my experience at P.C.RICHARD &SON WAS LOVELY the workers extremely helpful polite,on helping me get the best t.v.

I was in the area at atlantic ave. Sammy b was very helpful. I was looking for a vacuum and he contacted the store in staten island so i can pick it up closer to home. Sammy was friendly and experienced. I will refer my friends and family to see him when purchasing appliances. I am a satisfied customer.

Sam in the Staten Island store gave me great service and very knowledgeable he is definitely an asset to the company. He also went the extra mile by giving me his personal cell if I needed any questions answered when he was off I thought that was awesome as long as he works for PC Richards I will buy all my appliances from him and recommend him always

I walked into the store and the young lady greeted me and introduced me to the tempurpedi pillows... I purchased 2 and bcuz of the professionalism I came back and purchased the ring doorbell. She also helped me with my bose headphones

Don Davis is an excellent salesman. I have been going to PC Richards for many years and he is the only salesman I deal with.

Why I have a strong bias toward him is because one day my Eldest son walked into the store ( hoodie on, sweat pants and sneakers on) he walked around for about Five minutes looking for a TV, without anyone coming to his assistance. Don and my son caught each other's eye and he came over and asked if he needed help? My son brought a Flat Screen TV costing approximately $1000. After the incident my son told me what happened. He is now our go to person in the store. If he is not there I will leave and come back when he is.

Found exactly what I needed. I was traveling to China and needed a converter box. The young man at the front was so nice and allowed me to try the product on one of my chargers.

I bought an iPad Air a three years ago and found that it needed updating. I didn't know whether to go to the Apple Store or visit the store where I bought the iPad. I Stopped by and and spoke to a young lady name Eve. She had a beautiful smile and it was welcoming. Although she didn't know very much about how to get the update she showed interest in me. She made sure that I got the assistance that I needed and smiling the whole time as she tried to make me happy. Her pleasant personitly and smile made my stress for the day go away.

Just wanted to thank Neil at PC Richards (my favorite store for all things electronic) for another 5 star customer service experience. No matter the problem, Neil and his team are there to solve it and provide top notch products. Thanks again PC Richards and Neil!

PC Richards on Atlantic Ave saved my Thanksgiving! My refrigerator died today - Ugh right before Thanksgiving. I called PC Richards in a panic to get something for the holiday. Neil the manager told me to come right in and they would help me. When I got there he greeted me with a warm smile and a friendly handshake. He put one of his most resourceful and talented salesmen on the case, Carlos. Carlos had the problem solved in no time and I was able to get a fridge and back to prepping for the holiday.

I'm so grateful and appreciative for their expertise and excellent customer service - not to mention the great sale!

Alex helped me at pc Richard's near Atlantic, it was a good experience,It wasn't a long process, I was in search of a stove and he knew all the questions to ask and in no time I was able to decide exactly what I wanted. Thanks Alex!

My mother and I went to PC Richards to purchase our appliances. Our sales person, Tania, was quite personable, enthusiastic, and knowledgeable about the products.

However, I've been having issues with delivery. My building requires a certificate of insurance. First there was confusion about when to send the COI, who had to send it, and what information was needed to complete it. After calling day after day trying to resolve PCR's issues with filling out the certificate they setup a delivery day, which could only be executed with a date of when the paperwork was faxed. The delivery day comes and NO ONE SENT THE C.O.I! My building denies my delivery permit and about the send the installers away.

Luckily someone at the store was able to send it that day for me to arrange a new delivery permit, but needless to say I was severely annoyed. First I was told it was faxed June 3. Then it was June 1. The installers said no COI was requested by PC Richards so I don't know what to think, but needless to say the office is very disorganized.

I have been shopping at this PC RICHARDS, since it opened, the staff is friendly, patience, and help you with all your electronic needs.

Excellent service from the manager Demora. Will return again.

The associate Danny and Manager Sam were very pleasant and witty. A tremendous help in selecting a washer machine. Highly recommended location.

By far, this location is one of the more organized stores that I've seen. The staff was very attentive and I was constantly offered help. Russell was the staff helping me out, he went out of his way to make ensure I was buying the product that best fit my needs/description. He we quick and straight to the point. I browsed the internet looking for places to buy a mattress, spent hours online reading reviews and talked to coworkers and friends in hope of finding the perfect mattress. I decided to stop by PCRichsrd and Son just to give it a try, Demora, the manager greeted myself and my husband warmly asking if we were being helped. Told her what we were looking for, Demora knew exactly what we wanted and after different ideas back and forth, we bought a mattress. The prices are reasonable and highly recommend PCRichard and Son for your mattresses deals. Demora is very warm and knowledgeable regarding mattresses.

The staff here lies. I called the store ahead of time to see if they had soda stream refills, and they person who answered said yes. When I got to the store, they were out and had not had them in days. When I asked about the call I had made, the response was "They never check with us about stock."
I try to limit my time going into stores in person due to Covid, and having employees lie to get people to come into store is irresponsible and dangerous.

This was my second purchase and I dealt with the Manager, Demora. She was awesome...pleasant, patient, helpful and most of all she had very honest opinions that made me trust her at once....great store and great manager....

Neil and Oscar really help me out with my exhange of product and took their time to explain the whole entire process to me .. great service...

I came into the store uncertain of what I was looking for in mattresses. DJ, with his great customer service helped out and made my purchase easy with his product knowledge and reputability. I was strongly suggest coming in and seeing DJ for your all your home and appliance needs.

I recently bought a Sonos soundbar and surround speakers based on the salesman's reccomendation and am thrilled with the product

I've always been satisfied with the service I receive in the store and the products once they arrive in my home. Also, the ability to buy a 10 year guarantee and be able to transfer it should you sell your home and leave the appliance behind is a real plus. With everything being computerized, you actually need the warranties these days. I will update my review after the delivery of my new stove and washing machine. I haven't had to have anything installed in a long time. But I am hopeful, that just like their excellent customer service and products that the delivery will go smoothly and the installation flawless. I'll keep you posted.

Just shopped at the Atlantic Avenue location. I had a salesman by the name of James. He was very KNOWLEDGEABLE about the TVs and thanks for Bose! Very happy with the service and professionalism! thanks again I ll be back.

Bought some items with no-contact pickup. Parked and called. Was told I still had to enter the store, and then had to show my order number to 3 employees and carry my 2 heavy items out myself. Employees wear masks below their noses.

Was just in the store and Steve the store mgr was able to answer my questions for a home security system i was looking for Steve was very knowledgeable about it and i recommend saying Steve when coming to the store.

Best experience ever. Went to store number 1 which is in cross bay Blvd. The worst service and customer service. All I was told after receiving 2 open box TV's. Which was supposed to be new was call corporate. Came to PC Richards and was in and out in 15 minutes.

I had never even heard of 4K resolution TV but haaaaad to buy it before we went to 8K! Tom was awesome.

I have never experienced great customer service until I went to P.C Richard on Atlantic Ave.. The Associate that help me was Garl, he was wonderful!! I never had this type of customer service from someone before.. This location made a customer for life! I will never go to another place to by electronics again! Thanks again Garl!

Came into the Pc Richard & son located on Atlantic Ave, was greeted and helped by a salesman named James he was excellen he got me the right mattress @ the right price make sure you come and see him for anything he's great at what he does.

My girlfriend and I went into this location to shop for a washer and dryer and we received immediate assistance from one of the sales reps, Ricky he was really great. He took his time to explain everything
to us. And even though we are all the way from Long Island we will definitely be shopping at this location from now on for all our electronics and appliances.

Your delivery crew were very disrespectful, they lie and try to extort money when delivery was already paid for. Not a good look
