Dentist team are super friendly and take the time to both listen and explain things. They were also amazingly patient with my daughter who is only 2 and 3 months old.

Staff are very friendly and accommodating. My husband has a disability and they have made sure he is seen in a downstairs surgery. We never have a problem getting appointments and the dentists are excellent.

Dentist is polite and considerate. Thoroughly examined teeth and gums. Would highly recommend.

I am a very nervous patient. Can t fault the technical expertise of Mustafa and great nurse..but in over an hour at no point was I told what they were doing..I think that is poor understanding of what patients need..communication.

Always get the best possible care when i visit from the receptionists and from Syed Ahmed.

A caring, efficient and safe practice where our whole family feels welcome and valued. Always willing to respond to emergency or other unusual needs, this is clearly a team of top-class professionals.

In general I find the reception not too friendly (although the new young girl did her best to help me). The dentist left my 5-year old with a wobbly tooth with a major cavity and whilst I appreciate removing a young child's tooth isn't easy, its far better than leaving a child in absolute agony for what would have been 5 months before our 'emergency referral' at the hospital where he would have undergone general anaesthetic, which also carries major risks. Have now left the surgery.

Staff are always helpful and polite. I never have a problem booking an appointment. My dentist is amazing and my treatment exceptional.

I've been with pennypots for years. My daughter and I see Dr Syed. Reception staff are friendly and helpful. Dr Syed is extremely professional and friendly l. I have a back condition that sometimes makes it hard to sit in chair,he always tells me to take my time as he's happy to wait. He puts me at ease. He's really good with my daughter aswell.

We arrived early for our appt. & were seen in good time, no waiting. The dentist was very good at explaining what he was doing and afterwards advised what the ussues with my teeth were and what action was needed. All staff, friendly & polite.

phoned in the morning with a broken tooth saw me the same day even though only one dentist was in that day, done a temp repair to stop the pain , such a great caring dentist thank you so much.

Not impressed. Basically have been knocked off their books and been told to go away and find another dentist, both myself, my son and my husband, because I dared to question two fillings a new dentist said my son needed. Whereas the dentist I saw before, who unfortunately left, based on the SAME X-Ray this new dentist saw, said he didn't need any based on this x-ray and they don't like to do fillings unless they have to as it weakens the teeth. How dare I question and ask to see a different dentist at their surgery!! Now all my family have no dentist - disgusting!!

Pennypot is a very friendly and efficient dental surgery. I've been a patient there for several years now and have been completely satisfied with the treatment I've received. It's also been such a relief to be with the eame dentist in all this time. Before going there I had had many changes of dentist at the surgery I attended.

I was delighted with the sensitive way my 95 yer old mother was dealt with at Pennypot when she came in for treatment from the hygienist. I would recommend this dental practice without reservation.

Because of bad experiences with dentists in the past I am really afraid of the dentist. Also my mouth and gums are really sensetive so most procedures are very pa in full for me. When I moved to the UK I needed a dentist and on the advise of someone I phoned up penny pot Deal.

The first people that you see are the lady's at the reception, and they are extremely nice and helpful. They are always very polite and helpful in getting an appointment time that suits me.

My dentist Dr Prad is amazing he is very patient, takes me seriously and most importantly he believes me. Injections always really really hurt me and Dr Prad uses a numbing cream and then puts the injection in. And mostly I don't even feel it. He always makes sure that he waits long enough for the injection to work before he proceeds and because of that I keep going to the dentist. Although I am still shaking if I have to have something done I do trust Dr Prad 100% because he never hurts me and he does precise and good work so it always looks good.

I also want to compliment the dental assistent she is very caring and reassuring. And she handles the instruments very well she doesn't stuff them to far in my mouth and also doesn't push or scratch my tongue and gums.

My wife and I have been with Pennypot for the last nine years. Whether it is simple check ups or more complicated procedures carried out in Hythe the whole team has been brilliant. Syed Ahmed has put himself out on a couple of occasions when we needed emergency treatment, foregoing his lunch, to see us. Any treatment has been 100% successful. Wonderful service, fabulous team. Recently joined this dentist practice after a bad diagnosis from a different practice. I was totally amazed at the excellent service I received here, the receptionist was so happy and helpful and the premises was spotless. The dentist was friendly and explained what was needed and I got a follow up appointment 2 days later. Very good advice and treatment received. Very happy and would definitely recommend.

to see a dentist within half an hour of my call. Kind, polite, efficient is their hallmark.

Always receive excellent treatment from the hygienist, Cathy Essam. She is very friendly and gives good advice as to what I need to be doing to improve my oral hygiene. Would definitely recommend her.

Unscheduled appointments are made available at this practice with very little delay. The dentist is courteous and reassuring, a very skilful technician and ready to answer any questions fully. The dental nurse and reception staff are efficient and friendly. The approach by all staff is totally professional. Appointments are invariably on time.

I am now on my 3rd dentist at this practice which is not good for anyone especially nervous patients. Luckily the first 2 dentists were great but left and unfortunately the new dentist is not great which is why I only rate 2 stars.

They also do a lot of cosmetic dentistry, but don't push it if you're not interested.

Absolutely shocking! they charge you for your appointment then a month later you receive NHS penalty notice?? twice this has now happened..
They are just not interested. Be very wary and if possible find somewhere else!
If the staff were polite and understanding it may help but they are just rude.

Well....What can I say I had to get an emergency appointment they were very polite, very efficient and that's just the receptionist, The dentist seemed new but was very descriptive with what needed to be done and how I would feel and what I should of been doing.

5 stars and by far the best experience in regards to a dentist.

I hadn't been to a dentist for a few years and was a little nervous on my first visit to Pennypot Dental... but I needn't have been. From the moment I walked through the door I was put at ease, and my dentist explained exactly what they were going to do while giving my teeth a long overdue MOT.

After getting a relatively clean bill of dental health I returned the next day for an appointment with the hygienist, where upon my teeth were given a thorough clean and shine. I can honestly say that I wish I had booked an appointment at Pennypot Dental years ago as my teeth haven't felt this good for ages.

Very professional service. My first extraction, and very apprehensive, was made to feel totally at ease. Excellence all round. Thank you.

All the staff from reception particularly Ms Dixon, and the dentist Dr D Limbu and all others were so friendly and helped put me at ease. Due to medical problems i have trouble laying flat and am in great pain when doing so, The staff were so patient and im so very grateful to them all. I would recommend this surgery to all. Appointments pretty much always on time a d if I need to change an appointment then I don't normally have to wait a long time for a new one. Dentist is good and reception staff are always friendly and efficient.
