Peabody Orlando Hotel Review

Great location - short drives to the theme parks. Convenient for getting uber pickups. Being on International drive provides lots to do and eat. Good sized pool and enjoyed the restaurants. Service was courteous and did their jobs well.

Worst Hotel Ever! Hallways and meeting rooms ALWAYS below 66 degrees. No habla ingles engineers were no help

great hotel, with a lot of fun activities for kids as well as for adults. this hotel can be used for any occasion, if you decide to come here for vacation or for work/ convention, it's all accessible to anyone. location is great, easy to get from and to the airport. within walking distance you can find some restaurants, bistros or CVS/Walgreens, in case you'd need pharmacy. Hyatt offers almost everything, from the great rooms, cool restaurants/bars to really well equipped gym/spa facility and the pool(s) area(s) are fun to hang out at!! just in case you feel you've not enough to do here, there are bus tours to all The Disney World fun parks for kids and parents. take the trip and visit Hyatt Regency Orlando!!

A beautiful lobby, classy bar, spacious rooms, and amazing pools and gym.

Great staff. Lovely accommodations. Attended a great party here on the 31st floor. Penthouses are lovely.

Nice hotel, close to the Orange County Convention Center

From the restaurant to the rooms, it is very clean and fantastic. The staff is very helpful. And the rooms were spacious and amenities were great. Especially loved the tv in the mirror. Who doesn t want to watch HBO while you are brushing your teeth. Would stay at this hotel again if in the area or even a Hyatt regency in other parts of the country!

It's a beautiful location and in general everything is going well. I have some issues though. On check in I was told that there were no longer any king beds available and I was being moved to a room with 2 queens, but my colleague checking in right next to me was told that there were 3 king rooms available. Upon entry into my room I found it was hot and the window was cracked open. One of the bottles of water provided in the room (a nice touch btw) was already opened (safety seal was broken open). The walls pass sounds really easily. Trying to sleep late at night was difficult when my neighbors decided to turn on their TV and talk.

What a great hotel, pet friendly too but we were on the 14th floor with a dog well she only made to the elevator and couldn t hold it. Please Rethink your pet policy, put us near the ground floor.

Ate at the B-Line Diner. Solid place for a quick bite.

We ate at the B-line cafe for lunch. Servers and staff were friendly, but closing the checks out at the end was slower than appreciated.

Well worth it. Close to everything. Will definitely be back.

The Hyatt regency is HUGE. I was there working at an expo. It was extremely clean, even in the employee only areas that I had to go through to set up. I also seen the pool area, it is GIANT! I'd definitely go there to stay.

Great staff. Hotel is across the street from 12 different eateries. Rooms were nice and clean.

I stayed for an overnight between flights and left my iPhone 8 earphones on the bed stand- right next to the tip left for housekeeping. Realizing it 15 minutes after we left and were on the way to the airport, I called lost and found to file a report. Twice I have followed up but of course the earphones were not turned in- nor was the tip. Then we were charged for parking when we didn t have a car. Never again will I let the Hyatt rob me. Good luck to anyone who leaves something in the room. They should be renamed Hotel Thievery.

Everyone was so friendly! It was a great place to stay during our visit as guests for FMI.

I was at the Hyatt Regency Orlando for a 3rd year in a row to attend the annual "Family Cafe" conference for people with disabilities & their families. As always, the staff went above & beyond to ensure that all attendees were taken care of. This service was also extended to conference attendees that didn't stay at the hotel. Although I didn't have an ADA accessible room, we had plenty of room to navigate with two wheelchairs & a rolling walker. The restroom door was large enough to get both of my wheelchairs through. The bathroom was a little bit tight to navigate to access the tub, otherwise i had no difficulties in there. There was plenty of space between the beds to park either wheelchair. The beds were a tad bit high & would have been extremely difficult, if i had to slide transfer. I'm short, with long legs & i had slight difficulty "climbing" into bed, however an able bodied individual shouldn't have difficulty. My only complaint is one universal to"convention" hotels. The carpeting in the convention area is ultra plush & dense commercial carpet. This makes pushing anything with wheels difficult. This is not exclusive to mobility equipment, luggage, equipment carts, wagons, strollers, personnel lifts, etc...This type of carpeting is not conductive to moving wheeled items. I appreciate everything the staff puts into hosting this conference & would stay here even if i wasn't attending a conference on site.

