I love this hotel and despite the absolutely horrible situation we came across, I'll give them 3 stars because AJ, a manager did a good job of taking care of us. After a long day at Epcot, I returned to the room and bathed the kids. It wasn't until after drying them off that I noticed the bath towel, that was supposed to be clean and fresh, was very dirty. It had what clearly appeared to be feces on it in two pretty large spots. I freaked out and rebathed the kids. We called front desk and they sent up new towels, but no manager. So, I decided to take the towel downstairs. I showed the manager and well he agreed with my thoughts on the dirty towel and apologized. Things happen, I get it. This was a disgusting thing to happen. I appreciate the manager's attentiveness.

The hotel is taking extra measures to keep their facility clean and safe. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The property is at a very close distance from the local entertainment. I was able to walk along International Drive and get to all the places I wanted to including Tin Roof, Wonderworks, and America's Escape Room which were all definitely worth checking out.

If you can get a good price on hotwire it's very worth it. The hotel is massive, the grounds are beautiful and the pools are very large, very nice and clean. Great location too with lots of restaurants and shops accessible by walk.

Beautiful hotel inside and out with outstanding personnel in every area.
Bathroom shower was hard to turn on and there was no place to hang towels or clothes inside bathroom. Overall, it was a great experience.

Venue is beautiful, room was spacious and fairly equipped. The service...well that's something that could get improved. We ordered chicken wings to room service, that for some weird reason are only serve after 11pm which we did, almost 45min after we ordered them we receive a call that they ran out of chicken wings...I mean, how is possible that they ran out in 45min? Is not that many people is going to be awake at that time and ordering the same thing. And how comes that it took them 45min to let us know? To make things worst, as an apology they sent us a bag of chips for free, but knowing that we are ordering chicken wings, how is that this guys think that we are going to react to a bag of spinach vegetarian chips? They gave us that because they're terrible and no one order those, so they got them stack in some forgotten corner of the kitchen. For $250+ a night hotel, that's unacceptable.

Very large and beautiful facility very well decorated. Lots of ample meeting rooms and Bobby space, decent food options although overpriced, and especially very professional and polite staff members. Very nice pool area, rooms were also very nice. No complaints!

Went down here for the IAAPA convention. Beautiful hotel and rooms were very nice. Room keeping did a great job. But avoid the restaurants and market. Very expensive with sub par quality from food to waiters.

Love this place! From the beautiful, clean rooms with great views, to the awesome pool and hot tub, to the restaurant options on property, to the location in the middle of all types of attractions/night life and additional restaurants to choose from. The staff is friendly and accommodating. Everything was so great we've stayed there twice in less than a year. Highly recommend this place if you want to have an adult getaway, as to us, didn't seem much like a family style hotel. Which was fine with us bc we didn't take our kids on either trip lol

Super convenient if you're attending a conference at the conference center - can't be beat for this purpose. Great staff, friendly service, great room condition. Somewhat slow delivery service so if you need a shave kit or toothbrush, order it when you first check in or go to the lobby to get it directly from the staff. Diner is the best place to eat in the hotel.

I seldom take the time to write a review. However, this time I will make an exception because of my amazing experience at the Hyatt Regency. My husband and I were treated like royalty at the Hyatt Regency and this is mostly because of the excellent general manager Mr. Brian Combs. Mr. Cone truly is an amazing person and his quality and customer care service towards us was above and beyond. My husband and I stayed at the Hyatt from June 28-July2, 2016 as we were attending a conference and celebrating our anniversary. We had a concern about our room and shared that concern with the Hyatt staff. I must say that the staff is excellent and I could tell that they genuinely cared about my problem. It is the way the problem was addressed that impressed me. The hotel manager, Mr. Brian Combs took action. He personally looked into the matter and had it resolved. Without going into further detail I will simply say the matter was addressed and resolved in a very professional and caring manner. We extend our greatest compliments to the Hyatt for having a manager that cares about people. Mr. Combs exceeded our expectations in how he addressed the matter. We would also like to extend a great big appreciation to housekeeping and room service. We had such a wonderful stay at the beautiful Hyatt Regency Orlando, in Orange County. Upon leaving the Hyatt we continued celebrating our anniversary by going to an ocean front vacation resort (At this time I will not name the resort) but I will say it was a big disappointment. We truly wish we had continued the rest of our anniversary stay and the Hyatt. Without a doubt the Hyatt is a first class hotel with all the icing and trimmings. We would definitely rate the Hyatt Regency a five star hotel.

This resort is beautiful. The food, pool and restaurants were all great EXCEPT when we decided to have drinks at Rocks bar. Everyone was very nice and professional except Ana.. Ana had such a bad attitude that I couldn't believe they had someone like her representing the Hyatt. She had a look on her face like she did not want to attend anyone and if she did , she had an attitude and made remarks about everything. I had some wings as an appetizer and someone in our group is allergic to mango so I asked Ana if the yellow stick that was on the plate with the wings was mango and she replied " Well just so you know that Organic carrots do come in different colors and not orange like you are used to " She was just a nasty person and for this reason I do not think we will be returning. She was very, very rude and unprofessional. Just a heads up that Ana is the lady that I believe might be Asian or Hawaiian. I am just trying to save u from a bad experience if you come across her anywhere in the resort.

