The staff is always pleasant and knowledgeable. will always return. if there is a problem the Manager Ricky will be the first on the spot to resolve it will no issue. thank you guys. to the staff on Atlantic. Leon is my favorite sales person. you guys go see him trust me. he know his stuff and he will make you feel like you're shopping out of the comfort of your livingroom. keep up the grest work.

Consistently helpful and friendly. We've come to this store three times for a new washer and dryer, some fans and AC units, and they've done a great job every single time.

Went to P.C Richard's on Atlantic Ave and met sales rep Tania Rega who went out of her way to help me with my purchase of a stove. She was very helpful and knowledgeable.

Kamal greeted me and asked me various questions to make sure I got the correct air conditioner unit for my house. He knew all differences between the different units and brands. Garl he s the guy you need to ask for! Is on point when helping the customer out, knew exactly what I needed and where I needed to go and had the best suggestions. Def appreciates his help ladies and gents he s the 1st person you see when you walk in so def don t be shy or prideful to ask for the assistance cause it will def come out smoother and faster than you, just standing there in your phone googling reviews about the product.

Great selection and displays of new technology.. Went in for kitchen and got a great deal on Jenn Air appliances.. Then salesman informed me this str has new mattress gallery, drones, Mac and surface products too.. Wow!! Free parking lot too..

He never imposed anything on me and took the time to carefully explain what needed to be explained. He answered all my questions. Atlantic PC Richards and son is Amazing. Terrible - at least when it comes to major appliances. Bought a Bosch range from them and they sold us a model that had issues from the box that were known to the manufacturer. Have now had it for two months and it hasn't worked right. Call PC Richards and even thought we bought an 8 year warranty (!) they just pass off to Bosch maintenance/call center and they are also terrible. How can this be? Splurge on a range and get this kind of service. Ridiculous. No help. They also gouged on the delivery charge - $350.

I came in looking for a new tv to replace my old one and Garl provided me with exceptional service. Extremely knowledgeable about the products, intelligent and friendly. Will definitely shop here again in the future, was able to leave with a great new LG Smart TV.

Shopping at PC Richard's was a great experience primarily thanks to Stephen. Not only was he extremely knowledgeable and friendly, but he was willing to go the extra mile to ensure that my husband and I were satisfied.

He was such a great stand up guy and helped me and my wife find exactly what we needed. His service was over the top! I will be coming into the store way more often. Atlatinc Ave Store is one of my favorite P.C Richards & Son, every time I go Clemente Cortez is very helpful and polite. Everything I bought from him has resulted to be the best product.

I came to atlantic store by the barclays and i was thrown by the service and how knowledgable sales staff are also you could see that everyone there enjoyed there job and they like what they do. i had a great shopping experience and i will return to this store for my future purchases.

Neil and his staff are some of the most polite and professional people I have ever dealt with in a retail environment. I usually shop at gateway location since they opened and Demora one the managers have always helped me out. She was my go to person. Then I go back and was soo disappointed that she was transferred
They were nice enough to give me the number for the Atlantic Avenue store and I just had to go and give demora the business
Reason being ..she s the most helpful , patient , professional person and my sales always go so smooth along with my deliveries.
I purchased a tv to have shipped to Florida and again she cane through for me

I purchased from another large appliance store a refrigerator and was told it was in stock and would be delivered June 12 which was a 3 week wait! June 11 I called and after they investigated they said that sorry the company is out of stock out and won t be available until September!?! I needless to say was upset with the lack of good customer service and distraught because I lost all my food and for 3 weeks had to call for take out- which is expensive!
I called PC Richards, 590 Atlantic Ave and explained everything to Salesperson, George Azoro.
He was understanding and patient and via phone after sending text of pictures of refrigerators I purchased a refrigerator that George assured me was in stock and would be delivered in 3 days! He was sensitive to my needs and the fact I am over 70 years old and was afraid to leave my house due to virus 19!
Well I did get my refrigerator as promised and I am very happy! Customer Sevice is important and people want and this is what makes people return !! Thanks you George you are an asset to PC Richards! P. Barbera

I love all of there stuff they have in the store. They deliver within days of you paying for it. They also have insurance on all the appliances you get so check it out.

I came in to purchase a dishwasher. I was helped by Clemente who helped me narrow my choice down to Bosch. I've had it for 2 weeks now and I'm very happy with my purchase.

Charles and the crew here hooked the man cave right. They got me the best deal on top of the line Sony that I never expected to delivered so fast. Now I can enjoy my holiday instead of being crazy running around looking for a cheap tv. Thanks guys your the best!!!

I came into pc richard and son a few months ago, with the intent of purchasing a Television. My sales person ken made the process of picking a television so easy. I love my television so much. The OLED tv is one of the best purchase decision I've ever made. Thanks ken.

Extremely helpful in finding exactly what I needed. The salesman explained differences between models and the manager Steve searched all Brooklyn to find the model I chose. Delivered same day! Top notch service. I will return next week for all additional appliances!

This location (near Atlantic terminal, BK) of PC Richards is THE BEST. Don, Ken, and Clemente are the three employees/manager that I worked with during two different visits to purchase two A/C units (in LATE JUNE so you know it was a mad house!) These three truly know customer service, which I don t know about you, but that makes me want to give them my money over other retailers! I went in last week to buy the first unit, and having found a killer price match online, I made out like a bandit! Then my living room A/C started to go out so I went back for another but unfortunately they were sold out of that model. They were literally strategizing how one of their employees might pick one up from the Flatbush location and drop it off at the Atlantic location to make it easier on me. I mean, what?! Who does that?! (Can anyone say EMPLOYEES OF YHE MONTH?!) You have a customer for LIFE in me, and rest assured I ve already told everyone that will listen about my great experience. I ended up trying to make it to the Flatbush location before they closed for fear of them selling out too and when I got there, the sales associate didn t like how low of a price I had found to price match, so he wouldn t approve it. All the more reason to give my business to the great people of the Atlantic location! The next day I went back to pay for it at Atlantic because they would approve the price match, and I m going to go pick it up from Flatbush tomorrow! I APPRECIATE YOU GUYS AND THANK YOU FOR HELPING YOUR CUSTOMERS IN SUCH A BIG WAY! I ll be back next time I need.... literally anything that you sell lol :)

Aaron Livingston helped me pick out the right washer and dryer for my place. He answered all my questions and provided me with information so that I could walk out with exactly what I wanted and needed.
Also Essence Riggins help me with financing so I could pay for it within my budget. I HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend going to this location and asking for them. They will get you exactly what you need pressure free.

I came into the store looking for a tv. My sales person name Ken gave me a tv that I love very much. He made the tv buying decision easy for me.

Met with Neil and always do to make all of our purchases. He is kind, patient and super knowledgable. Answers all of your questions honestly and with a smile! The staff in general is extremely welcoming always greets you as you enter, exit and look around. Search no where else this is the place to go!
