The service rep was very nice and helpful. Even though I had to wait for an hour and a half until they did an update to my car, the accommodations made me feel like little time had passed.

I have bought a car from this location, and so has my friend based on my experience. Unfortunately her experience has been less than stellar. She, and I agree, was bait and switched by the financing person who promised the moon under a warranty and of course they didn't deliver. Now I tend to think those things are scams anyways, but she believed the financing person and now they are not honoring what was promised. Of course, the financing person no longer works there and no one else seems interested in helping - if not openly hostile. Will never recommend this dealership again to family or friends, and I'm disappointed that this place chooses a few dollars over doing what's right by the people who they should be considering as long-term customers.
Edit in response to owner below: I understand why the warranty might not be applicable in this case. However, the financing person said no worries bumper to bumper. He didn't say no worries except in certain circumstances. If it was presented more honestly then there wouldn't be the sense of being wronged. Obviously it was a sales tactic, and unfortunately it worked. An alignment isn't terribly difficult and she will get it done elsewhere. I just find it hard to believe a dealership would be so shortsighted and ruin relationships with multiple customers over what is a minor repair. It is telling of how business is done by a company.
It was a great experience. They knew what I wanted done and they got it done, unlike any other dealership that I have been too. Very friendly staff and the guest area is very well maintained. I will definitely come back here to purchase my next vehicle.
I have always had nothing but the best treatment from Nissan! They are polite, helpful and ALWAYS fast!
Thank you Debbie for all you did!
Elizabeth
My service rep James is the best. He is always available and genuinely cares about his clients.
Scott Clouse is an awesome service advisor. Honest, friendly and always explains what was done to your vehicle.
Made appt for oil change. When I got there asked how long was told there would be an inspection and car washed. I asked if they could just do the wash with the oil change and was told they do not do things like they have to be thorough and I said ok.
When they finished I asked them if the car was washed I was told "you said you didn't have time". Not treated courteously.
I went in with low expectations. I have an extremely tight budget with an expensive taste. Eduardo was my salesman and was so confident he could help me out. He finally got me to own up to my budget. I was so worried about what my measly options would be. Boy was I wrong. He handed me keys to a gorgeous fully loaded Altima. I was instantly in love. I drove it around falling harder and harder for this car. But alas I just knew it wouldn't fit my budget. I tried a Sentra but I was too in love with the Altima. We agreed to talk numbers. Eduardo was so confident he could put me in the car I loved. He asked me what I wanted to pay for it. I told him. Getting ready for the usual negotian battle. He came back with the manager (I'm sorry I forgot your name) and BOOM! Handed me MY DEAL! I literally cried. They put me in the car I loved at the price I wanted. Eduardo helped to relieve a huge stress off my shoulders. I am so pleased with the entire team at Peoria Nissan they will be seeing more of me in the future. Thank you all (but mostly Eduardo for your patience and tenacity) for helping me when I felt so bleak. I am elated!!!
Had a terrible experience with the people at Peoria Nissan. They manipulated information we provided to push the loan through the bank AND sold us a broken car with NO FLUIDS in it.
I followed all of the instructions completely as for as getting what they asked for from my bank paperwork wise and they took money out of my account before they agreed to. It ended up getting sorted out but thats still not all.
They sold us a car that had a broken cooling fan and NO FLUIDS in it at all!! There was no oil, coolant or water, transmission fluid, nothing. The car was overheating like crazy.
My last complaint is with financing. They falsely supplied the bank with proof of insurance that we do not have. We can't get insurance we can even remotely afford but since they told the bank we did, it is financed and we are stuck.
Will never go here again and will never recommend to anyone.
Shane in service did a great job. Nothing at this time to mention.
Paul in service is the best.
Efficient and thorough.
Thay are helpful and tell you step by step what's going on with your car. Also I like the wating area. It's clean and if you go early I think thay have donuts. I arrived to late to get a donut. So go early in the moring. But thay do have Hot Chocolate! Thay explained everything and you get the documents on paper. Witch I think is always professional!
