These guys absolutely shreaded my credit. Also wouldn't allow me to claim a bad transmission after paying for extended warranties. Another dealership diagnosed bad trans and worked to replace it since these scam artists wouldn't.
"This isn't the type of loan you pay off, this is the type of loan you refinance" that's a line i never heard until i spoke with these jokers.

My salesman (Walter) was extraordinary in his taking care of me. He is attentive and patient, but most of all not a typical pushy car salesman! The staff was professional and very courteous and the showroom neat and clean. My entire experience rates a 11/10 in my opinion. You can t go wrong in choosing this dealership and Walter!

Horrible Finance department, I feel like they are profiling me , I buy my car yesterday from them, I am not asking them to finance me I have my check in cash , my sales man is very nice but I will just say he is also suck and like he don't know how it works,
No where on my paperwork does it tell me what kind of oil you used or how many quarts were put in. $113.00 for an oil change is outrageous! I don't even know what I paid for!!
the service guy was AMAZING. Way better than I expected. Usually I do my own maintenance, but I went in because originally the used Nissian was sold to me without the key for the wheel locks. I decided I would use the free oil change and get the key.
Elijah went above and beyond, also let us know that the tires needed replaced and the pricing for the tires were better than expected too.
I have to give a shout out to Mr. Jeff Pordes. Right off the bat this you fella was straight forward and didn't dish out any Bullsh*# just to make a quick sale. He went straight for asking about what I'm looking for and also what is in my budget which is very important when making an investment like this. Jeff has pretty great integrity that is out of this world, and that not something you see too much nowadays. But not only did I find that he is a great salesman but he is quite a delightful soul. Our car had something wrong with the transmission that worried us to death because it was a 2013 nissan altima.....after sending an email to the GM he called me and we brung the car to the shop....They replaced the part for us at no charge and the car is working perfect now. Thank you
I HAVE BOUGHT 3 CARS AND REFERRED 3 PEOPLE TO PEORIA NISSAN. I HAVE BEEN DISAPPOINTED IN THERE SERVICE DEPARTMENT. I BROUGHT MY CAR IN ONE TIME TO HAVE A LIST OF THINGS DONE TO IT. AND GOT IT BACK WITH THEM ONLY FIXING THE RECALL AND NOT DOING ANYTHING ELSE AND LEFT MY CAR DIRTY. I TOOK MY CAR IN AGAIN 3 WEEKS LATER. AND KEPT MY CAR FOR 10 DAYS TO REPAIR TIRES SO I HAD A RENTAL, THEY HAVE BEEN POOR ON CUSTOMER SERVICE, THERE LACK OF COMMUNICATION AND GETTING THINGS DONE IN A TIMELY FASHION HAS GOTTEN WORSE. I WOULD NO LONGER RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE.
Horrible experience. I saw online for a nice looking Buick Lucerne and thought I would check it out. It said that the car was nice, loaded and had no accidents. So I call ahead and the man tells me it's still there and in good shape. Then I came over to look at the Buick and practically get rushed by three salespeople. They try to sit me down and "crunch numbers" without me even seeing the car. I told them I want to see the car before filling out a bunch of nonsense paperwork. So two of them finally lead me outside to look at it and low and behold the whole passenger side is caved in with dents galore, the passenger windows are broken, and it's on a donut wheel. The guys then act all surprised but don't even apologise. They then try to pressure me into looking at other cars instead. They mention an 05' Toyota Camry so I look just in case. When they show the Camry it was going for $9,000! For an 05! And it had over 140,000 miles on it! Then they say " that's just our retail price" So I ask them how much they would go down. And they wouldn't tell me. They just kept trying to pressure me into filling out paperwork. So I tell them I'm leaving and start walking towards my car. Then one of them drives up to me and says " it's got cold ac" like that makes it so special. Then they got the manager out to try to pressure me. I told him I was done and left. I get home and a half hour later one of the salespeople calls me on my phone and trys to get me to come down and look at other cars after I already got fed up and left and drove many miles back home. I told him I don't trust their dealership and to lose my phone number. I really don't trust them and I will tell everyone I know not to go to Peoria Nissan. I don't want anyone else getting bamboozled by these predators. Now I just wish I could give this review 0 stars instead of 1
I had a problem with my service experience. Al never told me that the recall that I brought my car in for in the first place required a special order part. He had some additional service recommendations since my vehicle was at 60,000 miles. I chose to get the most expensive service taken care of on this visit and get the others at a later service visit. The tech recommended that the tires be rotated on the next service. Al however charged me for the tire rotation anyway. From my first call and the three calls he made to me never told me that my brake recall wouldn't be taken care of. Emilio to the rescue. Thanks to Emilio and to Peoria Nissan service policy's. He understood my concern and made restitution beyond my expectations. Thank you for turning what would have been a bad review into an excellent one. looking forward to doing business with you again.
