I came here for a weekend to lay by the pool. It was perfectly sunny and they closed the pool two different times in the middle of the day because there was lightning within 10 miles . They literally evacuated hundreds of people from the pool on a sunny day on multiple occasions. Next time I ll stay at the plaza.

Had horrible experience at a horrible hotel across the street from the Hyatt Regency. They helped us out even having three huge conferences happening ( veterinarians , fast signs and PGA) they were so helpful and amazing. The rooms are fabulous, the price is same or smidge higher ( soooo worth it) than others. Staff awesome, restaurants awesome, food fantastic. Pool on main floor is something to see, bar, kids areas , servers, water slide. So much to see and do. 4th floor in tower 1 is another adult pool area with hot tubs and just great views ( no bar ) but very nice.
Highly Recommend this place, for business, family fun, whatever your needs. They deserve more stars than five!!! Food and adult drinks priced very well.
STAY AWAY FROM ROSEN PLAZA!!!!!!!!!

I had drinks at the bar at this hotel. Prices are high, but not exorbitant. The atmosphere is classy and the lobby is beautiful. Drinks were well made and tasty, and service was excellent.

I spent three nights here while attending a conference at the adjacent Orange County Convention Center. It's a very nice place to stay. The rooms are well appointed and the staff were very helpful. I went for a run around the area in the evening and it was a pleasant and safe area to watch a sunset. My room on the 24th floor was very quiet and I slept very well!

We gave the Hyatt Regency in Orlando 5 stars, from the moment we arrived everyone was very nice. Anabel at the front desk was extremely courteous and helpful. When she found out that it was our anniversary of 37 years, she upgraded our room. Then she sent us champagne with a hand written card. This was something that you don't see in this day. To us ,the Hyatt, should be very happy and proud to have her as their employee. The room service was excellent and the food was extremely yummy. The room was very clean and comfortable. The restaurants and services were excellent. We wanted to say Thank you for a wonderful stay on our anniversary. Thank you again Anabel for your kindness.

Stayed here multiple times and the rooms and the staff are amazing. The ground are fabulous amenities are aplenty and walking distance from so many entertainment venues in the area. Great stay for conventions.

There is nothing great about this place to justify the price. Stayed here with family for our Disney vacation. Got a room with a balcony, which was barely enough room to stand on. I m sure it less than 2.5ft deep and it was always soaking and had green mould all over it. Didn t even step on it. Also, the breakfast is not always open. Only if it s busy. Which this hotel is for conferences only. Location is good. Wouldn t stay again.

Beautiful hotel. Huge pool with slides. Great common areas with comfy chairs. Nice little cafe and restaurant. Not sure what rooms and service are really like but it looks to be a well kept hotel.

I had a great time at my convention this year, and to the Hyatt Regency was a big part of that. There were only two things that weren't perfect - the 'balcony' on our room was literally 2 feet wide and had no chairs or anything on it (likely because they wouldn't fit), which made doing anything out there extra hard. We didn't bother complaining because it was a busy Memorial Day/Convention weekend, but it was a little disappointing. And the other disappointment was the lack of a free breakfast or any reasonably priced snacks or drinks. But as a longtime Hotel visitor, I knew to expect that from such a high quality hotel as the Hyatt Regency. The staff was great and the room/hotel in general was top notch.

We stayed here for 4 days and it was wonderful. The only thing I didn't like was the $25 a day for parking and there wasn't a microwave in the room. Everything else was great! The pool is open till 11pm, there is a bar by the pool which brings food and drinks right to you by the pool, just raise the little flag on your chair and they come take your order. Room service is good, 16% gratuity included. Loved that they have a 24 hour diner and store with food and drinks. Another store with clothes, toiletries, trinkets, souvenir. It's a beautiful place, the room and bathroom was beautiful.

