on July 25, 2020 and it was a Saturday of all days to have a battery problem in the heat of the day, it went dead, so with it being a Nissan battery i call Peoria Nissan service dept. the gentleman answer the call and said his was name was James and how can he help, I Introduce my self and explained the problem i was having with the battery and needed to get it taken care of , James said if i could get the car in that day it would be a couple of hours but it would be taken care of . I know how busy Saturdays can be but to have it in a couple of hours and have us going was AWESOME! well to top that James call me in 1 hour and said our Rouge was ready with a brand new battery and their was no charge as the battery was under warranty. I just wanted to say a BIG THANK YOU to James for being professional and on top of this matter . Please follow up and let James know how much I appreciate him for his customer service attitude to make this right for us. Thanks again James and Peoria Nissan. Jeff Watkins

This was my first service on the 2020 Rogue. No appointment but Al Barroso, service advisor, took good care of me and my Rogue. He answered several questions about the information panel and interior lighting. I'll go back again when it's time and ask for Al Barroso.
I worked with Jesse Leon. He was very sincere and made me feel like I was talking to a friend as opposed to a typical salesperson. I never once felt pressured by him and was comfortable the entire time. I told him what I wanted and he didn't try to talk me into anything else I wasn't interested in. Even called to get me exact truck I wanted from another dealership. Glad to say I drove away with a 2017 Titan XD for the price I wanted. Thanks Jesse!!!!!
The dealership managers and the finance personnel are liars, they promise me a better rate if I get a sustained job with a W2, if I want to trade my car, after I got a job, they offe tdd me rate of 13% and a payment of 640$/month and I need a cosigner. In addition they were shopping me around with almost 11 banks which have a negative impact on my credit history. The next day I went to Right Toyota, I was amazed, everything was smooth, I got a corolla 2021 which is a better car than the sentra with a rate of 6%, for now, with amazing other features and discounts. Peoria nissan treat people differently and unfair with their strategies of shopping for the higher rate they can find for a customer.
I stopped taking my car top get the oil changed here because I don't like waiting over 2hrs for the service. I also hate being harassed by the car sales dept, I receive several calls from DJ to trade in my 2010 and get a new 2012, said no, then he called again, then a few more times and I finally told him to stop calling me and the guy called me a Dick just because I got upset that he called Sunday evening a few times until I answered the phone. Bottom line, I'm staying away from Peoria Nissan, they never treated me like a client after I bought the car there 2 years ago.
While we have not purchased a car from here, my experience car shopping here was no pressure, even when it came down to talking about the Out the Door cost of the car and financing. Kent was a pleasure to work with, and he understands and respects prospective clients. Scott Smith was great to work with as well. There was no playing games with the cost of the car either, or APR. I left feeling great and was more educated on the Versa Note that weren't in the professional car reviews. When the time is right, this is a dealership that I will consider coming back to.
Don't use the service department. I watched a service technician drive my truck Like it was a off road gocart. I work really hard so I can have nice things but that doesn't seem to matter. I feel they did that because they were having a bad day so they took it out on my vehicle not cool .Don't use them they abuse your car . I've been to a lot of different dealership but I've never seen someone treat some else's property like that. They are dangerously negligent with your car . Hey after all it's not the technician's car so they don't care . I should go to let Joey know on ABC News channel 15 . Please don't use them just trying to warn you.

I went into the Nissan dealership very unsure about electric cars in general, but my husband and I were very intent on going hybrid or full electric if we could. John Breeser is the electric car expert and he was extremely helpful. He answered all of my questions and made going full electric way less scary. I am super understating how helpful John was. Even after the sale was all done, he helped me set up the apps I would need with the car. He was not at all pushy, which as a woman, I very much appreciate that. The financing department was great too. The whole experience was great. Really recommend the dealership, John and the whole team.
Recently leased a vehicle with Peoria Nissan, it was *the* smoothest transaction, even with contactless procedures (which were excellent). We signed on a table in my driveway! This is my second deal with Peoria Nissan and I've been very happy with both transactions and vehicles.

I felt legitimately harassed by this place car shopping a few months ago. I wanted to view a recently arrived car, but had to jump through all kinds of hoops and give them a ton of information just to even look at it and see it wasn t the transmission I wanted. Then to leave they told me I had to check out with the manager and more hoops, so I just left. Then they followed me to my car and came up to my window while I was getting my GPS up. I explained I was very specific about the model I wanted and they kept pushing other cars, while I was sitting in my car trying to leave. Afterwards I had to report a lot of spam and block their phone number because of incessant contact.
Scott and all the service people are cool ans know me by my first name serge the salesperson was excellent and knowledgeable, friendly and polite and we were not there all day.
Went to go look at a car for my mom the sales men were very helpful and not pushy like most seem to be they took their time showing me the car even though it was most likely going to be purchased sometime else considering I dont live in AZ I'd definitely recommend this dealer to anyone in the market for a new Nissan.
I made an appointment with Ramon on Wednesday they welcomed my mom and I with great pleasure. He sat down with us and showed us our options as well as showing us around the lot and choosing the right car for me. I have a 10 year-old Sentra that had transmission issues. The service department worked with me in dealing with Nissan Consumer Affairs... end result, Nissan covered replacement of the transmission, at no charge, under an extended warranty related to a known issue. Had they not gone the extra mile, I would have been stuck with a $5,200 tab, or the cost of a replacement vehicle. The service advisor (James) was incredibly helpful, professional and a pleasure to deal with.
I bought a 2016 Nissan Frontier from Peoria Nissan, and it was the best new car buying experience I've had. Mike Neve, Fleet and Internet Manager, did a great job of making sure I understood vehicle features and provided me with a fair and reasonable price in conjunction with the Costco Auto Program. Mike made it a very positive buying experience. I would strongly recommend Peoria Nissan.
The people were friendly here. As always, it took awhile to buy a car, but that's expected anywhere. When dinner time came around and my son was getting hangry, Josh, the salesman went out of his way to buy us Dominos Pizza while we waited for the finance dept to finish up. None of the other salesmen did this for anybody, but this guy knows customer service. Overall, being at a dealership for hours on end is no fun, but the people here made it more than bearable.