Friendly Sales dept.( Low pressure) , good Service Dept., prompt and complete.
I have been frequenting Peoria Nissan for all of my needs since I came to Arizona last year and they provide without question outstanding service and treat their customers like family.
Thank you to Chuck Morris for helping me take care of all the issues I was having with my car I am very happy that you took the time to meet with me and fix everything . I also want to thank the sales person Cisco he did a great job on executing all the paper work in a timely manner and getting me the car I was looking for . Last but not least Andy in Finance there was no screwing around with my paper work he did his job just the way I expected Thank You again for all your help it was a long journey to get what I deserved.
Peoria Nissan was easy to work with, delivered the vehicle we wanted, and they were very fair on pricing. It was actually an enjoyable experience.
Good service for my Rouge, sometimes a little rude customer service.
This was one of the worst car buying experiences I've ever had. High pressure. I regretted going car shopping alone. I was triple tag teamed. At the end i was treated really bad. Even if the price was right i would have never bought a car in that environment.
Unacceptable sales and service, Compared to ABC Nissan. Bought oil/maintenance package. ABC ALWAYS BROUGHT CAR BACK CLEAN AND PLEASANT, PEORIA act like I am bothering them, I paid for this, and car is never cleaned. Was going to purchase a vechile, ran my credit for 3 months, and still never returned my calls.
Paul is always amazing and explains everything clearly to me! He's the reason I drive from the east side of town in Scottsdale to get my vehicle serviced in Peoria!
Got my vehicle in the afternoon prior to my appointment and Scott got it in and serviced and returned within 2 hours. Great job and thank you for the attention to detail. God bless
My service rep ellijah is very courteous and knowledgeable
Elijah Pedigo is my service advisor and I trust him fully with all of our vehicles service needs. Elijah is very knowledgeable and represents Peoria Nissan to the fullest.
No pressure sales. Everyone was Awesome. We believe we get a fair deal at Peoria Nissan, from the sales manager (Adam) our sales person (Rick) and the Detail Staff and the young Lady in Finance. We are very satisfied!!!
The service department has been great over the last 6 years and will keep me a Peoria Nissan customer.
I took my car to Peoria Nissan to get fixed and they were awesome! I recommend them and James P. Was fantastic! I will go back to him if I need help in my car again!
I drove my friend 2 hours to this dealership for a Toyota FJ they had in stock and told him it'll be there when we arrived. He spoke to them a day before when they said that. Okay that's not why I gave them 1 star. That 1 star is because of the car salesman that literally kidnapped us in one of their vehicles for sale in his senseless quest to find another vehicle for my friend even though he was set on the FJ. In the dealership property he got the Nissan Rouge up to 50-60 MPH and slammed the brakes. Then got it back up and threatened he'll jerk the steering wheel if we didn't buy from him that day. BOBBY DAVIES is his name. I am not a fan of publicly publishing an employees name, but this guy is going to get someone killed. This guy is a real danger and I honestly feared for my life in that Nissan Rouge. Please, keep your distance.
We ended up driving down the street a couple minutes to Larry H. Miller Hyundai and there is where my friend purchased his 2012 FJ. Those guys there are also motivated to sell, but they do it with such a professionalism that won my friends business and mine as well.
My experience was great at Peoria Nissan! Rick M. From internet sales And Andy Burk from finance were amazing. They were able to to get me exactly what I needed and made the process so easy for me. They didn't use jargon I didn't understand, and I didn't feel like I was being up sold on anything. They accommodated my needs very well. Thank you both for being so wonderful! I'd recommend this place to all of my friends and family.
