My pulley tensioner is giving out and squeaking according to their mechanic, the attendant told me its not under warranty when I believe it is. I have a certified preowned 2017 Nissan frontier that ive owned for 3 months and these issues have arisen with no help. The usb port was also broken apon purchase and i have been waiting a month for any emails saying the part is in. I am very disappointed. 3 months and I have yet to even receive my az license plates.

First you change a contract and make me sign two of them but never gave me a copy of the second one, second my permit expired and I have not even yet received my tags and third we never arranged to transfer my old tags to my new vehicle which you guys did it anyway without me even knowing.

I recently purchased a 2017 Nissan Sentra and I couldn't be more happy with the vehicle. I had the opportunity to work with sales consultant Jim Panek, he made my whole vehicle search a fun experience. It felt like he wasn't just there for the sale, but for the customer. He put me in the car I'm driving today. Financing always seems like a extremely stressful and aggravating part of the vehicle hunt; however, working with Chris Graham was one of the most enjoyable moments of the whole experience. He made me feel like he was genuinely trying to get me the best deal. I knew he had to fight tooth and nail with the banks to get me the deal that I received. He also explained everything that I needed to know in terms that I could understand. So if you are looking for straight shooters to help you find a vehicle you will love Chis Graham and Jim Panek are the guys. If I could give them more then 5 stars I would. Thanks guys you rock!

I had the pleasure of Drew taking care of us and making sure we got an awesome deal. Bought our first brand spanking new 2020 nissan versa s. I even was able to get it in the color I wanted instead of the color my husband wanted . We wanted the manual transmission and went above and beyond to find the car in the inventory. Even said if they didn't have it in stock he would pull from another dealer. They buying process was painless. We definitely felt like we stole that car for the deal we got. Thank you everyone that was involved for making it possible for us to buy a brand new car.

When I arrived for my appointment to have my oil change the employee helping me had to be paged twice. I told him that I just had my car washed so I requested that they did not do it again. I have free oil changes that came with the purchase of my vehicle. The employee called me after I left and needed more information to get the correct informat ion from Fedelity. When I returned I was helped right away and left the dealership. When I got to restaurant I noticed a grease hand print on the hood of my car that had not been cleaned off after the oil change. So much for having a clean car. My concern so far is the dealerships lack of details. When I had my oil changed at Coulter in Surprise the employee drove the vehicle to me with the seat covered, a floor mate and a clean hood.

Loyal customer for life! From start to finish, a flawless transaction! Chuck went above and beyond and got me the perfect car. Nick in finance was so fast, I was in and out in less than an hour. Tharith was so thorough about going over all the bells and whistles. Paul and Emilio in the service Dept are the best!! Everyone involved in our sale were very friendly and were willing to negotiate. They were knowledgeable about the car itself (pathfinder) and its perks and if they were unable to find an answer to my question right away, they would dig deeper to retrieve an answer within their dealership. I was very satisfied with the customer service given by all, but especially Rick when my family and I walked in and when we left. My family and I will be checking out Peoria Nissan again when we decide to purchase another vehicle!

The real issue...their shady business ethics. Purchased a sentra earlier this year with a service plan to find out the paper work was never put through. This plan was to be bundled in with an extended contract which Was added on to my finance cost. The service plan was the reason I choose to purchase that bundle in the first place. Now the finance department avoids me like the plague. I believe I am paying for the service plan but I can't get them to go over the contract to look for any mistakes. If I could rate them a 0 I would.

The Sales staff at the dealership were quick and efficient. They searched for possible option in my buying options. They assisted me in choosing the correct options for my budget. Serge Angounou worked diligently to obtain the best price on my new car. He facilitated the purchase and helped me to jump over the necessary hurdles. He provided friendly service without any pressure. Christian, the Sales Manager also worked hard to get me the best deal available including the interest rate on the purchase. Ms. Nelson, the Business Manger presented the service warranty and financial options in a detailed and friendly manner. She worked hard to make sure that the details of the purchase fit my budget and all available options were explored. At the time I was in the dealership I had arranged to have my old vehicle repaired. The Service Writer, Ken, was professional and was careful to provide the service I requested. I appreciate the polite and friendly service at this dealership. I recommend them if you need automotive repairs or need a new car.

I bought a used Chevy S10 from Peoria Nissan a month ago on a Friday, and was to pick it up the following day. Saturday I returned and was told the truck did not pass emissions. End of the deal. I was hounded on the phone for the next 2 weeks with offers of other 'new' vehicles just taken on trade. I did go back 10 days ago to check out the 'new' vehicles and they showed me the same S10 that I had originally wanted. Blown away. Sadly, I did buy it. My first time driving it, the transmission was acting up, and I took it to Midas. They kept it overnight and called me this morning to tell me the transmission was in pieces with large chunks of metal in the pan. It needs to be replaced. I just spoke with the salesman who sold me the truck and he told me I should not have taken it to another place, but to bring it into their shop. I'm guessing $2000 for a used/rebuilt transmission on a truck I paid $3,000. After the harassment of the earlier phone calls, now I get disconnected when I call. AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP!

