BUYER BEWARE: went in to trade in a vehicle and made it very clear from the beginning that the only loan term I was willing to do was 5 years to pay off the vehicle and it would be mine (keep in mind, I have some negative equity and my payments would have been $975 per month- absolutely crazy). As I walked away 3 times, they finally agreed. Upon getting to finance, we were the last people in the building and the finance guy pointed at everything and said sign here, initial here, etc not explaining the contact. I had to come back the next day since their computer was down anyways so I took home the contract and read over it. They tried to screw me over after me and my family have been loyal customers to them for 5 years. They put me in a balloon contract- basically over the course of 5 years I would pay $52,000 for a truck then to have to turn around and purchase it for an additional $19,000 or turn it in and walk away with nothing. WHAT?! Not to mention I spoke to FOUR finance guys and one even rolled his eyes at me and laughed in my face (not sharing names for confidentiality reasons). After spending minimum 8-10 hours at the dealership over the course of 2 days, I got my car back but they put up a good fight. Consumer affairs is now involved and I hope they are able to set their employees straight. How disappointing and disgusting, PLEASE READ YOUR CONTRACTS BEFORE SIGNING THEM. My family and I will not be returning.

Very upset. I do not recommend this dealer. I setup today 15.7.2019 at 12.54 am by phone one appointment, for today between 4:00 to 5:00 pm whit one of the lady from finance "LISA" .
I was there at 4.24 am and Lisa she left from work. The guy who I talk hi doesn't want say his name. I ask him if is possible for check all this information and hi doesn't want that because I don't remember the name of sales Manager how I talk and setup the appointment.
Today is a 4th day at dealer from June 23. 2019 when I bought the car.
2 times for fix some major issue from a car.
All of that problem pass the 167 INSPECTION POINT. (DON'T TRUST HIM)
Which they doesn't say nothing when I SIGN THE CONTRACT.. Very rude all people there.....

3. He is not pushy... you don't feel pressure and he creates a value added environment.
4. I have met him but once and I trust him. That is a hard proposition for a mechanic.
5. I told him some wrk had been on performed by someone else and he asked if it was warranties. I said I think so and he suggested I see if the other people would support their warranty. Saying if they don't I'll take care if it. He takes ownership of your case.
6 the other shop did change the radiator fans but they lose a customer and YOU GAINED A VERY LOYAL AND APPRECIATIVE CUSTOMER. I will advocate and market your depart to all my friends, relatives and customer base. I am a CPA.

Awesome experience and still stunned as to how everything worked out despite not getting the winning number from the raffle :-) as far as I know that is, but non the less the crew including nick sweis and my assisting agent Ramon Landeros, I believe is the spelling, they were wonderful to work with and made the car buying experience very comfortable and seamless especially for a guy like myself whereas like many I m not the best credit candidate though with some solid persistence and humbled will Ramon along with the rest of the crew were able to negotiate a huge and considerably affordable deal/opportunity I in the end couldn t willfully refuse! Thanks guys and the families lovin the new car especially my little daughter now that she doesn t feel so cramped in the back seat of our precious vehicle! Just in time for mother s day also so I personally feel like I made it out like a bandit all pros and cons considered!... Our sales person was Jesse and he was awesome!! He showed us the vehicle we wanted and was patient with us making our decision. He was very knowledgeable and we were able to drive off the same day with the truck we absolutely wanted!! If we buy Nissan again, then we'd definitely come back here. My boyfriend and I went in and bought a brand new 2020 and received amazing help. We were there for almost 7 hours but that's alright because Ramon helped us understand everything and gave us space to think when we asked. They weren't pushy at all! I think we got a great deal out of it definitely!

