get checked and they said they would need a day or two to fix it . I headed home and was gonna bring the car in on Friday to get fixed. Eldis called and asked if I could bring the car In today so they could fix it and he said I would have a rental waiting and I could just put my car seats in the rental and be done . I got there and they didn t have a rental so I had to drive to enterprise to get one. I got there had to fill out all this info and pay a $50 deposit and pay $25 for coverage if someone were to hit me or a rock hit my window . I said I bought a $3500 warranty and It was covered but they said I had to pay I.t to get the rental. I then moved both car seats and both kids into the rental. I m driving home and notice the sped odometer doesn t work on the car. I have to then head back from Goodyear to Peoria for a 3rd time. I went to the dealership and told them About me having to pay $50 deposit and $25 daily charge. They said that I shouldn t have had to do that. I told them I needed a rental and I was extremely frustrated having to travel with my 2 kids 3 different times from 8am to 1pm. Then they magically found a car for me to use which I don t understand why they didn t do that the first time . I got a couple of apologies which is nice but doesn t make up for my entire day off spent dealing with this problem especially when I bought the car 2 days and I m having to rent a car and travel back and forth to fix a defective tv on a brand new car. I feel extremely frustrated and disappointed in how the dealership handled everything and I hate that I am stuck with them the next 6years for my warranty if this is how they treat their customers

I had such a great experience at this Nissan. Everyone was so kind and answered any questions we had. I recommend coming here instead of Midway Nissan. I've been to Midway as well and the workers and manager were rude to us and didn't explain well. Ramon was our salesman at Peoria Nissan and he was great. He is bilingual so I recommend heading with him. I gave him my budget and he showed me some cars that would fit it. I 100% recommend coming to Peoria Nissan than Midway Nissan.

I have experienced two supremely amazing sales reps and been back for two other purchases before moving to Albuquerque. I came back from Albuquerque to make my fourth Nissan purchase because of the incredible Sales professionals and the Service representatives. Thank you for the opportunity!

The salesmen said one price, and the accounts got signature on other.

With a cranky hungry toddler and 5 hours of "managers" going in and out trying to work the "best price", I became dumb enough to believe what I heard and signed. The accountant completely underplayed when I asked him what the number meant on the deed - and said oh, thats the list price - you got a much better deal.

Basically, they made my down payment look like discount and what I owed after a $6000 down payment was explained as my final price.

When I figured out and went back the very next morning - salesmen agreed to the confusion but no one could do any thing. And since all senior managers were busy scamming other people - the did not let me see them.

They should not be allowed to operate.

Bought a Nissan Maxima: Overall Good Experience, I have a sickness of flipping cars every year and the experience was nearly painless. Sales guy didn't know much on the Maxima and told me I had Bluetooth Streaming but found out 2 days later I noticed I didn't and can't upgrade without spending 2k or get aftermarket radio: VERY Disappointing. On the other side: Mark in Finance was Cordial, Professional and quick to process paperwork. Van Tuyl dealerships are tough in negotiating with their sales managers and F&I guys but this was good. Just wish they would help out in their service department in helping me acquire this Bluetooth option at cost if anything: but nope.

The service center at this place is the worse customer service anywhere. Vince gladly checked in my car and told me it would be about an hour to find out what was wrong. He promised to call me on my cell and said I was free to leave if I needed. My husband picked me up and we went about our errands. Four hours later, yes four, I called Nissan only to get his voicemail. I left a professional message for him to return my call. When he did, about 15 mins later, he said he was sorry that he was busy taking care of his customers. Well geez Vince, I thought I was one of those customers. He informed me that the part needed for my car was special order so they could not do the repair that day. I took it to mean that this is why I was a lower priority to him than the many customers that arrived after me that day. What a waste of time! I will never use this Nissan dealer for service or sales. I will drive to the other side of the valley if I have to. Don't go service here if your time is valuable or you don't mind being treated like you are not important. A simple oil change last year was the same way.

I bought my maxima a year ago and the amount of things the service provider claimed I need had me floored. I had just has a service 3 months prior at a different dealership and everything was in the green. I would like a call at the very least, I felt rushed confused and upset. I left feeling not so confident in my decision to not only buy a nissan but that the info was right.

What ever happened to just plan old customer service without spending money for a product you sell, I called and asked if they did cats converter, Chris said not really unless I wanted to replace complete exhaust and they don't do welding ok koo, then can you tell me what speed transmission I have by Vin , he had the nerve to tell me it wasn't listed wow really Chris, your service department right, if i needed a transmission you could tell me I bet. To put on the right cat I needed to know if it was a 4 or 5 speed chris not lies, thats what greed does, if they aren't making at least 1,000 on everything they quote they can't even be honest. Since you don't do them how about just help with the info no class

I made an appointment online, but Scott didn't show up as being available for the time I needed. Fortunately, he must have seen me and he took great care of me. What I most appreciate was that he told me my car battery was low (he knew I had a weekend trip planned), but that I would probably want to call AAA because it was their battery and that it may still be under warranty. Sure enough.it was and I got it for free. I feel he went above and beyond! Well done..and thank you!

