Nice, clean, and quiet hotel with desirable amenities. We enjoyed our stay.
Nice, clean, and quiet hotel with desirable amenities. We enjoyed our stay.
Be careful with this hotel. They will charge you $75 in 'resort fees', I feel this is dishonest, my room charge should cover whatever costs Hyatt incurs, I frankly don't care. Also parking an extra $25 per day. Would not return because of this, please be honest and don't try to scam tourists. Taking advantage of families on vacation is pathetic.
Upscale hotel within walking distance of many local restaurants and attractions.
We had a horrible stay due to a poor experience at the on-site restaurant our first night. We tried to get the issue addressed that night at the front desk, the next day, and next evening but were never contacted by a manager after asking on 3 separate occasions. This clouded our whole judgement of our 4 day stay. Negative from the start and it only made us have negative views until the end (i.e. clump of hair in the bathroom attached to a clean towels (not mine), noisy room because of being near the elevator, no luggage stand in room, bellhops rudely demanding we use their service.) All around so disappointing. We contacted corporate and then got a pretty useless email from the manager at the location apologizing with not even a little incentive offer to redeem themselves with another stay. All in all, this solidified we will never stay in another Hyatt.
1. It surprised me that there is no recycling bin in guest rooms. Water bottle, beer bottle, and clean plastic containers they all went into the trash. If you use room-service, foods are delivered in disposable containers. This hotel is giant. If Hyatt Regency Orlando can make some change, our environment will greatly benefit.
2. We stayed here 5 nights. Long story short, I don t recommend this place for family vacation. Huge conferences are held here. A lot of guests are for the business trip. Eventually, family vacation guests seem to be negligible to the hotel.
The hotel was beautiful but very expansive and difficult to navigate, especially because we were only there for one night and didn't have a lot of time to learn the floor plan.
The first problem we had was at check-in, even though I paid an additional amount to have a better view they put us on the first level of rooms facing a parking lot and the top of a building. The entire floor looked and smelled as if thousands of hot, sweaty bodies had been trapped in there for several days. It was revolting. After trekking all the way back to the front desk with our things, they merely apologized for IGNORING the reservation, gave us a new room, and handed us 2 cocktail vouchers. This dismissive experience was typical of our stay at The Peabody. The entire hotel was understaffed from the front desk to the towel kiosk by the pool. I had to jump the desk just to get a towel . . . I was at the pool for two and a half hours and an employee never returned. When we checked out we did not even get a "thank you for staying".
All I can tell you is after this stay, my first at this hotel, I will never been returning unless the hotel would like to prove that this is a-typical of their resort reputation.
This hotel is enormous but all the signage helps with navigation. It is a beautiful venue and perfect for a large conference!
Nice hotel, great rooms and conference space. Onsite food is a bit expensive, but there are tons of restaurants in walking distance
Stunning amenities, food is a bit pricey but tastes very good and is convenient.
Hotel is clean and comfortable. Room is nice but not overly extragent.
Having a great time at the Hyatt. No issues but we are low key and low maintenance
I recently gave this place a 3 star review but decided to up it to 4 after completing my stay. They offer a good breakfast selection as well as good breakfast hours. The rooms are clean and the AC can keep things at a good temp. If you are looking for something near the convention center and at a great price, book here.
one of the best stays I have ever had. the pools where great the bars were friendly and the staff were always ready to help in anyway they could.
Used to be a 5 star Peabody. Still a 5 star for dirt cheap
We found ourselves stranded there after Orlando closed the roads due to hurricane Mathew. The hotel staff said they we're completely booked. However, many of the guest that had booked did/could not arrive due to the storm. So many rooms were unoccupied. We we're left with no other option than to try and sleep on chair coushins on the cold floor. The staff refused to provide any blankets or pillows.
I am truly saddened by the careless treatment we sufered at this hotel. From now on my loved ones, friends, colleagues and I will stay with any number of other establishments that treat people with respect and understanding. Especially during a natural disaster.
Beautiful hotel that still holds onto much of the feeling and ambience of the Peabody hotel. Easy access to the OCC (Orange County Convention Center) and right across the street from the west location.
