Standard rooms are small and much below the quality of rooms offered in other PC properties. Most disappointing is the state of plumbing, which causes great distress to guests.
Buffet meals are not filled despite repeated request, while requests should not be needed at all, causing humiliation and worse experience.
Dinning staff seems to have very little training or value for coordination with banquet staff for looking after business guests and repeatedly disturbs guests over individual billing and payment.
Compared to PC Lahore or Karachi, it is an absolutely dismal experience to be in PC Peshawar.

Visit at pearl continental Peshawar is as special for me as every time.. food at Marco polo and Taipan is very yummy.. staff at marcopolo is very active nd cooperative..

Five star hotel but rooms are old. Overall best in peshawar.

Checkin checkout outstanding . reception staff is courteous and always helping us. I want to mention one of the staff name Ms Rebecca javed is cooperative and very politely dealing with us. Pc peshawar is the best hotel in KPK.we wish to visit again.

Once apon a time i was in mumbai and went to PC peshawar. The weather is really awsem even in summer there is snowfallss and is very beautiful. Marcopolo is good bye.

Only best option in the city with quality living options. Hotel has beautiful and scenic pool side and a health center with gym facility for the guests. It has playing area for kids and a bedmenton court near the pool both for the members and guests. Dining hall is also good to enjoy the meal.

Food is very hygeinic as well as staff is very hardworking including Abeera and other staff ..

It was great time with pc Peshawar.. great food excellent ambience.. staff was really nice specially Sana did a great job...

Staff like always very professional and the food was delicious.

The food at the Chinese restaurant was stale and and I had to spit it out right there and then I told the waiter and asked for the restaurant manager which never happened
Also the things at the breakfast felt like a day old being reserved

Probably the smallest Pearl Continental of Pakistan with smaller area and fewer floors. However they maintained the name and esteem of PC in their services.
The halls and and meeting rooms are smaller and rather simple compared to other hotels on the chain. One of the halls specifically was smaller, compact and more than towards ordinary (probably Khyber hall, in the basement near the pool). They need to improve this.
The lawns are very well maintained and kept neat.

Pearl Continental Hotel Peshawar feels there like a Pearl. The all staff behavior is so Friendly, Full of Love with lots of Respect.
Lots of times visited there on HiTea with Family & Friends all the times I found the arrangements awesome .
Thanx to PCHP have spend a wonderful time and feels such a Nice Experience.
Google suggest 5 to give but I gave 7 with lots of love and best wishes .

P c peshawar Marcopolo is out standing place for better services better food as well as great enviroments . For families guests. And friends.

There are no better options in Peshawar or else I won't stay here. Rooms and service is okay, however, they badly need to improve their food quality

The only 2/3 Star hotel in Peshawar. No other options left so have to come here for decent environment. Roof top bbq place is not for families anymore as they have set it up like hujra style. Tai pan still rocks.

The only 3-star hotel in Peshawar. On a personal note, it doesn't deserve that anymore. Back in early 2000s it had the best live BBQ buffet but not anymore.

Reasonably decorated but overpriced if taken into consideration, the facilities and the services.

a cozy place with extra ordinary tight security on entry gates. although the environment is pleasant and staff is friendly but food was not that tasty, not up to the standard.

A sad reflection of what Pearl Continental hotels used to be - best hotels of Pakistan from a bygone era! Peshawar PC as is with Bhurban PC should be an embarrassment to their portfolio. Hashoo group are happy milking their past reputation - which in reality has long disappeared, without investment in upgrading their facilities. The first two rooms we were offered were no better than a road side motel rooms and those too from Pakistani roadside. They were disgusting and walking in was like going back to the 1970s. Finally, we were told we were being upgraded to the "Executive Floor". Yes it was an improvement - the room being small and was anything but executive. However, it was acceptable.
Hashoo group needs to bring itself in to the 21st century! They still think their offering from the last century is acceptable! They need to look at the new upcoming hotels, to include Nishat Group and the likes of Luxus Grand.
We've been staying at PC hotels for over 40 years and have been a loyal customer (35 nights alone in last 12 months) despite most of our friends and family deserting PC years ago! If this is the sort of offering PC will continue to offer maybe it's time for us to move too!
The plus of PC Peshawar was the staff. They were fantastic and were willing to do things for us, going further is the norm. So kudos to the staff at PC Peshawar. They made our stay bearable! All of them from front desk, housekeeping to Marco Polo restaurant staff.
