The best Hyatt I've stayed in + will definitely stay again, and hopefully for leisure next! The staff was amazing, and excellent customer service is what truly makes any stay worthwhile (did I mention that the food and facilities were great too?) :)

Very nice place. Nice staff. 70 dollars in hidden fees like, access to the fitness center, pool etc regardless if you use the amenities or not. I just think it is deceptive when a business advertises a price knowing that even though it knows its going to charge mandatory fees for standard amenities found at every hotel but does not include those fees in the advertised price. I mean could you imagine you go to a smoothie shop to buy a smoothie. The advertised price is $7 dollars for the smoothie, but then you get the bill and there is a $3 dollar mandatory fee for using a straw or sitting on a chair or something like that. People would lose their minds. I don't know why we accept such shenanigans from hotels.

Also the self parking is 20 dollars a day regardless how long you are parked there. I.e. you plan on staying for a night, you get there at 7pm leave the next morning at 7am. They will then charge you $40 dollars for parking. I guess I am tired of hotels like this nickel and dimeing me.

We are very happy with our room. It is one of the best experience we had in last 10 years of traveling all over the country and overseas. Very clean, very spacious, and modern. Our staff, we're very helpful, polite and friendly. We had an issue with one of the TV, but it was fixed in 10 minutes after we asked for help.

Accomodations are nice but it is a huge hotel with a ton of conventions. Elevators can take forever at peak times. They definitely need an elevator bank for 26 floors. They have TV's in the mirror in the bathroom but our bathroom was teeny so it made no sense - only way to see it was to stand directly in front of it (you're gonna watch 2 min of TV as you brush your teeth?). Terrace pool was chiller than the water slide pool but if you don't like kids running around or a ton of people in general, don't go to this hotel

I really wanted to like this place. It's enormous. The food was just okay and extremely pricey. I loved the curbside staff -- they were gracious, friendly and helpful. The bed seemed an odd size, despite its claim to be a king -- felt narrow and wasn't terribly comfortably. But the service level throughout was solid and the hotel clean/efficient.

This is DJ Philip Tampa
The best Wedding venue for any size of crowds
I was there last on Nov 7th 2020 for a wedding as a DJ
During this covid time they are so good on keeping everyone safe up there. All the employees were wearing mask hand sanitizer etc so we felt so safe
Also Thumbs-up to Stephanie (event management) she makes sure everything is going smoothly and its so easy to work with her. A special Thank you to her so I recommend Hyatt Regency Orlando for your next wedding destination it just awesome

I attended an event being held at the Hyatt. The hotel itself was very nice, very accommodating to the event. The event itself was a little disorganized which is why I have a 4 star instead of 5 star review. If you are looking to stay at a centrally located hotel the Hyatt is right on international drive with on-site parking that was 22 dollars a day.

Very nice hotel! Great location and super close to Disney and Universal. I stayed for a business event and was very comfortable in my modern, updated room. Will plan to stay there again.

Our room was fantastic! Great view! There seemed to be a problem with communication at the front desk though. Greg said he would give us a text when a room was ready for early check in and it shouldnt take too long...an hour later we checked back with Greg because we still didnt receive a text. Greg said we were "first on his list" and got us in a room. Im curious how long we would have waited if waited for the text...also it would have been nice if we were told up front at check in of the resort fee and amount they were holding on the credit card instead of assuming we would know it.

The hotel is not as clean as it used to be and the staff is rude and act like the Gestapo when you ask for assistance. They have seen you for the past 3 days and they demand you identify yourself (and yes I was wearing my ID badge). I had a real issue with a shorter older woman wearing a really bad short blonde wig. I had decided that if she accosted me again, I was going to call the police. She would jump off of her perch to attack me. Also, the food was terrible. I got physically I'll after eating lunch. The quality of excellence presented by the original Peabody is a thing of the past, sadly.

Great convention hotel. The meeting spaces were very well laid out, the in hotel food choices were really good (I ate all my meals in the hotel for 3 days!) and the staff could not have been any nicer. My room was quite comfortable (Hyatt quality i rely on!!!) and well located. Thank you Hyatt Orlando Convention Center!!!

Nice location, clean, nice pool, breakfast at Urban Tide is great. But $25 a day to park your own car is a bit steep. But the thing that is really dropping my score is the service.

Had to call down for washcloths every day. There were three of us staying a week and most days they left us 4 bath towels, 4 hand towels, but ZERO washcloths!

Also, their sprinkler system along the walkway from the over priced self parking back to the hotel would kick off around 8pm and spray all over the guests that were still not and about. When I told one of the staff about it, he just laughed and said that it did it every night.

I would expect a bit higher standard of service out of a 4-star hotel. At least when I stay at a Holiday Inn Express I get a washcloth.

Visited for a yearly event that I attend every year and the decor is top notch, staff is extremely helpful and I would be very likely to rent a room if I were needing to stay the night.

I love this place, they don't have a microwave in the room, and house keeping never came to clean the room, my wife and I saw a house keeper in the hall and told her our room needed serice and she looked at us like we said something wrong. ..

Nice hotel. Rooms are fairly modern. Business meeting spaces are good, with the only drawback being that they are located in the basement. Staff is very friendly and everything is very clean.

