Clean, lots of restaurant options, great food, really convenient for meetings.

My stay here was amazing, the staff was extremely nice and friendly especially the guys at the front desk also the bellmans....will surely be visiting again

The MOST comfy bed I've ever slept in! Complimentary room upgrade to a gorgeous pool view. Food at poolside gril was fine but b line diner was awesome. Healthy options!

Software conference event. Hotel did a nice job. Rooms were clean, liked the cell phone unlock for remote check-in. Skip the front desk crowd!

Fantastic hotel in every way! Located in a beautiful area, the service is spectacular. From the pool to the bell desk to the staff - all are great! We are vegetarians but the staff in Urban Tide prepared an amazing Tofu Steak and fresh pasta - which was wonderful! The property has a great vibe as well. We were walking near the hotel and someone came and picked us up in a shuttle without us even asking. Every little detail was fantastic incl. a cute TV in the restroom. Highly recommended!

This hotel is very nice and has everything you could want in a hotel. When I arrived I had to wait even though I ask when I booked my room could I check in early because I was traveling from a far distance. As I waited for my room to be cleaned I see other people who came in after me getting keys and going to their rooms. As I get to my room and settled in house keeping just walks in your room and this happen multiple times no knock or anything they just walk in. I even had issues parking and the staff just talked to me as if I didn t know anything. They were completely nasty. I even had the nerve to buy water that cost me 10 dollars for 2 bottles. If you think that s bad how about being charge for eating at their restaurant and drinking at their bar when you never stepped foot in either! When I asked her to explain what was going on with my total she try to rush through it as if I wouldn t catch what was going on. They charge to much already and they try to get extra money out of you. As you explore the hotel security kind of follows you. My experience at this hotel wasn t great I feel that the staff should go back into training for hospitality and that the rooms should come with a microwave instead of you having to go all the way to whatever floor it s on to warm up your food and the fridge doesn t keep your things cold. When management trains the staff again I ll think about coming here again!!! By the way after I got my receipt investigated they charge me again and I had to call them about it again! This place is a rip off!!!

I really want to return for my birthday! I had such an amazing room! I saw all of the popular parks. Sadly I didn't get to venture out much which I should have. The street alone that the hotel is on is an attraction!!!

The hotel was very nice, clean, and staff was very accommodating. The only negative is that the showers still have curtains. It's 2020 and with COVID-19 I feel that a hotel/resort on this level should update showers to glass doors or half glass walls. The shower curtain getting wet has a smell and touching me makes me think of germs/bacteria. Invest in updating the shower and this hotel will be 5 Stars!

One of the busiest and fanciest hotels in Orlando. In the heart of the convention center area it's also only a few minutes from Sea World and Universal. It's a beautiful hotel for sure but they will nickel and dime you for everything.

Very big and well organized event space. I don't recommend eating at the poolside grill, however, as it's not very well priced for what they're serving.

It has been a while since my visit at this hotel, but I must say, it was a great stay. There was a little hiccup regarding directions for the event that I was attending, but I found my way, so it's alright.

I found the food to be tasty, if a bit pricy, but I've come expect that at a hotel. I also enjoyed being in the pool.

If I had a complaint, aside from the fact the WiFi made me sign in every day on each device, it would be a lack of supplies. I ordered food using Uber Eats most nights and on one of these occasions, my food was delivered without a utensil or sauce. I know it would be unusual for this hotel to offer chopsticks or soy sauce as I believe there are very few Asian cuisines to enjoy, but that sort of thing means a lot to hotel patrons, so it's something to consider.

This hotel has amazing customer service in the restaurants are top-notch. I was there for a conference enjoyed every part of my stay. I upgraded to the Regency floor and the staff there made me feel like family. The pool area and Spa make you feel like a rockstar on vacation!!

Really nice hotel! The staff are very friendly. We were there for a convention. Loved the Chunky Monkey Cheesecake & Oreo Mousse Cake from B-Line Diner on the Lobby Level.

B-line Diner had trouble serving hot BLT & fries. Had to send it back because not only were fries cold and undercooked, the "toast" and bacon were both COLD (less than room tempeerature cold) After remake the fries were crisp and warm (not piping hot as if just out of a frier) the "toast" was still not hot, bacon had been microwaved. At least it was better than room temp. For the price, this is OUTRAGEOUS!