Super nice hotel that caters to the whole family from all different ages with very reasonable prices and amazing location right in the heart of international drive .

Nice place. Parking fees a total rip off though. You will be better off parking for less in the hotel on the opposite side

Much smarter hotel than expected, great breakfast. wish I had used the hotel bar in the evening rather than the local dive bar !

This hotel is very professional and very clean. They host a conference that I go to every year and they always do the best job when it comes to getting you in and out of your hotel room and the conference being connected to the hotel with air condition pathways. Our room is absolutely amazing. Gabby downstairs was very helpful with getting us into a room just a little bit early because my son takes a nap. Thank you so much for accommodating us and we will definitely be back next year.

Had a great time at the All Out Cheer competition at the Hyatt Regency. Beautiful hotel, amazing property, very nice staff. Parking garage cost was filthy exorbitant, would not recommend visiting if you drive a car.

This Hotel was a nightmare to check in. it to us 4 room to finally be able to accommodate us.the front decks girls was worry she saw me more than 3 times like chicken without the head with my two kids and my wife running back and forth I could tell she felt bad and even though I was upset it wasn't with her I don't think it was her fault I feel that in this case the manager was very irresponsible I least have the courtesy of show the face and give us an apology.one of the room was luck maybe someone was still inside there the other one smelled like some just finished smoking and the other one was only one bed for four of us..a hour and half to get our room that's very disappointing..

Beautiful resort with many amenities. Unfortunately I only stayed one night so i wasn't able to enjoy all of them, but it was still a fantastic stay. Pools were great, and everything was clean. Definitely one of the best hotels I've stayed at in Orlando!

Had an amazing stay, loved everything about it except for one crucial fact. The food is not great, and doesn't warrant the cost. The staff was friendly, the campus seemed pretty clean, the parking is not exactly convenient but they do offer valet. but seriously adjust your menu or something and the prices along with them.

All staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and upscale. I would recommend it to anyone traveling in that area.

Room bathroom sink ran hot water from both the hot and cold taps. The room air conditioner blows on you constantly if you sit at the desk in the room, so you are too cold. There is no place to hang a hand towel in the bathroom. Robes provided, but no slippers to head down to the pool. Ancient clock radio alarm. The "television" embedded in the bathroom mirror interfered with my use of the bathroom mirror.

Was recently here for a business conference and I hope I can come back soon! Great hotel with a super friendly staff! Would highly recommend!

I attended the Microsoft Ignite conference in the convention center, and there were sessions which ran in the Hyatt Regency as well. The conference area is great, clean and spacious. There was plenty of room for eveyone, and the facilities seemed to work well for such an event.

Hyatt has an impressive reputation and this location is a perfect example why. Massive conference center, in the middle of Disney kingdom it still is a spot to choose.

Had an excellent experience here. The rooms were very nice, the pool area beautiful and very helpful staff.

Hyatt Regency is conveniently located near Sea World, fine dining and offers a sky bridge walkway connecting you to Orlando Convention Center. Rooms have all the amenities you would come to expect of a four star hotel. Service and cleanliness is excellent.

Excellent service, excellent restaurants. Check out the B-line restaurant and watch sous chef, Jennifer Cooney in action behind the counter. Pretty amazing!

I have not really been in this place for this business as I deliver mulch there however the place does look beautiful and well kept

Gorgeous place! The pool is amazing and staff are wonderful!

Amazing place to stay. The rooms were large and spacious. Really enjoyed whiling away time in the lobby. The staff were extremely friendly and very cooperative. The enormous pool is a lot of fun to spend time around. The location of the hotel is great too, being placed close by to many upscale and non-upscale restaurants which gives a variety of options for food. The drive from the airport was also convenient because it is located on International Drive. Although the prices are quite expensive, it was worth it since we stayed here for 2 nights while visiting Universal Studios. Would recommend people visiting Universal or Disney World in Orlando to stay here.

