Very nice and comfortable on the westernmost point of Flic En Flac on the west coast of Mauritius.

We were in May for 10 days in this beautiful rather small hotel. The staff was very courteous and nice. Very good and always ready for a fun was the head waiter whose name I unfortunately can not remember. He knew on the 2nd evening what our drinks preferences He received us every evening nice and always very fast. The rooms are very spacious and well equipped. The sea view was great. Also the hotel was well located for exploring the National Park and Le Morne It was also positive that you could move freely outside the hotel, without being besieged by people who want to sell something. In all, it was a great holiday on a beautiful island in a great hotel.

Pffff.....Not the place to be. The worst hotel I've worked for.

I have visited the hotel in Dec 2019. I and my husband experienced racism in the hotel as all the deluxe beach facing rooms were given to French and other people except Indians. There was another buildings behind the main building where rooms to Indian couples are allocated. The same can be felt in most of the staff behavior as they treat all foreigners warmly except with Indians. We asked for 15 more minutes on the last days after 12 PM checking time and they forced us out of the room alleging that they would charge for one more day extra.
I would not recommend this hotel despite its location to my fellow Indians who want to enjoy. The staff including the manager was rude and really offensive towards blacks and Indians. I even got the deluxe room after I have got a written confirmation from them threatening I will not go for booking. It was such a bad experience despite the fact that Mauritius and India has such a close political and cultural relationship

Got a great deal because it is the down season. Apparently the rooms get quite expensive during peak tourist season. The biggest plus about the hotel - it is right next to the beach. Apart from that, it is simple, clean and overpriced. Had the dinner buffet one of the evenings when I was there. Was a whopping Rp1,200. Way way over priced for the simple fare on offer. The spa is also way over priced. Massage was average.

Hello everyone. We are still here. For 2 weeks already. Tomorrow morning it's home. Time for an impression.
Everything starts with arriving. Kindly yes. But nothing more either. We arrived at 5:45 in the morning with two young children and 24 hours of travel on the clock. Unfortunately nobody really cares. Nothing happens but waiting. No water - no coffee - nothing for the kids. Waiting with the information that nobody would be there to give us a room and we have to wait for the manager to come in 20 minutes. He came after 2 hours. Still there was nothing. Keep waiting without any help. We just had to wait 5 hours. Most of them waited 8 hours. The facility itself is great. Unfortunately, nobody is allowed to look closely. There is rubbish everywhere and nobody clears it away. Rooms are of the usual standard. There is little to complain about here. Small repairs are recognized themselves and repaired daily. The service in the rooms is good. Clean and well-kept / always friendly. Unfortunately the restaurant is not to my liking. Breakfast is unfortunately absolutely simple and on the second day almost everyone wants the rolls that you can bake and offer in the evening. Dinner goes. No more. I look forward to going home. There is the same thing almost every day - just prepared differently. At some point you just won't find anything you like anymore. Staff? Mostly too much there but nobody has a plan. No idea about hotels and restaurants / no idea how to deal with guests. Buy yourself with Ruppis and it works. The beach is very clean and well-kept. Conclusion. Completely replace management / dismiss half of the staff. Promote and train the good. Too many Italians. Everything in the hotel is primarily designed for Italian guests. At some point you feel excluded. I can only advise families against it. Not a family hotel. Germans are few in the hotel. However, the few are often very pleasant and have collected the same impressions and passed them on to us. Mauritius yes - but no longer in this house. Unless you enjoy Italian prollos and matcho habits.

Awesome Sunset view...be sure to request the higher floors & the Ocean facing rooms...also the Buffet Food is superb so can go for the meal inclusive plans as well...Zub Express nearby is good to eat out

First of all, to assimilate the right size, we put attention to the fact that the resort is a three star, well below the standard Veraclub! The rooms are on three levels and all facing the sea or almost, I was on the ground floor, very comfortable because it was just a few meters from all the services, even if with some extra ant (acceptable). In the reception we speak little Italian, but if necessary they pass the ubiquitous and well-trained Salvo but only in fixed times! The restaurant is the real must of the structure, headed by the very nice and well-trained Chef Paul that there will never regret Italy. At the bar they serve a good all-inclusive coffee, except shakes and alcohol for a fee! Wi-Fi is good everywhere, except in the rooms (better so). The green is very well cared for but the sore point is, alas, the beach as the staff limits itself to eliminating the algae on the trampling but not to daily remove stones, building material in iron, hedgehogs, corals and many other objects that do not allow parents to let the children play alone (also due to the lack of a miniclub). To understand better just walk 200 meters and go to the "pirogue" to notice the huge difference of the beach! The animation is almost absent despite the enormous efforts of the great and professional Giancarlo that really puts the soul but has only one entertainer, the most likeable Cristina, who more than what we already do, it would be unthinkable! For the Morne recommend trips to see the most beautiful coastline of the island, the southern tour to immerse yourself in multi-ethnic culture of the island and the island of deer in catamaran for the newlyweds and fast boat (currently not offered by the resort ) for families! Finally, I spent 15 days with my family and we were happy because we adapt, if you don't have this ability ... don't go, because I don't think it's a conventional veraclub! Excellent value for money for this resort in the area of flic en flac, with buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner, with sea view room and friendly and welcoming staff. In the surrounding area there are 5-star resort, but obviously the cost rises.
Highly recommended for those who want to spend a beautiful holiday on this beautiful island at cheaper prices.