After my review I received an email from the hotel, apologizing for my meal and actually refunded my entire ticket. I was surprised at the quick response. I have to say, they now deserve that fifth star

Rooms are very nice. There are even TVs embedded in the bathroom mirrors! Great location, close to the Orange County Convention Center. Pet friendly and plenty of dining options.

Huge hotel. This is the old Peabody but they have built another tower. I miss the ducks. The hotel is beautiful, the pool is updated. The WiFi isn't free.

Rooms are clean and spacious; on campus dining is good but pricey.

Hotel was 100% booked and as a result had no more roll away beds. Asked for extra sheets and pillows to build a bed on the floor and they were never delivered. Great views, but service is lacking when they are fully booked.

Did not like my room, disappointed , my second year attending the seminar, had Courtney from the front desk, very poor customer service, not to mention the valet parking manager

The elevators are awesomely fast! No waiting. The rooms are quiet and nicely appointed. Floor-level motion-activated nightlights are a nice touch. The hot water is actually hot! And a TV embedded in the bathroom mirror made me feel like a rock star. Finally, the room service team brought meals faster than promised. Would DEFINITELY stay there again!

This place was great. Clean, quiet and in a very convenient location for Disney and Universal. The staff was very helpful, friendly and overall amazing. We had a wonderful trip and that hot tub was amazing to end our night. We ll be back in November & now this will be our hotel of choice in Orlando.

I was there for a wedding expo. It was really nice. The bathrooms were clean the space was awesome. It was just really good service even the bar.

The hotel was quite beautiful. The employees who worked at the different restaurants (we definitely visited each one) were outstanding and super friendly. However, the handful of employees I had the opportunity to do any business with, whether getting directions from or simply crossing paths where a thank you or excuse me would have been expected, were terribly rude and obnoxious. Very disappointing.

Beautiful hotel, I attended a conference here and the facilities are huge! The pool looks awesome.

Overall, my stay at the Hyatt Regency Orlando was amazing.

This is a massive resort with 2 pools, 2 hot tubs, a kids pool, and a waterslide. There are 3 restaurants on premises, as well as a 24/7 grab and go market.

There are so many break-out offices and work spaces and lobby's where one can host meetings or hide away to stay focused.

The pools were wonderful, including the zero entry grotto and waterfalls. . There is a beach bar as well.

Guest room and condition:
Overall clean, modern and comfortable.

In the older tower (tower 1) I found that the air quality was actually quite poor. What I mean is, I found the room stuffy and a bit dusty/hazy. Any time I went up to the room and was in there for a period of 5 minutes or more, my nose seemed to get stuffy and in the mornings my throat would feel full of congestion.

While I do not have allergies, I certainly think there is something to say about the overall air quality. Whenever I left the suite, my nose and sinus s would clear up.

As mentioned, dry/stuffy air and no microwave, but overall otherwise modern, clean, and comfortable.

The TV in the bathroom was a nice touch!

They recently upgraded the fridges during our stay as well, which was a good choice because the old fridges did not fit bottled beverages properly.

Otherwise, her aside, everyone else in the hotel was welcoming, friendly, amazing and kind.

We felt very welcomed overall, we just a horrible way to end my stay with my interaction with the woman.

This property is fully capable of 5 out of 5 stars, but due to the interaction I had at the end, I had to slightly adjust my review to 4 out or 5 stars.

Loved it!! We had an amazing stay. Everything was perfect!!

Great service even with the amount of people coming in for the family cafe expo all at the same time.

The hotel is located in a very ideal spot. It's attached to the Orange County Convention Center (OCCC). It's also just down the street from many eateries and fun activities like the Andretti experience. O have not yet seen the rooms but walking the halls and getting into the common areas is easy, clean and the staff is very polite. Next time I come here I'll look to book here instead of elsewhere.

Rooms and facilities are very nice. Food is terribly expensive however.

We actually went to the wrong Hyatt, but from our brief experience there- staff was very friendly/helpful and the lobby was beautiful.

The rooms and decor of the hotel are top notch with excellent design that is pleasing to the eyes and attention to details. The rooms have LED lights which trigger as you walk between the beds or into the bathroom making it easy to get up in the middle of the night without tripping on anything. The views from the top floors is excellent and gives a real feel for what is around. There is a covered pathway from the hotel to the convention center which makes it easy to travel between the two. The restaurants all have good food and drink options but can be a little on the pricey side. There are limited options within walking distance so be aware.

