Brought all white goods from Currys in the last 12 months & had to exchange 2 items, took a while to sort my cooker out roughly 5 mths till they admitted the cooker was not fit for use!! And then my TD, control panel malfunctioned though they were very quick to sort this out so Thank you Currys, we got there in the end, happy customer!

Told me that an error message that keeps coming up on my old laptop is a hardware problem and that I need to buy a new laptop. Took laptop to an independent shop and they found that there was a software conflict which was easily fixed for a fraction of the cost!

We asked for help from a manager who asked another member of staff to help who then went to ask another person to help us !!! After 20 minutes of waiting we walked out and purchased our items from amazon 30% cheaper with next day free delivery. Lots of staff just chatting amongst themselves. Frustrating and won t survive long like this

Nothing good to say than the shop presentation, On till 13/01/19 At 2.15pm 4 people working over there, they have to learn how to welcome to customers, as this biggest company, we waiting on the till they speaking foreign language between them also eating something infront us than giving important to serving customer..! Why ..? Curry s never give breaks to staff..? I been to fossepark curry s really fantastic service all the staff You guys need to improve all your services including your manners at the floor I watched look around the store for 5-10 minutes after that, few customers looking fir help, but you guys standing together gossiping Manager and 3 staffs talking foreign languages Bad behaviour Nothing racist, just for manners.

There was no one to assist and when we asked couple of workers we were told we are busy and someone will come soon. They were only a few customers in the shop but the workers were more interested in chatting within themselves and setting More

The workers have no idea what they're talking about. At least have some true knowledge of computers as well as mobile phones before going on your way to sell it. I'm not even being toxic when writing this review, but honestly they have no idea about a lot of products.

I'll miss the old days where you can walk into a shop and buy a telly without any of this faff to keep me 'safe'. Enjoyed the bit where I was rung up with instructions on what to do when picking up a telly. Thinking if this is the new normal then god help us all.

Good Customer Service But Long Queues The gentleman on the phone said that they can price match it and then i went to the store but there were 6-7 people waiting at customer services and only 2 computers to process refunds and returns. This was not a gripe because i had time to kill but if you were in a rush it would be difficult and because it was a reservation and price match it would not be valid next day The lady who served me in store was a new hire and therefore was fuzzy about procedures including price match but luckily i had my tablet so that i could show her the price match because she was not sure and to clear up confusion. Then she was satisfied and then released the coffee machine to me which i then paid for and left. The moral of this story is if you do a price match on the phone make sure you get some proof of the lowest price and website that they specify (phone, tablet, printout) because then you have got a leg to stand on and this will help if you have any confusion as to lowest price.

I was the only one at the collect order desk and after 5 mins I get KNOWHOW come over and check if my order was ready to collect. Didn't really KNOW HOW to check as she asked the other colleague if the click n collect orders had arrived.

One of the worst shops I have ever been to. Staff are more concerned with talking to each other than serving customers. Why Currys consider this to be acceptable behaviour is beyond me; and clearly they do since they do nothing to correct the problem. I went in to buy a new printer on Tuesday and not one member of staff came and asked if I needed assistance. I was standing in the printer aisle looking at the different products trying to ascertain which would be suitable for my needs. I tried to attract the attention of nearby staff but as I said, they were engrossed in their own conversations and quickly moved away as I approached. At the service counter, there was one person dealing with an enquiry with a customer, which quickly swelled to three members of staff all concerning themselves with this one customer. How flattering, if only I could receive such undying attention. After about 45 minutes, I eventually decided on which printer to purchase, but only after reading almost every printer description on show and reading all the info on every box. In the end I selected an HP office jet, but again no one was available to explain the "instant ink" procedure or its benefits. When it came to paying, I was "served" by one of the three people that were so concerned with the one customer earlier. He must have been mightily relieved that I had done his job for him and all he had to do was take payment. But even this simple task was devoid of any semblance of customer service, being more interested in trying to flog me one of their extended warranties rather than asking if I was happy with the machine I had chosen.

Two times I asked about my reservation for laptop in 2 other peoples. They said wait 5min and you will get it. I wait around 30min. They already forgot me. In 3th time when I asked that someone can sort out my problem one lady done it in 5 min. The rest of crew is useless....
