Great experience in a comfortable, beautiful, fun vacation spot. I experience with great fun the Orlando Area from the our stay at the Hyatt. Experienced great food and fun, whether walking, shopping, eating at local restaurants, enjoying the sites of Orlando, and sunning at pool side. You must stay at Hyatt Regency Orlando.

I absolutely love this hotel. It's the second time that I stay here on a family vacation, and once again very pleased. The hotel is so clean, the rooms are exactly right, and the staff goes above and beyond to make everyone feel comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel.

Beautiful and spacious hotel with different amenities

Absolute worst service I have ever experienced in a hotel restaurant. I travel constantly for work and dine in hotel restaurants regularly. The waiter was not rude once, not rude twice, but to the point where he would cut us off, ran to get his manager. I have never experienced such rude and disrespectful behavior. It should be noted that there were 2 other tables in the entire back section with customers. Empty otherwise. Carlos is terrible for the service industry and a disaster for Hyatt.

Love the room especially the tv in the mirror. Trolley is convenient. Food is ok and expensive as expected. Convention will be convenient to get to, so that's awesome.

Well I came to a dance event and it was really nice to be there. Location was good, and the events that were hosted were in order. This was when I went too see the dance competitions.

Service is phenomenal! Staff is super nice and helpful ! Also, rooms are cleaned very tidy every day.

Wow! Amazing above and beyond service. After an extremely questionable Air BNB mishap, they took us in at their International Drive location. They were fully booked at the Orlando airport, but they reserved a room for us at their sister location. After explaining our dangerous experience with Air BNB, they gave us complimentary parking and upgraded us to a suite. This kind of service stands out in times of stress! We can t thank you enough for salvaging our arrival into Orlando!

Absolutely amazing. The rooms were a bit plain but they were nice. The pool is great, service is even better. They went above & beyond for every request & inquiry

Attended an event and the food served over the several days of the event was very good. All staff members were helpful and would even offer help when you are looking for something and I did not even have to ask.

Facility was great! My only complaint was the pre-made sandwiches sold from the hallway side of the diner. The diner sells great food, but the sandwiches were not on fresh bread! I expect to pay a high premium for the convenience but at premium rates you also expect to at minimum have fresh food.

Stayed one night at this hotel and was very pleased with the experience. The room was spacious and modern with a lovely view overlooking the pool. Got dinner and drinks at the bar in the lobby and the service was a little slow but the food and drinks were excellent.

Nice hotel, nice breakfast too. Close to good eateries and restaurants as well.

Loved This Place! I Wish I could have stayed Longer and actually enjoy all you guys have to offer. Let me just say that I will never book through a 3rd party and will always go through the hotel, Just because a booking Agency messed up my reservation, I am not going to blame it on this Amazing hotel. I had asked for rose petals on the bed and balloons but they never got my request. However! They Upgraded us to a better room and made me feel Better about the whole thing. Thank You Demi the front desk staff, and Micheal I spoke with him on the phone.

A large, luxury hotel with many rooms and venues for conference space, with access to Orange County Convention Center. There were two conferences happening at the same time that I was there, in addition to my conference. Clean, beautiful pool area, good customer service but easy to get lost withing th towers or facilities.

The Hyatt is a great place to stay it is in front of the convention center. The staff is great.

Very clean bathrooms! Everything looks well taken care of and recently updated. Great customer service and the staff is very professional. Nice short walk to the convention center over a handy bridge. Very convenient for the convention. Staff is very polite and willing to help and answer questions about the area.

Room service was nice and quick, and the location can't be beat

Quality Hotel - Average Service

The hotel is updated making it very nice. It also has some interesting updates, like a TV in the mirror in the bathroom. The pool is beautiful, has a fun slide, and zero entry sides (you gradually wade into the pool like you would at the beach)

The bad side was that it had very average service. The maids did not clean everything, the pool service was not to be found, etc.

PS: Be aware going around Halloween, the Spooky Empire ( Conference ?) Was in town and went from being a professional hotel to a very rough/rowdy crowd.

Attended a conference at Hyatt Regency. It was a very nice environment and the employees were very helpful.

Very nice hotel. Hotel has large pool and several nice restaurants. The fitness center has plenty of weightlifting and cardio equipment. My room was clean and staff was helpful.