My last purchase was at midway Nissan horrible decision!! For my second car I came to Peoria Nissan and let me just tell you guys they are the best, they definitely take the time to get you into the car that is the best fit for you they don t rush you or try to change your mind on cars, they give you they re best deal and are willing to help you out, not like other dealerships the finance department is great, very professional!! I would definitely recommend Peoria Nissan if you want to buy a car and are looking for great customer service and people that won t rip you off.
Great service techs and they make sure your Happy! What more could I ask for? Thank you James!!!
Needed new cabin filter and was given a 30% discount.
Paul Watz was excellent as always. He ensures the work is completed in a timely manner and is always keeping me updated about my vehicle.
Edwardo was the ideal salesperson. He was soooo knowledgable , especially on the Rogue and Murano. And, probably the whole family of Nissan vehicles. If he didn't have the answer to any question (rare) he made it a point to get the answer. He never pressured us into anything, and made us feel comfortable at all times. Upon delivery of this fairly complex vehicle, he took all the time we needed to "school" us on the numerous features, and made sure that we were comfortable with the operation before sending us out on our own for the first time. He made it known to us, as did others at the dealorship that they were at our beckoned call. We felt comfortable calling when we had questions, and it was not like we were bothering them. We would highly recommend Peoria Nissan!
Peoria Nissan is the place to go when you are interested in purchasing a car! Had an amazing experience with the help of Edoardo!
Great customer service; would definitely recommend this dealership if you need an oil change or anything done to your car
Terrible service and communication. This is not a dealership that actually helps people. I was given little to nothing for my trade in, sales rep couldn't find hardly any cars on the lot to show me. In the heat looking for cars in wrong locations. I was told about a car that was already sold. When it came down to running numbers my bank card was requested at the same time, I was confused and uncomfortable. I've never heard of that, sounds illegal. I was there for a long time with no answer. I left and was told I would get a call with an offer. I never heard from them again! I have a great paying job, credit could be better, but I'm still a person not just commission for a greedy dealership. What a waste of time and a disappointment. I went to one of the top rated dealerships in Phoenix and was treated excellent, top dollar for my trade-in, and a newer model than what I was offered. Thanks for nothing Peoria Nissan I would give Zero stars if I could.
Just wanted to give a big thank you to Jeff Pordes of Peoria Nissan for following through on his promise of taking care of a personal friend I sent him to was in the market for a new Nissan Altima.
True to his word, my friend couldn't praise Jeff enough in the in letting me know that the car buying experience was excellent, no pressure, no BS, just up front and honest in what he told her.
As a result she drove off in a new 2015 SL Altima, for thousands less than she was quoted over at Midway and Pinnacle Nissan.
I've since sent 4 other people to give because he's honest and straight forward, and best part is getting my $100 referral fee for everyone I send him
Thanks again Jeff, and keep those checks coming!!!!
Michele

Unfortunately I wasn t able to get the vehicle I wanted - still impressed with the overall professionalism and customer service by the salesman and sales manger(s).
Rich, the wholesale manager, was a great help to my husband & me! We had allot of questions, he answered all of them & there was no pressure to buy! We appreciated his time & professionalism! The Lowerys
Al was amazing! So helpful and spent time to explain everything.
Amazing customer service all around. Especially from Salomon Serge Angounou. Took care of us all the way until we signed with finance. Passed to being a sales representative to a good friend. That's how genuine he is ! I would definitely recommend friends and family to Peoria Nissan.
Outstanding service and understanding by James, our service agent.
They helped me get a brand new vehicle for price that I was willing to pay
Scott, Paul and your entire service team take great care of me and my vehicles. Thanks....
High quality of customer service all around, from sales department and financing to the service department. Our service rep, Paul, is the best, dependable, honest, and personable.
Awesome job!! Got a very difficult trade (2 cars) completed. Mike was awesome!!
The sales lady Ashley, Chris the manager and the finance gentleman were very helpful and Courteous.
