Expensive and inconvenient... Long walks between the hotel, convention center and the parking garage
.. Very expensive day parking at $25 per day

The resort facilities are well made, especially the pools! The rooms are very clean and comfortable. This hotel is also really convenient for the convention center, with covered walkways to each concourse.

We had a convention here and for the price we pay, $300 a night, the service was absolutely horrible! I've never even done a review before but this was the worst customer service all throughout the hotel! Was threatened to be kicked out of our room from security at 10pm for laughing too loud! Let me state we were just laughing at a game and definitely not drinking! Than breakfast were yelled at from him being overwhelmed and said he can't take our order so we wrote it down for him and refused to give us our bills to pay for before our food came so we could help all of us out! Hostesses speak to you rudely, all servers, I've never been treated and spoken to like savages! We pay a lot of money to have zero respect! Even when we called down for extra blankets and towels the woman answered the phone "what do you want" (mouth drop) after that still waited 40 min before calling back down to check on eta! Just poorly managed and ran! Nice and clean but don't expect to be treated with respect no matter how much you spend here!

Very clean and respect any issues you may have, and will try to fix or accommodate something for the inconveniences you may have had. Definitely recommend to stay here but it comes with a price tag for individual stay, but in a huge group for bands or choirs or something the price gets a little bit cheaper.

The conference amenities at this hotel are top notch. Big, comfortable, and they have small stations throughout with handy items like kleenex packs, lip balm, and cough drops.

No good deed shall go undone. I was not staying at the Hyatt but had a conference. Parking is steep by Montana standards($22 every time you exit). At this price you expect a standard. I got caught up in a exit malfunction with many others for 20 minouts. When returning I asked for the customer service person for the parking garage. Abdul Hart came out to meet me. After explaining the price for the preamium and the delay he gladly validated my next departure. He offered valet parking and or next day free parking but it was my last day. Expensive but professional.

I was working at the hotel for a convention and didn't stay there. So I can't review the room. But I was the pool hot tub area and it was really nice. I ate at a restaurant called the B line diner. The food was OK. The prices are fair my meal (Ruben sandwich with fries) approx $16.

In town for a convention, and not even staying here, but I sure wish I was. This is really more a review of the restaurant - Forienzi. I saw the place when I was wandering the lobby looking for some dinner. As soon as I saw Italian I was thinking "Veal Parmigiana." I was disappointed that it wasn't on the menu. But I said so to the waiter and he said he'd asked the chef if he could make it. The chef was kind enough to agree. The manager brought it out to me, and then he charged me less than the Veal Marsala that was on the menu. How was it? Divinely inspired would not be praise enough. After a career of 25+ years living on the road that was by far the best veal parm I ever ate, and I have eaten it in some pretty swanky places. When it was brought out, I thought "How am I going to eat all this?" When I was done I thought "Is that all there is?" While the veal was perfectly prepared, so was the linguine and the marinara was faultless too. Also had a bowl of minestrone that didn't seem to have any beans it in, but was still as good a bowl of soup as I have gotten anywhere.

If the entire hotel is anything like the restaurant, you'll find it to be the epitome of friendly service and quality product.

One of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. From the moment you walk in, you're surrounded by the Hyatt experience. The concierge is helpful, the connection to the conference center is convenient, and the gym is basically its own building. I didn't get to try the pool while I was there but it looks a good as the pictures. They were updating fridges in the rooms during my stay. The bathrooms are incredible. They have TVs built into the bathroom mirror. My only complaint would be that they have satellite Tv which cuts out almost every day when it rains. The bed was comfortable and the hotel was relatively quiet. I'm looking good forward to staying again during next year's conference.

This is the most convenient hotel to the Orange County Convention Center. Great location to all the activities along International Drive/Sand Lake area. The hotel is luxurious, with amenities including 2 pools, a gift shop, a great steakhouse, a very good quality diner and a nice lobby bar. Beautifully decorated for Christmas, too. The rooms are clean, comfortable and spacious. Valet parking is $35 with in/out privileges, but there is ample self parking nearby. Strongly recommend.

WOW! This place is gigantic! Have you ever seen the movie " honey I shrunk the kids"? That's why I felt like walking through here. This hotel was lovely. The amenities were great and the hospitality was even better. I have stayed at a few Hyatt Regency hotels and I have always had the best service and hospitality over any other hotel. I highly recommend this place for your visit. It can be confusing to get around if accessing the convention center or the conference rooms. However there is always someone around to help guide you.