Update: Peoria Nissan has agreed to replace the transmission on the truck and will cover it for a full year. They did make every effort to make good on this used truck.

Further Update: Pat Harvey, used vehicles, and Branden Wallin, Service Department, are to be commended on their professionalism and dedication to customer service. My vehicle has been returned and is in working order. Nice to see individuals committed to their work and to the public.

Last Update: I referred a friend to Peoria Nissan who purchased a Murano. My salesman promised a $200 referral bonus ($100 to me for the referral and $100 to my friend because I purchased the truck). When I visited to follow up on their promise, I was told it was being processed. 2 weeks later, I again visited and was told I would receive a call that day. The next day I got the call and was basically called a liar by the Associate Sales Manager. They refused to follow through on their referral program reward because I met my friend while she was purchasing the vehicle. They said the salesman had no authority to make such a promise and I could "get my money from him at McDonald's". Another reason for denial was because I used an offer I received from them for a gift card which was in a letter they sent me.

I repeat my original post. AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP. They are rude, do not tell the truth and are in the business to only make money and care nothing for the consumer. I refuse to purchase any vehicle from them in the future and will take my business to Avondale Nissan, a privately owned dealership, who displays concern for the customer and willingness to work with you. AVOID PEORIA NISSAN!

I went on a test drive in the new 2018 Nissan Leaf and the ride is so smooth and the features are very impressive. Plus it's all eletric and its a bit taller than the car we have now, the 2011 Nissan Leaf. Recommend buying your first or new car from this dealership.

I contacted service for an issue with the driver seat. I was assigned James Piasecki whom took care of everything. He kept me informed each step. The seat had to be ordered and a second visit was required. James had a loaner car waiting for me upon the second visit, which took my worries away. The repair was completed within a day. BEWARE...We went in to look at cars they took my friend's debit card under some stupid pretext they needed to confirm she had a bank account or some asinine story....We agreed to a deal, they made her "sign" then they came back and tried to scam her out of spending an additional 1,500...long story short, we left and went to another dealership...they kept saying "you'll be back" .... later we realized they kept her debit card, they never called and the next day was Easter so she was without her debit card until the following week...she canceled her card and got a new one...we did NOT go back....This was the treatment she got as a repeat customer that bought a new Nissan Altima from them in the past....Never again, also I will be buying a car soon and I know where I won't be going....Also, she called to complain to the GM but never got a callback...bad bad bad customer service

i have never in my life been treated more fairly and important as the staff at peoria nissan. these people literally moved heaven and earth to get myself and my son into the vehicles of our dreams. they handled every detail promptly and efficiently and kept us in the loop thru the entire process. i will never deal with any other dealer ship. this one is the absolute top of the line!

If I could give this dealership 0 stars I would. Let me just say that I went here with an approval from a bank that they work with. I got there with all the required documents as well as informed them several times that I had an approval already and financing was already taken care of. Let me also mention this car sales men (Eddie) who didn't know nothing about anything. That being bad enough, they didn't even care about the approval that I received which only required 1600 down payment. They acted like it didn't exist and ran my credit again to see other lenders that would approve me for THEIR benefit not mine, I already had the terms and everything with Santander Consumer. They wanted way more than that and ignored the approval completely, they didn't care what was best for me rather what was going to benefit them and what lender would give them the most money out of the deal. WORST NISSAN DEALERSHIP IN AZ, IF YOU WANT A GOOD NISSAN DEALERSHIP GO 2 MIDWAY NISSAN OFF OF 23RD AVE AND BELL.

I have never had such a horrible experience at a dealership in my life. I took my Pathfinder to Peoria Nissan because they came highly rated after moving into the area. I took my vehicle into the dealership yesterday for some warranty work and couple of other issues (sunroof in the back was off the track). I waited almost ALL DAY for a response back for information on my vehicle; I had to call to get this information mind you. I picked up my car after telling them not to do anything on my vehicle. The Panoramic Sunroof was WORSE than when I brought it into them and all I got out of the SERVICE MANAGER was "well, we had to look at it to diagnose the problem.. I told you what the problem was!! Now I have to come up with $634 to get this fixed ASAP when I could have waited another couple of months!! I feel like it was a waste of my time bringing my vehicle to this place. If I were you I would take my vehicle somewhere else because I am!

October 2016-My daughter and I were referred to Eddie Ysasi. Great salesman, didn't try to up sell me and we left with two new cars that we didn't have a ton of haggling about price over. Will definitely go back and highly recommend you go see Eddie!

The first time I went to get a car serviced, I did have issues with a rude advisor named Marc. However, I decided to give them a secod chance, and I am glad I did because other advisors were very different. Bought my first used Rogue a little over 2 years ago here. Just purchased a 2017 Rogue and absolutely love it. Still not sure what it all does, but not because of my sales person Eldis Gjikami, he showed me everything, and has even called me to make sure I was happy and if I need help understanding all that my vehicle does. He says to bring it in anytime and we can go over everything again. May take him up on that!! Great experience, very happy.