Excellent staff (Frank, Adam, Tim, and others I can't remember) and customer service. Fast and easy signing. I told them what I wanted, didn't show up until terms were met. Basically came to pick up the car. All paperwork was ready, got an amazing APR! And don't get me started on when I take my car in for service!! I love Paul!

As always great experience with the service department team at the Peoria Nissan. This time I was getting oil change. Deborah greeted me promptly as I pulled up by the service area. 30 minutes later I was out of there with oil changed, inspection done and since I declined the free carbwash that time Deborah said I can just come back anytime and have it done. By far the best service of all Nissan dealerships I have been to in the valley.

This is the run of the mill car dealership. When you talk with sales they will make you feel ok about the deal. Then in finance the poor ladies' computers do not work so everything takes forever. Our salesman was nice, finance was nice, however once again the management seems to think they do not have to honor the contracts made. On the we owe you slip we made sure to ask for the three rows seat covers, the air conditioner needs to be checked. We came in today to attempt to get everything finished. Now we are being told to come back and they don't make the seat covers for these vehicles by the service adviser Elijah J. Pedigo, this in two minutes with a Google search was proven to be bullshit. I am never buying another new car from a dealership, especially the way the managers at dealerships try to screw their customers. If the service stuff is not done today I will never return here again nor do business with any of the Nissan Dealerships. Tonight after the deal was finalized and I posted this review I get a call from the sales manager asking me what went wrong. Where to begin. Dishonesty from the get go. When I asked about how come they don't quote the prices with the warranties and everything included and wait for you to get back to finance, he informed me the people who quote that stuff have to have insurance licensing. I didn't see any kind of documents in the finance person's office for a license. Not to mention people licensed in insurance are normally required to display this information. When it comes to buying a car from these guys my one suggestion to anyone is to ensure you ask what the total price of the vehicle is with warranties, extended coverage, and have them call you back when they are ready to go over the contracts. Do not let them keep you there for hours on end, don't give your keys to anyone, don't give them your license or anything of the sort. They will ask for these things, but make them give you a quote with everything up front, tax fees, title fees, licensing, and so forth. The one good thing I will say again is the salesman Angelo Becker is very good. He promised to help us out with everything, and do what he can. We were able to order the seat covers which we were promised, but again the air conditioner was not done today as we were promised, and the items were not in today. How does a dealership which, sells so many cars not have the items they promise people for the cars they sell? The other tactic they use is the whole sign and drive bullshit. Do not do this, make sure the deal is finalized, and financed. Drive your old car home, and wait until the next day if you are happy with it then take the vehicle. Do not let them trick you into signing contracts and "Backup Contracts" which is the term they use in finance to ensure the "dealership" is protected. They do not care about you or your family. If the deal isn't done don't drive their vehicle off of their lot. Lesson learned for us. Offering someone dinner, or other small tokens is nothing more than patronizing when someone is as upset as I am. This is not a good tactic to attempt to win back a customer you have already lost. Angelo already bought us dinner yesterday when we were sitting there for over 6 hours. Thanks but no thanks.

All items were addressed and he identified additional items which needed correction resulting in a win win for myself and the dealership in increasing revenue.
A little concerned the majority of the employees here aren't wearing masks! Update: back a month later, and nothing has changed! The service with the sales and finance department is the worst.... My salesman, Gabe, was nice, but when I needed follow up service, everyone else was awful! My only good experiences were with Chris and James. But the lack of masks!!!
Worst experience ever, they will lie to you to you to sign only to have them change contract and tell you your payment will increase..told me i cant cancel deal, when they never called to tell me in time..now they wont refund down payment when i canceled deal and returned car..was harrased by the sales manager to accept deal and sales people were very unprofessional asking me out..wish i had read reviews before hand.. had same issues as other reviews.
Scott took care of me, answered all my questions, my tint is perfect, but my windshield was filthy, I had to pull over and clean it. I believe it was just an oversight, I appreciate the service I recieved, thank you Scott.

My wife and I purchased a used car at Peoria Nissan. I won t bore you with all the details, but there was a bit of a hiccup with the vehicle that no one could have foreseen until it was driven for a bit. We were immediately given a loaner car and our vehicle was inspected, repaired, and returned to us with a 12 month warranty just for peace of mind down the road. This is a business, so they made money off us and in exchange treated us well and helped us get into a vehicle more suited to hauling kids around. By the time all was said and done we had been helped by John Breeser, Josh Zomok, Eddie Garcia, Frank Jarosz, and Scott Smith.

Great experience. We purchase a vehicle after finding the package we wanted on the website and setup an appointment to come in and check it out. The process was fast, painless and the fleet manager we worked with, John B. kept us informed the entire time. Dealer even worked with us on delivery time of the vehicle to be convenient with my needs. It is obvious they care about keeping their customers happy. Would consider buying another vehicle from Peoria Nissan again in the future.
I've been a Peoria Nissan customer for years, so my vehicles has been serviced by their Service Dept., including other Nissans purchased from a different dealership, and, by far, they provide the best Customer Service. Over the years I've had a few service advisors, but my current advisor, Scott Clouse, is above them all, definitely their top guy.