Absolutely love this hotel. We won't stay anywhere else! Thank you Hyatt Regency. Just AMAZING all around the board.

I visited here on Thursday for a conference, and I can t say it enough that this place is top quality. Great customer service experience and very beautiful hotel.

My friend had a gorgeous room. Then we walked down and she had a cute little wedding.

Hotel is great, 24hr food and room service, rooms are large, clean and very nice. Hotel staff has been very friendly. Only complaint I have is the hotel is huge takes awhile to walk to wear you need to get but is laid out nicely. Great for a general stay or conference.

I attended Advonation Event at the Hyatt Regency hotel in Orlando, Saturday January 9th. The service was great for the event. Water was always full in the ballroom and the complementary pens and paper pads were very useful. The Bathrooms were small, but well maintained. The staff was knowledgeable and friendly. My only disappointment was Parking was a very slow process.

This hotel is amazing!! The service was excellent, staff very friendly and helpful! They go above n beyond to keep everything cleaned and sanitized! I came here to compete in Master's Nationals and they made all the athletes feel extremely welcomed! Thank you for everything!

This place is ABSOLUTELY amazing. With all the amenities you could ask for and so much MORE. If you ever get a chance I recommend a stay here.

The reservation was all screwed up, the pool area is dirty and poorly maintained, they fail to tell you they have ongoing construction so when u walk out the bathroom be ready for two guys to be staring at you from outside the windows. They charge for parking which already shows how cheap they are. They have a place called the market- do not eat there you are likely to get a very old stiff bagle and coffee marked as starbucks that tastes nothing like it. Also, dont go there during passover, seems like a huge religious holiday location, not the type you expect in florida. Be ready for a long wait at check-in rooms can still be cleaned post 5 pm. Also dont bother with the front office manager you will hear alot of sorry and absolutely no action. This hotel should be rated 1 star at most because the bathroom mirrors are nice, thats about it. Spend your hard earned income on something much more valuable. This is more suitable for some religious conventions than for holidays.

Loved our rooms, the beds were so comfy. Amazing helpful & friendly staff. I was there as part of a large conference held in the hotel so I didn't have much time to go anywhere else. The on-site shopping that was available was a bit pricey, but you're paying for convenience.

This hotel is beautiful, has nice pool area, and second pool on the roof, a lot of fun, nice clean room and modern bathroom... highly recommended

Ok people this place looks great when you first walk in. Staff is friendly and desk staff are helpful, restaurant and bar staff not so much. Didn't think the room was worth the price. There was mold build-up in the shower and the room is pretty basic. I've been to much nicer spots in the Orlando area that were of equal price range. Stopped at the outdoor bar and spent $75 on two beers, a strawberry slushie, a salad and a plate of chips. Food tasted and looked like they got the ingredients from the dollar tree. Lol. I have no problem paying for quality but this was like 5 star prices at 3 star quality.

Was there for a conference and they had a concert in the ballroom. It was a beautiful hotel and set up well for the event.

Two pools, good service and clean rooms. The pool on the 4th floor is not as busy if you don't mind skipping the booze access.

The place smells amazing! I haven't spent that much time in the hotel itself but my executive suite is rather roomy and nice. No complaints whatsoever.

The convention center was a bit hot. The walkway from the parking garage is a mile long and half outdoors. This is horrible design; there needs to be an indoor moving walkway.

I was there this past Monday through Wednesday attending a Conference and had an amazing time. This property was the Peabody Hotel, and I must admit.....Hyatt has done an excellent job in improving the property. The new Tower is beautiful. The pool area is amazing. The service here is most definitely five star. Everyone I met had a smile on their face and everyone was always courteous and helpful. My only constructive comment was how far you have to walk to get to the conference facilities, but on the plus side, you can walk inside, in comfort, free from the Florida heat. The restaurants, bars, and lounges were also fantastic!

Spent a couple of night at the Rocks bar at the Hyatt Regency Orlando on International. Good location, and very close to the convention center. The drinks are good, not too overpriced but the service at the bar needs work. Bartenders are inattentive and frequently stick to taking orders from the center of the bar, which isn't best practice at a busy bar.

Their parking is reasonable and the their staff prioritizes safety while keeping the masses flowing in an efficient manner.

The hotel was fantastic! Service was great and so we're the rooms and views. Didn't realize how huge it was as well. All the pools are heated!

Paid for a balcony room but the balconies are closed for renovation. Changed hotels. Found a better property at a lower price.