BEST CAR SERVICE. THE SERVICE TIME WAS REASONABLY SHORT, EVERYONE WAS COURTEOUS, COMFORTABLE AND CLEAN WAITING ROOM. THEY EVEN WASHED MY CAR. WILL RECOMMEND THEM TO OTHERS.
Always good service. They are honest and never try to sell work that you don't need. I went in for a brake job expecting to have the front and rear done. They said the back brakes didn't need changing. I was impressed!

On a Sunday afternoon, September 9th, we called Peoria Nissan to stop by and look at a GMC Yukon Denali on our way back from a family event. We setup an appointment and were promptly greeted by a salesperson at the front door who was friendly and showed us right to the vehicle that we were interested in. I expressed to him my frustration with the typical dealership tactics, but he assured me that Peoria Nissan was different. The test drive went well and we haggled over the price for only about 5 minutes before coming to an agreement. I mentioned that I would also like to take the vehicle to my mechanic to get it checked out since there was no warranty being offered by Peoria Nissan. The salesperson said that would be no problem. We waited around a little bit for someone to finish the paperwork with us, which I didn t anticipate would take long since we were cash buyers. I was taken back to an office while my family stayed in the waiting room. Once again I mentioned that I would like to take the vehicle to my mechanic and the closer mentioned he would be right back. I sat in his office staring at the walls for 45 minutes before I decided to take my family and leave. So, after being at Peoria Nissan for 2 hours and 45 minutes, we left. The next day the salesperson called me and asked if I would be willing to drive up there and finish the paperwork in under 30 minutes guaranteed. I believe in second chances, and liked the vehicle so I said that I would be up there at 8pm to sign. Around 6pm a sales manager, from Peoria Nissan, called me back to say that they were raising the agreed upon price by $1,600. That is when I realized that the salesperson was right, Peoria Nissan is not like other dealerships, they are worse.
BEWARE! We went and bought two cars and we were promised car detailing, low payments and low interest, we even signed the contract at these rates. They hyped us up, made us hit the gong. 3 days later a financial person calls and says I have fantastic news, your payment is going to be lower just come in and sign the contract. When we got there the interest had gone from 8% 14.4% in the payment went from $236 to $306 which added about $3500 more to the end rate that we would be paying. When they gave us the cars they were filthy after a so-called detailing, and so they had us come back and even after a second detailing the cars were completely dirty. So be very careful when dealing with Peoria Nissan, make sure that the rates cannot move, refuse to change your contract and don t resign anything different than what they initially had for you, Don t believe anything they promise you, and expect the car to come as is and filthy.
I would not recommend this dealership to my worst enemy. First of all we sat there from 11am - 1030 pm when we went to buy a vehicle. Then we had the vehicle for 4 days and they call my husband saying that we need to come in and resign papers because the bank is giving us a better interest rate, but when he arrived they told him they needed the vehicle back because the bank backed out of their end of the deal. Why couldn't they just be straight up with us??? He had to sit and wait for a ride and waste more time at this awful dealership. Seriously people this Peoria Nissan SUCKS!!! For my future car dealing and buying I am going to stick with Earnhardt Honda!!
I began using your garage shortly after I purchased my 2002 Pathfinder. Your establishment has maintained both of my vehicles ever since. Your Service Adviser's are friendly, courteous and very professional in handling issues about the vehicles we have no matter whether they are another make. I am very picky about my automobiles because they are such a large investment and your mechanics have treated them as much. Yes, Peoria Nissan is definitely a five star organization. By the way, I still have my 2002 Pathfinder. Excellent vehicle!
I took my 2018 Titan in for service the service mgr Paul Watz was great I was in and out in an hour and a half as promised I was given a detailed report of what was done and what is needed in the future. Thanks Peoria Nissan
I dont know how a business can be so polar opposite in its departments. My Service advisor, Paul Watz is one of the best that I have ever dealt with and their technicians do fantastic work on my 20 year old xterra. That gets 5 stars.