Great hotel, but REALLY REALLY BIG, the rooms are like a 15 Min walk to some events, so that's the only downfall, great staff.

I stayed here while on a business trip that was at the convention center- which it is conveniently located to. I was extremely impressed with the fitness center... they offer group classes free of charge for guests! The restaurants are pretty decent as well. I didn't have an opportunity to take advantage of any of the other amenities, but it was a comfortable stay.

Lively lobby and great location. Clean and neat rooms. Check in & out was smooth. The market place has a good variety of foods and drinks and.... they also delivery to your room!!

I was there for a conference, the hotel is absolutely enormous and they try their best to keep up with the large amount of traffic coming through, the room wasn't bad and there was a TV in the bathroom which was pretty neat, my issue was just around the service. Our event was catered and they consistently ran out of water and glasses and other needed amenities. They were slow to refill and it made it tough during short breaks to get a drink of water and a snack when everything would be cleared out in a second and the staff wasn't on top of replacing the empty items like refilling the coffee or the ice. Several times I had to go without which was disappointing. The other issue I had was with the number of bathrooms, the ones they had were large but they were so spaced out, our meeting room felt like it was a quarter mile away from the bathroom, so often times I found myself having to make a choice of do I take the long journey to use the bathroom or do I try to fight to get a glass of water or coffee before it's all gone. Some people in our group had some issues with their rooms but I'm an honest reviewer and I would say mine was just fine. When I went to leave the parking garage for some reason my room key would not open the gate so I mistakenly thought I was lucky because I also had a parking voucher but for some reason that didn't work either. It was a little embarrassing as the cars backed up behind me but eventually a security man came to my rescue and opened the gate for me.

I came here for a conference and stayed at the hotel as well. The place has been fantastic the whole time. Everyone has been really accommodating and friendly. It's a very nice hotel, my favorite part was the gym; it has so many pieces of equipment and multiple different kinds of workout rooms.

Beautiful and expansive Hyatt property within walking distance to the Orange County Convention Center. This establishment was phenomenal from top to bottom with great staff and beautiful rooms in Tower 2.

I attended conference of pediatric in November 18,, it is excellent for conferences

The hotel was beautiful. My room was large and luxurious. The bathroom had a night light sensor which was nifty in the middle of the night. It also had one if the largest TV's I've ever had in a hotel. It has two pools the terrace pool is a deep pool and has a bigger hot tube, it also was way less crowded. The grotto pool is way larger and more kid friendly with it being about 3 ish feet. The hot tube was also nice there. The hotel is very beautiful and glamourous as well as smells amazing. The steak restaurant is closed on Sundays which sucks and the coastal restaurant is nice and mainly serves seafood dishes.

Hotel is great, rooms are well appointed. Room service is really limited for such a large hotel abd they have chosen to provide room service with paper and plastic (picnic style). Otherwise, would be 5 stars

Great place to stay. This place had a heated beach like pool with a water fall and two jacuzzis. The fitness room was amazing and the beds were great. The only complaint I could I could give was the extra 27$ parking fee per day ontop of the 220 plus taxes for the room. But you pay for what you get for sure these days.

The whole experience was amazing! From the front desk people to the bartenders to the chef who made it a point to greet us at every meal and who prepared the most delicious food!!! I wish they had extended pool hours, maybe just for adults, for those of us who are in meetings and dinners all day and may not get a chance to relax until about 10pm. Hopefully next time I visit, I'll have more time to relax. Would definitely recommend making this your place to stay!

Very nice, upscale hotel located across the street from the conference center and surrounded by pleasant landscaping and water features.

Clean rooms, amazing pool, and every single staff member was so friendly and warm!! :) the restaurants are a little pricey, but overall we had an amazing time!!

We had a beautiful corner room with a very comfortable bed. The bathroom TV didn't work but I didn't worry about it.

This place is simply first rate. The view from my window was so lovely. Housekeeping(Beatriz) 11th floor was so wonderfully nice when I wasn't feeling well and forgot to put out sign. She came in went about her assignment in such a quiet, professional manner. Hyatt, dont let Mrs. B get away. She's wonderful.
