Small flat on arrival with a slight delay in the allocation of rooms (was it due to the large number of arrivals that day?) - still it is that the team did everything to erase this small inconvenience ,
The best part was the Wellness & Beauty Care service - we left there refreshed and refreshed. Thanks to Fanny, Madu and Janitah for their professionalism and dedication. A big thank you also to Team Manager Vinah not only for the quality of her team but also for her kindness and her hospitable sense - she did not hesitate to liaise with other departments to ensure that our stay is unforgettable. What a relaxing holiday! The service is excellent, the facilities is well kept and the experiance was awesome. They had a daily dining theme that made us look forward to the meals. We went snorkeling, scuba diving and was on the beach most of the time. I cannot wait to go back.

It's a 4 star hotel, nothing great, well short of a 5 star hotel! Poor games room for kids. Average food choices

For the 2nd time here ... a great hotel with many offers. A beautiful beach with beach chairs around which you never "fight" must. Very very friendly staff. There are massages in the hotel, day trips, music entertainment, diving and snorkeling, kite surfing ..... loads. In addition, one should explore Mauritius, it is beautiful .... a paradise away from the gray and sometimes scary everyday life.

I had been to Crystal Beach Resort for my honeymoon. I am in love with this place. Our room was amazingly huge with a beach view. The entire property is very spacious and classy. Breakfast & dinner was awesome. The variety & quality of the buffet is truly value for money. Loved the desserts! The staff was extremely courteous and helpful. We did not miss our long walks throughout the property enjoying the lovely ambiance. The beach is just around the corner and a lovely place for an evening stroll. We also opted for a couple spa massage and it was amazing. Group events every night were so much fun. It s a great place for couples & family. We enjoyed our stay and we look forward to be back soon. Might be a bit expensive but highly recommended!!

Heated pool is hidden away at the northern edge of the resort...

The personnels are very kind and helpful and they are also pleasant and welcoming. The bartenders are mostly youngsters but do their jobs well and always with a smile

Great staff great breakfast no variation for meals. Room not very clean ..... lack of entertainment you can quickly get bored !!!!!!!!

Very nice experience except for the buffet staff which were in a hurry to remove the food even though there were several people still trying to serve themselves. It was also windy and sea choppy this time of the year (may)

Just checked in today. Service is not great at all. Food at the main restaurant was tasteless to say the least. I've got 7 more days here I hope it gets better.

This year for the second time because the beach is beautiful but always full of algae the whole facilities of the hotel like chairs armchairs and so on in a desolate condition. Staff on the whole very friendly but absolutely overwhelmed tomorrow morning is departure and I had to spend four hours myself to my booked in Germany return transport to the airport take care of any in this hotel had a plan in this regard. This hotel is absolutely not recommended here large private weddings are celebrated with up to 500 people in the rooms you can not sleep at all it feels like right next to the music box.

We are not complainers but for this hotel i can only say never again.

The room was really disgusting. Lack of cleanliness. The blanket and pillow was so smelly,yuck. Was really so disappointing. Food was nice.

Amazing hotel.. Very polite and friendly hotel staff.. Amazing property to explore. Every night after dinner there are function which host by hotel staff like Indian culture day, casino night, Sega dance show which is there local dance etc.

I'm really upset.. I call for a reservation but the lady who talk to me is very ill mannered , rude to me while I was still in conversation with her she hung up.
When I call back to know who talk to me so a lady say she don't know who was it and she say that it is a small hotel they don't even have any recorder, so is it the way they work with mauritian??
It's very disappointed!!!

Hotel location is wonderful, but not very gud experience with staff and security.Our safe was tempered ,, we lost few things from our hand bag....I am disappointed with security & housekeeping.

Dear indians please avoid this hotel just because of food item otherwise that is best

The cleanliness of this hotel leaves much to be desired. Some of the staff are rude, you dare not even talk to them. For me, it's a 0 out of 10. The bathroom ceiling is cracked (photo in support) and it's filled with mold. The furniture is dusty !!! This is my first and last time to stay at this hotel and I do not encourage anyone to stay.

Great place for families with small kids. Swimming pool just for kids, another one with many shallow places, playground, playroom. Great beach. Besides all of that super nice staff with great approach to customers. Always smiled and happy to help!

Fantastic location on the white sandy beach, staff was attentive and very nice. Breakfast was good and international, in the evening the buffet was mostly Indian meals. Room and area would be in need of some renovation, but on the whole we enjoyed the time at Maritim Crystals Beach very much.

Great place to party
If you want to enjoy yourself it is THE place to go. It is not a relaxing kind of hotel at least on the weekends if you want to get high on alcohol and have a great time. Definitely reccomend.

Nice property ,friendly staff specially PRIYA the head waitress who cared loads about us during my sickness trying to make me feel comfortable and assured about my health recovery ,good variety of food and drinks of all choice, Front office staffs very helpful Tina ,Sneha or Sweta ,Sunny FOM and many others who been very professional, I think you have the right staffs at the right place FOR TAKING CARE OF, and klyde at the aqua gym and Vanisha and team and making of cocktails with Cousin was a good idea . A very SPECIAL thanks to CHACHI the Roti maker who didn't bother making a home made style Farata upon request .I couldn't enjoy much due to my sickness but my family did, I will definitely come back again to fulfil my desires .

All inclusive offer is fantastic. The staff who clean the rooms seem to come late in the afternoon. Dinner is always good. The people who eat late seem to not have much desserts left.

Also on our second stay the hotel gets five stars. Top service, extremely friendly staff, nice area, delicious food (even with problem cases :-)), just a wonderful holiday. Thanks again to the whole team!