Was not impressed with the financing department and their customer service. When i was doing the paperwork with my finance person Many was asking me to sign paperwork that did not have the proper year and make model. After I pointed that out he fixed it. Then asked for me to hurry up and sign because he was busy and I was taking to much time. ... really!!!
So i hurried up and sign them. When it was time for me to go they only handed me one Key. I did not know the car only had one key. I did sign a paper that stated that, but no one explained those details. The only things Many did make time to go over was the extended warranty plan and that I could not take off their paint protection program that costed $395.00 even though the contract I signed stated OPTIONAL next to that charge.
The salesperson/manager ( not sure who the person in the red shirt was) told me best they could do was call the previous owner to see if he had the key. Because they could not include it as they were already losing money on the deal. Best they can do was refund me the $8,481 dollars I put down. Which I'm glad that they did. After all that it really made me second guess my purchase.
I m pretty shocked at this dealership s handling of my sale. The salesman Tim was really sweet & very personable, but didn t show me any of the features of the car like, maps, XM Radio set up, voice control. The car is a black 370Z, it rolled out of detail a mess. Water spots & smears all over it, had it redone & it was still bad, the tinted windows had bubbles all over & the spoiler under guard wasn t installed but just sitting in the trunk.
I scheduled service at 9am to have the tint redone with Kyle & was told it would be 3-4 hours & they d give me a loaner car. When I arrived, Kyle was no longer working there, I was informed by James it would be 5pm before the car was done, he didn t know what the under guard part was in the trunk & they didn t provide loaner cars. When I began to show I was upset, because I d have to wait for 8 hours, James got rude & started speaking down to me. He reluctantly agreed to get me a rental car & told me they d pay for it. They dropped me at the rental car place & I was informed I had to pay for the rental & I would be responsible for any damages after hours (as they d be closed by 5) if I left it with the dealership. I was informed by the service guy who drove me to the rental car company that the reason I had to wait for so long was because they had cars being tinted ahead of me. What? I had a 9am appointment. Stranded & not wanting to pay for the rental, I called the dealership & spoke to Eric the Sales manager. He had me picked up. Remember my appointment was for 9am. I finally left the dealership at 1:00 with a loaner car they supposedly did not provide. When I called the dealership at 4:30 I was told the car was done & had been for awhile. No one called to let me know. I drove back to pick it up. The re-tint is better but still has bubbles. My car had a nice, big scratch on the passenger door when I got home & looked at it in the light. I won t go back.
Don t EVEN get me going on Mark the finance guy. He was rude, left me sitting in the office for 20 minutes & was upset when I wanted to see the contract before I signed all the paperwork. When he didn t return to the office, I left & went outside to talk with Tim about the tint. I finally went back into finance & Mark was nowhere to be found. My deal with all my personal information, with doors wide open, was laying on his desk. I grabbed it & walked out. I could go on but won t. I ve owned quite a few cars, am in the business as well & was VERY disappointed with their process. The sales managers & GM were very nice but this place needs SERIOUS work. Oh & Vladamir in finance was AWESOME! Very respectful, professional & kind. Hope I spelled his name right.
I have bought two cars here and they have always taken such good care of me they really make me feel like a big shot and I like that!!! Just had a rattle in the rear bumper Scott got me right in fixed the rattle plus did a inspection of The Underneath found a couple other things and fix them as well for the grand total cost of $0. Peoria Nissan Rocks!!!
THE WORST DEALER SHIP IVE EVER KNOWN IN MY LIFE!!! I regret getting my car from here i have only 6 months with it and the car is already giving me problems sevice lies also asked them to check my brakes and they told me they needed to be replace over 300!$ asked my dad to check my brakes and they were fine they just find a way to make money !! Super friendly at first but once you get a car and your stuck with it your on your own !! Also my sister got a car from here only 3 months with her car and her battery died on her the battery was so bad that it leaked on her they told her for a battery to leak it had to of been super bad ! FOR ME They change things on the cars or sell you a car that they know is crap and you need to spent money on it !!! They dont check crap on the cars they say they do if not theyre not able to sell it !!! Which is all BS !!!