Just returned from vacation, I start with a general comment regarding my personal taste, traveled with Emirates with a stopover in Dubai, everything was perfect to but not recommended for children, the resort is small and there were not many people since it is winter therefore mild climate max 26 min 18 recommended some long-sleeved clothing variable weather nuvolo and sun, crystal clear water with pleasant temperature but bounded by buoys over there is danger in high season for passing boats snorkeling not much to see recommended the beach shoes and beds uncleaned board a tarp staff sea seen that this is not provided very clean, good general cleaning both rooms beachfront ones will enjoy a splendid view that the flaw common areas terraces and stairs (no elevator) area very well kept pool, bar with courteous and helpful but not very professional staff, very soft all-inclusive formula, spacious and clean indoor restaurant the veranda overlooking the beach, food not very varied but good praise to the chef Paolo , entertainment and almost non-existent beach games like evening entertainment even if the staff is very nice, Giulia, Enrico, Salvo and Fabio a hug , there are several little birds that visit the restaurant to me personally they did not bother, staff Spa friendly and professional, In the pool there is a shower but to use the bathroom you have to go through the restaurant, you make beautiful walks along the shoreline where it is very clear the difference with the other resorts kept soooo much better, you can easily arrive on foot or by taxi in the town near Flic and Flac where there are several exercises. Excursions ; made the one with the catamaran to the island of the deer (there are none) nice lunch ride in the boat prepared everything at the moment by the staff very well organized 95 per head for the other excursions in my opinion you can rent a taxi a full day 80 and it takes you wherever you want (in the photos I put the business card to which we leaned) doing so you are not tied to the times and you save a lot. Northern tour, Southern tour etc .... Tramonti one more beautiful than the previous ... Free WiFi throughout the Resort. What about a holiday that went well, but if Veratur does not address certain gaps for the time being I would not be able to recommend it. Nor for a single week is it not worth too much the journey is lost one day both on the way out and on the way back. Not all businesses make when buying in euro. Currency 40 (approximately) Rupees equivalent to 1 .

Simply the perfect honeymoon. The village is small and this is one of its advantages. Clean rooms and in the superior rooms change of towels twice a day.
Animation chapter: vote 11 because 10 is not much; Vito Kenny and Roger are great .... yeeeee ....
Kitchen: Alessandro you are divine !!!! Buffet always different and assorted.

Beautiful beach front resort. Not much snorkling because of speedboats

Best Resort with a view and a great price. I went to this Resort with my wife for my first honeymoon in 2013. All I can say is, it was worth every penny. The staff was super friendly, property was clean, they also have a pool table and the best part is the million Dollar View. Our room was on 3rd floor and it was just so Beautiful. I definitely miss this place and thank you to the great staff for the hospitality. You get 5 Stars.

We stayed there for a family holiday for 2 nights on an all-inclusive basis. The staff was very welcoming and caring.
The rooms that were provided were spacious, clean and with a mini bar. Towels, coffee, etc. were changed daily and the mini bar was refilled as well.
Free Wi-Fi is available in the hotel lobby and can go as far as the pool and a couple of rooms in the beginning.
The pool is very nice and is right next to the bar area. They also have a boat club which caters for all aquatic activities such as kayaking, glass bottom boat trip etc.
The only things that were not that great were the size of the complex, it was quite small thus limiting the amount of activities it can provide.
The meals are served on a buffet basis and was somewhat limited when it came to some cuisines but was nevertheless great; loved breakfast out of all meals that were served!
The nearby beach is also not the best part of Flic-en-Flac coast, same goes for the lagoon but the swimming pool was great which covered up for this. It can get crowded in the afternoons though.
The hotel also provides secure parking for guests and is close to various facilities. It also includes a spa which we did not have time to visit.

A partly in the years, directly on the beach located hotel, which convinced with thoroughly friendly and extremely helpful staff and good food! As you look over minor repair work like away!

Nice setting mainly due to its location. However, the layout is poorly done, which means that as soon as there are people we are cramped. Average restoration. Unprofessional staff probably linked to poor management. So if you like overcrowding you don't mind pulling out your wallet for the staff to look after you this hotel is for you. If the quality of service and professionalism are important to you go your way. You will find better elsewhere.

We arrived today .... we have not yet visited everything. Quiet place by the sea, nice guys in the village. Structure not very new but clean and tidy

A slice of paradise. We honeymooned here 10 years ago. Heavenly. The people are amazing.

I was there with my family and our yoga group too ,warm welcome nice food we have enjoy our stay.on the day of our departure my son have forget his sunglass in the wardrobe the sunglass was a polarized one in a beautiful black sunglass box.The next day l have told my yoga teacher
that my son havre forget his sunglass in the hotel room.she have made a call there and she told me hey have got the sunglass,but when I got the sunglass back with my yoga teacher it was a cheap sunglass in a bag.

