I came into the store to purchase a tv. Did not know a lot about the tv that i wanted but this nice associate named eve was very knowledgeable about the tv's as we as the entertainment systems and wall mounts. I was very happy with my experience and will be shopping here again

This PC Richards is where I get all my appliances. Sam Beyruti is the BEST so helpful and professional. I know he has my best interest and I never feel he is just trying to make the sale. He spends lots of time making sure I have just the right airconditioner, refrigerator, TV etc. It is always a great experience when I need something, I know who to call. The service is sensational. An employee named Garl assisted me the first time I entered there. He pointed me out to each item I ever I ask as well as answered every question I would ask of him. Super helpful and accommodating as I went through the usual ups and downs of a kitchen renovation. Would highly recommend working with Leon. He was always responsive and available to answer every question of mine that came up throughout the process.

Needed a new entertainment system to replace my old wired one. Wife kept complaining about the wires. Stephen helped us pick out a 4K Sony tv that is lifelike and has Active 3D which is great for the kids. Most importantly the Bose system is sleek and wireless. One wife to the tv which can be concealed but the sub and rear speakers were wireless which is amazing. No compromise to sound quality....superb even at max volume , no distortion. Thanks again Stephen and PC Richard & Son. You guys rock!

I recently just visited PC Richard on Atlantic Avenue To buy a tv Samir Beyruti helped me pick out the perfect TV he was very patient and very helpful. He made sure I was satisfied with my purchase. And he was not a pushy sales person which I really liked and made me feel comfortable.

I went to PC Richard and purchased a television and microwave. I was also pregnant at the time of purchase. I was assisted by a well mannered stock guy named Ulvin who with no hesitation helped with putting the items in my car. Thank you Ulvin for your help.

I went into the store and needed help with something that is no a stove or refrigerator. There was Sales Clerk available just standing around and no one came to assist. After approaching one and ask about what I was looking for, he said it's not a stove, refrigerator of big bucks I can ask someone else. I have bought a lot of the stuff here but if this is the type of customer service they're going to offer I would not give them any more business

Organized and clean. Would've gotten 5 but unfortunately the employee failed to follow instructions. I asked questions and let him know i wanted my washing machine connected under the sink. The people came and said they were not told to. I called and let them know the issue. I told them take the washing machine back because they failed to follow instructions and I wasn't going to wait another 2+ days for it to be connected (emergency reasons, not because I was being a b**ch) . They decided to get someone to come in the same day. Also Over the phone they said they were charging 125 for it to be connected but the guy said they told him 100. I don't know which was the REAL price but the employee was told 100 and that's exactly what he got.

Went into the store looking for a mattress.
Haven't purchased one in 15 yrs.

I visited PC Richards at Altantic on Sun, May 7, 2017and was assisted by Mr Kelly and Leon. The service they gave was amazing. They were professional, yet friendly and courteous. Very knowledgeable and reliable.The service was efficient and I would recommend anyone buying electronics to go there.

I stopped by today for a chromebook. I need one for school. I was helped by Dan. I went to buy a chromebook but Dan suggested that should buy a dell laptop. After he carefully explained the difference i was sold. Dan truly helped me get more bang for my buck. Im so glad he helped me. I recommend this store to everybody. The staff there is great. I personally recommend "Danny" he is a great salesman that provides good and honest service.

I enjoyed my visit to this store the other day was looking for a t.v.asked the sales associate for help his name was Russel.he showed me the specs of the different t.vs.I recently moved to the area and was looking for a good starter t.v he went above and beyond to make sure my visit went well I don't think I've ever had better customer service before.i ended up buying a nice product and will definitely be a returning customer for sure with service like that

I had a great experience with a sales associate named Tania. I went in to the store looking to buy a small tv for my house. She helped me for over 30 minutes giving me excellent advice on what I was looking for. It was a little busy but she gave me the time so that I can be comfortable with what I wanted. You don't find that kind of help too much now in this world but it was very refreshing. I know I have somewhere to go to get good products and also great help.