Hyatt Regency is the best hotel I have ever stayed at! I absolutely loved being here. The pools are super nice and fun, the rooms are beautiful, and the quality is incredible! I definitely recommend staying at Hyatt Regency.

Beautiful, upscale, clean, great customer service and reasonable price.

This is a VERY LARGE HOTEL with a lot of amenities. The gym is enormous and very well equipped, not just with running machines but with exercise balls, yoga equipment, weights of all sizes and types and even scheduled yoga classes. The dining facilities are quite good and range from pick-me-up to a fine dining steakhouse with excellent service, a large number of healthy choices, and a great wine list. It's big but we'll run.

Definitely stay here if you get the chance. The staff are wonderful. I also highly recommend the B-Line Diner; service was impeccable. Order the falafel, and the Garden Stack. You won't regret it.

We stopped for the breakfast buffet after dropping someone off at the airport...not overcrowded, the food was good and the chef cooking the omlettes was as nice as could be. Also was a lovely young lady who helped us find our way. Would go out of my way to go there again!

The room was great and comfortable and the amenities at the hotel were great. Room was a little pricey I believe because of an event going on at the convention center.

The location of the Hyatt Regency was excellent while attending a conference at the Orange County Convention Center. The rooms were a bit dated, but the staff, the hospitality, pools, fitness center, and attention to any requests were outstanding. I would definitely stay at the Hyatt Regency Orlando again.

One of the best hotels in the downtown. I enjoyed my stay there, very nice view from the top. I'm sure I'll visit this hotel anytime I'm in Orange County, Florida.

I attended the Family CAFE conference here, which is for persons with disabilities. Everything was wonderful except having a room in Tower 2 and the conference center is closest to Tower 1.

Great service, very clean, great food, super friendly staff and security. Pool is heated! Water slide is cool too! Room service was very professional they never missed a beat! My room was cleaned and remade like new every night when I returned! Over all my four night stay was an effortless pleasure! I was their on business and this hotel certainly made my trip more relaxing! I can't wait to return!

Clean room, plenty of restaurants and amenities, great location.

I like this hotel, they have 2 pools in different locations so if one is full you can check out the other one. Lots of food options in walking distance. Beds are comfortable and rooms are clean.

Very large hotel, so takes some time to and from your room. Does have a respectful weight room with free wt up to 50lbs.

It was wonderful in every aspect from The check in (quick and friendly the rooms were clean spacious service very friendly ) until check out ill definitely recommend !

Although the roadways outside the Hyatt are confusing at best, the establishment itself is excellent. The main entrance is located on the second floor and loaded with decor to match its pricing and popularity for events. There are numerous shops located inside with food and trinkets, but the main 1st floor area is where all the events and conventions are held. They couldn't have setup a more appropriate venue for dozens and dozens of vendors. For those staying in the hotel, there is a huge pool for outdoor relaxing and/or entertainment. I can't speak of the rooms as I didn't stay, but the overall structure is excellent. Just beware food purchases, as they're Disney level prices!

Stopped in for breakfast at the B-Line diner. While the food was excellent and the hotel clean, i was charged $25 to park for 45minutes. Not a great value for breakfast.

We are Globalist with Hyatt, and have stayed at over 50 of their hotels around the world. Hyatt is a very special place for us, because my wife and I met in a Hyatt and we were married in the same Hyatt 19 years ago. Thy Hyatt Regency is our favorite of all the Hyatt hotels, because the location, exceptional food, and very considerate staff. They always exceed my expectations, and my wife and I often return to this same Hyatt when we want to get away. It's walking distance from great restaurants and other activities, and a very short distance away from the best Orlando has to offer. The combination of the location and experience makes this Hyatt unique and always a wonderful place to stay. Melvin and Debra are the best!

Room reeks of old cigarette smoke... supposed to be a non-smoking room.

Went there for dinner. Not the upscale restaurant, but the lobby one. It actually was fun, clean, neat, not too crowded, interesting small plates that were tastier than expected.

Beautiful property with incredibly friendly service. Loved my experience here, but I wish my room wasn't difficult to keep cool during the day while I was working on my projects. It felt humid in my room from the moment I walked in. Despite this, I would still stay here again as the rates were fair, the service friendly, and there are plenty of dining options and activities. Also love the skywalk to the Orange County Conference Center.

Fantastic place to stay. A gorgeous hotel that has everything you need. Very comfortable rooms too and the TVs were enormous compared to other places I have stayed at. Very close to some disney attractions too.