Small hotel with few guests. Service quite friendly. Terrace with sea view to eat but almost empty, since tables should not be put together (we got a special permit ...). Food rather average, the quality is not outstanding. All inclusive offer of drinks completely OK. Room with great sea view, but very small for three people.

I stayed at the pearle beach in May ... nice very clean and close to a pretty pretty beach .... the food a little poor as variety ... very good animation .. always present but never intrusive .... CARLO AND GIULIA are really good .... I am the soul of the resort. Thanks to them I spent a fantastic week ...

After spending 10 days in this establishment I am delighted with the quality of service. the rooms are spacious and the housekeeping happens every day or even several times if you ask, the staff is ultra helpful the highlight of this hotel in my eyes. the swimming pool and the beach and superb sun loungers are available for the towel and beach bar and very nice. Several free activity as a glass bottom boat ride and canoe and pedalot loan.
The spa and super a multitude of very affordable opportunity unlike France;

The reception of the hotel is just top! the staff really takes care of us, all with a smile. The rooms are always tidy and very clean. They intervene 3 times a day unless they are asked not to.
The large pool is just magnificent and the access to the beach at the foot of the hotel is really great! breakfast facing the sea every morning is great.
The rooms in the "Annex" which are not part of the hotel are in fact exactly the same as the one integrated into the hotel except that we do not have a sea or pool view. Provide qies balls for those who are light sleepers and who are staying on the street side because of early morning hotel deliveries.
Too bad the breakfast buffet doesn't change. For the midday and evening meals, it is quite varied but we feel a desire to please our Italian friends who nevertheless occupy a rather important place (see imposing) at the hotel. (buffet based on pasta, lasagna and risotto at each meal, even during meals with an Asian theme, for example)
In the All inclusive formula, you do not have access to all alcoholic drinks. Take a good look at the map and locate the "*" which means that it fits in the All inclusive. You can't eat when you want during the day either. In the afternoon, there is a snack between 4 p.m. and 6 p.m.
I advise you to rent a car to visit the island for more freedom (but do not be afraid to drive on the left with the steering wheel on the right) because staying at the hotel is, after a while even boring if the setting is magnificent.

The Pearle Beach Resort & Spa is a small but very clean hotel.
The staff is friendly and helpful. The kitchen is good and varied.
The direct beach location I find advantageous.

Very nice hotel with beautiful beach but far from everything so complicated if you want to walk. the dinner is very expensive for what it is. 38 . Very poorly soundproof we hear the road very strong. So if car rental yes otherwise go your way

Good location on Flic n Flac adjacent to Beach. Being on the west coast, has lovely sunset views. Good rooms and food. Provides water sports activities such as canoeing, glass bottom boat and snorkeling free of charge. Drinking water needs to be bought by half board guests (over 0.5 lt per pax) and is expensive.

Nice little hotel. Personally. Clean. Calm. Food varied, fresh and hot. Direct beach location. Slippers!

We have just returned from a Mauritius vacation at the pearle Beach resort and had a great time. A wonderful place and great company. The veraclub animation guys were really nice, helpful, friendly but above all professional and always ready to please guests. I will carry this place in my heart and the people who made it even more special. Correct structure, unprofessional staff, Reception leaves something to be desired, Very poor service, Very basic kitchen without much choice, Spacious but not comfortable room with mattress bedding too hard.

The rooms are basic and not cleaned well.
The room service has improved a lot and gets by me FIVE stars!
In the restaurant there are theme evenings for the food and unfortunately no reasonable alternative. That keeps you slim.
The breakfast is simple and always the same.
The beach earns max. one point. I have never experienced so many annoying flies. From the beach chairs are too few provided. The beach chairs in the morning only a bit swept, but not washed off. You do not have to be surprised.
Where Mauritis is the "paradise", I find nothing there. Unfortunately, the island is already heavily contaminated with plastic waste.
I'm so critical, but the dirt and filth is outside the hotels everywhere!

fabulous sea holiday wonderful fantastic staff, clean and always in order resort, carlo, giulia, fabio and salvo have gladdened our days both at the sea and during the excursions, without forgetting paolino the really good cook ate well benessimo, trip a bit 'long but I recommend it to everybody.

N also the tea time.at 11 a.m no one at the bar to serve we need to go at the reception to ask for a barman when check out nobody at the reception ask us how is our journey at ur hotel n no thnks nothing .. very disappointed

Don't be fooled by the website pictures. It looks like they were taken when everything was new . Was looking forward to my stay but was very disappointed. Arrived at 21:00 late check in. Staff were not very helpful. Was told my room was in the complex opposite the hotel entrance. was not escorted to my room had to find my way there in the dark. At the entrance to the room block there was a strong smell of sewage, which carries into the rooms. Rooms are very old and in need of a big make over. Paint repairs to walls but no attempt has been made to paint over the repairs. Power points are also lacking. No power points at the bed side tables. All in all would not recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Mauritius.

I had the most loveliest 30th birthday here and got a whole cake. Pleasant place. Pity not all the water facilities were operating at the time