Was referred by previous buyer to a sales lady, we will call, K. Took 9 calls before I reached her. Simply put I wanted the same lease deal she gave my fried. $2k down, $286/mo for 15k miles per year lease on a Titan Truck. Came back wanted $5600 down, are these people insane? I can get a Cadillac for that. Guess I will be buying from someone else. Hey Donald Trump try putting a 300% tariff on these Nissan con games. Hope this dealership and Nissan goes bankrupt real soon! Car dealers across America still have some new 2017 and 2018 vehicles in stock, many 2018s and 2019s and soon the 2020s will be out. Don't negoiate with these idiots tell them the price or walk, someone will give you the deal you want. In this case all they had to do was duplicate what they all ready gave someone else. Like I said, real con artist. Stay away from these Nissan!
Bad service they did no repair on my tire and it was something simple that could of been done had to go somewhere else on got it repair faster and quicker.
The sales person to buy a pre-owned certified was very kind and spoke some 2hrs but then he had to get his boss's approval and the way his boss spoke was unprofessional, unethical and very harsh..just in case if they are not interested in the quote which we have asked for then he could have politely tell us that he cannot make the deal.
These were the same literal words what the boss said to us " Firstly he threw my credit card from behind on to the desk which then rolled down the desk ( just letting you know with what force did he threw the credit card), secondly he yelled at us that we were quoting lies, "don't play games" and asked us to leave in a very unprofessional way"
15 days back my friend did buy 2011 nissan altima for 14k out of the door and today we quoted for the same price for 2012 nissa altima which had 1000 miles more on it.
Still if the deal was not OK there is a professional way in letting us know but just because he owns a dealership he cannot act unprofessional.... iWe were upset the way we were treated in front of so many people".. lessons learned .. if you want to know how not to treat people then do visit there.
Bought a used car from peoria Nissian with a extended warranty. I'm happy with the car but twice now i have had service issues with it and both times i have gotten told warranty dose not cover it. So not only did I have to pay over 2 grand for a warranty but now I have to pay over 300 dollars for a bad thermostat. Don't waste your money on the warranty. When I bought the car I was told the warranty would cover any mechanical problems up to 100,000 miles except wear and tear. Car has 80,000 not sure how you consider a bad water pump and now a bad thermostat wear and tear.
We purchased a 2017 Nissan Titan over Memorial weekend. Robert Griffin (sales rep) was fantastic, best experience we have had at a dealership. He did't pressure us, was very honest, went above and beyond showing us vehicles. He even brought our car home for us so we could drive the new Titan home as a family. His manager was very helpful as well and worked with the numbers we wanted.
Hugh McLaughlin was very helpful & went the extra mile for me to buy my 2020 Pathfinder. I highly recommend Peoria Nissan.
Our service agent was great. Surpurb service. Excellent experience
5 Stars and 5 Big Smiles!
Went through the USAA app and John Breeser reached out to me right away. He was friendly and professional...and SO patient! We showed up to see a car I thought I wanted but it wasn't a good fit for me. Without missing a beat or a laugh (he had us laughing the whole time!), he found four more that fit what I was looking for.
We found one that I loved...that fit my family needs... well within my budget.
John wasn't pushy at all! He knew what he was doing and made the whole process comfortable and seamless. We didn't have to play with numbers for hours and John never tried to push something I didn't want.
I can see why John B. has those "Employee of the Month" frames.
I would absolutely send my family and friends to him.