Great visit and wonderful stay. I came down with something while I was there and they took phenomenal care of me almost like being at home, except the TV was much bigger and the food came to the door...

This was the first hotel we stayed at when we arrived in Orlando. We are from a small town up north, so we were extreme tourists. Everything was beautiful, and walking into the Hyatt Regency was awe-inspiring. This hotel was extremely large with high ceilings, the most grand looking sports bar I'd ever seen, wide hallways, and it was super convenient because it had a connecting overpass to the Convention Center.

The concierge was very professional and accommodating. The beds were very comfortable, and the elevators were very nice (this was the first time I saw mirrors in an elevator, remember "small town girl" here). The first floor was lined with conference rooms and the restaurants had an "uber rich" vibe. The sushi restaurant on the other side of the elevators was immaculate.

One con for me (which isn't a deal breaker) is the obnoxiously long hallway from the parking garage to the elevators. I was very surprised that there was not a second set of elevators that would lead you to the hotel room floors. It may not be a big deal for most, but as a mother of a [then] two-year-old, it was a long walk especially when we brought snacks and toys back home from our outings touring the city.

The other slight drawback would be the restaurant options. My husband liked the sports bar, and we enjoyed the sushi restaurant (as mentioned), and even ordered room service. But, each time we passed by the restaurants on the way to the parking garage, none of them seemed kid-friendly.

This was a slight con just because, again, as a parent of a toddler with plans to tour Disney, I didn't feel like I was able to enjoy the restaurants on the first floor because it didn't seem family friendly. All of the options seemed more for business professionals (which was the main reason for our visit).

Now that our child[ren] are older, we will book here again post-COVID because of the convenience to the Convention Center (and it is very nice).

This is a very beautiful hotel. The rooms are good. We had a deluxe king room. Their pools are awesome. My kids had so much fun in them. Their water slide is cool too, but you have to be 48" to ride. My daughter was unable to ride. The only down side was there were only 2 microwaves, for all of the rooms in our tower. There are 2 towers.

Great hotel ( used to be the Peabody hotel before Hyatt bought it ) and the rooms and nice and clean. Close to the convention center with a walkway bridge. Friendly staff with car rental on site and nice pool area with a water slide.

Attended The Family Cafe both 2016 and 2017. "Bruno" Jonathan at the Cafe was by far the best server we have had there in all our visits :) Our daughter loved the Chocolate Tirimisu Tea Cup cake. We had a blast at the Grotto pool, what a fantastic set up for little ones.

What can I say? Our 8-day stay at the Hyatt was absolutely perfect. The staff were all so nice (especially the housekeeping staff), and the facilities especially the gym/cycle studio were just amazing.

Customer Service was the best. The location is very well kept. Food at the market was just okay but the staff inside was amazing. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back again.

This hotel was immaculate. The spa inspired a mini-photo shoot, the dinner had great French toast, and the decor was wonderful. Highly recommend it for someone looking to get away. And it's location is awesome too. I walked to BB King restaurant within minutes.

Great service. Megan at the front desk was awesome. Very cheery and made me feel welcome.

The Good: location easy to get to. Check in easy. Food is good. They have a 24hr Dinner. Quick food Market is good with Starbucks. Has one main pool and two hidden pools on other side elevated on 4th floor. Rooms are updated with high smart tv s. Beds ok.

The Bad: had to call first day for toilet paper which never came. Next day room had not been cleaned, called no one came. Bad bartenders at poolside. Weak drinks. Tasted like water. Last day looking at bill, had unauthorized charge for food for $90 from poolside bar. Not happy to end stay this way. Management fix all issues but Took away from relax time. Next time will go to Hilton down the street even though $50 more per day, you get what you pay for. Will not return.

Facility was great but there were many hiccups! The manager took action and comped a night so all is forgiven. Not sure if I d go back but time will tell.

Staff at hotel were very friendly and helpful when I needed anything. I enjoyed having multiple options for dining on the property when in a hurry to the convention center. Convenient walk to the Orange county convention center or any of the other restaurants located on International drive.

Hotel is beautiful, some of the items in the hotel room could be updated . All in all a nice stay

The food was good. The event space was amazing. The staff was super friendly and helpful the entire time. Did not stay at the hotel but from what I saw of the rest of the hotel it must be amazing
