Was a current temporary employee until today. Buffalo is no different then the Canada factory. Many times we have no supplies to work with. And when we finally did get a shipment it was rush and get everything done. And then wait a week or 2 before we could do any more. Management at the buffalo plant has no clue on how to run his staff. We are told what he thinks we want to hear. And their current supervisor plays favorite to some employees and the rest are just told to stop whining when a problem was brought to her attention. Very poorly managed company. Boss in his office all day not caring what goes on in the shop. And the supervisor has no clue on how to run a floor. But if you need a job at 12.50 an hour . Just get out before you are stuck there you are just a number and are replaceable to them..
It was a nice place to work at. My coworkers and team leaders were kind and helpful.
This place thrives on gossip. Management and HR only help employees they like, otherwise you're on your own here.
GVA is a great company to work for. Every one that I had the pleasure of working with was extremely friendly and professional. GVA is the type of company that you will always be learning new skills at. It's also a company that rewards people that think outside the box. If you're someone that wants to work for a company that will give you opportunities to expand your skills GVA is the company your looking for.
Got very unsatisfied with their products ( seems like their engineers are not doing their jobs right ) so I had to call them back, but over the phone people were very rude. Never getting back to this company again.
Nice people. Been coming here and people are friendly helping you with you need...
My sister used to work in this company and she was forced to leave due to micro-management, cruelty of some seniors. HR representative is totally unprofessional.
Bad management, they treat their staffs very poorly.
