Reception and excellent veratour staff. Impeccably managed cuisine by the very Italian chef Paolo. Comfortable and comfortable rooms. Friendly staff and always very helpful. The only flaw: the private beach of the structure that frankly did not seem up to the rest, however moving 200m further north or south you can enjoy a better shoreline. Overall advisable.

A great place to stay, one of the first hotels to arrive in cop. Repeated a decade ago. A large dining room with a terrace overlooking the beach, deckchair available. A nice swimming pool with children's pool. The rooms are spacious and clean a mini bar, safe, air conditioning. The catering is simple but of quality and the staff of the room is very nice and very kind animations are few but music every night. Restoration options are provided in addition but it is the top half lobster [see photos] a recommendable place a big congratulations

The hotel is located on the beach of Flic an Flac and is rather small, but fine. It is a well-run hotel with a nice interior garden and direct beach location. The view from the rooms to the sea side is just fantastic. The food is always great and varied. The staff always friendly and never intrusive.
For problems is always helped. We'll be back!

The photos in the catalog give a distorted image with respect to reality. But first things first. As soon as we arrived at the resort, none of the Veratour who welcomed us at the entrance. After several hours, on our own initiative, we introduce ourselves to the village chief to know at least "what death we die of". The location would not be bad, too bad that the beach in front of the resort is full of dead coral with risk of injury to the feet when in the next village, however, clean the beach every morning. Entertainment is poor, only two staff boys for the whole village. Positive note: the Italian chef from Rome. Great chef, very good and tasty dishes, really good.

Very nice tropical style hotel with its beach restaurant located on the beach of Saint Jean. Personel very nice and smiling, the beach boys are very nice. I recommend for a holiday on the magical island of St. Barts.

Superb holiday, exceptional sunsets and well-respected beachfront accommodation. Food always up to every palate. Personally I found myself well, the animation didn't interest me. Privately organized excursions.

The staff were extremely friendly and quick to solve any of our queries during our stay.

Our room was really well looked after and the view from the balcony was awesome!

One of the best things about the hotel was the breakfast! They offered a great range of foods and drinks every morning.

The swimming pool was really clean and there were also plenty of activities to participate in daily.

Well, Italians go ahead. For Italians always something nicer, extras and really everything is all about Italian gesture. Too bad. There's more beautiful but condition 1a. Nice, dear and read every wish from the Liepen. For the service everyone is same guest. Too bad the rest count only the gesture from Italy.

Nice.

We stayed there 2 weeks! The staff super friendly, warm and smiling! The dark side was the room on the other side of the road, way too much noise, and the hotel was doing renovations! We asked to stay a few more hours on the day of our departure, but had to pay extra! We came back very tired! I find deplorable the attitude of management, do our request!

Google say it's a 3 start hotel, yet on their entrance they have 4 stars.
I stayed at this place (I'm even hesitated to call a hotel) for 3 nights in December:
1- The rooms decoration is average and not a decoration that belongs to a 4 stars hotel.
2- Second night they changed my room and the new room had a very bad smell that I needed to put a plastic bag in the shower hole to stop it.
3- For complaints you will get positive answer but nothing will be happen. I cut my finger in the shower room handle, the facilities manager told me will send someone to fix and I left without it being fixed.
3- Cleanliness is definitely one star, I was alone in the room and when they come to clean they leave female hair on the floor. You can easily feel that bed and washing is not fresh.
4- Expect the same breakfast everyday with coffee machine that do basic coffee, dinner food was ok.
5- Staff was rude in general with poor comm, except for Manesha she was exceptional.
I spoke to 2 or 3 clients staying at the hotel same time and they shared the same experience.

Despite being small in size, the hotel is really value for money. The food is really tasty and the staff is so friendly mainly in the restaurant. Being near to the sea, you get to have dinner while enjoying a beautiful sunset. The only negative aspect would be the lack of parking facilities...

I was very disappointed we were 2 adults one child 5 year old we had a room need to cross the road, only one bed for 3 of us. Car park wasn't safe. Cocktail was sugar mix with water was rubbish...will never go again ..

Good time with the family. Thank you to all these dedicated employees. But imagine a single Barman on a Sunday with 20 people waiting for their drinks all inclusive! Cleanliness of the swimming pool to improve! More variety at the buffet!

Despite not being located in the best part of the long beach of Flick on Flack, it offers a nice alternative to the expensive nearby resorts.
The food is excellent, full of alternatives and the rooms have everything you need for a pleasant stay. However, the beach services are poorly cared for: few sunbeds, few umbrellas ...

I Celebrated my New year in Pearl beach resort, stayed for 7 Nights, overall it was a good experience. You can also get Veg food in the hotel and a good veg restaurant is near by on walking distance. Nice view just keep in mind your room is beach facing.

Really everything was great, great people, great food, the rooms were large with a large bathroom, beach and pool were cleaned every day. I fell in love with the island, so I'll be back in Pearle Beach next year.