Had a quick stay over 3 nights during a Zumba convention that I was not aware of at the time I booked my stay. I have stayed in hotels that have hosted conventions in the past, the Hyatt did an excellent job.

The hotel is located close to many of the Orlando parks. It took about 10 minutes to get to Typhoon Lagoon. The food was good and reasonably priced depending on what you order. The room was always tidy. Over all it was a enjoyable stay even with a large convention taking place durring my stay.

The rooms are beautiful and spacious and have TV's in the bathrooms, but apparently some vip was staying in our suite so we couldn't check in until 4pm although we paid the full rate. They had us wait in the lobby until the room was ready and we waited over an our. The suite's bathroom had a weird, mildewy stench. They do have a fridge and ample space in the room. Self park is in a public garage behind the hotel so it is quite a walk if you have small children. It is quite pricey and so is valet so it seems to be the more cost effective way to park your car overnight. They also charge a resort fee although their main pool is currently closed. The main restroom near the lobby is not the cleanest and it smells weird too. There are definitely lots of better options to choose from that won't nickel and dime you. Orlando has so many amazing hotels, skip this one if you're looking for a family getaway.

Very Disappointed. Our family has always loved Hyatt Regency. My husband and I have been Hyatt members for a long time. The room has a bad musty smell. The shower did not have a curtain. We had to call and wait for one to be delivered. When The room was cleaned, all of the towels were not replaced. No bathmat. Coffee was not replaced had to call again. This is not 4.5 star level. Woke up this morning with bug bites on my neck which i am hoping are mosquito bites.

Great customer service. The staff is really cares about you. From nail to toe they are amazing. Their housekeeping lady, the receptionist all were amazing. The rooms are perfectly clean, air conditioning and fan are operational. There are plenty to do around the facility. Only thing they don't have is an all inclusive meal service.

We stayed here every time we went to Orlando. However the next time we visited I will not stay there. The kids area was closed which when I booked it was open. So I took the kids to the regular pool and it was like the adults was mad because the kids was playing. The person handing out the towels was looking as she couldn't believe we had kids in that area.

I had 2 great nights at the Hyatt orlando. The hotel is massive and very elegant. Great stay for affordable price. Jim the door man, was very hospitable and very genuine at what he does...

Hotel is gorgeous, staff is beyond friendly, they are nice. When you walk in you see luxury. The room we had however, a King Suite, sterile, void of any type of homely feeling. TV in bathroom mirror and the mirror doesnt turn to watch from tub, towel hook on door at the very very top, what person is that for. Ordered food from B Line, a restaurant in hotel, we picked up our food and took to our room, we were charged a 18% fee for this. Really!!?? We also ate at Urban Tide and Fiorenzo, excellent food and staff. We did valet for our car, wish we had known of the fee up front, $40 per night, plus tax.
All in all we would return, just wish the rooms weren't so sterile and fees were told upfront.

This place takes LARGE non refundable deposits at the time of reservation (usually over $100) and barely mentions it anywhere until your confirmation email. Also.. double triple check your credit card charge.. They charged me with two extra charges that they said were included in the price of the room already..( almost $200 I wasn't supposed to pay)

Stayed here for a conference. After a long day of travelling, arrived to a friendly welcome at the front desk. Will from Ohio was so nice and was considerate of my request for a quiet room. He adjusted my reservation because I had an extra day booked that I didn't need. I ordered room service from Terry and she was friendly and offered nice suggestions. The grilled salmon was cooked perfectly and the salad was crisp, fresh and flavorful. Room was spacious and we'll appointed. Linens we're quite nice too.

Stayed at the Hyatt Regency Orlando two nights for the New Year holiday and had a great experience. We arrived in the evening on a Saturday and their rooms with king beds were fully booked, which is what we'd reserved. However, we were accommodated in the hospitality suite and comped that evening's parking, which was a more than fair trade-off. We had some issues with the room key in the garage, which seemed to be a problem the garage was having that weekend overall, but it was resolved quickly.

We did visit the pool, which is huge and well-maintained. I wish the hot tub were larger but it still worked well for our tired legs after theme parks all day. The jacuzzi tub in the room was a nice backup for that as well. Finally, the on-site restaurant, Fiorenzo, was phenomenal and will get a separate 5-star review from me.

Went here for a large conference. Very clean, extremely kind and helpful staff. There were many amenities, although I didn't have much free time to enjoy them, but the entire property was neat. Slightly confusing to navigate, but still great. I would absolutely recommend for business or personal.

We stayed at the Hyatt Regency Orlando for two nights to attend our daughters cheer competition. I've been a fan of this chain for a while now but this trip has me thinking it's time for a change. The room was great, we had a king suite to accommodate our daughter and to give ourselves some privacy. The diner was also very good but a little pricey, v which is to be expected. I had a $15 cocktail in the bar, that's also expected. You have to pay a resort fee to stay here, it's $25 per day and see this hotel you have pools, hot tubs, bike rental, tennis and a really great fitness center that I made use of both days. The issue I have is the $25 per day self parking fee we paid. This is not acceptable and is the sole reason I will consider my options moving forward. The staff were great and we did have a very nice stay. The parking fee needs to be addressed.
