Busy store but staff member that served us was great, efficient and helpful. Needs more staff and card readers that work on the checkouts would help.

Hilariously understocked & overpriced, it's amazing this store remains open, clearly the gullible are keeping them afloat.

Poor service, they do not want to accept a refund as someone changed their mind.

Great place to see the tech working. Lots of staff on hand so easy to get hold of someone if you need. Nice n easy to get to and easy parking :)

They need to change the name to "curries and only 5 PC's."
Don't have many options of PCs.

PC world isn't pc world anymore, you cannot buy upgrades from store

One of the worst shops you can ever buy from.
They have uneducated people working,who only care about how good they think they are. misleading the customer to buy their products.
"Oh if your tv does not work we will provide a courtesy tv...when you really need one-its upon availablity!
Worst mistake to choose currys!

Everything was fine the staff was helpful the only problem I have is when you buy something you can't return it. The proceeds only as it's damaged or broken then you can take it back

Extremely rude staff I just bought a psn account my playstation is brand new and from Curry's pc world and they were saying something's wrong with my PS4 even after telling them that I spoke to the technical team and they informed me the account was not activated. After a few stern words and seeing the manager they sorted it out and it came out that the psn card was not activated and there systems were not able to do this. So after much headache I sorted it out but the staff were extremely rude ignoring me even when I was complaining.

It's a retail store lol lots of electrical.most stuff I bought here is good but I bought a printer which I had to swap x2 due to being broken

I'm always buying my big or small kitchen appliance most of times I've got good deal staffs are ready to help if they want otherwise if you are looking for them they are not available busy shop but poor customer service some of are very helpful this time I serve by Urvashi she is brilliant because of her I geve 5 star other wise 3star

We intended to buy a TV, but the choice wasn't great and there were too few staff to serve us - a far cry from the old days when someone would approach you as you entered. I would like to know if any management are concerned by this?

Waste of money. Couldn't find out what problems I had whereas I managed to solve it myself afterwards. Don't call yourselves "PC experts" if you don't even know how a graphics card works.

Took a considerable amount of time to be seen to at the customer service desk eventho ugh there seemed to be plenty of staff behind the desk. Hope to have a better experience in the future.

Went in to buy a galaxy tab found just what I was looking for only problem was finding someone to assist in our purchase waited at a empty till for 10mins before someone turned up .I could understand if it was busy in there but it far from busy maybe 5 customer's in the whole place .it ending up taking far to long

Staff great, had a laugh, got washing machine, prices pretty good.

Trying to find audio leads, the range carried is pathetic at best, never had the leads required from a pc to a headset. They proudly advertise PC World, but they would rather sell a complete package rather than what is wanted.

Staff have no knowledge. Low stock. Misleading pricing. "Oh yeah it is on clearance, but the price hasn't been changed yet, but that is a clearance price"

Decent place to shop. Could be better if more people are willing to help. As i seemed more informed then people working there.

Ordered a couple speakers on the website. Easy peasy collect from store next day.

So go around all the road closures, that I forgot to factor in, and make my way into store to pickup my new items.

I'm told at the desk that as the system for collections is down I am unable to collect what I ordered, however, just before I go and so we're sure I am told that my items are definitely in this delivery by the clerks feet.

But sorry the system won't sign in so wasted journey for you.

I left the store in shock and I honestly haven't recovered from hearing something so ridiculously stupid.

I did have a good joke with the call centre though so if I were to review them that'd be higher...

Purchased a new TV n washing machine. Staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. Had very good experience overall. Thanks currys

Would not shop here if it was the last place on earth they say they price match competitors but by changing product item numbers which they do with the supplier I ve checked with supplier the items although same in every detail they ask for a exclusive product number just by 1 letter they say this is not the same.so won t price match with the likes of ao although thay tell you they do ....
