But curry s company is the responsibility for doing great customer service, when I compare with fosse shopping park curry s, this one poor.
Richard- named staff really rude, he doesn t want to work over there, need to improve his customer service, I didn t expect he called me- come here, what you want..?

Adhum, Nirali and 2 more staff speak different languages loudly, it s annoying when we staying on the till they keep waiting us , very important sharing food behind the till while we spend our time, don t care people waiting in front the till.
I ask one staff help he said he going out for smoke , and he direct to me to ask someone..
I return my item and come out..
No more this store....
Workers are bit slow in offering service. Sometimes we have to wait to long in the queue.
Good size shop, clean and well stocked. parking difficult at peak times
Store is very small, and never have anything in stock, had to go all the way to Stamford to collect a washing machine.
Staff don't really seem to be interested in helping, all looked bored.
A guy name waqas at curry pc world is the best in costmer service becouse of him i keep coming back to buy more staff or upgrade my phone my advise is always see waqas the sales manager for advise at curyys carphone warehouse

Not enough staff but when approached the advisor was very helpful and assisted to take good to car.
Staff at front desk should visit other retailers and learn more customer service, very rude staff and apologies after long waiting in que, and complete no knowledge of products and services they are selling.
Went to get a Tom Tom charger.The assistant said they did not have that make in stock.I looked at the Currys web site and said this is the product code could you check your stock in the warehouse. Wow they had four in stock so he went to check and came back and said he cannot find them, I then asked the manager to have a look he went in the stock room and came back and told me due to refurbishment the chargers cannot be found although the stock computer said they have four in stock these can not be found.
Mr Area manager there were four sales assistants doing nothing , at least two of them should have had a look for the chargers in the stock room.
The chargers are missing from the stock room I would be worried if I was the Area manager.
The auditors are not going to be happy with this.No wonder the profits are going down for this company if the stock is missing. Had to buy another make due to travelling on the day.

The customer service was poor the product wasn't ready for collection after 2 hours we spent a long time waiting to be served even though we were first in the que and the staff member was very surly

Drop off for DPD parcels - refused to compromise and help me - parroted policy at me that despite loads of actual room behind the counter to put a box, they had no space for my parcel. Unhelpful.
Absolutely ridiculous..visited the store twice and both times waiting around 10 minutes when we was assisted we was told to purchase online because we was doing a finance (probably no commission) and trying to get away because they couldnt be bothered! But we insisted we wanted to purchase there and then..they dont explain terms and conditions correctly, and very unprofessional, the carphone warehouse staff were great but shame we didnt need them. The store is lucky to be open due to offers and location, staff are of no use!!

The Ringbell ambassador hadn t a clue in the products and what the difference was between the range instead he was very much boasting about what he had setup at his home and that I should spend the same as he did and his comment was that but you won t receive staff discount ahahha !!!! Got what I wanted. Got some sensible advice. In and put in 15 minutes. No problem.
Service is almost nonexistent. Standing in a queue is normal here even if there are several shop assistants standing and doing absolutely nothing. Been here a number of times and without fail experience is always the same. Only come here if Fosse Park shop does not have stock.
Always a pleasure coming to this store, friendly staff and always resolve my problems. Thanks again guys!

Conveniently located if you're driving. Decent prices, though sometimes, the same thing is available cheaper online. Well-presented shop.
Service is good but takes time to get served and some staff lack technical knowledge.
My first visit to this store and it was a pleasure much better than I anticipated, having just visited the other store in Leicester which was a very different experience. The welcoming and friendliness of the staff was excellent and having entered the store i was very pleased with the cleanliness and the size of the place and the overall experience was great, we myself and my wife are looking forward to returning to this place in the future.

After a Nightmare at Argos, buying a 4K 49" TV. Currys. were fantastic, very helpful and explained things very well, I should have stayed with Currys , as I have most Electrical Goods from them. 10 out of 10. For me. thank you.
Tried to do the simple task of buying a laptop and had to wait for AN HOUR before someone was available to 'help' me. Then when someone does come to me, I tell them I want to buy the laptop and then he starts going on about buying extra software for 150 quid which I repeatedly told him I didn't want anything other than the laptop, he kept on trying to sell it to me. I couldn't take his nonsense any longer and had to leave. Will never visit this useless store again.
Don't shop here - purchase from Amazon or direct from the manufacturers. They will lie to you (even online support told me that the manager was lying to me), trick you, and steamroll over you to avoid giving you a refund if you are legally entitled to one. Online and in store tech support do not know basic hardware of laptops either. It took me 5 months to finally get a refund and the last time I was there I spent 3 hours in store. And if you email to complain, they are just as awful to deal with. Avoid.
Walked around for a long time looking for a few items and all the staff were too busy to help me. Didn't end up finding what I was looking for because of how poorly it was laid out. Ended up finding everything I needed on Amazon, so to me this location is pointless. A lot of work needs to be done in terms of layout and staff before this is a viable location for electronics

Was a while ago but the staff don't know much about PC's and they tried to get me to pay extra to get a windows 8 laptop and said I couldn't get one online (bought one online from currys later that day) and when I had asked about the TV I had wanted just before all of the stuff about the laptop, it was in stock, once the person who was serving me changed and they tried to make me pay extra they went in the back for around 10 mins and told me they didn't have the TV. Terrible customer service, would give 0 stars if possible.
If you want to spend a lot of money on some high quality head phones, wireless in particular, it's important in my opinion to have the opportunity to try them out first. This is almost impossible at Currys. The staff no next to nothing More
I was there to buy a speaker, at the end of the day, it was out of stock but the attendant provided the necessary information to get the speaker from other branches.

I brought a ex display laptop. They spent 4 hours trying to see what is taking up space so they could do a factory reset. I decided I would sort it myself as 4 hours was a bit too long. Upon exmaining myself, I discovered over 40gb on screen capture videos. About 8gb of stacked windows updates. I did in 20 minutes they spent 4 hours doing.
Still great service and helpful staff, support them to keep their jobs.
Seemed very busy and short staffed vice versa. Staff that were available at the til were busy having conversations with each other than serving me. Could have been a better experience.

Well this store doesn't exist anymore there is some renovations they will probably build another groceries shop in there
