Make sure you are actually going to get when you make a reservation. Common practice to overbook at this hotel, and in the summer they get very busy with conventions. Booked a two bed room, was given a one bed with no notice, even after calling multiple ties the week leading up to my trip to make sure I had what I had booked for. Step up Hyatt.

Attended a conference at the hotel but I didn't stay there. So this is purely about the hotel's conference facilities. They did a great job. Staff was really attentive and helpful. People always made a point to greet guests. The food was really good for the event, better than typical conference food which is usually pretty good. Overall the hotel looked great. They put a ton of work and resources into the remodel and it shows. Would be happy to stay there next time for sure!
Had to evacuate the barrier islands during Hurricane Matthew, this was the only open place we could find and I don't regret it. With its assortment of features and things to do, I enjoyed my stay fully.
The Hyatt is a hotel that screams hospitality. Plain and simple. We were visiting a friend who was in town and the staff was extremely accommodating even if we weren't actual guests.
Employees here have me convinced that they care for me and other guests. For such a large property, I never feel lost :). It's also right next to the Convention Center and a lot of interesting restaurants and bars. I recommend it!
This place is the best, everyone is very welcoming and friendly, the rooms are very comfortable and spacious, my family and i will definitely be coming back on our next visit. I will definitely recommend this place to anyone.
Love this hotel. We are here for spooky empire and love it every time it's here. We had an issue with the a.c. and they came up and fixed it immediately.
Hotel has BeeLIne diner...open very late. Very accommodating with our large group. Staff very friendly and responsive. Would recommend for a late night meal!
What an amazing two days I've had here at the beautiful Hyatt Regency Orlando Resort. I had the pleasure of meeting two beautiful women from the spa who took especially good care of me and made me feel beautiful! Yesterday the Lovely Denise gave me a pedicure I won't forget, and today the beautiful & talented Sarah performed a miracle on my hair!!! She has a client for life thank you Sara and thank you Denise for recommending Sarah you were right she is the best!!!
One of our favorite resorts for a staycation. Beds seem harder though. Our backs were stiff the next day. Great reception.

Still stiff beds. Nice staff and pleasant amenities and staff. House keeping is loud in the mornings.

Very pleasant stay. Super friendly check in staff. Good desserts at B-line diner.
Tower 2 east rooms with the floor to ceiling windows have a great view but they make a popping noise in the morning from the heat of the sun. Woke us up.
Beautiful hotel, the cleanest and more sofisticated rooms, love this place and will definetely come back with family and friends in the future, the only downside is our room was not done until after 4pm, we were told that the latest will be 4pm we came back 15 minutes before trying to take a nap after a long day and had to wait in the loby another 40 minutes before we could return to our room
Beautiful common spaces, workout rooms, spa, pool. However the rooms are uninspired. Dated almost. A little touch of elegance here and there in the rooms could go a long way.
Adequate, but certainly not my idea of a "luxury" hotel. The room was a typical hotel room--2 beds, a desk, a dresser, and a small couch or lounger. The bathroom, too, was typical. The one difference were the TVs. I don't know the size of the one in the main room, but, frankly, it was h-u-g-e. And there was another smaller one embedded in the mirror in the bathroom. The technology isn't quite there yet. At first, the mirror looked as though it had a square dark area maybe a foot square. Then I found the remote and realized it actually controlled a TV in the mirror. Unfortunately, I'm on the short side, so the TV was placed directly in my line of sight. Even when off, the darkened area interfered with the mirror's properties.
The view from my window seems to be my typical view--overlooking a parking garage or similar. To the near right, you can see part of a tennis court. Farther off on the right is the Convention Center. Tip: The West building is right across International Drive from the Hyatt. It's a 5-minute walk. But the instructions you're given are: Walk all the way to the end of the Hyatt, down the steps, up the steps, out onto the walkway, follow that, then you'll be in the West building but (depending on where you're trying to get to) about 1/2 mile from your destination. It took me 20-25 minutes that first day . . . until I realized that I could just walk across the street.
As for the restaurants . . .my first night there I attempted to try Urban Tide, a seafood restaurant. Closed for some reason. Then I tried B-Line Diner, supposedly open 24 hours a day. Closed for some reason. Then I tried the Marketplace--which had horribly overpriced sandwiches. A few days later I went back to Urban Tide, which was open. The menu is pretty brief, and half the items on it were beef or pork, not fish. I tried a salmon dish--Salmon Oscar, I think it was. It was pretty good, but way overpriced. And there wasn't much atmosphere.
I had a problem connecting my laptop to the complimentary Internet. Interesting: I called the front desk and they connected me to some support desk that I'd guess was overseas, most likely India. Anyhow, the person spoke good English, was patient, and was able to view my activities so she could make informed suggestions about what to do next. Though the experience was somewhat frustrating, I was pleased with how they handled it.
The front desk was efficient and friendly. The bell captain stand also was efficient and friendly.
Was here for a National conference with over 20,000 attendees. In the interview area the restrooms were always cleaned timely and water was always available. The Cafe across however only took cash and no credit cards which was odd.
This place use to be full of people, sad to see them so empty.ppl work here are so happy& genuine.best customer care ! Hopelly things will back to normal soon. Theyre the best as alwasy.
Clean, modern rooms. My bathroom mirror even had a TV in it! HUGE conference space. Friendly helpful staff. Good restaurants right in the hotel. The only thing I could possibly complain about is the hike to get to my conference... the place is absolutely huge.
I visited the conference center here over several days for the AAP Experience. The decor and architecture was gorgeous and opulent, food was delicious and service was fantastic.
I came here in early October in order to attend a conference being held across the street. The hotel was very pretty with a lot of amenities and a few on-site dining options. I used one of the couple pools as well as the fitness center most days and they were well maintained. Additionally the room was very comfortable and clean when I first walked in. They also gave you tea and coffee in the room with some bottled waters for free. Overall a comfortable and recommended stay!
House keeping was fantastic. The rooms are a bit out dated and the is no vent fans in the bathrooms. The prices in the hotel are out of this world. Rooms are nice but not for the price. The house keeping is fantastic.

