Really great experience. Walked in to buy a TV but wasn't sure what type or brand to settle in so wanted to get some expert advice. Salesperson Mark was great. Patient and knowledgable. Answered all of my questions and I was able to settle on a model in my price range that I am very happy with. Thanks Mark for all of your help!

I've been going to this location for years. Tania (the sales representative) and stores manager Ricky are the greatest. They are both very knowledgeable and have honest. Yes honest. I have bought everything for my house there. They have help to stay with my budget....love it. As a female and you want honest people who are not looking to just take your money. Go see them

No hassel!!!! First time ever I wasn't Helped not hassled

I purchased a TV which was broken when plugged in screen was cracked called Manager told me because I did not have the box intact that he could not take TV back. This is ridiculous now I have a broken TV which I paid close to $500 and now I have to pay to repair which I didn't brake in the first place. Manager was not even trying to meet me half way very bad attitude and seemed to be bothered when I asked to speak to a manager HORRIBLE COSTUMER SERVICE NEVER EVER WILL I SHOP THERE AGAIN AND I'M ALSO TELLING FAMILY AND FRIENDS NOT TO SHOP AT ANY PC RICHARDS AT ALL EITHER THEY DO NOT DESERVE THE PATRONAGE!!!!!!! and I gave one star not wanting to but if not I can't post they really deserve 0 STARS!!!!!

Have dealt with PC Richard for years and ordered everything from a coffee maker to all appliances for a kitchen renovation. Have always been completely satisfied with the products.

This morning we were helped very much by Carlos Burgos at the store on Flatbush Ave across from Barclay Center. He helped us decide on the perfect size, brand, and pixel size of a new Samsung flatscreen TV. He gave us all the time we needed but was always available when we had any questions at all. We bought this TV and are sure we're gonna love it. Carlos made the whole experience excellent.

Rickey the manager and Leon are the best sales person you will ever have at pc Richard's..... they made sure I was completely satisfied and happy before I leave, they have excellent knowledge on any purchase that I made, they are very patient and loyal to their customers... Located at Flatbush and Atlantic avenue, this place is very easy to get to. My interactions here are few and far between. However, when I do go, service is pretty good. Weekends are busy so you might find yourself waiting a bit before someone helps you. Prices are what you'd expect from an electronics store. If you don't like the prices, the mall is right across the street.

Above and beyond customer service. Javier and Stephen were terrific helping me with what I needed.

I live around the corner and i was renovating my kitchen so needed a new stove top, i came by here to see if something was worth getting. I ended up getting a pair of beats pro headphones for my nephew because somebody took his other pair. Honestly the kids these days are crazy. The manager Clemente helped show me the stoves and even suggested the model of beats to me. Thanks to him my nephew Chris got the beats he wanted for Christmas. I ll be back after i get paid to get that new samsung stove with bluetooth and wifi thank you Clemente again

Experience was good at the Brooklyn location near the Barclay Center. The salesman was knowledgeable AC'S and was familiar with one of the units I purchased. Pick up was a challenge but now I am cool at home....

Discovered PC Richards when I first came to New York City in 1988 for law school. I am a LOYAL customer and have sourced gut-rehabs, and anything I can possibly buy from PC Richards. What sold me? (And I can be a tough customer..). Consistently excellent, honest customer service, the best prices, and last but not least, their 10 YEAR REPLACEMENT WARRANTY!! Worth the price of admission alone. They don't make deals like that anymore.
The best of family owned businesses in a sea of faceless big box stores.

Earlier today, I stopped by in search of a mattress, and the salesman, D.J was happy to assist. He was very friendly and helped me to select the perfect mattress set. I had an amazing experience with Brian at the Atlantic Avenue store in Brooklyn, New York.

I came there needing to buy an air conditioner for my apartment. I was very nervous about what to buy, price, diiferences, and BTU calculations in relation to my apartment. Brian helped me. He was patient, kind, and took the time to explain in detail the full gamut of what the best product for my home would be and why! He answered EVERY single question with courteousness and charm during one of the busiest hours in store! In addition he was still able to maintain attentiveness to passing customers! To me this is the prime example of knowledgeable and efficient customer service. I highly recommend this PC Richards and even more so... I highly recommend Brian!