We visited this location for a WrestleCon event. This hotel is impressive in both size and style. We could not get over how beautiful the location was. There are plenty of food offerings available as well. The downside was that parking was very far away from the conference center and was EXTREMELY expensive for non-guests.

Very nice hotel... Just watch the charges.. Make sure you read your print out, n if you have the reservation, save it, n present it to them when you're at the hotel. They will try to charge you extra. Besides that.. On the day of check More

The Hyatt Regency Orlando was a superb hotel to stay at. My partner and I stayed here in between Universal and Disney Parks as we wanted to explore a little of what Orlando has such as the Kennedy Space Center. We found the Hyatt Regency Orlando Staff to be very accommodating and friendly - some even knowing us by name after just a few days.

In terms of the room, the room was very spacious, a TV in the sleeping area as well as the bathroom (built into the mirror). We had a food package included where guests are invited to share food in the Regency Lounge - Continental Breakfast, Morning and Afternoon snacks, Canapes and Dessert. From the three days we were there each time we visited the hotel offered different snacks and food to eat - highly recommended! The bathroom and living area were also among one of the biggest rooms we have stayed in!

Wifi was included for unlimited devices and speeds were between 10-12Mbps which is plenty for Netflix in SD and Email.

Parking was included with our accommodation. Although the parking lot is a little walk away, it's secure and there is a fully covered walk way to the car park.

I would highly recommend the Hyatt Regency Orlando for those looking for a travel where hotel staff are friendly and accommodating.

The Hyatt has phenomenal service and attentive staff. The cleaning team does an exceptional job with the rooms. The restaurants are a little pricier than expected but they are on site and you don't have to walk far. The pools are immaculate and service at the pool is above par.

I live in California have traveled a bit. *2 things bothered me, #1 this hotel is nice (lobby pool area) but the pool closes 11:00 pm. I thought to be early even on weekends, #2 I found my pillow case was stained. I'd just checked in.

Room wasn't what was shown in the pictures. LSU was right down the hall and loud all night. Had a hotel staff member try to sleep with us and then stalk us. I don't know where that would ever be acceptable. Then, when we complained to the front desk, we were told it was a personal issue and nothing could be done. Only after making a bigger deal about it were offered a measly $75 credit on our $1000 bill after being insulted countless times. This is not an LGBT friendly hotel.

One of my favorite places to stay in Orlando. Very classy, tons of space, great views and an amazing pool. The food at the tiki bar by the pool is delicious. I really enjoy the market also - a little bit of everything for anyone.

We loved our room, the pool view it had, and all the amenities. It's close to a shopping/restaurant area (about an 8 minute walk) and there are also 3 places to eat within the hotel.

Not enough discounts or services for convention goers . 25 dollars a day to park is highway robbery. Dallas Hyatt? Far better and far more quality of service. If a school is paying to do a convention in your hotel you don't overcharge the schools student's extra this and that to make money. They are already broke!

Good service, lobby and restroom are clean. Good food in the bistro, the vegan burger and cheese is delicious. Nice swimming pool. Highly recommend this hotel if you're attending convention at OCCC.

Orlando finally has enough luxury hotels that you don t have to compromise quality. From red ants (one bit me this morning!) and flying bugs in my room and in the lobby, to apathetic room service, this is faux-fine hoteling. When they basically push you to the market to eat, don t try using your Starbucks app. They proudly explain they do not take it.

We planned and paid for a relaxing weekend (August 4-6 2017) at the resort and spa and all we received was stress, poor customer service, rude and apathetic managers, and our personal items being taken/thrown away.
We booked 4 rooms for the weekend and over $1,000 worth of services at the spa and this is how our trip went...
1 Room smelled moldy and was extremely humid and hot, Spa was awful, nut allergies dismissed, no one checking in on us, mixed up reservations, workers cleaning hot tub, no relaxing music, lunch had nuts/seeds after we requested none. Personal items removed and thrown away from our room before check out and NOTHING WAS DONE to make up for everything.