What a great store! I bought a pre owned Ford F-150 from these guys and they were great. Jake helped me the whole way from his greeting to the final delivery of the truck. Jake also helped me get to the price I wanted to pay for the truck. The guys at Peoria Nissan were a great help! Soon I plan to get my wife a new car from these guys. She has her heart set on the 2016 Maxima

Sarkou was professiona,l courteous, and listened. I never once felt pressured (he read me correctly). If I had felt pressured, I would have left. Sales Manager was also professional and listened.

LOVE that rentals are now in-house vs. using a 3rd party. Not only is this far more convenient, but also ensures that the car being used is Nissan quality.

The only reason i am giving this place one star is because there's no option to give it less. By far the worse experience! They truly do not care about the customer, its all money for them. Getting a hold of someone is impossible i left several voice mails and emails and nothing. I will never go back to Nissan Peoria and especially will NOT recommend anyone to do so.

So.....I was at the dealership waiting for my car to get some maintenance when I was approached by one of the sales people, Sarkou, who struck up a conversation. Before long I had traded in my 2018 Leaf for a 2019 Leaf which will roll-over to the Leaf e+ when it become available later this year. I am not dumb...they made me a deal I couldn't refuse. Everyone was nice. The facilities are nice. The maintenance department has done me good when I have needed them....I can highly recommend this dealership.

This was my first visit to this location at Peoria Nissan, and I had Scott C come up to get my information for an oil change and offered an Uber ride. Although I was getting picked up by a friend, having the Scott providing this transportation was convenient as other locations didn't offer that.

Also, since I brought my vehicle in on the Saturday, I knew that it would take about 2-3 hours before the service would complete. So I had lunch and ran some errands, then received a phone call about 3 hours later from Scott telling me that the vehicle is done and even washed! He also offered for an Uber ride back to the dealership, but I already had a ride back to pick up the vehicle. Overall, I had a pleasant and positive experience here at this Nissan location. They are very professional and courteous.

It s always sad to experience poor customer service, especially from a professional sales team. The internet sales manager and the assistant GM are unskilled in the most simple aspects of sales, namely effective communication and overall ethics. I submitted an offer to purchase a used vehicle and my offer was accepted. I scheduled a time today to arrive and pay cash for the vehicle. I communicated with the sales manager and my sales rep throughout the day, and they knew I would be arriving at 4:30. As I was about to travel the 40 miles to make my appointment, I received a text: the Yukon was just sold . Wow.
Maybe I expect too much from business transactions these days. How does this happen. At no time was I told the vehicle could be sold out from under me. There was no mention of a deposit to hold in case someone else was interested. Essentially there was no effective communication. When I called and spoke to the assistant GM he basically said, too bad, that s unfortunate . How does this translate to brand reputation? I will tell you. They will never have my business or that of anyone I know. Everyone has a circle of influence. Increasingly, there is no common courtesy or even basic manners in transactional sales. All we can do is voice our displeasure, and avoid businesses like Peoria Nissan. Think twice about wasting your time here folks. There are far too many other choices. Choose a dealership that values your business and the relationship. Choose an experience that rewards you for your choice, and doesn t make you sick to your stomach.

Horrible service! This place has messed up more than once! First it started with their horrible patch job on the tire. We had tire coverage so no charge for a patch. Well that tire kept on having leaks they checked it out and said that who ever did it wasnt suppose to patch there. I told them i got it here. They didnt believe me even though i had papers to prove it. Also a lady there shes about 60 she kept telling me the same thing over and over again on repeat. Never listening to what i said about our tires. I had my oil changes there for about a year and my battery went dead so i lifted the hood for the first time and noticed the coolant reservoir cap is missing. This cap requires you to twist it off. They forgot to put it back. Then they also forgot to close the cabin air filter compartment. Today i called about my key battery in my contract it states that i get battery replacement for free. The guy instantly just brushed off what i said and didnt bother to look up my info. Im done trying to put up with ridiculous location. They are nothing but trouble. I understand that car dealerships are horrible about prices and all but all stated above are in my contract that are covered! They would expect me to keep to my part why cant you ?

Hassle free, appointment was made and vehicle was dropped off. I was notified when ready. I left my car and was surprised to learn that transportation was provided for me. I was very impressed with the experience.

They are efficient and let me know what car repair needs to be done without adding other charges. The attendants have always been courteous and timely. Being timely lets me know whether or not I should hang out in the waiting room or take the courtesy shuttle back to my house and wait. They have free Wi-Fi you can use and charging stations. I've taken my vehicle here for the past 7 years and will continue to come here to take care of my XTerra.