A fantabulous beach property to spend your vacation. The rooms are brilliantly constructed. The architecture of the hotel is awesome. The beach is just a few metres from the room. White sand beaches, crystal clear water with shallow depth, coral reefs , etc are the highlights of this resort. They provide complimentary gear for snorkeling too. The food is amazing with a wide variety of options. There are many shops nearby the property. They have a well equipped spa nearby. An amazing experience all in all

Excellent stay at this hotel. Very nice setting, clean place and a team of extreme kindness. You eat well there which is rather rare in a foreign country. A small flat on nautical activities which are not all available.

A very nice room in the back building we had received, only the view was nothing. Breakfast buffet is good and the birds have noticed. There are some program points offered. The beach is neat and nice to walk in the sea. Abendgaderobe / long pants for the man is required for the evening buffet. We ate outside the hotel. At the front desk you can ask for a scooter to explore the area. Much cheaper than a car.

Note that this hotel/resort has two listings , the other superimposed on the Sands resort 12/14 places further south at end of Coastal rd on which other reviews are posted. It would seem that some of those reviews refer to the Sands resort rather than Pearle Beach itself. For English readers I can do no better than refer to the review by 'A google user' posted there.

In addition note that the beach is only 10 yards wide at low tide shrinking to 5 yards at high tide, plus wear shoes at all times. Be wary of 'free' water-sport activities, as only the first 30mins is free, thereafter you pay.

What with piped music from the restaurant/pool area one side and the main road the other don't expect a quiet relaxing time.

The hospitality of the staff is so warm and homely. Infact the chefs are such kind that since we were Indian and weren't able to like their cuisine they offered us Indian food specially ! They hosted special candle light dinners and have amazing performances. Beautiful location clean and huge rooms ! Would love to visit again

Warm welcome but it seems that the resto staff were not aware of the MariDeal launched. Missed communication from the Management. Confusion in the menu but the team was helpful and gave maxi assistance.

In a nutshell, who wants more, must take more money in hand.
Clean, friendly, breakfast always the same but adequate dinner is ok room was clean but a bit noisy (thin walls you hear zb.den TV of the neighbor) but for the price I think is a 4 ok.

Holiday 14 to 22 January 2018 not very nice time, and in addition there was the cyclone Berguitta why the Mauritian law "prohibited us" to leave the village from Tuesday afternoon until Thursday around 13 when you are triggered with rain and strong wind, but no damage from us. The village is nice, good cuisine with Italian chef Giuliano very good and extremely available, while the service with local staff leaves much to be desired. The animation is good with the great Vito, Julia and Nico love, Fabio the musician. The manager Veraclub Salvo is very helpful and professional. NOTE VERY DOLENTE THE JOURNEY: you had to travel with Meridiana (and this is certainly not positive since the comfort of their air) instead we traveled with Spanish company Privilege: (which we found aircraft Meridiana uses very often) dated about 20 years, reportedly the only steward who spoke a few words of Italian, no monitor or film, or to route information, very tight seats, even paid ones, smashed seats, no communication during the given trip to Italian ...... Conclusion: NEVER AGAIN WITH MERIDIANA

Stayed here for our honeymoon 18/9/19 for 7 nights. The staff where all really friendly and helpful. Thought the hotel it's self was ok it's more like a 3 star not 4 star it could do with a update In some places like room security all the doors in my room didn't really lock properly. Thought the kitchen and dining area needs a good deep cleaning especially around the area where the chef's cook it's covered in greace. Food was ok always found something to eat but we ended up eating out 4 nights it got a bit repative . Think they need to look on better entertainment for hotel guests found all the entertainment and music was just for Italian guest and nothing for the English, french or German people also staying. Overall experience was average

A wonderful experience. Lovely hotel helpful staff and management. The location is idyllic with white sandy beach adjacent to the hotel. I would recommend IT for anyone thinking of a holiday in Mauritius

1. All inclusive is bad, e.g. 80% of the cocktails are not included and beer is only available in 0.2 ml glasses
2. Food is extremely lukewarm and was 3 times spoiled, as well as the juices
3. On the beach there are 27 umbrellas which are all reserved from 8.00 clock
4. Everything is overpriced and if you have been to Thailand or Mexico before you can only be disappointed
5. No cab to move on the beach
6. No ice cream and fresh fruits only rarely
7. At the weekend, service breaks down when local families are at the hotel
8. Every 2nd evening loud music until 11.30pm and unsuitable for families with children
9. The beach is not maintained and you can only enter the water with shoes through pointed stones and sea urchins
10. The service is very tip oriented

Quiet area .. directly on the beautiful sea..public and private transport just outside the resort to easily reach other areas of the island ... good food ... good service ... comfortable sea view room with a comfortable terrace ... excursions a bit carucce but well organized

Lovely and cozy stay among family of 15+ persons. For 4* hotel rating, service is very mediocre. Staff not welcoming at all, only when GM is nearby. Housekeeping does bed only but comfortable bedding and pillows. Bar is left very often with no staff to assist. Food very tasty and yum but very less variety. Animation & entertainment very nice. Side pool super nice to enjoy a moment.