They get zero stars for their sales department. Their sales staff are the worst I've ever dealt with. They are the stereotypical sleazebags that play the same stereotypical games that you've been reading about for decades. They overprice their used cars, so it takes hours of playing bad cop/good cop between your salesman and the evil sales Manager to get it to where it should have been in the first place BEFORE you started negotiating. I made the mistake of calling about another Xterra that caught my eye and declined interest after they wanted almost MSRP for a 3 year old used SUV and then they called over 40 times in 3 months trying to get me to come back in. I had to post screenshots of the calls on their FB page and threaten them with a lawsuit If they didn't stop. This being after multiple attempts on my part of simply asking them to callings, when they called .
I'll continue to use their shop, but I will never set foot on their sales floor again
Eric Olsen is hands down the best. This is our 3rd and 4th car from Peoria and every time Eric makes it seamless. If a problem does arise he is quick to jump into action and makes things right. Give Eric a chance, you won't be disappointed
I just bought a Nissan Sentra, upon reviewing the contract with my financial advisor we found out that they robbed us blindly. They charged us $2,800 on a warranty that I could have bought at my credit union for $1,200. They charged us $895 for gap insurance which should have cost us three hundred bucks at our credit union. I would never go to this dealership again. The biggest Crooks I've ever seen. We're dropping all this extra garbage off of our contract, if we can. We don't buy cars everyday ever, this is a very rare purchase for us. We needed a second car and got screwed.
I just recently traded my Kia Soul for a new Nissan NV 200. I dreaded going in but was pleasantly surprised how easy it went. Mike Choate was my salesman and made sure my experience was a good one. Chris Pierce, the finance manager was also awesome to deal with. They made us feel like a family member. I will definitely be returning in the future when i decide to trade again and 100% refer anyone that's looking for a good dealership!

terrible terrible dealership.and i work for a dealership. my wife had bought a rogue two months ago and was promised a second key fob and a chip in her windshield fixed. after leaving several messages and one even to the general manager with no response back. please read multiple reviews on this dealership . they only have a few automated responses to good review but i would say the bad out way the good. terrible service
I wanted to take a few minutes a recognition of John Breeser's services provided 5/19/2016. I first inquired about a trade in on my vehicle, 2013 Nissan Altima. After finding out that my trade in value was significantly lower than the payoff value of my vehicle I decided not to pursue the car purchase. John was kind enough to repetitively get a hold of me so he can assist me with my needs. I decided to reply back to an email of his and inform him of my current situation and without hesitation he came back with a proposal on a new 2016 Rogue SL that would only bring up my payment by another $20. If you are in the market for a Nissan ask for Katie at Peoria Nissan ( new or pre-owned)..She has been at this Store for several years and is just an all around Nice Person.Very Helpful, Polite and Informative...No Pressure from her and she makes the buying experience a pleasant one..I would recommend that you take the Pre-owned Car to an Independent Mechanic to have a Buyers Inspection Done...These cars are Rental Cars and you want to make sure these have not been Abused....It doesn't matter if they are Certified, you need to know if the Vehicle was abused while in Rental Service... If you want VIP customer service, Peoria Nissan has just the salesman to deliver it - SERGE ANGOUNOU! We worked hard trying to find the perfect family vehicle for our needs, and although we didn't find it at Peoria Nissan, Serge really took care of us. He went the extra mile and helped us shop at their sister dealerships right there on Bell Road. We did end up finding a Sequoia we wanted, but we couldn't make a deal on it, not due to the salesman's end, but from the upper chain. In fact, we feel quite bad that we couldn't give Serge the sale based on his superior's stubbornness. But, Serge is seriously every car buyer's dream salesman. He wasn't pushy, was very professional and casual at the same time, and we honestly had fun while we were shopping for the right car. Serge will take care of you, and he'll do his darnest to find you exactly what you're looking for.
I bought a car from these guys at the end of last year, and it was used, but thank God I got the extended warranty. It's definitely had its issues since I drove off of the lot (I've taken the car in twice and haven't even needed an oil change yet), but with the warranty that I have they've been super nice and super helpful, and their service department is fantastic. They're friendly and walk you through what went wrong and they talk to you like a real person, which I appreciate! Wouldn't necessarily recommend getting a used car from them (or if you do, get a mechanic to look under the hood a bit and make sure it's not going to have issues three days after you drive away), but their customer service is awesome