Amazing hotel! Luxurious, relaxing, close distance to SO many things around Orlando. The customer service is fantastic!!!! Delicious food and the spa was incredible too!
I love this hotel. I have booked this hotel for the past 2 years . The staff is friendly..the hotel is clean. Pool is very nice. One night i had a couple friends in the room and security knocked and told them to leave and we werent even being loud. At all. In fact they knockd a first time being nosy then the 2nd time ..told me it was the 4th time. Not to mention the old mr monopoly looking man got 2 inches from my face trying to intimidate me when i was being nice. That Ruined my night. But i may still come back. I come here for megacon and its so convenient. That gaurd ruined my night and he wont represent the hyatt..but he was out of line.
This place rarely disappoints! Great location on I drive closer to the convention center. They've been renovating/refreshing the rooms. Fresh paint, fresh carpet. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Great stay!
Staff are professional and courteous, restaurants and rooming are adequate. However, I feel there's a lot of room yet for improvement in overall event logistics, and especially fees for parking when in reference to guests who are paying top dollar to host, stay, or plan functions at the hotel. I literally saw attendees park a few blocks away and uber across the street rather than pay parking. Don't get me wrong this is a beautiful property with many great features, and a beautiful pool area great for summer travel but it would seem the Recency is lacking in character and simplification.
What a beautiful building!! Definitely first class! When i went there it was so buzy. Very neat and clean staff were polite and courteous. I had a great time while i was there.
Stayed one night in the hospitality suite. The room was excellent, clean and spacious! The staff was great! I'd definitely recommend and would visit again!
This place is quite large. I enjoyed the copious amounts of elevators, and their fast-moving speed. The room is great. I definitely enjoyed the lights under the night stands to light the way in the dark - excellent attention to detail.
I hope we have our annual convention here again as it all went mostly well.
Minor complaints: 1) For the banquet, our server was not attentive - not refilling drinks, or other matters we had to ask repeatedly about. 2) The parking situation for valet parking is awful. They need to figure out a better system because there are people arriving, leaving, and the valet parking all in the same small circular area.
Otherwise I enjoyed it, and the staff were friendly and helpful.
It was my first in this hotel and I was impressed with it. The staff was friendly and helpful. All the amenities you could possibly think of were located on-site. The event I attended went off without a hitch and catering service provided were delicious.
Very clean hotel. Staff needs alot of help with their property and where things are located. The front desk manager Jade, needs to be re-trained on World Class Customer Service. ALL guests should be treated with respect.
Loved it, valet parking did not have my car out front even though I called and let them know we were coming down, had to wait almost 25 minutes and they only got it because I went to the counter to find out what is taking so long.
I love staying at the Hyatt Regency Orlando. I felt very comfortable with my room. While the Hyatt Regency Orlando is expensive, in my opinion, it is worth the price.
The folks at the check in counter were very professional and courteous. The hotel is beautiful and very clean. Our fancy bathroom had a three foot diameter fluorescent light ring around the circular mirror that provided plenty of illumination for preparing my Imperial outfit for the Star Wars Celebration Orlando convention. Plus, the mirror had a small TV built in as well! The air conditioner was very strong and kept the room chilly, just the way I like it.
Overall a great experience with the accommodations and staff!
What's not to be loved outstanding place to visit! EXCELLENT friendly visitors and staff; With learning education & outreach for the disabled . I hope to come back soon!
We had a room on the 24th floor. The room was very nice and had a great view (including Disney's fireworks). Staff was friendly and we appreciated that the restaurants had vegan options.
