Wonderful store manager..thought my problem which was refigerator was going to be a disaster since customer service over the phone was very un professional and not so helpful. I walked into the brooklyn store very upset and disappointed spoke to Russel the store manager who was pleasant, listened and my problem was solved very quickly and professional...thank you again Russel