Resort not large but nice and comfortable, large and clean room on the first floor with safe, fridge and television. Bathroom with two sinks, very large shower cubicle and separate room service. Kitchen with international food, local and Italian organized by the friendly chef Paul, always animated this to align the days and evenings with games, sports, music and entertainment. Beach not very big but sufficient for all guests. Stayed August 2018 always good weather temperature 26 degrees.

We were three weeks in November. Beginning of summer in Mauritius. An average of seven rainy days in November, but it rained more often in the three weeks. There is never really a cloudless sky.

The hotel is a cheap three star hotel.
It is located on the long beach of Flic en Flac. Unfortunately, the beach at the hotel is the narrowest and is polluted with lots of dead coral pieces washed up. Because of the many stones, going into the sea is difficult and only with bathing shoes. This is strongly advised because of the deadly poisonous stonefish that often occur there.
Relaxation is not possible on the beach because of the noise of loud music (from the bar, or during water aerobics, or during the dance class) or the many loud Italians who are mostly in the majority. It is better to take a few steps to the beautiful Public Beach north, or to the beautiful wide beach south. There you can also bathe in water much better.

The hotel is mostly in good condition. Nice spacious rooms, with a sea view (fantastic sunsets) with quiet and well-functioning air conditioning, large and good beds, minibar, safe, large closet, spacious bathroom with a huge shower and double sink. WC in the extra room.

The rooms are unfortunately very noisy, as the hotel is open on the corridor to the street and only the room door separates the street noise.

Nice ambience in the restaurant. The staff is very friendly and tried hard.
The kitchen also tries to bring variety. The chef should, however, be sent for further training. Every layperson knows that beef should be cut across the grain and not lengthways, as otherwise it is inedible. The dishes also lack seasoning. For three weeks at breakfast we only had mortadella as sausage and pieces of ham, and always the same cheese. Vegetables were always only tomatoes. Never peppers, or cucumbers, or anything else.

In the dining room it is very dark in the evening, giving the impression that it is closed. It is also because of the music that is played live with the meal, so loud that it is impossible to chat at the table. The guests all immediately flee from the dining room if they have eaten greasy food and the musicians then only play in the empty room until 11 p.m. in front of the staff, who then set the tables for breakfast.

Conclusion: hotel for noise-resistant. Corresponds to three stars, price reasonable. Weaknesses in hotel management.

Ok

Very poor quality Resort but very high priced

Very poor quality Resort but very high priced
every thing is wrong about the resort

1. We came in late as our flight got cancelled, hotel refused to refund
2. gave us lousy accomodation facing the backyard, we had to pay per person 1200 per night extra Mauritius to get the accomodation changed to sea facing
3. for Mauritus 3600 per night extra we received nothing other than fruit platter and 2 water bottles 2 coke)
4. broken locks, no hot water, poor workign A/c , toilets that lock urself out
5. Extreme poor breakfast, in all the 7 days we stayed there we got same food and its terrible,
6. hotel is keen to make money out of you without offering any service.

Quiet, excellent organization. Thanks to GIANCARLO, the leading animator, he made us spend wonderful days, a great person and a fantastic professional. Thanks to Paolo our cook Romano, his tasty dishes did not make us regret our kitchen. Thanks to Francesco, a magnificent musician, he made us spend wonderful evenings. A hug to Alessia, very nice and always available. Finally a thank Except for its precision in the organization. We had a great time. I recommend it wholeheartedly.

The hotel is right on the beach, it is clean for local conditions and the staff is very friendly the food is very good the rooms are big enough for two people. I also have a beautiful view of the sea from my room. Room 216. This is my second time here and I have not been disappointed. Of course you can get better for more money. But for 2 people 15 days all inclusive with balcony and sea view for 2500 euros including flight you really can't complain.

The food was extremely disappointing.

The food was extremely disappointing.
At tea time we just got samoosa, few pieces of pineapple, tea/coffee.
Dinner we got plain mauritian food like satini pomme de terre, rice, dal and few other easily cooked items- clearly not as mentioned on their website as "international cuisine".
Breakfast was not bad. Lunch was kinda ok but my friend got an undercooked chicken.
When we checked in and checked out, there were no one to take our luggage to our room, we had to take our bags ourselves.
2 stars since the room was extremely beautiful and clean, the staffs were very friendly.

This is a lovely little hotel located right on Flic en Flac beach. The rooms are nice, clean and comfortable and the hotel has a small pool out the front. Our room had lovely views over the garden and Indian Ocean. Book a superior room (sea view) - totally worth it. The staff at this hotel are all fantastic - very friendly, helpful and fun. The hotel beach is smallish but walk south along the beach and it gets wider and the views are beautiful. Free snorkelling trips out on the lagoon every morning! The food we had was amazing - we had breakfast every morning and ordered from the bar menu. All in all, great value for money!

We spent the New Year here, booking a vacation with a veraclub. Our room had an exit directly onto the swimming pool. The property has a private beach, which after all is not bad, even if walking on foot you can see that the other beaches are cleaner and more organized. We had some problems with the reception due to the lack of some things in the room, which more thanks to the assistance of veraclub we solved. The buffet is not very "international", we say that substantially what is being carried out is the Mauritian culture, but if we go abroad we must also adapt to this. All in all one cannot complain even if improvements could be made.