Had breakfast there. It was very nice, clean and the food was excellent. Urban tide was good. 25 bucks for buffet was a lot but it was good.
Workers are good, food is perfect (even though I didn t eat it), the rooms are good, they have 2 beds
I was very impressed with the quality of the service. For a convention of over 1000 people, there were no long lines to get lunch. I could see their focus on providing top service. The staff was available within a few minutes to help with equipment issues for presentations.
The restaurant called Ultra was excellent. Staff and food were equally great
Visited during a conference. The sections that I saw we're really nice. Did not see any of the guest rooms.
We rented a cabana at the pool for a day. The pool was nice. Every other cabana was blocked off to allow for social distancing.
Luis, at the pool bar, was wonderful! He was very friendly and nice!
The place to stay if you are attending a convention
Nice place the pool could be a little cleaner though.
Very nice hotel right near the convention center. There are plenty of dining options in the hotel, and many more just a short walk away. The rooms are comfortable for short stays. The internet access is pretty good for guests. They have a great swimming pool and grotto area. The staff is also very professional.
Had a great time and really enjoyed the staff and facilities at the Hyatt Regency Orlando.
This place is Huge! I mean amazing ginormous! Gorgeous layout the rooms are clean and have a great space! The service is good it would be better if they would allow those who stay long to have microwaves. But the atmosphere is elegant, trendy, business professional, all in one place! I'm staying in room 2323 tower 2 for the Microsoft Ignite conference 2019. I'll be back here anytime I'm in town!
Nice experience, the service was excellent.
The employees are very professional.
I was here for a conference. The rooms were very nice and the staff very friendly. It is a short walk to several restaurants and there are several restaurants in the facility. The grounds were nice as well. It was a short walk to the convention center. I would say here again.
Visited the hotel for a conference. Very spacious and clean . Staff was very friendly and organized.
Loved the TV in the bathroom mirror. Talk about ultimate luxury!
Excellent I drive hotel right at the convention center. Very upscale.
Gave me double instead of king. Wake up service didn't work. Shower poorly designed. Not sure why there is a resort charge in December 50 degree weather and rain. Manager did offer room credit and wine and cheese tray which was kind.
Another generic Orlando mega hotel. Nothing wrong with it but no character or charm.
Very nice hotel with close proximity to the convention center. Excellent restaurants. Nice rooms. Excellent staff. Very good meeting facilities. Great hotel.
Beautiful property, amazing staff! Highly recommend the spa services and the delicious food at Urban Tides.
We were there for Magical Dining at Urban Tide. The food was very good and the decor in the lobby and leading right up to the entrance of the restaurant was great. Unfortunately, the restaurant itself looked dated and smelled a bit musty. White tablecloth prices but regular tables. Great food and good service though.
I was there 3 days and i can tell i was impressed. It has a nice view and very good pool
Very good service, and was very pleased with the quality of my stay here
Very nice hotel.. New rooms... Excellent service.. friendly staff.. but be aware of the Resorts Fees.
It was decent, I didn't have a bad stay but for the price I would have expected things to be restocked by room service appropriately and the drain plug for the bath tub did not work. Otherwise it was a decent place to stay.
Went here for a work conference. The hotel was of course beautiful. The restaurant offerings were diverse and excellent, even late at night. Best of all was the heated rooftop Olympic sized pool. It was mind blowing in Jan to get to swim outdoors.
Huge, very busy hotel. Services were good but long lines for all restaurants and coffee shops. Good thing there were lots of other options within walking distance. Centrally located.
Excellent venue for events and for your guests. Great customer service
Beautiful hotel, lovely room. All well-kept. The pools were clean and the staff very friendly. Highly recommended!
Great and very clean. Very expensive. Need to give groups a discount.
Gorgeous convention center and hotel. Beautiful inside out. Well maintained and courteous staff.
Beautiful location. People were great and food was awesome. Would definitely recommend.
Sherri Harris and her sales team are a pleasure to work with. We bring large sports groups to this property, and every experience has been flawless. Thank you!
