Because of bad experiences with dentists in the past I am really afraid of the dentist. Also my mouth and gums are really sensetive so most procedures are very pa in full for me. When I moved to the UK I needed a dentist and on the advise of someone I phoned up penny pot Deal.

The first people that you see are the lady's at the reception, and they are extremely nice and helpful. They are always very polite and helpful in getting an appointment time that suits me.

My dentist Dr Prad is amazing he is very patient, takes me seriously and most importantly he believes me. Injections always really really hurt me and Dr Prad uses a numbing cream and then puts the injection in. And mostly I don't even feel it. He always makes sure that he waits long enough for the injection to work before he proceeds and because of that I keep going to the dentist. Although I am still shaking if I have to have something done I do trust Dr Prad 100% because he never hurts me and he does precise and good work so it always looks good.

I also want to compliment the dental assistent she is very caring and reassuring. And she handles the instruments very well she doesn't stuff them to far in my mouth and also doesn't push or scratch my tongue and gums.