JOHN BREESER = Best. Salesman. There! :-)
I have driven Nissan vehicles for the past 10 years, and the dealership I ve always went to was Avondale Nissan. My wife wanted a Sentra and since we live close, we decided to go to Peoria Nissan. The employees were nice and made the purchase go easy and quick, and we appreciate that very much. The reason I gave 3 stars is because of their car service. The Sentra had a malfunction issue and they had to replace it, and it took 3 weeks to get our vehicle back. I understand it may take time for parts, but give the customer an estimated time on when the vehicle may be done as courtesy. After my wife pick up the vehicle, it smelled like sweat, the interior was dirty, and just last week we notice our front left side bumper has the plastic pushed in. The gentleman at the Nissan service stated, we must have hit something or someone hit us, but my wife would of known if she hit something on the road, kept saying it wasn t his guys, and then told my wife, he suggested we go to a collision place because Nissan would charge us too much.
I had a very enjoyable experience. They listened to my wants and needs to help find me the right SUV. The price was also amazing.
They made my truck buying experience so easy. Adam G. is the guy to see! He made sure he did everything he could to make me 100% happy. And I definitely am! I would definitely go back for future purchases.
We went in on Saturday and didn t have the best experience. Our salesman Christian was outstanding but the managers involved with my deal kept switching and we re backtracking on things we already agreed and signed for, so We ended up walking out. On Sunday Christian apologized for the bad experience and confusion between the managers and I. He offered to have a couple cars pulled up to test drive and IF we came back we can work directly through him. Christian is the one and only reason we returned. He was great with us on Saturday and we ended up buying a better package, newer model, fewer miles Rogue at a way better sale price than I looked at on Saturday. I wouldn t say thank you to Peoria NISSAN but I m sending a huge thank you out to Christian for making it worth going back and getting a great car at a great price!
Customer Service Rep Ashley is really helpful and addressed all our concerns.
During a last minute attempt to find a used Ford F-150 pickup, I found one in the back lot. A recent trade in. I didn t notice the extend of damage the truck had. My initial efforts to get help from Peoria Nissan mgm went unanswered. That s why I give them only 4 out of 5 Stars. After some miscommunication I reached the right person, Charles C. Asst sales manager, ms. Swallow, the Director of Finance, and Pat in the Service dept. all these good folks came together to give me an excellent resolution. I am more then pleased with Peoria Nissans good customer staff that all went the extra distance!
Made an appointment with a service manager for october19th and when I got there they were ready for me to have my truck serviced. It took about three hours to do the work and then they called me and said its ready for pick up.. Absolutly great and no hassle.
I was extremely happy when I first got my car, Serge, our salesman was great and made everything simple and easy. I have had my car for 2 years everything has been smooth. My only issue so far was the fact that every time I came to change my oil. I had to always come back a couple days after
because they forgot to reset the meter. This happened to me about 4 times. It has definitely gotten annoying to drive out of my way when it should have been done right the first time. Recently I went in for my Zaktek appointment and asked them to check my tires because the tire pressure had been low the day before. I was approached by a salesman , by the name of Sarko, while I was was waiting for my car. He wanted to get me into a 2018. I said "No, thank you. I am perfectly happy with the 2016 car I have now." He would not leave and would not stop insisting. I did not want to be rude so I heard him out, looked at the cars and after he incessantly offered me deal after deal I reluctantly
agreed after they talked about maybe lowering my payment. He took me to financial services. By this point I had said to the salesman SEVERAL times that I did not want a new car. Once in financial services I let the guy know that I did not want a new car. They still did not return my keys or my car. Instead they kept showing me cars and offering me "deals". I felt extremely pressured and unhappy. I was literally there close to 4 hours. I felt like no one was listening to me and I felt overwhelmingly uncomfortable. After I finally got my keys I started to drive home when my tire went flat. I had to purchase a new tire out of my own pocket at a tire shop because I did not want to return to this place, a tire, that should've been covered by my warranty since I'm at less than 30,000 miles. I'm very upset at the fact that I was not respected enough to be left alone and after everything they didn't even bother to check my tires like I had asked. I don't plan on purchasing another car here. I have spoken highly of this place in the past, but that has changed over the years. Thank you Serge for a great car shopping experience. Too bad overall this place was not as great.