Update i am not satisfied with this dealership we have had to sign new loan papers the other day, and we were called and a message left that our loan was approved and that we needed to come in and sign paperwork.... really again how many times do we need to sign loan paperwork. Then before I could respond to the voicemail later that night i get a message from another loan officer asking for more info on my home loan really i have had our new car for Almost a week... then i realized that with where i work i get a discount on new cars.. before i went to this dealership i went throught our company web and located 3 dealerships and this one contacted me. So i know they knew about my discounts he told me he had my certificate from my discount. I went the first car we went to get we received the print out that they were selling it to us $21,075 it clicked that it was alot. I checked their web page with my phone and search the stock number for the car they were selling me it was listed for $17,000 asked about it didn't get a straight answer. So no employer discount...... they gave me a better deal on my trade in for a 2019 model i have noticed that they still didn't give me my employer discount. So ..... buyer beware they will get you. And not give you what you are entitled to also we also payed almost $29,000 for our new car. Again the web page shows the highest price for my model same year rogue sv is $25,000 so if you shop here pay attention check the price before you sign anything. So you don't get screwed. I will be going somewhere else for my next purchase.

I love this this dealership. They are so nice to me and my family when we bring our cars in to get serviced . They take care of everything for me so I don't have to worry about anything.... I have never had a bad experience there . The staff goes above and beyond.

I bought a Nissan Sentra here, and I loved my car, at first. The last two months we've been trying to go there about our car because we've been having issues. All we were told was that our warranty expired. But come to find out that the warranty they were saying is only or basic warranty. And after having to purchase an after market warranty, then I received a law sure letter in the mail that all Nissan Sentra between 2013-2017 were being recalled because of faulty CVT transmissions. After that we called Coulter Nissan in Surprise. They let us know that we had a 6 year 60,000 Mile power train warranty that covered the engine and transmission. But Peoria Nissan was only interested in trading in my car for a new car. And let me add, that these guys are like spam callers, they bug way to much. At least 10+ times a week. Especially when I'm at work. I wish that the volume of calls was because they wanted to help me. Not rip me off, and be money hungry voulters. For now on, I'm going to Coulter Nissan Surprise. There service was quick, they were honest and helpful. Fixed my car, and cleaned it perfectly. I would not recommend you guys to anybody I care about.

Went into Nissan looking for a vehicle. I did. It have my heart set on a Nissan and was looking at Honda. However, upon arriving there the staff was very friendly and welcoming. I did not feel a sales pressure at all while looking at cars. The quality of the cars also made me end up purchasing a new vehicle from here. They worked with me to get the vehicle to a price that was manageable for me and really seemed to care. I would recommend coming to this dealership.

My 2015 altima it has always ran with 0w30 but I assumed it would be the same weight oil but they ended up putting 5w30 in it cant help but to think it was just to save the money

I tell them I'm not interested, I don't live in the area, and stop calling me. I have even blocked their numbers. I have received three calls in the past two days from them for the same reasons. I had been looking at Altimas online for a while and Peoria Nissan had the color and model that I wanted. I set up an appt to look at they had on the lot as well as the new Altimas they had. I was a little hesitant at first that I was going to be stampeded on by car salesmen as I drove up to the dealership. I couldn't have been more wrong. I arrived and parked and a salesman offered me some water and I asked who I was there to see. I told him Frank and he took me to the lobby while he notified Frank of my arrival. Two minutes later Frank helped me pick out my new Altima (which I LOVE) and I will defintely be back to buy my next vehicle from him!

Bought my daughter a Versa here nearly 4 years ago. The purchase process was excellent, no games no gimmicks very straight forward. We have had the vehicle serviced here entirely and they have exceeded my expectations. They always take care of my daughter and don't try and sell her anything she doesn't need. They are efficient, thorough and punctual with the vehicle always ready when promised usually earlier. When I'm ready to buy another Nissan this will definitely be the place.

D.J. in sales was so helpful, walked me through the details of the vehicle we purchased and was very thorough. So I will be completely honest when I was contacted by Dima and I told him the experience that I had with getting my Altima serviced and as a loyal customer with Peoria Nissan (11yrs) I did not want to go down the road of purchasing a vehicle but he and Richard were able to turn my experience around completely and I was able to walk away with a new vehicle. Not only did they get us a great deal but I was able to get a service package and other protections as well to insure that I don t have an issue again. Thank you to the both of you!

I don't ever feel like he is not sincere in the commitments he makes to the quality and time to complete the service on my car. I don't ever feel as though I'm being sold something I don't need.

My entire experience with them has been bad. The car buying process was more than 3 hours & i went in pre approved, I knew exactly which car I wanted, I did not haggle. The car ran perfectly then I took my car in for an oil change. Now the car is vibrating while idling, oil pressure is low & the car is spewing blue smoke. Turns out they over filled the oil after changing it. I bought & kept services 7 cars in my 45 years driving and this is the worst experience ever.

I have bought 5 cars and my daughter has bought 2 cars here. They are nice and respectful. Ask for Cameron. He is the best sales person. Doesn't give you that same old salesman story. Also comes up to say hi if he sees us in service area to see if he can help or just help pass the time.