DO NOT purchase the GAP insurance from this dealership, or Nissan in general!! My car was totaled in early April, Geico paid their half within 2 weeks....it is almost August & Nissans GAP still has not paid their portion! They keep giving me the run around asking for documents that they never mentioned in the first place, taking weeks to get back to me, & the customer service associates are not helpful!! DO NOT BUY!! Nissan you need to fix this!
Well, my reviews are a little mixed. When I came to pick up my car after repairs were done, the porter was great and the cashiers were awesome. My service advisor never came to get me from the waiting room but two other ones I finally found came to my rescue and let me leave with my car. However, no one came out with me to review the work that was done or to ensure it was done to my satisfaction. Luckily all the work was acceptable but a little more interaction with the service department would have been nice.
Worst dealership I've ever dealt with. Went there for years when I lived down the road and my car was still under warranty. Mostly for oil changes and stuff they couldn't screw up but when it came time for them to do anything more the incompetence was mind-boggling.
Had them repair my car after a collision and four years later am still finding things they screwed up.
Had to bring the car back 8 times for a bad wheel bearing. Told them every single time "it only happens around right turns" and "I'm pretty sure it's the wheel bearing". When I finally got a tech to go for a ride with me so I could demonstrate how blatantly obvious it was he insisted I never told them any of that. This from the guy who was constantly talking over me when I explained the problem.
Later I discovered they put the wrong size wheel on the car. My car has larger wheels in the back and they put a front wheel on it assuming I wouldn't notice.
Also I haven't been able to remove the dipstick ever since this happened. Earlier today I discovered that it's because they were to lazy to remove it when they removed the oil pan. So when they put it back together the dipstick got wedged out the side. It was literally bolted in between the oil pan and the block. And what really tops it all off is that they obviously realized what they did and were just too lazy to fix it because there was a bunch of silicone around the leak this created.
After all this Nissan sent me a survey. I obviously didn't give them a good review after having to go back 8 times for a wheel bearing (keep in mind I hadn't found the other stuff yet). When the survey came back to them the same loud-mouth service manager actually called me to tell me how he missed a bonus because of my remarks and that I should not bring my car there anymore. I of course made a call back to corporate to get that straightened out but who would take their car there anyway after that kind of experience.
Rude, incompetent, and when you call them out on it you get told not to come back.
I came into Peoria Nissan to purchase a truck. Prior to arriving I explained to the salesman. which truck I was interested in. I had him verify that the truck is on the lot and for sale. He confirmed that it was. So I showed up to the dealership to view the truck. The salesman wanted to run a credit report before I even physically seen the truck. I explained to salesman. That I want to view the truck in person. After about an hour. He finally takes me to the lot. Before being able to view the truck I was interested in. He began to show me 5 other vehicles. Finally after walking in the heat for 30 minutes. We finally arrive to the truck I was interested in. And wouldn't you know. The salesman didn't have the keys. At that point I was done. On my way back to my car. The salesman approached me and said he could get fired if I dont come in and talk to his manager. I told him I was no longer interested in purchasing a vehicle from Peoria Niasan. He then stormed off puffing and pouting like a small child. Peoria Nissan you should be ashamed! What a dishonest way to sell vehicles! Im completely disappointed. However things worked for me. I went to a different dealership and found the truck of my dreams! If you like fast talking, shady salesmen by all means come down to Peoria Nissan!
Eduardo and Walter are total professionals! They understand their product and they both took ownership of my experience. Chris in finance took the time to walk me through everything and at the very end, even though it was very late, Eduardo insisted on ensuring that my phone was set up with my new car for the ride home. I was impressed that Walter followed up with me the day after just to check in. I highly recommend this dealership and I will certainly buy from them in the future.

The service experience was not bad. The reason I gave this post 1 star was that the only reason I was in for service was a dealer created issue . I went in for a free re-application of Zaktek paint protection, which the dealer forced me to purchase with the vehicle. What this of course means to the customer , along with all the other aftermarket gimmicks such as hubcap locks , nitrogen in the tires, etc...you re adding about 2 thousand to the purchase price . This of course is your dealer profit. And why do I need a mechanical protection plan when the car is a certified Pre-owned that has a warranty up to 100,000 miles ? Again, dealer profit. Bottom line is after putting 5 thousand into the deal at inception, and making 6 months of payments, I m still 6 thousand in negative equity, in part because of the extra dealer adds that were financed. Completely unnecessary in most cases, with the possible exception of window tint-which of course you can get elsewhere cheaper and also not finance into your deal. At minimum, ask your dealer to sell these items at cost.
Enjoy Nissan. The service costs were quite high so that is my biggest gripe. But folks are great.
The experience I had while purchasing a new car for my wife was not one that you or I would expect from a dealership. The service that I received from Sean Moriarity was exceptional! He listened to what I was looking for and didn't try to hard close me when I wouldn't accept the interest rate he originally brought to me. He worked extremely hard to get me the payment I was comfortable with. I can honestly say Sean under promised and over delivered! I will be sending all of my closest friends and family his way so they could be treated the same way I was! Thanks again Sean, you're the man!
Nissan service is a joke . Who calls you to bring your vehicle in to get the part you been waiting for two weeks to get installed and they can't even check the part before wasting your time. " the box said blower motor " we were to lazy to open a make sure it's the right one ; or even a blower motor. " sorry sir it will be another two weeks before not sure " . Way to go guys You guys knew this was a service vehicle. Yet took no concern over the fact that you wasted somebody's time. Scheduled work time to bring this vehicle into you. Wish you guys a be a little bit more diligent in a more professional when dealing with customers. I understand it's a warning to you and you're not making money . We still deserve common courtesy .
Peoria Nissan has good employees that are friendly and willing to help in the service department. They do offer complimentary Uber pick up and drop off which is a great perk. The waiting area is comfortably and they do offer WiFi. Scott in the service department answered all of my questions and gave me some good recommendations for my truck.
Paul Watz Jr is the best for my service needs. I will definitely be coming back to Peoria Nissan for my service needs.