Brought my car here cause the I noticed the motor was moving alot more than it should be and the car was making a grinding noise while accelerating. I dropped it off at 8 in the morning and they gave me a ride home. I got a call at 130 pm that afternoon saying there was nothing wrong with my car it just needed "maintenance" and that the motor mounts were starting to go out but I shouldn't need to change them. They charged me $140 for i guess the inspection but when I picked the car up, it still made the same noise so they clearly did not drive it. This was Monday October 19th. So I decided that I would call the make an appointment at the dealership my car has been going to even though I dont like their customer service. I dropped it off Tuesday October 20th and told them about the grinding. The reason for the late review is that I just received my car back from the dealership. It turns out that my vehicle did need new motor mounts along with new control arms on the driver side and there was also a fuel leak that I was unaware of. I could not believe that this dealership of had told me there was nothing wrong with my vehicle. I would not bring my vehicle here. I would take it to somewhere that actually cares! Oh BTW my service advisor was Al.
To below response... I did call on the day I got my car back from all the repairs being done. That was Friday the 30th. Still waiting for a call back. And if you don't believe me that I called... I have the calls recorded. All of them.
I was recently there with my boyfriend. By far my worst experience ever in a car dealership. I didn't feel comfortable with the sales rep and finance guy holding my car keys hostage. I was fine with listening to them talk, but they were being really immature to hold my keys after I told them we had to leave soon. My boyfriend didn't like that they only wanted to talk to him and not me even though the possible trade in is in my name.
It was a great experience, our saleswoman Melo explained everything to us and helped us get the best price. Very happy I will definitely send everyone I know.
Great experience from start to finish! Service rep took care of everything requested.
Cashier next to parts has the worst attitude have been there multiple times and they always have the same irritated face. Sucks that this place is the closest to me no choice...
Paul Watz in service is very professional, no surprises , he has helped keep my 11 year old Nissan running well.
Parts crew goes out of their way to get the right stuff the first time....great choice for tires
I used to have a Nissan I got serviced here years ago and my in laws used them for years. Used to be above and beyond on service. Got a Nissan again about 18 months ago and have been bringing it here and it is the slowest service department I have ever experienced, every time. No follow ups, sorry for the delay, etc. And 2 hours after my scheduled appointment I watched them finally put my vehicle on a lift to start the oil change.
I overheard another service advisor tell another customer their brake fluid was dirty according to the tech. The customer looked at him and said, "I had it replaced 2 months ago. Complete flush and refill." I will no be using this dealership any longer after today's experience.
Update: While I stand by my comments, I did speak with Emilio and appreciate his comments and response to this.
My wife and I delt with Sarku and he was very patient with us.
We got exactly what we wanted and a great price.
I would definitely recommend Peoria Nissan to "ANYONE"!!!!
Scott always takes great care of me & my Altima. Gives me the facts straight up & let s decide on the next course of action. Always a pleasure coming to your Peoria, AZ Nissan Facility!
The service rep..James P. Had a great attitude It was a pleasure to work with him, he explained everything. Great job James!
My original Service advisor had left the company and my new advisor made me feel right at home. He even went on a ride along per my request.
Bought my first car today. Many thanks from the whole team, but especially Yasamin. She was the best ever. She made me feel welcomed, loved, and appreciated. I had to be the most worst customer ever (only they will understand), but they made sure I didn't leave feeling super guilty. So much love to everyone there. Check them out!
I always have a good experience with Peoria Nissan. I have found them to be honest and straight forward with me. The service department has a nice waiting area and if you get there in time you might be able to snag a free donut or Belgian Roll. They provide free bottles of chilled water and hot coffee. There s a tv for those who don t have a Smartphone in hand. Plus, I believe if you bring your own cord there s recharging docks for your cell phones. Give me all that and I m content unless I have to sell body organs for a repair! Just joking!
