Attended HIMSS 2017 Cybersecurity Forum. Hotel staff were helpful and polite. Event staff were helpful and polite, as were the caterers. Excellent food. Parking garage is close to the hotel. While I didn't stay at the hotel overnight or explore, I would not hesitate to do so if the need arises in the future.

Very nice accommodations - superb, luxurious rooms. On site restaurants are a bit pricey, and the bars are absurd with auto gratuity added, but the location is a short walk or ride from other establishments. Very nice pools.
Beautiful hotel with one of the best views of Orlando. We were able to see the nightly fireworks that Disney does and it was amazing. One of the best hotel experiences I've ever had.
What a great hotel. It's connected to both convention centers, easy access to both by the bridge walkways and a great hotel to stay in for Megacon in Orlando.
It is really good hotel. however, hose keeping was very bad.. I would give it 2/10... They left dirty towels in our roam and when we complaint.. No thing happened and the samething happened again the following day!! For that reason i will give this hotel 2 stars
Amazing outdoor pool with a waterfall and fountains, decent Wi-Fi, polite staff, and unique indoor architecture at a grand scale (especially within the convention wing)
Should be a 5 star hotel. Everything was superb. Elegant and high style furnishings. Beautiful landscapes and gorgeous pool. Excellent staff who knows how to take good care of you. Really good food. Spotless and clean throughout. A real gem.
Welcomed and treated like rock stars for the Family Cafe!! Thank you so much from check bag guys in to the pools with security... The many restaurants we didn't get to try due of time. We had alot of fun!!!
I came here for the Tapia conference and everything was extremely easy to find with clearly labeled signs and there were no problem with a lack of space since there were so many available conference and meeting rooms.
Went for a professional event in the conference center. It appeared to be a very nice resort. The pool looked incredible with a waterslide, splash area and waterfall. Everything seemed well serviced and clean.
Hotel had plenty of space and lots of dining options. Three different conferences were going on during my stay but I never had an issue with waiting an unreasonably amount of time.
Nice hotel but due to the size and price point lot of groups were present. I'm guessing there's a lot of cheer leading events in Orlando or I stayed the same weekend as other reviewers because weekend I stayed there were many rowdy and somewhat annoying cheer groups present.
It was a pleasure staying and working at the Hyatt. It was quite cold inside the ballrooms, so I recommend dressing in layers, but all of the hotel staff were cordial and very helpful. With a great hotel in a great location, the only thing I didn't like was the $24 parking, but there are cheaper parking options in the area if you are determined.
Beautiful place. Great location. However the ice machine wasn't working, parking is $37 a night valet and $27 self parking and the signs say "no ins and outs allowed". This means if you retrieve your car multiple times it will cost you more. I have not checked out yet but that is scary as this was not posted on their site nor told to us when we checked in. Also, the room service options stuck big time. This hotel does not make it feel like a five star experience as some sites purport. The room had an odor as well as if the carpet wasn't cleaned well. I'd give it a 2.5 star for experience and a 5 star for amenities and location.
Very nice hotel and a great location if you're here for the convention center. Parking is a bit of a walk, especially when carrying a sleeping five year old, and expensive, but plentiful.
The grotto pool was amazing, I loved the touch of the slide and the amount of space. The flexible open hours of the pool were a bit of a bummer since I tried to schedule a morning workout at the pool but it was randomly closed without hours posted anyway.
Large and clean room--there's a TV in your mirror (though I can't say when I'd have used it, but a nice-to-have). The hotel itself is quite large, I was impressed with the presentation. Location is good, there's a skybridge right to the Occc.
Great place. Central to the main amusement parks. Thanks for the great check-in, Taun! The Eggs Benedict at B Line was delicious. Soaking in the hot tub to sooth sore legs from walking in the parks was nice and helped to refresh for a 2nd day of walking. The view from my corner room on the 24th floor was amazing.
The service is great and the rooms are nice. My main complaint is that there are no microwaves in the rooms. They also charge a lot of fees and hold way too much for incidentals (so be prepared for that- for us it was about the same cost as our room per night). Otherwise, you can't get a better location to the Convention Center.