I had a transmission problem so I called Nissan Corp to see if they would help because these vehicles have a known issue with the transmissions. Nissan opened a case and told me to take it to a dealership for an official diagnosis. I first went to Coulter Nissan and they were unwilling to diagnose it without charging me $170. I called Peoria Nissan and spoke with Debbie in service. She said to bring my van in and she would take care if everything. And she did. She dealt with Nissan Corp and got the approval for a partial warranty coverage (factory warranty expired) and got the whole transmission replaced in about 3 business days. It was an effortless process all thanks to Debbie.
I am a first time Nissan customer. I utilized the online sales team for my purchase of a 2013 Altima. I am very satisfied. The overall experience was comforting. The finance specialist understood my needs and put me in the best possible situation. The sales team, helped me find the perfect Nissan. In a few months, I plan on trading in my vehicle and purchasing a new one. I am sure I will have the same experience. In addition, the consistent superior customer service in every aspect has made me a lifetime customer.

I took my Pathfinder into Peoria Nissan for my first FREE routine oil change. I received a full inspection and a free tire rotation. It was discovered, there is an ABS something or other recall. Paul was great, he ordered the part, and because it was late in the day, provided a free loaner car over night... total cost to me for the entire visit ZERO $. Very good experience.
Not even 90 days after buying and my car has already broke down. Of course, if I want it fixed its out of my pocket. Leaves me very little confidence in the car long term.

I bought a 2014 Nissan Altima from Liberty GMC about 4 or 5 months ago and not long after the I key system error came on and my car wouldnt shut off and eventually wouldn't start. The dealership I bought it from was absolutely no help at all...
However, James at Peoria Nissian went above and beyond to help me out and fix the problem! He was was honest, upfront, great communication in letting me know what was going on. I honestly cant say enough how amazing and super helpful he was! So thank you James! Again!

My father was placed in a very difficult position due to an unforeseen medical issue that forced him into early retirement and was in need of downsizing his vehicle. The experience at Peoria Nissan was great. We started by choosing our car online and this was a simple and user friendly way to search for cars. When we got to the dealership we were greeted and not pounced on. We met with the internet sales and proceed to fill out the paperwork which was a breeze. All in all a very good car buying experience.
We would like to take back what we said about Peoria Nissan. We went in and purchased a 2nd vehicle from them and the first car was a mess and found out the bank that was funding the car was not actually able to fund it so we ended up re signing a contract 4 times.
The 2nd car was even worse. Sales person Eddie was great. Finance person Dominique was very rude and dis respectful. The dealership had told us that the loan was funded and we are good to go. Then the mistakes started happening again. We had to start over since the bank backed out after we were told it was funded. We were called later in the evening and told by finance that we had to come back right now and sign the new contract. We did not and ended up going a day later. Then it was not just a re sign and you are good to go. They were asking us for more money to put down and and we did not have it so they were telling us to write a post dated check that they would cash before we had the money in the account. Kind of shaddy if you ask us. Then they were telling us that instead of the amount we put down we needed an extra 3 grand to stay in the car we were already approved for. So now the dealership has the car back and we are waiting to see where are trade in is at. For us this was very bad service and it seems like a bait and switch and now they are trying to make us pay more for something that we said we did not have from the beginning and if we paid the extra 3 grand then we will have put almost 4 grand down on a car that we were forced into. So the experience started out great Eddie was a great person but from there it went down hill. Dominique was the rudest person we have met for someone who is supposed to have customer service skills. Now we are being passed around to different finance people and made to wait hours on end for them to fix something that they screwed up and then waited almost a full week to notify us of any issues with the loan period.
I had an appointment with Edward Ysasi. He had the Vehicle I had inquired about, 2020 Nissan Titan Pro 4x, pulled up and ready to drive. The process of buying, financing, and delivery was hassle free and efficient. Eddy was a joy to work with as was the rest of the team.
