Visited pearl continental Peshawar with family .. Food is excellent at Marcopolo restaurant.. staff is giving the best service.. very friendly atmosphere..will INSHAALLAH come again..

Always staying at this pc facility but this time the stay was extended for four days.... the best part was room and house KEEPING services ... very prompt, staff was very humble and cooperative ... I have been staying in almost all the facilities of pc in Pakistan but this stay was very comfortable and memorable. . Mr Mohd Ibrahim and Mohd Abid were serving my floor ... their hospitality and humble attitude must be appreciated

The staff attitude was excellent. Furniture was too old and torn from place to place. Room was dusty and looks that the cleaning was not optimal. The balcony outside the window was too dirty.

Food is tasty and ambiance is very good. Very well maintained.

It was pleasant experience. Staff was courteous and helpful. Hotel staff should ensure proper working of all equipment in the room before assigning room to the guest. Electric kettle did not work in my room and asking for assistance was a pain.

Greeting with beautiful smile.she is shining star of this hotel..I really appreciated her. Sales team is also cooperative especially Aqib Khan..

A hotel of the class in the town. It is a five star hotel with all the amenities provided. The staff is well trained. The environment is snug. The lawns are well maintained. But the security is cumbersome and reflects heavily on a visitor. The food was however not that good. Probably it is recycled. However the Chinese and barbeque are awsome.

Visit PC Peshawar many times, stay remains comfortable, specially want to highlight the very courteous and professional staff, Ms Maleeha GRO and Mr Anwaar GSO and many others including 3rd floor staff. All these are good professionals.

PC hotel in Peshawar is right in the heart of Peshawar. Its aside Golf course and have nice views.

Poor customer service, extremely poor air conditioning.

The restroom was really small and designed in an impractical manner. The Room was okay. There need to be more sockets in the room, I could just find one working socket.

Check in was fast and front desk staff was extremely courteous. Maleeha in guest relations was very professional.

I feel like home, staff is very much humble and friendly

very very poor service in top floor restaurant, it seemed to be as if we were dining for free. even service was not satisfactory. sweet dish bowls were empty. and when bill turn came it cost us 5000 for 2 persons buffett.

It s a restaurant specializing in Chinese cuisine and we did get to taste a lot of their delicacies, and trust me when I say everything was appetizing!
The carbonate shrimps, butterfly prawns, hot n sour fish, pickled cucumbers, Thai mango salad and what not, all delicious and delectable. Can t say the same about the desserts though. The desserts were purely Chinese originated which is why the taste was quite different to the ones we usually have. The presentation was on fleek but the taste just dint sit with me.

Outdated rooms, average toilets. With the exception of a few, reception staff is stuck up and slow. Lack of consistency in service. Breakfast and karahi in room service are the only decent things. Not up to the PC hotels mark

Went there for high tea .it was great the items were amazing no doubt about that but what i really loved was the hospitality ,respect and care from the waiters especially i will recommend the name of nasir khan . So all because of that i would really love to go again and again with family . Great work keep it up .