This is a great full service hotel, across the street from the convention center. Love the spacious tub and shower! And those motion activated night lights!
I was there only 16 hours - friendly check-in staff, decent sized room - noteworthy was a decent showerhead with good pressure and flow! The Italian restaurant in house was very nice.
Their convention center was open, inviting, full of light, and accommodated more than one conference at one given time. I presented in one of their Bayhill meeting rooms. They set up enhanced WIFI for my attendees, came by and checked up on me during my session. They provided service I was not expecting! Thank you, Hyatt Regency Orlando!
I really love the experience here! Room service is always so kind and come in every day. The amneties are very nice, especially the pool. The staff is quite friendly and I would come back again!
terribly disappointed. Room never fully cleaned, dusty and unvacuumed. Two nights washcloths weren't replenished and when I attempted to call guest services at 930 pm no one answered. After 3 attempts I gave up. I requested a room drop for two rooms. One person received the room drop tge otger never did! I think because of their proximity to the convention center perhaps they think they don't have to try.
The room was nice. The door to the bathroom should have opened the other way. It was kind of funky to get in there. Room service was quick and the food was good.
Guest rooms are spacious & comfortable, yet extra resort charge is added no matter if u use any facility at all doesn't seems reasonable. Tried Buffet breakfast, 24 hour B Line n steak house, only B Line is worthwhile to visit.
Complete lack of distancing enforcement. Truvy convention clearly has no regard for public health or concern for others. Large groups gathered all over the property mostly without masks. Crowds of a dozen people packed into elevators. Funny with this being steps from central Florida's largest covid testing center.
Bagel cost 5.99 and you have to toast it your self even though that have commercial toasters behind the counter. Over priced and staff all have a rather arrogant attitude .
There is no arguing that this hotel is beautiful, but that being said, if you're going to Orlando with the intent of leaving your hotel, there are much more suitable places to stay. Unbeknownst to me, there was a $25 per day parking fee, a $25 per day resort fee and a $70 per day hold on my debit card for "possible" incidentals.Since I booked the hotel for two nights, this obviously put a damper on a few of my weekend plans. I was out $240 before I even got to my room. The room was nice (not as big as I was expecting), the hotel itself was very large and aesthetically beautiful. There are multiple bars and restaurants, but they are very pricey. We had dinner at the Urban Tide restaurant located in the hotel. The appetizers were around $18 pp and our entree was around $36 pp, but the meal was amazing! It was worth the price and I don't say that often. All in all, it was a nice experience staying at a high end resort, but I wouldn't do it again. Paying an extra $50 per night, plus a hold of $70 per day made my relaxing weekend away a lot more stressful and limited the things I wanted to do while I was there.
It's a really glorious hotel in size and scope. It's just gorgeous. But my main complaint is that the signage and wayfinding are not good. There are so many event rooms and it's never clear how to get to all of them. Luckily they employ a ton of staff to make it a bit easier.
Pro: 1. Good location on International Drive. It's located close to many attractions. 2. Room was comfy. 3. Large bathtub. 4. Large Flat-screen TV is in the room. 5. Nice employees. 6. We did get our upgraded internet fee waived which is nice since we couldn't really take advantage of it. 7. There's a list of essentials (toothpaste, shaving cream, razors, etc.) that you can get delivered to your room for free.
Con: 1. Poor Wifi signal and coverage in our 11th-floor room. Terrible Wifi seems to be a recurring thing with Hyatt hotels. The only area in the room with a good and consistent signal is in the bathroom; everywhere else in the room is a 1 bar. The Wifi would also frequently drop our connection every few minutes. Trying to do any kind of work was an exercise in patience. 2. $25 self-parking fee per night. 3. The restaurant and market are expensive. 4. Room walls are thin. We could hear everything going on in the hallway and in the adjacent room.
I loved this hotel. Very epic and updated rooms with a screen in the bathroom, nice breakfast, well established, and very satisfying overall. Located near a Wallgreens, so you can hoard up supplies for sightseeing. Not too far away from sightseeing hotspots. Best hotel here for price according to me!