I went to an Expo at the Hyatt and it was a wonderful experience! The Resort Convention center was beautiful and clean and parking for the event was very easy. Would go to another event there.

Don t ever, ever book with Hyatt in Orlando. We arrived, with a confirmed room, only to be told they over-booked. So they sent my six-months pregnant wife and I to some other hotel down the street. Appalling. I will never stay with another Hyatt hotel, ever.

very nice place. the bars and restaurants here are clean and well staffed. the market place is a little over priced - coffee was more expensive here than in Seattle which is impressive, and my room itself had a few problems with the bathroom but i'm sure that's non-standard for this place.

pools were nice and if you got there early enough not too crowded.

b-line diner was be best eating experience there as the waiter, Mo, was an absolute ace. He was cordial, helpful, and a great conversationalist.

I cannot believe the service I got, it was awesome. The room service was nice, the facility is futuristic. The elevators itself is a world of it's own. The elevators can just get from my 15th floor down to the lobby in within 5 seconds. The room was excellent and the amenities were NOT dated and were fresh and new. There are a variety of services and the two pools were GREAT! Especially the Grotto Pool. The indoor lighting is awesome and overall I think that my stay was the best as it could be. This place is worth the money and easy to get to tourist attractions. I would DEFINITELY RECOMMEND.

Great location to stay when attending the Orlando convention center. I would have given 5 stars, but we book on line 2 months in advance and when we got there they did not have us listed as booked despite our ebooking receipt! Had another issue and they took care of it.

I am working a convention in this beautiful hotel. The facility and staff have been amazing setting up and making sure everything is in place and goes off without a hitch. Leaving the Hotel yesterday walking the Sky bridge back into the Orange County Convention Center it began to ran extremely hard but out in the distance I was able to get a great shot of a Rainbow from the bridge.

The hotel desk made 2 large errors : one when our group of 8 checked in and didn t dismiss the card that had held the rooms and two, my whole room was charged to me even when my roommate gave the desk her credit card. Be sure and check your bill. That was sloppy work. Plus, for a large hotel like this, there was no hot tub. That was a big disappointment.

Happy overall with my visit. When we checked in the hotel registration/valet staging area was chaotic and left my wife and I confused and rushed by valet staff so be ready for that. Our room was not at all what I was expecting and was not cleaned well, I stayed here my wedding night and was expecting more I guess because of how great our previous stay was. We were taken care of and placed into another room which was great! Stuff happens and I'd go back. Staff in hotel were friendly and the restaurants have great food!

We walked over from Pointe Orlando to kill time while waiting for our movie. The hotel is very big, clean, and quiet. The public restrooms were well taken care of. There is a covered walkway that connects the hotel to the Convention Center across the street. The pool was zero entry with a waterslide and waterfall plus a small kid area. Great pool for little ones.

Omg!!! Hyatt Regency Rocks! My family and I attended the 20th Anniversary Family Cafe this weekend! All expenses paid thanks Family Cafe and it's sponsors. The staff at Hyatt made you feel beyond welcomed. (We didn't want to go home) Hospitality/ Customer Service is what we thrive as caregivers we couldn't do it without you guys warmth hospitality! It allows us to exhale and know that everything will be ok, because I am surrounded by people whom love there jobs and helping others!

Great pool, loved the room, staff was incredible. The valets were some of the best in customer service I have ever encountered. They had a national car rental service in site where we were able to return our car we had rented from the airport. Conviently located centrally between disney, universal, and the airport about and 8$ uber.

The Hyatt Regency Orlando is the premier convention hotel in Orlando. Prefer location and facilities. Built as the Peabody, Hyatt has continued investing in this great property. If you're booking a large corporate group for a convention, make sure that you secure rooms for your executives here.

This used to be the beautiful Peabody hotel before it closed. Now it's the beautiful and exquisite Hyatt Hotel. Swanky and a nice way to enjoy your visit to Orlando if it's in your budget. Across the street and easily within walking distance to the Orange County Convention Center. If you don't want to drive up and down International Drive, you can step outside and wait for a trolley that goes up and down this busy tourist roadway.

Really nice place to stay, rooms are fabulous, awesome little things like motion activated night lights under furniture and a television built into the bathroom mirror. Really nice pools as well! Deduction is because the bathroom TV only had 3 channels and none worked. Cool idea though if it worked. It would allow watching TV while taking a bath. (They have comfy wide tubs too!)

Great hotel. The parking at $25/day is expensive but everything is top notch. Regency club @$50 /day is a great value and comes with excellent breakfast and all day snacks as well as complimentary beer/wine in evening and dessert in evening.
