We just had our AC split unit in a 3 story building. I have to say that Alfred at Atlantic avenue assisted and made this a smooth and easy process I will be back and will make sure I stay away from Home Depot

I hate shopping for anything and I like things to be fast and straightforward, the manager... yes the manager Steve welcomed me and immediately asked how he could help and escorted me to the correct section introducing me to one of his team members who helped me get in and out!! That s great customer service in my eyes! Well done guys appreciate all your help and will def come back to you and your store!!

My experience at this P.C was ten times better than any other P.C I have visited. I especially enjoyed the help I received from the manager Neil. I would recommend visiting this store to any of my friends for any of their needs, electronically or otherwise

My father and I came to buy a LG 50" 4K HDTV today along with a wall mount and a 3 year warranty. We were served by employee Garl Robinson and his service was top-notch. He was quick and efficient in terms of getting us our items, informing us on the different warranties available for purchase and home services regarding the TV. I look forward to having Garl serve me when I buy a TV for myself haha. Keep up the great work!

Very enjoyable experience shopping here. Good selection of wide range of products, competitive prices (watch for sales!), and very helpful staff. I ordinarily hate shopping, but PC Richards makes it fun.

Just stopped by to inquire about the price of the Nintendo 2dsxl. It seems like if you're not buying or applying for the store credit card the salesman all ignore you. Until at least they're tired of looking at you wondering around their store, now they take on the ideology of "alright I'll be the one to get rid of him" attitude, now here comes a sarcastic Chester cheese grin/smile, "can I help you with anything today". Like as if I was here yesterday or something. Then, when you state what it is your looking for you get referred back to the original person you bothered/asked earlier. Who still looks (busy) and uninterested in assisting you.
Upsetting.
PC Richards and Son, get out of the dark ages of salesmanship, or hire people who give a damn about their job. no pun intended, but that evening I was approved for a Target credit card, needless to say thanks for steering me to my purchase.

BEWARE OF THEIR DELIVERY SERVICE! The store and prices are fine but increasingly over the last few years, the delivery people arrive with a large appliance with bewildering reasons they cannot install it or get it up the stairs- the last delivery of a washer dryer cost me 3 afternoons, and ultimately $200 more dollars beyond the delivery cost I had already paid to get the job done.

This was my first time with them and will be the last time ever.. ordered online and had a really bad experience with their customer service staff, had asked to cancel an order and the rep confirmed that the order was cancelled but they still charged my card and shipped the product 2 days later, when I called to check why this happened, they had no clue.
Now I will have to waste my time again to go through their return process, which will probably be another nightmare I unnecessary have to deal with..
Based on reviews, It appears people who walked in-store had better experience, so avoid them if you can't walk in to their store..

have shopped there since it opened... the store manager, Neil, has been there since DAY 1 when he was a salesman and sold me a new fridge over 12 years ago,and still greets me when he sees me in the store whenever I shop or bring my friends over to make a purchase. the store is clean, the staff knowledgeable
and I never walk of of the store unsatisfied, even on big "sale" days.

Kamal provided excellent customer service, from helping me choose the best washer/dryer for my apartment, to anticipating my equipment and delivery needs, and being responsive at all times of day. He even helped me to switch out my order when I realized I needed a smaller size than I had anticipated. Could not be happier with Kamal or with the company.

My old clothes washer died on Tuesday. By Wednesday morning a new one arrived; they removed the dead unit as promised, seamlessly. Most important, the salesperson actually not only didn't try to upsell me, but helped me select a significantly less expensive machine of equal quality. Very pleased.

Ive been to a couple of the P.C Richards in brookltn and i have to say that Atlantic is by far my favorite store. Demora really made my experience something to remember. Super friendly and hard working as well. She's amazing.