I only visited this in connection to meetings held in the hotel. Absolutely stunning interior, though. Looks like it was built with giants in mind. Great experience.

The location was very nice and close to the convention center. The rooms are spacious and the bathroom was very clean. The AC had to be looked at and had to be fixed. Other than that, I really did not have any problems. They have restaurants there to eat and the price is affordable. They do have 3 towers and the staff was decent!

I will give 5 stars to this hotel any day! We are former Hilton honors members and because of our stay in April of this year we have ditched them and are now Hyatt members! (Boy we have been missing out) We had a small mishap with our room for the weekend that could ve easily been a very serious mistake! We took our issue down to the front desk where out of luck we walked up to Greg (the front desk supervisor). He listened to my problem, he apologized, he solved our problem and he thanked us, not only that he made it up to us. He was very professional and earned our loyalty! Oh and he put in a note in for whoever that checked us out on our last day to come get him and he came out and spoke to us to ensure the rest of our stay had no issues! The hotel was very clean all the way around, all the employees seemed to be very eager to please and always smiling! The breakfast in the morning was awesome! We loved that the pool stayed open a little longer than most places we ve stayed because we have kids and they can never get enough of the pool! Very very pleased with our mini vacation, thank you! We ll be seeing you again in the future! The Goodreau s!

Beautiful hotel with all the amenities! This hotel has a beautiful pool with water slide great restaurants and mini store. The convention center is very nice as well.

I went to an event at the hotel and the hotel was beautiful, set up lovely, and catered food very good.

Great stay, wonderful amenities, and loved the room. The market is nice and while overpriced ($3 for a bag of chips) is still easier than other options. 18% automatic gratuity on most things beware of that. Pool is great and slide is short but sweet.

Currently staying here. NEVER AGAIN. POOR FOLLOWUP. DOESNT CARE! Family broke down, charged us anyways because we booked through 3rd party. Spoke to front desk twice and they will gladly book us 2 more nights at $199 a night and still charge us for the night we didn't use. We said no thanks! Well check out and go stay at the Hilton where they want our business. STAY AWAY!!!!! All they want is your money. We are not packing at 2 am when we need to stay 2 more days. Room 20726 Hyatt Regency International Drive. HORRIBLE! F - - Gave us assistant managers card Greg Pierce... what is that going to do???? we check out in 9 hours!!!!

Very large and very loud hotel. Room nice enough. Issues with television which couldn't get fixed after an hour. Staff very pleasant. Closest to convention center, but will try another hotel next visit.

The hotel is great! My fiance and I only visited a friend there and we enjoyed it. Some things were a bit pricey for what you get but overall a good time

Me and my husband stayed here this past Feb when we decided to just get away without our kids and we did not want to check out. The staff was wonderful and very helpful, we loved the view. i look forward to staying here again.

My favorite Convention Center Hotel. Booking fills up very quickly during big convention events. Extremely nice accommodations and rooms. Great staff on site. Walking distance (open air skywalk) directly to Convention Center. Normally first choice, when available, for booking hotel accommodations for Convention Center Events.

Wonderful wonderful. Everything so great, prices, staff, food, they help you right away with whatever you need.

Beautiful hotel. Parking way too expensive at $25 a day for any any of time over 30 mins, no in and out privileges. Otherwise beautiful and large, in the international drive area of orlando (touristy part) where the Convention center is. Not really in downtown Orlando, so if you wanna see the nice parts you're going to want to Uber out.

Top choice to stay in Orlando, rooms are newly renovated, huge televisions in every room, tv mirror in the bathroom, amazing view from the city and theme parks from the room, the bed speaks for itself, the staff from valet, bellman, front desk, service staff in the restaurant, the catering sraff, and everybody staff in the hotel are professionals... will love to comback and stay again...
