I went in and to buy a computer. The salesman kelly was very friendly and helpful. He was patient and explained the differences on them. He even helped me activate and install the antivirus. Great experience.

Garl helped me buy a laptop and his customer service was amazing. Definitely recommend this location and will be going back because of him.

Went in today had the best experience I've had in an electronic store. Told the guy i was speaking with what i needed and he was more than helpful. Definitely a 10 star rating forget 5 stars.

Brian Layant was very helpful in the perchasing process. Very professional and knowledgeable. He
had good point on getting an extended warranty for a additional year for $200 but I am not into buying extended warranties. That's why when I buy I usually get top of the line products.

I had a phenomenal experience buying my new t.v and sound system. Steve gave me a great deal and a great experience. All my future purchases will only go through Steven casazza. I have had previous purchases from Steven and regardless of the location he will always be my number one choice

Leon took care of me and I would shop here again because of his customer service and mgrs is wonderful as well

I searched for a CD player but no one was available to help me. I examined all players and made a decision and purchase was made. I was handed a sale slip but l had to supply my own bag! Why my own bag! PC Richards had none, wow.

I had a pleasant and professional experience at the store. The salesman was knowledgeable about the Washer and Dryer I bought. The Manager was very helpful in expediting the purchase when my wife and I were at odds with each other on how to decide on which product to choose. I highly recommend this store to my friends. And by the way Summer is coming and I would need to my grill from that store.

I just wanted to share my experience I recently went to pc Richard and was helped by Steve the manager. He was great so helpful from start to finish. The service at this establishment was phenomenal Kelly the on site support was sure to help and guide my family and I with the purchases. He was sure to explain when necessary about the appliances we couldn t entirely decide on, all while being mindful of our budget. I will be visiting this store later knowing that I will leave with a smile and my needs met.

I decided to buy my LG dual oven range at P.C. Richard after I swore never to buy an appliance at Home Depot again because of a nightmare experience. I did my research and bought the only dual oven range that Consumer Reports recommended. I went in to the store and dealt with Sayani who was just a phenomenal sales person. I told him which oven I was looking for, he took me right to it and talked in depth about all the features it had. He didn't try to push a more expensive range on me, he was very supportive of the model I chose and definitely was extremely knowledgeable about it. He then arranged to have it delivered by someone they trusted with difficult delivery jobs. My kitchen entrance was an inch narrower than the oven and it would require some extra work to figure out how to get it in. The man who delivered it was named Fisher. This guy was amazing!! He spent over an hour at my place and went above and beyond to get the oven into my kitchen without taking any other parts off besides the doors. This was not an easy job folks by any stretch of the imagination! Not only did he get in delivered and installed unharmed, he texted me a few days later to make sure everything was working ok with the unit! This is a level of excellence you rarely see these days. I can't say enough good things about these guys and P.C. Richard in general. I will definitely be back.

I owned my house for 20+ years, and anything that plugs into an outlet as been purchase from P.C. Richards. From the first day that i have met Neil Bocchieri i have not gone to any other store for any appliances, TVs, electronics etc. if Neil leaves P.C. Richards i would follow him to any store he goes to. This review is solely for the gentleman who installed my Viper car alarm system. It was a delightful surprise to learn that this location had a small garage on site. Ulysses, my installer was very knowledgeable and was more then willing to help me with any questions that I had with the new alarm system. Definitely a valuable employee to this store.

I had such a wonderful experience at PC Richard & Son. My sales rep. Leon was really supportive and he did an amazing job explaining the difference between windows 10 and windows 7. Forget Best Buy PC Richards is the place to be. Everyone was extremely nice. Thank you PC Richard & Son and Leon... :)

Bought a portable air conditioner. Waited almost 1/2 hr for it to come out. While waiting customer after customer had theirs brought out. After repeated calls by salesman and guard at door still no ac. Went to complain and a manager came over and asked to see my receipt. When I reached in my pocket for it he indignantly said how are we supposed to know your waiting if your receipt is in your pocket. You should be holding it up so we know you are waiting. Really!!! After repeated requests by salesman and security OVER THE STORE PA SYSTEM I am supposed to be waving my receipt in the air or something to let them know I was waiting. Was just about to ask for a refund when unit finally came.

Went into today to look for a microphone for my computer, and russel was very helpful in finding it. Will be back for more

INCOMPETENCE! I ordered a large appliance from them on Sunday, scheduling a Tuesday delivery, since I was able to take off that day.
I got a call on Sunday night saying that they couldn't deliver on Tuesday. Seeing no other available time, I schedule a Sunday delivery. I get a call on Monday letting me know that there is no Sunday delivery.
I schedule the delivery for Wednesday and get someone to receive the delivery for me, but now they can't tell me any kind of window as to when delivery is expected.
The best information they were able to give me was that the delivery men would call sometime on Wednesday after 7AM and let me know when they were coming.
They clearly have no respect for their customers' time. I can't see myself ever going back to them.

After jumping through hoops with people that would give me no information, I dug around online and found their online delivery tracker which gave me a 4 hour delivery window rather than telling me "You just have to be home from 7a to 7p"

In the middle of last weeks heat wave my AC died on me I so happened to be around Atlantic & I spotted a PC Richards in the area I decided to go in to look around & automatically was greeted by a customer representative by the name of Stephen. He showed me the AC units & the one that would be best suitable for my space. He was very helpful ,patient & professional but also had a great sense of humor thank you Stephen for helping me find a AC unit for these hot summer nights.

I couldn t find a PC RICHARD & Son in my area but found this one was convenient for me as I was already downtown. I needed information about a new stove, refrigerator and AC and was greeted by a sales rep named Alex that was very helpful and professional. He solidified my purchase for me and removed any doubts I had about my purchase ..I will def return to this location for any of my purchases moving forward as the service was stellar. Alex really put this location on the map for me ...thank you PC Richardson & Sons !
