In general I find the reception not too friendly (although the new young girl did her best to help me). The dentist left my 5-year old with a wobbly tooth with a major cavity and whilst I appreciate removing a young child's tooth isn't easy, its far better than leaving a child in absolute agony for what would have been 5 months before our 'emergency referral' at the hospital where he would have undergone general anaesthetic, which also carries major risks. Have now left the surgery.