I enjoyed my stay here. Room was well stocked with bathroom items (including toothpaste and mouthwash). They handle large company events well here. Meals and rooms were all arranged on time, great service during the group meals.

Awful! I booked a room and prepaid for the room and when I arrived from Philadelphia they informed me that they were overbooked and did not have a room for me. I could not believe that this could not have been known even the day prior instead of having me arrive and then tell me. They transferred me to the Hilton down the street which was fine and then informed me that they were covering the room charges. All was good until now that I am home and having to go back forth between the Hilton and the Hyatt because I was charged the full amount for the room on top of already pre paying for the room that I was supposed to receive a credit for. This is how unethically companies behave.

Great hotel, rooms are extremely clean, great prices. It is a very modern hotel and the staff is very professional. The only thing I didn t like is that I had to pay 20 dollars the parking per night, everything else is 5 points.

Great venue with lots of areas to visit located next to point Orlando

The rooms are spectacular. The cleanliness is outstanding. The views are amazing. The staff is so extremely helpful it's unbelievable.

Everything was in nice condition. The room we had our meeting in was great! Drinks and apps at the bar are expensive. Chicken wings were good. Hummus was good but the pita bread was dry. Oh and the bartender Gary with the broken hand, hes so cute and has a great smile!

Only went for a convention so can only rate convention facilities, however they were top-notch.

Best experience I've had with a hotel in a long time. We had barely missed our flight and the staff at the Hyatt; Loretta, Will, Emily and others were VERY sympathetic and helpful. They took time to ensure we were FULLY taken care of and made us feel right at home. The stress that was caused by missing the flight melted away as soon as we got in contact with them. They sent a shuttle right over and most of all showed us that they cared the whole way through. We were provided everything we needed to get through the night and back to the airport to make the next flight. I will be recommending EVERYONE to the Hyatt from now on! Thank you!!

starting with the bad: parking is not included and is in a totally separate building, no breakfast is included. the good: great views from the high up floors, the whole place seemed fresh and modern, close to the attractions

Stayed for a work conference. It was one of the better conferences. Food and hospitality of the staff was excellent!

Lovely hotel - rooms are great - gym is amazing - pool is awesome - yet there are little issues, like they don t replenish the toiletries and if you try and order from room service they tell you the menu is for tomorrow - which just ruins the hotel, and it s such a small detail, and yet so annoying

I really loved this when I visited. I thought it was absolutely impeccable. As it was my birthday, staff kindly upgraded me to a balcony room which is so sweet! Staff were so friendly and the free bus passes to travel around international drive were such a kind addition.

The view was amazing, the room was beautiful and well kept. I'd certainly stay here again next time I come to Orlando. I think the only drawback was the fact we were charged for internet, which was not something we used, or made aware of before our stay. Thankfully, management did not charge us so our loyalty remains.

Wow! My stay was amazing. The rooms were spacious, huge TV at least 60'', night lights under the nightstands and bathroom sink activated by motion and a scale in the bathroom! The bed was very comfortable and the shower pressure was amazing, as well as the large tub! There was a tv in the bathroom mirror! This was a seriously cool room. The food options in the hotel were excellent. I enjoyed both the b-line diner and the Market. Both were reasonably priced. I had a wonderful time here.

Hands down the greatest breakfast buffet I've ever had worldwide. This place is exceptional. You must stay here. Trust me, it's worth the money. The food was so good I wanted to cry. I told my wife I want us to stay here every time we need to stay overnight in Orlando. The bathroom has a TV in the mirror!!!! The free shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are actually great products.

B Line Diner lives up to its name (not A Line). However, the carrot cake was fantastic;

With the famous ducks. ...a great hotel. Hard to wander the maze and find things. Great access to the Orange County Convention Center. Prices for amenities are high but Internet is free.

The bed was very comfortable and clean. I slept like a baby. The room was very nice.

I've come here several times for different conventions and this latest one was great. Even though I wasn't staying in the hotel as a guest and was only attending the 3 day seminar, Will was very accommodating and provided me with an access key to be able to pump in the locker room. The staff is always great and the fact that they were so understanding of me being a new mom and needing that privacy was amazing.

Beautiful, loved the colors and the pool. Sadly no breakfast but it did have restraunts for you to buy something. Really big and vlose thevtge convention center.

Best of the best!! I had such a nice experience staying with them, its cozy and you get to see the orlando views from anywhere. And one of the most important things is that they have great customer service. Love it!!