Spacious hotel rooms, friendly staff, excellent conference center!
I've stayed here three times and each time I have an outstanding experience.
Great staff. Lovely pool and gym. Did have a reservation issue but hopefully will be cleared up soon.
Very nice resort. Here for a conference. Hotel is laid out very well to make getting around pretty easy. Could probably use more restrooms however. Great location on International drive so there are countless dining options available. Staff was friendly and attentive. Beds are super comfortable! I don't sleep well in hotels and I fell asleep here faster than at home! Overall a great place and I would highly recommend it.
Air filter/Air conditioner gross, room stank....right near airport
I have stayed here twice. It is a very large campus, capable of handling very large groups and Conventions.
This Hyatt is within walking distance to anything on International Drive, including upscale and not so upscale dining.
The rooms are well appointed and spacious. The Regency has several eateries on the premises.
Lovely hotel. Didn't experience the hospitality as I thought I should. I guess too much guests at one time.
Nice clean and large hotel in a convenient location.
Love this hotel!! Fantastic Valet and customer service!!
Very comfortable rooms. Great service. Nice workout facility and pool. Very clean.
So many rooms of varying sizes to accommodate groups of any size.
Attractive hotel with good amenities. Conveniently located near Orange County Convention Center. Within walking distance of several restaurants and attractions.
Very nice rooms and great pools, lots of walking if you like that.
Great place for a conference. Lovely space and well managed.
Great location and great food for a professional conference.
I have no idea how this establishment has such a good rating. For this price, it was terrible. The bathroom had two different color handles, there was no exhaust fan in it either. There s a limit on two bottles of water a day. Get real! I requested coffee and a toothbrush the morning of my departure because I had accidentally packed mine away already. It would have been quicker to go all the way to the parking lot to get my toothbrush out of my car since it took three phone calls and 30 minutes before it arrived. The phone to call the valet shuttle is only on the 2nd floor of the parking garage. But there s signs every that day for help use phones located inside the elevator and that one calls the fire department. I can only imagine the number of times that s misunderstood. Oh and we requested conjoined rooms and were told they didn t have those but then one of our three rooms was conjoined with strangers. And we were placed 11 floors away from each other despite early reservations. Thank goodness we weren t a family with children. And the mattress are really firm and the pillows are terrible too. This place was terribly over priced for the quality of service we received.
Very beautiful and clean hotel. Rooms are awesome. Pool is under renovation but that's ok. Still plenty to do.
It was wonderful, the set up was great, food was delicious. We had a wonderful time
Nice and clean everyone friendly everything looks new attend
People who care. and not just because it is their job too! Very clean, so relaxing and is so good for business and for a small or large family! You will be very pleased!
Very nice service and facilities. Courteous staff, highly recommend
Was in the conference room and it's huge very clean and looks beautiful
Very nice hotel property. Good, well appointed rooms and amenities.
I was here for a conference and I liked it. Service was good. There are a couple of options for food and the place is 2 min walk away from a food/bar/lounges complex. Enjoyed my stay!
Parking sucks. Nice hotel. Dirty lamps dirty food stains on floor.
Great staff and very nice hotel. Would be happy to stay there again.
Great experience! The staff was friendly. Room was clean.
Location very generally located. Great fir walking to local shopping and food. Several trolly stops as well. No need for a car.
Luxury, beautiful facilities and such wonderful people working there. Class and professionalism at every level. The food was outstanding. Definitely want to stay here again.
The property is well kept, the staff is friendly. We were in town for IT Nation, so in addition to the rooms we were also able to check out the conference venue. It is massive. Overall, it was comfortable and convenient. The location is close to several restaurants and bars which makes getting around easy.
Resort like friendly people, huge pool, fitness classes, steam room, bars, restaurants!
Great setup. Came for a convention and the staff was nothing but courteous and helpful.
I attended a conference at the Hyatt Regency Orlando and had a great experience. The food was delicious, and the accommodations were great. The facility was clean, and all the staff were friendly. I would definitely go again.
